I had a great experience at happy buffet I was greeted nicely and seated. I was quickly able to get food. The food was really good and wasn’t “buffet quality food” whatsoever. It was also very clean and had a really unique and pretty interior design.

Staff: Friendly satff, they greet very well and explained the price for buffet. Ambiance: Very nice atmosphere inside, very spacious and lot of space for siting. Sitting tables are very well spaced and clean. Covid19: followed all the guidelines of covid 19. Provided free mask. People were going in mask while taking food. Food: variety of fresh and warm food including - different type of fresh sushi (prepared by Chef on spot), meat, salmon, sweet potatoes, 6-8 types of sea food, asian food - rice, dumplings, soups, etc. Pizza, garlic bread, fresh salad, variety of seasonal fruits, ice cream, jello and other sweet dishes. Best for everyone and kid friendly place. This is must go.

Great value for the price you pay. The price of this buffet is reasonable and the ambiance is alive and happy. Great for big families. The quality of food is good, it's warm, fresh, and rich in flavor.

We love the food, the atmosphere, the workers, the selection, and the dedication.

New owners and they are trying their best,, they had real lobster it was not fake lobster it was real,, seafood is out of this world,, Even the soda was mixed correctly,, we were eight in the party and everyone loved it,, Sunday brunch

Everything I had was very delicious and the staff was very kind. My wife and I plan to come back soon.

Currently at the time that I am writing this review, this restaurant is a 3.5 star average with Google reviews. I think that is a fair rating based on my experience. First I would like to point out the positive experiences that contributed to my opinion. - The restruant and restroom was clean. - The employees were friendly and attentive in taking away dirty dishes and offering refills. - The price of the meal was an excellent value based on the food quality. - All of the food that I sampled was tasty and distinctive (sometimes at other buffet restaurants the dishes are similar in taste with little variation). - The hot sour soup was off the chart delicious ( I went back for seconds ) Secondly, I need to point out the negative experiences. - The sushi was overly bland and there was little distinction between the different rolls. - Several of the items were cold. Having over 25 years in the restaurant business, it was easy to tell why. The food was being served in plastic bins on the steam table. The plastic bins are for refrigerator storage and the metal bins are to be used for heated food to remain hot on the steam table...that being said it seems that they just took the food out of the refrigerator and placed it on the steam table hoping to warm it up. To me that alone made any score above a three impossible. Would I dine here again, ehhhh....most likely not. Normally that being said I would knock off another star, but this being written a few days later and I didn't get sick from the experience, I'm going let the 3 stay a 3.

Must have been an off night for them. Usually very good, but our visit on Halloween had my son n I sick. Wife was ok. The quality was very poor. What a shame. We really like this place but won't be going back.

Love the food here love coming here but what I don’t like it’s that’s they expect a tip they go straight up to you and ask and according to state law you don’t gotta tip don’t get me wrong we tip but it’s the fact that you have the courage to ask even after we are done paying and about to walk out … u never know why we didn’t tip maybe we didn’t have have cash or etc but the fact that you expect it and ask it’s sad … this is one of the the first place I know that does this … other places we are happy to leave them tips cuz they don’t expect it like ask or demand !!

I'll give it a 3 star, food is good. When it's time to pay the guy I believe his name is Mille gets mad if you dont tip him good!! You're literally already getting paid tip is an option not mandatory !! Restrooms are super dirty!!!

Not good, not great. Just average. The price dictates what is it. I wish they were more consistent. One time I came and the shrimp were amazing, this time they were overcooked and didn’t taste good. The manager promised on the Sunday it would include lobster and snow crab legs, so I decided to visit again. Neither were available. They did have blue crab which I know many people love , I personally don’t care for it. It is what it is though, there’s a reason this isn’t a $30-50 buffet and just costs $20. I would not recommend coming on the weekends the price increase for one extra dish is not worth it. If you want to try it, come during the week.

Dinner $14.99 reasonable. FOD WAS NOT HOT!. No kungpau chicken.I had to wait for clean plates. Take temp at entrance. Not much choices for desert.

Food was okay but some of it was cold. Bathroom’s were nasty and our waitress seemed to be bothered by everyone in her section, no refill's and had an attitude with everyone who asked for a refill. Brought the bill to the table way before we were even close to finishing. It’s getting worse as time goes by ..

First and last time at the Unhappy buffet. By 8 o'clock practically all the food was gone. I kept hoping they would at least refill some of the dishes but each time you went back you were just looking for scraps. To top it off the tip was forced. We paid 100 for 3 adults and two children the price would have been fine if they actually had food to offer.The bathrooms were extremely dirty.The one good thing I could say was the atmosphere was not bad it was nice and quiet because they didn't have that many customers. I have been to many buffets but none have topped Perris buffet.

It normally good but for some reason our whole family had diarrhea right after eating. I went again today, food wasn't that great. A table waitress dropped a cup with drink and wet my son and I, our whole back . The bathrooms are very disgusting.

Normally my child and I enjoy coming here for the seafood variety and the friendliness of our servers. However, this week we decided to eat here and had a very inappropriate and disgusting experience. There were 4 men who at first we assumed were also customers getting their food. My daughter and I were on our way to our table when they began turning look at me and then my daughter and one of them said something sexual about her. When I pointed out not to look or talk about my daughter because she's a minor they acted shocked that I even understood Spanish. When we went back to our table afterwards I realized these "men" were part of their kitchen staff who was on the floor getting their break and sexually harassing my daughter. We will not be returning here anymore, it is sad because we have always had a good experience in the past and it was one of her favorite local spots to go to. I suggest the owners do a better background check of their staff if they want to avoid any legal problems.

The breaded shrimp tasted like they under cooked it in the microwave. We tried every single dish and were terribly upset with the quality. I paid over $100 so I am terribly upset. The only good thing I can say is that the ribs were cooked to be tender but were mostly fat and gristle. The soups were ok and the steamed rice was really good. The crab was sweet but the flour coating ruined it, as it tasted like it wasn’t fried all the way. I really hope it was just a bad day for the cook because I would hate for another family to experience the same thing.

The food is good but a waiter on the left side forces you to tip. He went to the table 3 times and pointed at me to tip. I told him I didn't have cash and he told me to put the amount so he could collect it with the card. That's not right. He doesn't care that the family is in front of you and they make bad faces in front of your family. I don't recommend it.

Food is cold, not very fresh, and looks like plastic as if the food has been sitting for a while like decoration. Ranch doesn’t taste right and the soda did too. There’s better buffets worth your money. Bathrooms were unusable.

They had a very good concept about this place, but today one of the employees totally disappointed me. I was there for about 30 minutes and they didn't pick up my dishes or ask me how I was if I needed anything, but when I was going to pay, they took away the dishes, about five dishes that I had, and asked me if I was going to pay 13 .70 and that she was going to give tips, I told her no, because they had not treated me well, when it was time to pay she told me Put the card. I put it. I said thank you. And since I don't tip her, she didn't even answer me and she never said goodbye to her. I think that if you serve your customers well, we will value your work and the effort to make us feel good in the place.

None of the food was fresh and all of them taste bad or have little to no flavor. Some of the seafood tastes expired or like it was left out for a long time. There is little food selection and the chicken feels like it was injected with air because there was little to no meat and a whole lot of air instead. Also stale meats not a very sanitary as well.

No sauce for the dumplings.The food was dry, and sadly, i've never been to a chinese buffet that did not have those luscious little macaroon cookies, for dessert, I was very disappointed. Then night hit, and so did the bathroom trips. Never again. But the service was wonderful and the people that worked there were very very friendly.

We usually come here the food is not bad, but one of my family members got sick and on our way out our server basically obligated us to tip him! We were gonna tip as soon as we got change back after we paid. The bathrooms are really disgusting and the floor where the food is was really slippery I'd say an accident waiting to happen. Go at ur own risk!

There is a Asian waiter in his mid 40s that literally forces you to leave tip . Our bill was less than $110 and we left a $10 tip because the waiter only came once to refill our drinks and we had to wave him down to do that. When it was time to pay we put the $10 cash on top of the receipt and he grabbed the pen and started tapping the receipt loudly pointing at the 15% tip and my husband and I looked at each other like is this guy serious and then he started putting the receipt in our faces pointing at the tip with his finger and demanding we should leave him more money . We felt so uncomfortable that my husband just took out a $20 bill so he could leave us alone. It was the worst experience ever!! We stopped going here and now that I think about it we should have said something but at the moment we were just in shock that a server was doing this to customers . Unacceptable!!!That server should be fired!!

Bad , first time I went and my favorite food (Crab) it was horrible , like rotten,to me number one is EMPIRE BUFFET in Moreno valley , I been trying all buffets around Riverside county and orange county

I’m pregnant the first time I went to this restaurant and I felt the food was cold, not cook right as it should and as a restaurant like this should have more food safety procedures. The food smell nasty and taste like it was sat there for a bit or didn’t work anymore. The cleanliness was not good even the restroom have to be more clean and the cookies tasted like if it was stale.

On several occasions that I have gone to eat, the waiters are always watching how many times you grab food when they bring you the bill they are demanding tips obviously it is not your obligation to give them!!! Lately I have gone to eat on Friday I went to eat and on Saturday and Sunday I was hospitalized with nausea, diarrhea, vomiting because the shrimp were spoiled, those are two occasions that they admitted me to the hospital. Bad service, I will never return to that stinky restaurant!

The past 3 times that I have gone, we've been pestered to leave a tip. The waiters instantly grab the check to see if an electronic tip was left and then check the table to check if theres any cash. We left $5 and the waiter shook his head and smacked his lips repeatedly in anger. Waiters need to be more grateful. Food is decent. The mac and cheese is absolutely dreadful. Many items there will be old and stale.

That place is not what it was year ago the food is ok I guess but the service aren't good the waiters are demanding tips! If you don't give them what they want the got mad Couple days ago one of them even threaten me because I didn't have any more money to give more tip he said "I KNOW taekwondo my friend" That sucks and the restrooms are the most nasty place I ever seen I have seen restrooms in jail more clean and smelling Way better than the ones in happy buffet Too many expensive and is not worth it anymore I will never go back to that place.

PLEASE do not come here unless you want food poisoning, I’m not exaggerating , I haven’t come to eat here since 2022 when my husband got food poisoning here and I came back by myself with family and woke up the next day feeling horrible with diarrhea and throwing up , please if you care about your health don’t come here. The most disgusting experience ever. An off duty employee was sitting at a booth clipping his finger nails. I have never witnessed something like this before! it completely grossed me out. Employees in the kitchen coughing really loud and it was just disgusting! The restrooms are also extremely dirty! The smell is awful in itself! Don’t understand how they are even open!!

Came here with my family and was being pressured to leave a tip. Started talking about me because I was not able too. Last time I checked tips are optional not mandatory. Don’t come here unless you are going to leave a tip because they will hound you for one. Food was also cold.
