I only went through the drive threw, but the line went fast. The employees were very happy and helpful, asking if we needed anything cup holder extra napkins. The inside looked very clean. It had big windows all around the front of the restaurant. The only reason for the 4 stars was that my fries were cold.

Mediocre at best. Ridiculous that every time I order a single meal, burger, fries and a drink, they have to park me and bring food out, and then 50% of the time they bring the wrong food and just walk away.

This was my first visit here, and unfortunately the person at the drive-thru was quite rude. It stood out since every other place we’ve been to in Ridgecrest has been welcoming and friendly. On the positive side, the food itself was great. That said, this is probably my last time coming here due to the customer service. I hope the staff member taking orders has a better day and learns to not take it out on customers.

The past two times I have received burgers and chicken sandwiches with this "lettuce" on them. Is it genuine Romanian lettuce shipped from Romania, because it seems to be that old?

Meat lovers breakfast burrito was awesome but the wait for food inside the store was terrible. 15 minutes after placing my order I finally asked about my food and they grabbed it. They only seem to care about the drive thru since they are timed on those orders.

Staff is quite slow with zero sense of urgency to complete orders in a timely fashion. Do not recommend this location if you are in a time crunch. The minimum drive-thru wait time is about 15-20 minutes on a good day.

The cashier was not knowledgeable about their menu. They couldn't explain what the new item was like so we ordered off of the regular menu instead. The kids enjoyed their kids meal, I enjoyed my jumbo jack, my husband ordered the #5 but that night he was constantly in the bathroom with the Squishies unfortunately. Their soda machine was out of order so we had to keep going to the counter and wait to catch a worker to get a refill. It took us a while to find a place to sit at to eat because quite a few of the tables haven't been cleaned and never seen a worker come out to check the lobby after other customers have left.

The Chinese girl that works there is rude and gives out miserable but other than that everyone else is super nice here

I never have problems here, I was in the drives through ordering, and I got some egg rolls, but when I opened them , I ate them of course, but they tasted burnt!

Why do people even go here? The food is unhealthy, the service is the worst, and they often get your order wrong, especially if you ask them to park in the front. If I ask for a large coffee, I expect a large coffee. Don't tell me you charged me for a small one and then give me a large one for the price of a small one. I don't need favors; give me what I asked for,. It is not that hard. Anyways. I just wanted to rant since you asked for a review. What did you expect?

I wanted to order a # 26 with no sausage patties substituting the small hamburger patties Because I’m allergic to pig meat. The lady insisted that I have to pay more for a substitution as if I’m getting them extra on top of the sausage patties. I told her I ordered this a lot and they don’t charge me extra. She decided to lie to me and say our system has changed and we’re not allowed to substitute anymore. I told her I’m not gonna pay extra for something that I’m not getting extra of. I went to Jack in the Box down the 395 on my way out of town and they gave it to me without charging extra. On top of lying , the lady was so rude in our exchange. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with Jack in the Box. The name of the rude lady is “Itzel”.
