Went above and beyond today. I work in the same plaza, and a customer drank my drink. Kinda a germaphobe and couldn't even take another sip without a lid. The blue/purple/colorful hair barista replaced my drink without questions. Best service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ☕☕

A wonderful warm and welcome Starbucks. Every time I come in to buy coffee I am greeted as I walk in the door. The employees are genuine when they ask you how you are and how is your day. They are quick and efficient. Even with a long line. It is really refreshing to walk into a business that knows the importance of giving a great customer experience EVERY SINGLE TIME you visit.

I don’t post a ton of reviews but today I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at Starbucks and had to share. I ordered a drink for my wife, incorrectly, and paid. Once realizing my mistake I ran up to the counter to see if it was too late to correct. He had clearly made the drink but without a second thought started making the drink the way she wanted it. I made the mistake, not them. He fixed it with a smile and in doing so has won my loyalty. Little things go a long way.

This place has been part of my morning routine for a while now. If I know I'm going to have a long or rough day, I start it out with the Idylwood Starbucks. Staff members here are generally very friendly and make a point to learn names and orders of their regulars. They almost always make some conversation with me even if they are slammed with customers. Any kind of service or retail job like this is bound to have its share of stressors and imperfections, but as a whole I feel it is a welcoming and professional environment.

This location is so fast, they always surprise me with how fast my mobile order is ready. What’s even better is everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. So glad this one is on my way to work. There’s hundreds of Starbucks I could go to but that’s when is the best!

Service was rough. They got my name wrong but the food was good and then they had a lot people's food mixed up and confused.

It's Starbucks so you get starbucks quality. I like their coffees, bit overpriced but it is what it is. Service is fast, place can be packed if the kids are out. parking is always a drama, just park in the back as people are too lazy to walk at this super healthy whole foods area:)

A good Starbucks location with a lot of parking in/around the complex it is a part of and a decent amount of seating inside. A quite good location for its space, decor/atmosphere inside and outside, and the general area it is in with a lot of other stores and shops.

The baristas here can steam milk correctly so its been a good experience. One morning they were pretty slammed with only two ppl on shift. I hope they get that ironed out soon.

A typical small shopping center Starbucks, attracting those who want coffee and a bite to eat together with those who want a cozy place to work and surf the wi-fi on laptops and smartphones. Noise level ranges from pleasantly quiet to loud as the store periodically gets crowded. Shares a shopping center parking lot with a dozen other stores, bank branches, etc. Parking is tight in peak shopping hours.

As with the other Starbucks I patronize, there is a long line on weekend mornings, and the line moves fairly slowly. The eating areas and coffee areas are reasonably clean.

Decent place, if you are on the way, its very easy to find parking and start asap with your drink. Not a lot of college crowd. Generally people at the counter are helpful.

Coffee is standard. Staff tends to be nice. However, pre-ordering in-person a day ahead for travelers has had 30% chance of success. Mobile orders seems much more reliable. Was late for meeting twice in a row because my pre-orders were not communicated ahead.

I was looking for a caffeinated drink nearby after lunch and was relieved to find this Starbucks. The service was friendly and quick, and the inside was clean. The cafe latte I ordered was creamy and had just the right kick. I also noticed plenty of parking in front of the shop, making it an excellent spot for a quick coffee break.

The air conditioning is not set right for the heat and it's warm inside. The store while being small does not have enough seats with power sockets.

This is a small little Starbucks in a busy shopping strip. Parking can be a pain here but the baristas make good drinks. Space is limited inside the store and can get crowded during busy times.

This store always messes up my mobile order. On Nov 11 I ordered a hot drink but when I picked it up, it was made as a cold drink. The manager fixed the situation. On Nov 13, I ordered a mobile drink and waited and waited until I was asked if I needed helped. I told the worker I was waiting for my mobile order drink. Estimate time was 9:09 am. At 9:15 am was when I was asked if I was waiting for an order. I said yes. And told them my drink and name. The worker accused me of lying about my order so i showed my mobile Starbucks app order history to confirm my order. Then the work made my drink. She didn’t apologize for the delay or accusing me of lying.

All right, mostly this is the Starbucks where people usually carry out their coffee and hardly spend 5 to 10 mins there... No, I'm not saying that its a bad sign, they still are the Starbucks we love its just that this typical place a bit small and narrow. Ya, they do have sitting arrangements and I have even worked on my assignments and projects sitting there without any problem... But if there are too many people it feels occupied. That's it. 😊👍

I frequent this Starbucks a lot because its close to my job.This morning I ordered a Pink Drink and for some reason, it was extremely bitter. I called the store and the employee stated they add lemon juice to the drink. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT???? That's not even apart of the ingredients. Every other time I go to this particular Starbucks, I have a problem. I'll just drive 7 minutes further to the next one.

I come here really often, though the past 3 times I’ve come in I get my order messed up. Each few times, I ordered a Venti drink and they give me the smallest size ever. It happened yesterday, again. I couldn’t say anything since I was in a rush.

The barista, his name is Zack is very unfriendly, and his "Chai Tea Latte" is not tasty. A few times I asked to remake the drink, and he showed me not pleasant attitude, he makes very uncomfortable to ask him to change the drink which I don't like. He never smiles EVER. The other barista, her name is Sasha, her Chai is not tasty either. Please, Starbucks, teach to your baristas how to make the customers happy. We are paying a decent money for your product. The other baristas working in this Starbucks, they are very friendly people and making an amazing drinks.

If I could give 0 star I would. I’m an Uber Eats driver and I’ve always had horrible experience in this place. Today I had to wait more than 40 minutes to receive my order. I asked them multiple times if the order is ready and they did not care. They prioritize so many regular customers that came after me. I had to apologize to the customer for the huge delay. Absolutely ridiculous!

New peoples works here have no personality, so rude and no greeting, it's like you are walking to cold war III zone that no one even acknowledge who you are and why you are here for!!! A real bad experience from one of the servers who were supported by her supervisor for treating me badly. Here is what happened: I requested for coffee with the half and half creamer on the side. When I mixed the half and half in the coffee, I found out that it had expired. I informed the server, and she, with a showing disrespectful attitude, changed my coffee and, this time, gave me something other than half and half. When I said that is not the creamer i asked for, she said they run out of it and lied before my eyes that she told me they don't have it. She forgot what she gave me initially was actually a half & half. I will never see this store, located at 7501 Leesburg Pike Idlywood, again, although I am one of Starbucks' frequenting customers.

I asked for straws for my drinks and the guy told me “unfortunately we don’t give straws for drinks other than Frappuccino” which is just funny to me, especially with coffee being spilled on the top of the plastic cup. I order Starbucks daily and this has never happened to me. Ridiculous location. Change your cups for non-plastic too if this is the issue. In the end, he gave it to me, but I didn’t see him having a problem with giving straws to the people in the line behind me. 😅 So I guess it’s pick and choose when it comes to who they gives straws to?

I have been going to this location for almost two years. Went today as usual, and was screamed at because I requested a straw for my drinks. I ordered ice tea and & iced caramel macchiato. I was fine with not getting straw for the tea, but you can’t really mix caramel in the macchiato without a straw or long mixer. When i asked again for the straw I heard that ‘straws are only for Frappuccino’s as there is a straw shortage.’ I said that I won’t be able to enjoy my drink and heard response ‘Fine, but someone else won’t be able to enjoy a Frappuccino now’ I get straws shortage but I won’t deal with rude. If you don’t have straws, offer reusable straws by the register. This is unacceptable to feel so downgraded because I didn’t order correct drink to deserve a straw.

Always spell your name wrong and they’ll put your item in the completely wrong letter section so you’ll be standing there waiting around, unable to find your item for 15+ minutes while your coffee gets cold in the wrong section under the wrong name
