I absolutely love this Chipotle! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making every visit a pleasant experience. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or dinner, the service is consistently great and the lines move quickly. It’s my go-to spot for a tasty, satisfying meal any day of the week
This is the 1st time I ate a delicious brown rice, not dry at all . The portions are better than other places I've tried and the meat is tender and delicious.
This is a very nice location, this is only the second time I have eaten here and it is definitely a great place to eat, my wife had The steak bowl with black beans and pinto beans, I had the Carnitas, chicken and steak bowl with black beans and pinto beans, it was delicious, the staff was very friendly and very helpful and courteous,Eat local,buy local, Shop local.
Online orders in 2021 January has been good so far. One experience was that our food got “picked” by someone else and I kept waiting for long when the manager asked me if I received my order yet!!. The guys at Chipotle made the order for me after they realized that someone had “Stole” my order. Nice of the manager.
I use to love this location but the day I stopped in it was pretty mediocre at best. I ordered salad and the container sitting there had scraps of willy looking greens left so I told her to please go get fresh...isn't that there commercial motto? Then I waited for someone to come out and let me pay. Service was super SLOW, the line was to the door with only one person making the orders. The guy that finally walked out to ring me up didn't apologize for the slow service or for waiting for him to come out so I could pay to leave. He came out from the backroom and looked annoyed at having to do his job. I guess Chipotle has gone downhill, sadly.
Agree with many other reviewers about the poor service at this location. The restaurant was busy, but the service felt rushed and inattentive. The protein and fajita portions were noticeably smaller than standard Chipotle servings, which is frustrating when customers are paying for a protein-based meal. The order was also packed carelessly — the queso was nearly spilled in the bag and items were tossed in without much care. Most concerning was seeing guacamole that had spilled on the counter pushed back into the container. That is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Management should review service practices and portion consistency at this location. Customers expect fair portions and basic food safety. Unhygienic, rude staff and small protein portions - for shame, Chipotle!!!
I regret coming to this location EVERY time!!! Not sure why I keep giving it a chance. My daughter is OBSESSED with Chipotle so we are frequent patrons. Even she is willing to skip out on her favorite meal when it comes to this location. Not sure if it’s constantly understaffed, or just poorly staffed. I see a total of 7 employees but only one is preparing food for guest & they have 10 people in line & floors are filthy. PLEASE fix this location so we can enjoy our visit/ meal. Staff is friendly but I am sure they deal with plenty of frustrated customers.
Not sure if this is a strategy to keep customers from dining in but the tables were disgusting. In addition to that an employee did walk by saw the mess and just went back to the prep station. Didn't even bother cleaning the area. Overall customer experience was lacking and the portions were underserved and employees looked very unenthusiastic for their job. Did not feel very welcomed.
I'm not sure if anyone is in charge today but I placed my order online today for pick up. I ordered Guac. on the side and was disgusted to not only find a pretty brown Guac. but also a Moldy Piece of Avacado in my Guac. (which tasted horrible) I decided to let it slide since the food actually looked fine. However my boyfriend had ordered guac inside his burrito and we'll I think it's safe to say he got the other whole half of that same Moldy Avacado. Extremely disappointed and grossed out. I don't understand how anyone thought this was ok for consumer consumption. Never coming here again.
Screwed my order up entirely, not the first time. They just ball the burritos and don’t even know how to properly roll them. They cheat you on portions as well. This was supposed to be a full salsa with chips. They drown burritos on the line with more salsa then this, perfect example of laziness. Don’t bother trying to call the store either, you’ll just be routed to a machine or third party customer service company. Do better as a company chipotle! Don’t have a store that sells food with no direct line to the store.
It is not very hard to hear me but staff kept bull rushing me out. I realize there is a long line but actually listen to what I am saying and you will know what I want in my bowl. I do not like having to repeat myself 4 times…It’s not that hard. CAVA can be busy and never act like this to me. Do better!
There’s always multiple employees walking around the kitchen and only one employee helping the customers, and There is one employee checking customers out at the register. The line today specifically took 18 minutes. Maybe if there was more than one person
1. Let's start off with the portions they gave the smallest scoop of meat ever, I asked for two scoops of rice and beans the second scoop was very small for each. 2. The counter was dirty a lot of the food was spilled over and they didn't even try to clean it not to mention some of the rice was a little bit crunchy and old. 3. The staff seemed so burdened by doing their job like everyone here is miserable they had an attitude. 4. The tables were dirty they don't even attempt to wipe them down not to mention the drink station area is also dirty and sticky. I do not recommend anyone coming here find another restaurant or another Chipotle the amount of money you pay for the portions is ridiculous you're basically paying 12 plus dollars for a burrito that's mostly rice.
This location is horrible. They're always "out" of food, even hours before closing. Either lazy staff or penny-pinching ownership. *Addendum: the aftermath of eating the food last night was devastating. Eat here at your own risk. I used to love eating at this restaurant. Now I honestly think it's unsafe. Never again.
very poor service, they’re getting paid $20 an hour! we still get crappy service and like they’re miserable. every single time the food is cold, online mobile order you can wait up to 15 minutes !! even though you ordered ahead a WHILE AGO. getting orders wrong, the food is never hot, always COLD I REPEAT COLD. CORONA LOCATION ALWAYS HAS HOT FOOD. LASTLY LAST NIGHT MY GIRLFRIEND HAD MULTIPLE BURNT PIECES OF FOOD IN THE BOWL REPEATEDLY AS IF THEY GAVE HER THE BOTTOM ENDS AND NOT FRESH. BAD LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO. TRASHY EMPLOYEES AND BAD SERVICE, WHAT YOU GETTIING PAID $20 TO BE TERRIBLE?? SHUT THIS DOWN.
This location is not sanitary. They make your burrito then slide it across the counter through all the spilled food on the counter. The staff seemed miserable and act like it’s a burden to serve you. Furthermore once I pulled out my phone to take pics of the mess they immediately started cleaning up the counter. They also serve browned guacamole and they don’t see an issue.
Make sure you check your order when you pay because this place is 100% scamming their customers. Before you accuse me of wearing a tinfoil hat or saying it's my fault because I still go to chipotle... I know. But let me explain. I stopped going to chipotle for a while due to their prices and portion sizes. But I came back and the first bowl I got was a regular chicken bowl. No extras and no guacamole. When my bowl got up to the register, the employee had marked it for double chicken and guac. It was like $8 in extras. I caught it and said that was wrong and they corrected it. Ok. No problem. It was very busy and frantic and accidents happen. The next time I went I order a regular steak bowl no extras and no guac. This time it was not busy at all. My bowl reaches the register and it's marked for double brisket (brisket was more expensive than the steak). Again I had to correct them and tell them that's wrong. They didn't believe me so I had them open up the bowl. After some eye rolling they charged me the correct price and I left. This brings me to the other day. I once again order a regular steak bowl, no extras no guac. My bowl once again makes it to the register marked as the more expensive brisket with double meat. The first time, it's an honest mistake. The second time, it's suspicious. The third time, it's a trend and it's definitely happening to more people than me. I think they are just banking on people not noticing and just paying the total. Also, I got a large bag of chips and it had less chips than a regular size bag. I think I'm done with chipotle. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PAY.
I am usually a big fan of Chipotle, but my recent experience at this particular location was nothing short of a disaster. I thought I'd share my story to warn others about the abysmal customer service I encountered. Firstly, I was appalled by the long waiting time. There was a long queue, and the staff members seemed to be moving at a snail's pace. It took me about 25 minutes just to place my order, even though there were only a few people ahead of me in the line. I understand that things can get busy, but the lack of urgency was utterly frustrating. Once I finally managed to place my order, I was met with a rather rude and unfriendly staff member. I asked them to make my burrito bowl without sour cream, but they seemed annoyed with my request and scoffed. I brushed it off, thinking they might just be having a bad day, but then I noticed that the same attitude was extended to the other customers as well. When I received my order, I realized that they had completely ignored my request and slathered my bowl with sour cream. When I asked them to remake it, the staff member rolled their eyes and audibly sighed. I was astounded by this blatant disregard for my preferences and the lack of basic courtesy. To make matters worse, the dining area was a complete mess. Tables were left uncleaned, and it seemed like no one had bothered to wipe them down in hours. I had to clean my own table before being able to sit down and eat my meal, which, at this point, I was hesitant to do. Overall, this Chipotle location has undoubtedly tarnished the brand's reputation for me. The terrible customer service, coupled with the general lack of care for hygiene and cleanliness, made for an awful dining experience. I truly hope that management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I was very disappointed with the service here. There were too many people helping with my order at the cashier. I added guacamole at the register and it wasn't placed in my bag. I was charged for extra meat 3 times when should've only been charged for 1. None of my items were marked to identify the difference in burritos or bowls. I wanted to use my rewards points & the cashier assured me that it was applied to my order but once I got home I checked my receipt & it wasn't. I was overcharged & my guacamole was missing. I tried to call the store to get this resolved & I couldn't reach any1. The automated system says do a online survey? My advice is; make sure your order is correct b4 you leave & check your receipt to make sure they don't charge you for items you did not receive or order. **** update still to this date no one has ever contacted me about this matter I also did the online survey & still no response
I went to this location inside Riverside Plaza shopping center and noticed how dirty the place was. There was so much trash piled up by the trash cans near the fountain drinks dispenser. The restaurant was almost empty and it definitely showed the lack of good management. Employees working there were unfriendly. Maybe the owners of this location need to get some training at Chick-fil-e restaurants headquarters and learn how to treat customers and run a business. I didn't buy anything here and Will Not go back to this location.
