I usually don't come here but people are doing some crazy lines at in and out and at Check fil a. They were very curious and gave me everything I requested. They get a 5 out of 5

Just traveling through but this location was one of the best fast food places we stopped out. Clean restuarant, friendly, helpful staff. And there was simething on the menu for everybody in our group.

I went their to try their new plant based Cheeseburger and get one for my mother for the first time. The drive thru went pretty fast and I ordered my burgers with criss cut French fries 🍟. The staff was fast and friendly. When I got home and bit into my burger 🍔 😋 HOLY COW was I surprised 😳‼️‼️The burger just melted in my mouth 👄.. if nobody had told me I was eating a plant based AKA veggie burger I would of never known because it was that delicious 😋 I'm serious about that. Carl's Jr. Nailed this burger and with the fries 🍟 just made the whole meal perfect.👌🏽 I would love to see them offer a Bacon 🥓 Western Burger using this patty with their BBQ sauce 😋 I would eat them all the time . This place makes good burgers that are delicious and tasteful and I would recommend this place anytime your hungry for a burger and fries..

I went through the drive-thru and the young man was very nice and made me feel valued as a customer I even had to add something on when I got to the window to pay and he had no problem with me doing that at all and was going to bring it to me through my car but I went inside to get it so he wouldn't have to leave the drive thru and the other employees in there were all very kind as well. It was a very good experience especially for a fast food restaurant

Nick took my order, and waited on the person behind me who was getting help with the app Nick suggested we use. He then took their order which by that time stacked up an order or two from the drive thru. He turned around and saw the cook was a one man show. He jumped in, helped out while the drive u person jumped into his spot and got me my order. They multi tasked well and the cook, a handled it like a champ, he shook his head and said “let’s go!” - my two burgers good and not just tossed together either. Rushed. But still took the time to not over load it with sauce, etc.

Came here as a plan B, and it turned out pretty great! And we'll definitely return. We ate inside around dinner time. This Location was very clean. The drink area was maintained and organized. Didn't get to use their restrooms but the dining area was clean, no trash. The staff were polite, fast and the food was made perfectly!! Got the 5 piece chicken strip combo for the kids they were so moist inside and had just the right crispness lol. Babies destroyed those strips. And I think we also got 2 super star combos they were good too. Low volume occupancy which is great with my crazy toddlers. Great job guys keep it up.

This location is very clean and they have a friendly staff. Which is not always very common these days with a fast food joint. I love the fact that they are still a Green Burrito combo store. Their beef tacos are cheap and honestly probably some of the best in town.

Went through drive thru. It was clean. The speaker box volume was optimal. Employee speaking was nice. My order was taken correctly. The food was warm and tasty. I got the Bacon Western Burger with fries and a drink. Reasonably priced.

Drive thru was easy and mostly uneventful. Used a coupon and the cashier was confused and had to get the manger assistance. Hopefully it was a learning process for the cashier.

Good fast service. Can be a little busy during lunch rush but still good and fast. Also has a green burrito inside if you want a break from burgers.

I like the food, have a problem sometimes getting correct order. I believe they need to upgrade the intercom system in the drive thru.

About average for a Carl's jr., which is better than most other places. It's usually pretty clean, and the employees are pretty good.

Still overpriced, not because it's fast food. It's overpriced because of the quality of what's offered. I gave it another chance this week. I wasn't expecting wonderful. But the value was even less than expected. My son got the #2 value meal, the chicken strips were chicken nuggets. The chicken strips I did order were longer, and thinner, much thinner than I would expect the strips to be. They were overcooked in what had to be either old oil, or the oil was too hot. Finally, buns on my husband's Santa Fe Chicken sandwich was soggy, while the bun on my sons BBQ chicken was old. Come on Carl's Jr. Very discouraging. Sorry to say, I would not recommend eating at Cal's Junior.

Order was right, quick, and hot. Staff was polite. Restroom was clean. Beyond Meat is a bit expensive, but way better than garden burgers. Lettuce wrap it for vegetarian and/or keto.

Good food, try out the breakfast sandwiches. Services was OK and some of the tables where clean. I asked a worker for a wet rag and he came to clean the table after that.

For $10 you would think that I would get the proper order. The young lady behind the window was talking on her cell phone while I was trying to pay for my order. I asked for a No. 2 combo. It says Superstar with Cheese. I got a superstar, but without cheese. I should have known that she wasn't paying attention to me when she clarified that I wanted a Superstar. What is wrong with people these days? If I was a janitor, I would be the best janitor on the planet. Your job, regardless of it's degree of difficulty should done with pride. Shame on the young lady that "helped" me to today. She has a long road of mediocrity ahead.

They got the order correct, but didn't ask if I wanted any sauce with my chicken tenders. I ask for some, and they put em in the bag, and they gave me the wrong ones. Unfortunately I didn't catch it til I was down the road.

We waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes with people cooking in the back, a drive thru lady going back and forth and no one acknowledged us. No other customers at the counter. They always do the drive thru first I no it's because they have to worry about there drive time. But the people that go inside are left waiting. And then when we finally got our food it was cold. At least make sure it's hot. All the Employees were nice and professional

Every time I go it is something. At this and other locations. And it's not the people it is the organization. The app is hard to use and the rewards are not useable and not clear about how to use them. It says nothing about having to redeem online and pickup yet when I get to the window I am having to either re order everything and put in the code online to get the deal which is not available at certain locations, or pay 3.50 for a drink. Which is ridiculous for a soda. Prices keep changing and sizes are shrinking. So tell me why am I paying 3.50 for a large drink that is now the size of a medium for 3.50. come on Carls jr. You are starting to lose business.

Drive thru. There was no person taking the order, used an AI which had trouble with my accent. Had to do a bad American accent twice for each item I ordered. Food was mid. The meat on the burger did not taste fresh, and it was obvious that my no onion burger had onions on it at one point as there were still a few pieces left. Still better than the location on White Ln with the horriffic staff.

When I bit into my chicken sandwich and chicken literally snapped. This has been an ongoing carls jr issue. Im aware that Woody chicken disease isn't "harmful" but dear lord, its disgusting! As much as Carl's Jr charges for their food, there is no excuse for using ingredients like this.

When you pay $16 for a hamburger, you expect that they’re not gonna cheap out on the sauce. It was probably the most disappointing double bacon western I’ve ever had because someone clearly just tinted the bread with a quick smear of barbecue sauce. It was dry and tasted like the plainest hamburger in the world, literally just beef and cheese. The cherry Coke was questionable as to whether it was even Coke because it discernibly lacked any cherry or Coke flavors. The only good thing about the meal was the fries - at least they got those right. Still when your promotional materials shows a hamburger dripping with barbecue sauce, you expect to get more than a tiny smear on each end of the bun.

I've ordered a lettuce wrapped burger from this place twice now and its pitiful bith times, won't be going here again! They literally took 1 piece of lettuce and put it on top and another on the bottom. I was in southern california down in the LA area and the Carl's jr there was amazing with their lettuce wrapped hamburgers, there they actually wrapped it.

Worst service and food. I would rather eat cafeteria food then constantly get disappointed and reminded how bad this place is. I give them a try once in a while when I'm desperate and I regret it every time. Fix your Carl's Jr!!!!!

Worst customer service they make you wait in the parking area when you purchase thru the drive thru , they are not even busy and you still have to wait for your food in the parking lot .

Terrible experience, we ended up getting our money back after a argument with the shift leader who told us we needed to wait in the parking lot because us waiting in the drive thru effected there window time, even though their were no other cars behind us

I do not know why I keep going here. The hashbrowns were cold and undercooked so I asked for new ones. Ashley took my old ones back through the window (in the middle of another COVID outbreak she actually took them from my hands and my car after I had sampled one) and brought me new ones. The new ones were amazing. My sandwich tastes like it's been sitting for a while and the biscuit is burnt. The sausage is dried out and the eggs are rubbery. The Carl's on the other side of town is so good. Why cant this one get it right?

Just went by there two days ago and they get my entire order wrong even after I repeated it to them to confirm the order twice. Not then first time this place has gotten my order wrong. Not to mention trey took forever in the drive through.

I was charged for a large fries on my meal and when I got home there wasn't any fries in the bag. The #17 had a fries in the box but the bag containing my food did not have a box with fries in it. It's too late to go back and get my food. My order number was #2131/2689 ordered @ 10:51:07pm, a #17 and a large chicken club.

I always loved the fact that Carl's Jr was so good and fresh, at least it used to be! My husband and I went here on Sunday night and our food tasted like it set under a heat lamp for awhile, explains why we got our food so fast! My chicken sandwich was hard and the bacon on it almost broke my tooth! The fries weren't even hot, just barely warm, also not fresh! It was about 10:30 pm and we were the only car in the drive thru, inside was closed! Not worth wasting your money on Carl's Jr, at least not this one, and especially with this night crew working! Young guy who took our order, sucked at his job, sad to say!!! So did the person in the back who was too lazy to make us food that was actually not like eating a rubber made lid! ☹️

It was horrible😫😩. Chicken tenders were NOT FRESH. Chicken tenders were in warmer too long. When I ordered they threw them in the fryer again. They were extremely greasy. My French fries had about 12 fries. They did not fill my bag of fries properly. I was VERY UPSET and DISAPPOINTED. got my money back. Never going back to that Carl's jr. AGAIN🤯 😡

WORST Carl's Jr I have ever been to!!! The first time I ever came here, I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and I found BUGS all over the lettuce!! I decided to give them one more chance today and the experience was just as bad. The girl was very rude at the window, did not have good customer service, and the line took more than 15 mins. I was almost late to work. I work in fast food myself and if I made anybody wait that long, I reimburse them for their order. I do not recommend this location

I will never return to this location. Paid 10 dollars for a chicken stars combo. Got my chicken stars and was so disgusted. A very long or several long hairs were COOKED and TANGLED into my chicken stars. It’s like the hair was portioned with the stars and they were fried all together. I don’t see how the person making the stars couldn’t have seen this. This happened a few months back but till this day I gag when I think about it.

Came to dine in order 3 burgers and waited 20min while they gave priority to drive thru and friend customers. The general manager who was working on September 12 2017 at 9:15 pm was very laid back talking to a friend instead of making my order.

Winter Carl's Junior this evening I ordered a burger and a fry. The fries were so greasy and over-salted and cold I went back to the counter with my receipt and the manager said we don't do refunds. All we can do is make more freeze if you didn't like them why would you want another order and they taste like they were cooked in old grease. As high as their food is they should stand behind it and be willing to give refunds especially when you only ate two fries. Manager was very rude.

Way too overpriced. I decided to try the new chicken and waffle breakfast sandwich. At $5.99 (compared to $3.39 for a Chic-fil-a chicken biscuit or muffin) I felt ripped off. I expected it to be far larger. Nowhere near the size of a full sized chicken sandwich. Basically a chicken strip between a couple small pieces of waffle.
