Quick to get my order to take home, but couldnt follow a simple instruction that they slapped on the bag.

Horrible service. Drive thru personnel don't pay any attention to the order details. When I drove away and got home 15 miles away I was missing a whole order of the 4 I asked for. Called them and of course there is no answer. This is a constant thing with this store.

Bad management and atmosphere, heard the manager cussing and mistreating the employees i even felt bad for them. Do not recommend. Won't come back

Bunch of lazy uneducated employees, ordered online gave code provided was food was supposed to be ready at eta. Sent to reserve 2 to wait 30 min lmao had to call for my order just to get told it was sent out a long time ago 😂 bad management on the managers side Edit: waited 15-20 min more had to park up and get off this time. Shouldn’t take longer than 15min waited 45-50min for simple food 😂

Food quality was very poor, dry crumbling meat, extremely chewy nuggets, and a weird snot looking thing inside my drink.

This is just a suggestion as a client and as a three years in experience of restaurants I've been coming over here every single time and it's been super slow the problem is not the coworkers it's just one communication two y'all need 2 food runners and that's he's only objective is running food and cleaning when there's not busy and 3 cashier . went with my boyfriend to mcdonald’s, first; i got sweet and sour and buffalo sauces, thy gave me ranch?, then my boyfriend got the $5 meal it comes with a mcdouble and a 4 piece chicken nuggets, we go back to get our sauces, then leave, we get to where we’re gonna eat and he opens his chicken nuggets and there’s only 3? someone got hungry back there or something? everyone just walking around and talking acting dumb. just horrible service, i think everyone can agree.

Waited 20 minutes for TWO fountain drinks. I don’t understand why they don’t have the machines in the front of theyre just going to take so long to get them to customers. Even the customers asking for a simple refill waited long to get theirs too

Placed a mobile order. I went inside to wait for my order. My order# was the only one on the screen. They were busy at the counter, and 5 more people ordered while I waited. Their order #s appeared on the screen after my #. All customers picked up their orders and their order #s disappeared from the screen and mine remained. I patientily waited until mine # disappeared without me ever getting my order. I called out to the back prep area as no one was at the front counter. I gave them my order # and they came out with my order. Unbelievable!

When you asked for iced vanilla coffee but get served dark water. This place is terrible, I have complained already and these people still can’t get it right. I kept the coffee so I can post it so everyone can know that if your looking forward to a delicious coffee your not going to get it at this McDonald’s. The manager and especially the staff don’t care about their costumers.And if you get the female with a nose ring just drive away cause she is the one who keeps messing up my coffee.

I opened my order and there was a bite taken out of my burger .it was right before closing and the workers seemed to be a bunch of kids goofing around. I don't know if it was done on purpose or maybe the burger thought it was delicious and took a self bite. Either way i threw it in the bin , don't come here expecting good food. If you got low standards then this McDonald's will be your favorite .

If i could give it zero stars i would it was Really Fing hot the A/C wasnt working or the employees had no idea it was off. Cold ass hot cakes.. For something that gets microwaved.. Geez.. The place needed to get cleaned real bad.. I guess the lady that would clean is no longer working here. Please bring her back
