I like that there is a description of what can be ordered. Very nice decore and accommodating. Food was great.

I’ve done dine in, take out, and delivery, all have been great experiences. The flavor is great. I usually get the vegetarian pho with beef broth. Only thing I would like is more hoisen sauce on my takeout orders, other than that the food is still delicious.

I went in with a friend for lunch and I must say that the food was outstanding. However, with that being said the food portion was not as much as you would expect for the amount of money I paid. This was a very clean environment with friendly employees. The service was outstanding as one would expect at any restaurant. The food and cost were not good enough for me to revisit for a second time.

We have eaten here twice now. Food is delicious! Service is fast, efficient and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. My husband and I can eat here with left overs for under $40 with appetizers and drinks. Servers speak English. Highly recommend this place!

I LOVE this place! I highly recommend them! Their food is always super fresh and delicious. I have to get better about taking pictures of the food. I'm usually to busy devouring all of my food. Hey, atleast I have another reason to go again. So I'll update pictures next time I go🤗.

The food is delicious here! I’ve had many dishes but the #56 Filet mignon, #79 Banh Mi sandwich, and the #A14 fries with steak are some of my faves. Try this place!

There is alot of Choices. We hade the Phi special #1 with steaks and meatball. Very beefy flavor to the broth. Fried Salmon with there rice and fish sauce Phenomenal. We tried the Mussels. Excellent. The peanuts with it was a nice surprise. The Shrimp Fried wonton where good but missing something. We an amazing experience all around. Thank you, the Phillips

This place takes the spot for BEST PHO in Riverside!!!! I dine here frequently and always enjoy the service, food, and atmosphere. They offer vegetarian pho if you have dietary restrictions, AND IT IS SOOO GOOD! Their egg rolls are also delicious! I'll be back again this week. :)

Pho Anh makes a delicious bowl of pho in a handsome storefront. The broth is hearty and flavorful, there are plenty of meat slices in the soup, and the noodles are plentiful. The service is prompt and efficient, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. It's a nicely appointed shop, and I enjoyed my meal there greatly. I recommend it.

Delicious food, good service, and (wow) what a beautiful & clean restaurant! I was introduced to Pho almost a year ago and have been trying different places since then. We've been to a few dives, a couple of nice places, and few in the middle. After our lunch today this is now my favorite place! Very clean & beautifully decorated (even the restrooms!) Our server was a young happy guy who was attentive to us. And all 3 of us loved our food! I tried the chicken Pho and really loved the broth. We will be back and will be bringing more friends.

Tried many pho spots and they one is delicious. The pork springs rolls with the peanut sauce was the best part. The sauce is so good!!! I would come back just for that and that alone.

Pho Ahn was recommended by a friend. Good food, friendly service & yummy food. Everything checked off on the list. Updated to 3 stars. I ordered for a work lunch. After waiting longer than pickup window upon order, I returned to work to find items missing. When I pointed out I received an item different than what was ordered, I was told it was correct. Then I pointed out 2 items were ordered, paid & not received. After extending my lunch hour to make a 2nd trip & eat, I calmed down enough to downgrade my previous review. Disappointed.

We have ordered take out from here before like 2x already. And it was ok, not bad. But this 3rd time was just plain blah. We have always order the same things; the pho soup from here and egg rolls. This time the soup tasted like watered down chicken broth for mine and my wife said the same about her veggie pho with beef broth. The rice noodles had tuff texture to them, didnt taste fresh and good at all. The. Veggies they put in bags that go with the soup looked little withered and brown. So it turned us off from adding it to the soup. We have had pho soups from another place in Riverside off Unversity called Pho Vinam. This place has by far none the best tasting pho soup we have had ,and the noodles taste really fresh and the noodles pick up the flavor of soup. The aroma and flavor of their soup is the best we have really had. The service is a little slow sometimes because its so busy and its because of the quality and flavor of thier food. And it never changes and never disappoints. The 2nd place we also like is called Pho Ha and this place is way, way better then Pho ann . The only reason why we choose Pho Ann again is the distance. Its much closer the the other two. Next time I'll just make the drive for better tasting and flavorful pho soup at Pho Vinam. Never again Pho ann.

It looked good, but the bahn mi had barely any meat, more jalapeños than anything, the mayo was watered down and made the sandwich soggy and didnt taste particularly great- average at best. Drinks we got were okay but I definitely have had better- i even left a good tip but wont be returning to this franchise

I would definitely give no stars if I could . This was my first visit and my coworker and I ordered a medium pho. When we received the bill they had given us a large but since it was our first time we didn’t know the difference. When we asked the nice young lady why we were charged the extra .50 for a large because we had ordered the medium her response was, “the owner says to do it and if they complain about it then just ask them if they want the extra amount removed from the bill.” The food was delicious and I know it was only a dollar, but have some integrity. Will never again eat at this place and I’m sure there are a lot more honest family run pho restaurants in the area with food as good as theirs! Also I didn’t ask for them to remove the extra charge as the obviously need the money a lot more than I do.

The food is ALL of the 5 Stars.. this is solely for customer service. I ordered food via Doordash and when my husband went to pick up the Pho, the gentleman working there told him he didn't get any orders. These things happen, but it was the man's rudeness that turned me off. The order was already paid for and confirmed BY the restaurant, but yet he didn't say "Let me look into it, what did she order? We'll get it out to you" we would have waited a few extra minutes for the food, but he was VERY cut and dry with my husband. I then called to ask and he was super rude to me. Disappointing. Their food is good and I frequently purchased and tipped, but this was unfortunate. Even if the error was indeed Doordash, there's better ways to treat your customers. Soooo, we're no longer customers.

Very disappointed with this place right now I ordered pho last night but was too tired to eat when I got home and now that I'm reheating it now I realize they gave me their "vegan" pho even though I got the number 2 pho. Really disappointed especially after the rude service I got, way different than it used to be, I used pay 21 for 2 bowls of pho WAS gonna get 2 but it was gonna be like 30 bucks. Forget it plenty of other pho places to choose from.

Ordered #65 pork with shrimp and egg roll. Combo.. pork is thin as bacon and small portion.. worst dish I ever had!!!

I ordered egg rolls,but they only give me one piece of lettuce,I asked they to give me one more cause usually other pho restaurants will give me more lettuces not just one piece. But they told me I need to pay for one more lettuce,won’t come back again.
