I went through the drive thru got a 12 pcs meal got home Mashed potatoes were cold and coleslaw was rancid. Called and let them know they asked what’s your name and we can give you a refund. I said I don’t want a refund I want you to take the coleslaw off the shelves it’s rancid. The person at the other end said well no one else has complained. And I said take it off the shelf you don’t want anyone getting sick. She did want to listen and I simply hung up. She spoke back with a bad attitude

Just picked up an order. The employee M. Duarte, very rude, tossing food in bag. Bad customer service. Needs manners.

Ordered the 1/2 smokehouse chicken for the first time. I was not impressed the chicken was really small. Smaller than a Cornish hens. The flavor is on the skin. There is nothing smoked....service was good.

Staff has very bad. Atttitude, they attend clients like if clients are a bother to them. Now. I understand why the 2 times I stopped there there there was only 2 people besides me inside. So going to pick up using drive tru it's better as food is stil good.. or maybe that's the plan.

They never answer their phone, getting a hold of a manger is impossible. We tried to order something that had to be cooked and they kept asking over and over if that’s what we wanted because it was going to take long. Obviously after telling them yes once we were willing to wait but they were too lazy to want to make it. This isn’t the first bad service we get here, the last time they didn’t put half our order in the bag we didn’t realize till we got home, and they never answer the phone to let them know. So money spend for nothing.

Long as heck line! Ordered a 2 piece, requested a breast, was smaller than the ones at KFC and was over cooked and dry AF! Half lemonade/sweet tea made up for it though!

Missing stuff from order and chicken was refried, tasted like week old Thanksgiving Turkey reheated. The jalapeno bomb things were also not cooked. Tasted like they took it out the the freezer, thawed it, then sat them under the lamp with the chicken. Not crispy or hot at all. And that was all after a pretty long wait

Food is ridiculously expensive. ($32 and change for an 8 piece and an extra side.) They also shorted me one piece. Check your order if you go there. I will no longer be visiting.

One girl employee forgot to put my family size fries on the bags, so I got off and she told another girl employee that I had to wait for my fries while they were serving other customers on the drive thru their fries. That really got me upset for their service. Not happy at all.
