DELICIOUS food/drinks! I'm happy this business is also African American owned. We will return and hopefully be regulars. Thank you The Beignet Spot owners/cooks.

This place is amazing! Small simple menu. Everything is made fresh, don't believe me? You can watch the kitchen thru huge windows. Try the bananas foster. Its a 6 pack and will feed 1 but is very rich, best to share. Staff is friendly, the restaurant is wide open with plenty of room to move around. Its 1 block from downtown, easy walking distance while you're out and about. If you are doing court business or staying at a hotel by the convention center this is a must go to place. They need a coffee bar or something to go with the food, but they have only been open at this location 1 week, so hopefully it'll be added soon. There is street parking and a large metered lot behind the building. A free lot is just next door (shhhh...dont tell anyone) Can't wait to go back!

I came here with my girlfriend in the evening and was surprised that they were still pumping out fresh hot beignets at 5:30pm. They're very fluffy and don't feel greasy at all. Super hot and messy how they should be. The cashier was super nice and was asking us if we were part of all the traffic in downtown that day. The variety on the menu is good but we only got a normal box of 8 (which they threw in an extra one).

I ordered the Beignet Combo plus a cold brew with caramel oat milk. The scrambled eggs were nicely fluffy, the spicy sausage packed just right amount of kick, and the grits were a great pair. The cold brew provided good caffeine kick.

Beignet spot is BUSSIN! From the amazing genuine friendly and welcoming service to the yummy eats. Beignet spot is a must try! Tried the Beignet flight and the jerk chicken sandwich all of it was delicious! Our favorite beignet was the banana 🍌 fosters. I think its made with plantains instead of regular old bananas which made it so yummy! The peach and berry ones are good too but man that banana one was damn good!!!! The staff on Thursday the 4th 2025 around 11:35 am were super friendly and welcoming. The vibe is very warm and inviting! Inside is well maintained. Super clean! You can tell they take pride in their establishment! Most definitely coming back to try more!

This place was absolutely fantastic 👏🏾 👌🏾. 10/10. I always critique the places I go to (being a chef I take time to taste and savor my food to guess the ingredients used, or look at presentation and check out the techniques used...). Customer service: 10/10- they greeted us with positive attitudes and even recommended things based on our preferences. Any time we asked for anything they were on it! Ambiance- 10/10- I love the southern, casual vibe here It's also slightly modern. And it's a comfortable place to sit and even do some work or assignment on your computer. Food- 10/10 I don't usually write reviews unless if the place if went to really amazed me or disappointed me (I know I'm working on writing reviews for the inbetween). And this place, amazed me beyond expectations! The plating was good, the food was DELICIOUS!!! The flavors were perfect together noting was odd or lacking. Also the food was cooked perfectly. I ordered the breakfast "JFC" and the fried chicken and tots were not greasy or undercooked, but so perfectly fried 😋. And the Beignets were very good. That is my review and I will return and have brunch dates here whenever I feel like some good comfot food. Yall should definitely come too!

This hidden gem sits right on a corner with parking right behind it. It was busy, but the customer service was fast was great. You can see the kitchen through a big glass window and while we were there we saw a lady preparing the dough. I got the peach cobbler beighnets, and needless to say, the drive was worth it. My wife got the regular powdered sugar beighnets. We both had Chickory coffee for the first time, 😋 yummy. They offer dipping sauces to enhance the already yummy treats. Overall 5 stars.

Chill downtown spot with food that deserves your business. I had the jerk chicken sandwich and fries which hit the spot perfectly for lunch. The sauce and slaw were tangy and delicious. The real kicker though, and I should have been expecting this given the name of the place, we're the two included beignets. Let's just say it's taken all my willpower not to get up and order a full desert plate. Looking forward to returning to try more!

First time visiting Beignet in Riverside, and we were pleasantly surprised! We started with the Berry Berry Beignet light, fluffy, and full of fresh berry flavor. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. We also tried the jerk fried chicken sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The lemonade was a little too sweet for my taste, but still nice and refreshing. The service was wonderful friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a casual meal. One of my favorite parts was watching the staff make fresh beignets right in front of us; it’s such a fun and unique touch that adds to the experience. If you’re in Riverside and craving something fresh, flavorful, and a little different, I definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

Food is great. I came to have a cup of coffee with the hubby ended up staying. The spot is too cute not to enjoy a cup of coffee and Beignets. The cashier was super sweet. Nice little spot to come and eat at. The music was on point. Come try this out and support this spot.

It was our first time here, and it definitely won’t be our last. Everyone was so kind from the moment we arrived, and we felt very welcomed. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. And oh my if you love banana pudding, the banana pudding shake is a must try! Everything was so good. We’re so happy we finally got to come here.

Beignets were excellent. They were lightly crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. They were hot, right out of the fryer. They were properly dusted with powdered sugar, so that it was just enough all over my hands, face, and clothes. Also, the COFFEE IS GOOD. That just feels rare these days so I had to yell. Fair price, clean house, friendly staff, really pleasant place to sit. Not too loud (again, rare these days). I'm glad they landed here in Riverside. P.S. so good I couldn't even wait to take a pic. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The Beinget Spot is a gem. It's quiet, but the food is absolutely bursting with flavors. The owner greeted my family and was patient as we looked over the menu. The customer service met all of my expectations when trying a new restaurant. We were able to watch them make fresh beingets as we ate. I look forward to seeing more Beignet Spots in the future. The Beignet Spot's catering service was wonderful at our wedding. All of our guests were anticipating the beignets for dessert and it's safe to say they delivered. They came extremely prepared on the day and made sure to set up their on walk through at the venue in Long Beach on their own. Set up on our wedding day was seamless and the food was amazing. All of the beignets came out super fresh and provided such a tasty treat for our guests.

The atmosphere with jass music playing in the background makes it feel like you're in a beignet shop in New Orleans. The beignets themselves are heavenly...they are generous with the powdered sugar, and their fried chicken has the right crisp and is very juicy on the inside. The portions are very good for the price...everyone left satisfied! From the sweet and fruity Berry Berry to the succulent chicken and waffle fries, each dish was a hit. We just found our new breakfast and lunch spot in Riverside!

Finger Licking GOOD!! Get down to The Beignet Spot in Riverside on Market Street for some sweet and Savory food. I ordered the Fried Chicken and Beignet platter which comes with syrup. The chicken was so crunchy and seasoned just right and the Beignets brought me right back to New Orleans with one bite. Warning please wear stretchy pants you will leave here feeling stuffed and ready for a nap afterwards. I had the chance to meet the owner he was super nice and friendly. Great job Sir and I will be back! This place is a Must Try😊

But anyway, great beignets, friendly service and clean. Will definitely be going back for more beignets, hickory coffee and to try some of their other items on the menu.

We went here today just driving by and got the beignet flight/sampler. The raspberry was my favorite. It smelt so good that my kids and I had to have one on the way home. Do not recommend. Happy tummy but a messy car lol. We will be stopping by again to try the food. Great service too!

Stopped by while I was in town to try this place out. Massive portions and very filling. Beignets were my favorite part and were tasty. I had an issue with the worker double charging me and not refunding me properly. I called the number on the receipt which is the owners cellphone and he sorted it all out and refunded my entire purchase. He was very quick to fix the issue and much appreciated

Beignet is a gem 🤩💎 ❗️ The beignets my friend got were perfectly fluffy tan gold, and dusted with just the correct amount of powdered sugar. The jerk chicken sandwich was a standout- flavorful and packed with excellent ingredients. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it a must-visit. Last Saturday was me along with my friends first visit & the staff member that assisted us(Monique) was not only courteous she was well organized.

Delicious, heard about this place from some co workers thought I'd stop in for lunch after an eventful day of ripping and running. I am happy to say yet again riverside has done it again a nice local eatery located downtown good atmosphere and good food got the jerk chicken sandwich it was delicious only four stars cause I was expecting more flavor to back up that jerk name however the bread the sandwich was on was delightful and made in house very fluffy and very good bread as for the beignets served with one word to describe it angel bread cause it was simply heavenly.

Awesome place in downtown Riverside. Mery suggested we stopped in for brunch. The service was great and the food was delicious. Tried à sausage egg and cheese sandwich and of course there fresh made Beignets 👍😊Parking was close by on the curb and price was right. Definitely will go back.

Been waiting to try this place and unfortunately the beignets did not seem fresh. Maybe I need to be there as soon as they open? I ordered the 12pc and they were not even warm, some even tasted as if they had been sitting. Maybe my expectations were too high.

My first time here. Customer service is good. The lady up in the front was nice and welcoming but the food wasn't so great. I spend almost $35 on beignets and fried chicken. I was very disappointed with the fried chicken. It tasted burnt, like it was fried in old oil. Literally sold me trash!
