I went to this location last week on my day off for the first time and was greeted by a nice young lady named Monique. She was so nice when i ordered my drink, she was very attentioned to detail, and quick making my order! MY DRINK WAS DELICIOUS! The best I’ve had in a LONG time! I feel its so rare to get such vibrant and lively energy that early in the morning, so it was very refreshing and brightened my morning and day!

Staff are the nicest. I prefer this location most mornings! Will keep coming back for the nice atmosphere and staff!!

It’s clear that if there were previous issues, they’ve done a good job addressing them today.

I was looking for a caffeinated drink nearby after lunch and was relieved to find this Starbucks. The service was friendly and quick, and the inside was clean. The cafe latte I ordered was creamy and had just the right kick. I also noticed plenty of parking in front of the shop, making it an excellent spot for a quick coffee break.

This was the first Starbucks I’ve gone to that customer service wasn’t exceptional. I was the only customer there and possibly one of the first of the day (Aug 24 @ 6:35am) The two employees working were not the least bit welcoming or friendly. The bathroom was dirty for being so early- most likely wasn’t cleaned from the day before. However, I ordered my iced chai latte with pumpkin foam cold cream- and it was made well, very delicious!

So disappointed. My grande cappuccino looks more like half a tall. No foam. Cold soggy petite scone. Saw them get an order wrong while I was in there - just convinced the poor guy to take what they gave him. Worst Starbucks experience in a long time. Won’t be returning.

So I've stopped going to Starbucks depending on the location for a long time. But recently I've been going to the one 3 minutes from where I live. I always get the same thing, venti mocha frap. Except 1 time yesterday in which was made perfect, Everytime I order my drink it's ALWAYS WATERY AND RUNNY! And I'm positive it's not supposed to look like that at all! I've noticed too that I don't get the same greeting as other people when I walk through the door. The cashier today didn't even bother to take my name for the drink. And it wasn't no other customers there besides me at the moment. The manager doesn't smile or seems welcoming at all either! I usually don't do complaints, but I'm tired of going to different locations just to get quality service. Especially when I'll rather just make me a regular cup of hot coffee at home for free. Now I just threw away half of drink. It's very depressing and disgusting!

I come here really often, though the past 3 times I’ve come in I get my order messed up. Each few times, I ordered a Venti drink and they give me the smallest size ever. It happened yesterday, again. I couldn’t say anything since I was in a rush.

I did my mobile order, and needed to use the restroom before I grabbed my order. Was told the restroom is for customers only! At 6:30 in the morning. As a mom, healthcare worker and student, I spend hundreds of dollars at Starbucks every month - and I’m sure it would be hard to find someone who isn’t or hasn’t been a “customer”.

Always spell your name wrong and they’ll put your item in the completely wrong letter section so you’ll be standing there waiting around, unable to find your item for 15+ minutes while your coffee gets cold in the wrong section under the wrong name

Very disappointed. Never coming back to this Starbucks again. I am a paying customer and the girl was very rude about giving me the code to use the restroom. I am a regular customer, that was Very very unprofessional. I think her name was Rae but I am not sure.

I asked for a venti iced white mocha with no whip cream. I was then given a drink with whip cream & got a rude look when I asked her to make it for me as I ordered. The staff was inattentive and I had to wait awhile at the counter before I got served. The store was messy. It did not feel like a standard Starbucks. I don’t recommend coming here. Save your time and money and go to a different Starbucks. P.S. the second drink didn’t taste good either. I’ve ordered that drink for years and it never tasted so bad.
