For a new and busy spot, I've had nothing but great experiences here. Super fast service, awesome folks and accurate orders each time I've been here. And very happy they open at 4 AM and are 3 blocks from me.

This staff is extremely timely and efficient! My drink was incredibly delicious and well made, not to mention I ordered it minutes before arriving and it was waiting for me on the counter by the time I arrived! This was the best Frappuccino I’ve had in a long time!

My husband and I stopped by on our way out of town to "super caffeinate" for the drive. They were very gracious when it came to taking and then providing our special orders. Delicious and effective!!!

I always come to this Starbucks before I come to work (I work graveyard shift) the young man that works there, I believe his name is Michael, he always is very nice and makes my coffee the best. Keep up the great work Michael 👏🏽👍🏽

The staff at this Stbx is amazing! After a long trip, I stopped to literally only use their restroom since the gas station across the way was 5 ppl deep. They couldn't have been happier to see and welcome me. They took my order, set up my app on my phone, and made my order to perfection. Will definitely be stopping at this one again every time I go through this area! It's on favorites now.

I usually don't write reviews on Starbucks because I go to so many . I was driving to Seattle stopped really quick to order some breakfast around 9 AM . Yesterday. The Young lady at the front counter had amazing customer service . Ordered my food ran to the restroom and on my way out after grabbing my wrap she looks up and says have a great day And called me by my name. That is unheard of anymore that someone could be that polite and remember someone's name with one Meet. Shout out to that girl.

Coffee was perfect and service was fast and friendly. The main drawback is that there is still almost no indoor seating to speak of. I guess Covid policies are the reason. Other than that, limited parking is the main issue.

I'm not sure if there's only 2 people working here everyday or what the deal is. There can be (2) cars in line and you'll still be waiting at the drive through for 15-20minutes easily. Be sure to ask for napkins or a straw, etc if you need it becuase they won't offer it on thier own. Be sure to get your debit card back also, if you don't ask for it, they won't offer that back on thier own either. [[Revision]] They seem to be back on track from a service standpiont! 👍

It's an excellent stop as it's extremely easy to get to and onto the highway. One of the benefits of this location! As of 1/7/2025, the bathroom door does not lock. So, if you're by yourself, make sure an employee knows. We just had someone block the door for us when someone was using it. We visited on 1/7/2025, and there are no tables and seating. We didn't need seating, but if you are looking for a place for seating, this location may steer you away. Overall, a great location for those on-the-go as it's right off the highway.

As a former Barista, I was shocked at the wait I had to order in the drive thru lane a few days ago. There was only one car ahead of me and they were not able to take my order for several minutes. My drink was delicious though, so I was thankful for that.

Limited menu, out of most things I would have preferred to eat, no indoor seating, outdoor seating was dirty and next to a gas station, so it smelled fumey.

Who thought it was a good idea to put a Starbucks right next to a busy loud highway?? I feel bad for your partners having to yell because they CAN'T hear you! The two star rating is for corporate. The employee at the window was very sweet and patient with me when I messed up my drink. Corporate you need to retrain your partners on how to calibrate the espresso machine... the shots are not at full strength nor are they a complete shot.

We have been driving for 2 hours and were getting sleepy. The best place to help fuel up we thought would be some starbs. We had two iced coffees and 1 chicken caprese. We waited and my fiance then asked a barista if it was almost up she rolled her eyes and said is "Is her chicken sandwitch ready"-associate. They set it at the front counter while we waiter towards the end where its implied to pick up your items at. I hope she has a better day not sure why she was upset at us for asking. If we didnt advocate for ourselves it would have sat there getting colder. First time starbucks didnt deliver their awesome customer service.

Worst experience ever... they DONT deserve a full star but i had to give one! Took my order right, gave it wrong, they didn’t apologize, they give supposedly the right one. i get home and they gave me a totally opposite thing. I call and again they don’t apologize, they argue they serve me what I ask for and come on we all know the taste by heart of our coffees, mochas or frappes already. She didnt offer to fix my order, out of 6 coffees she wanted to fix one!!! Oh she hang up on me, great customer service!!! Wont go back there definitely! I dont recommend the place

This is about the drive thru girl who took our order today. Her name is Sammy. First of all she cut us off before we were done ordering everything we wanted. We ordered two drinks and two paninis and instead of asking if we wanted anything else she told us our total. We then told her we weren’t finished and she took the rest of our order but instead of adding it to what we initially ordered she made a separate one where she added the third drink we wanted. When we got to the window we paid and she only gave us two drinks and one panini. We told her we were missing another panini and a drink and she gave us the last drink but no panini and charged us once again. After she gave us the drink she said have a nice day and we kindly said we were still missing the second panini and she looked at us like we were crazy. So then she charged us yet again. Finally we asked for a puppiccino and she stood there waiting for us to leave so we asked one more time and she left without saying anything and came back a few seconds later and handed it to us without even looking out the window. Very bad attitude and service.

I went to the drive through at 2:31 pm. 3 cars in front of me. At 3:40 I was at the order board. At 2:49 pm I drove to the window. I male employee shook his head at me. I said and hand signaled for him to come to the window. He shook his head and walked away!

Before covid- excessive wait times (especially drive thru, typical wait 20 minutes)! Now, you never know if this Starbucks will be Open or Not- such a flakey store! This store has never operated efficiently. I live 2 seconds from this store and would rather drive across town to the other Starbucks (because its faster).

My wife who works for a hotel an essential worker get off work and wants a refresher. So we drive around and all the Starbucks in Modesto are closed so we drive to Ripon and get in the long line at about 7:45. No one is behind me and by the time we get to the intercom to place our order it’s exactly 8pm and the girl tells me sorry we r closed. I tell her we have been waiting In line and it just turned 8, she’s like sorry we have too many order, which is like 4 cars! Seriously Starbucks your rules are this strict during these times that you can’t make one more drink??? Terrible representation of a company that values the work force and poor customer service! Working for a corporate company that uses Starbucks services I am very disappointed and now might support the local mom and pop coffee shops so they stay In business as they support the community and the people that make their business run! #onedrink, #betterservice

Being rude has its limits. They plainly ignored and didn't even answer questions just because I was there around closing time. Or, does race have anything to do with their behavior, because that's definitely not what we should expect in California

There wasn’t a line when I arrived yet it took 40 minutes to make my drink. Everyone was confused why the drive thru had no wait but people inside waiting 30+ minutes some left with no drink

This is a terrible location to stop at in the morning. The manager, Jesse, should not be in management. She does not know what good customer service is and acts as if she pays for the ingredients herself. I ordered a drink with no ice and got a venti cup less than half way full. I asked for more oatmilk and was told that's how much the cup should be filled without ice and if I wanted it full I should order another drink or add the ice. The staff is usually much better when she is not around.

People there were sort-of pleasant but not necessarily welcoming. Ordered a tall caramel crunch frapp and half my drink was just whipped cream. Over 6 bucks wasted to half a cup of whipped cream and some frapp. Womp womp

This is recurrent. Can you please train the baristas to not stick hot food next to the cake pops and cookies or cold food??? I figured it might be common sense, but it continues to happen. It's really aggravating to pay for something and it's completely mushed, melted and smashed after being under hot sandwiches. And this is echoing from upset kids also. I'll add pics for reference. PLEASE improve.

Whoever was working the window at 7:40 AM on February 4 was very rude. I ordered a Venti vanilla iced coffee with heavy cream and extra ice, she handed me the drink pictured and when I asked for extra ice she said “this is extra ice” I said okay can I have more extra ice then? she proceeded to say “this is extra ice” it wouldn’t have been a big deal but now I was kind of irritated so I asked again for an extra cup of ice. she gave me a grande cup of ice and I left, I looked at my coffee and instead of heavy cream she gave me half and half and the coffee tastes really watery. this is why I go to the Starbucks in Manteca normally:/ it’s not even that big of a deal, but when you’re craving your morning coffee & you get some thing so far from what you wanted it’s a little letdown. & since she was rude about it i figured i’d take the time to write a review.

This Starbucks drive thru notoriously has the longest wait. I’ve given them a few chances and it’s never any better. AVOID stopping here if you don’t want to waste an enormous amount of time. We sat there barely inching forward, and the worker at the window took forever to take each customers payment. To make matters worse, she handed us the wrong food from another order, and then she gave us wrong drinks meant for another customer. The worker we had obviously needs much more training. Her attention was serious lacking. Of all the locations I have visited, this was the worst as far as efficiency goes. People were leaving the drive thru line due to the insane wait.

I mobile ordered to come through the drive thru. I asked the lady at speaker, if for my potato bake order, she could be careful about cross contamination with gluten foods. I have celiac disease so i also asked if it was possible to get a new pair of tongs that haven’t touched other foods. I know there is no guarantee that it’s completely safe, but I hoped she’d go the extra mile for my health. She stated “I don’t know what you’re asking me to do” in a mean tone. I was shocked and replied “I have celiac and can’t cross contaminate with gluten, could you try your best to keep it away from gluten, please?” I was very nice to her hoping she’d understand this wasn’t an easy thing to ask for. She then stated again “I still don’t know what you want from me.” I stated again what would be the most helpful. She then said “Kay. do you want to order a different food and I’ll throw it away?” HUH??? Like who said anything about that. The entire time she had the worst attitude. Eventually I was able to get her understand what I was asking and she proceeded to yell at me for 5 minutes about how she can’t guarantee it and I shouldn’t go places like this if I am unable to eat from their options. I am not one to write a review literally ever, but this was so disheartening because it’s not easy to eat out as a celiac as it is. But on top of that I was being attacked for asking for help. It was a super uncomfortable experience and reminds me why I don’t eat at places with a fast food demeanor. This was totally sad and I’ve spent so much money here! Not to mention the wait time😭. I know her name but I don’t want her to lose her job, just understand that 50% of the world has food allergies and it’s helpful to be understanding and kind!
