Excellent for both sweet and savory breakfasts, with a wide selection. The only bar in Rivoli where you can find Matcha. Aperitif is served at 6:30 pm, but if you come (even if you're just three people) to eat at the bar, they may not seat you to make room for other guests wanting to eat at the buffet.

Locale dove poter degustare un buon aperitivo in compagnia di amici. Non c'è il servizio al tavolo, e purtroppo per i cocktail avevano appena finito tutto il ghiaccio, quindi per bere qualcosa di fresco dovevi ordiane altre bevande. Buonissimo il tagliere di salumi e focaccia. Trovare un parcheggio è molto difficile nonostante di fronte al locale ce ne sia uno grande a pagamento.

A go-to bar for aperitifs in Rivoli Square. Beautiful, pleasant, and well-managed place. There's only one major flaw that unfortunately keeps me from returning, and it's a rule set in the service: They don't serve tables, for some absurd reason. We paid €39 for an aperitif at an inside table. It was very good, and the cocktails were well-made. Can you explain to me why, after a customer pays that amount, they have to get up and get their own tray? We were there around 6:00 PM on a Friday. It was a very quiet time, with 2-3 bartenders at the inside tables, a maximum of 4-5 people, and the outside tables were all full. So, the situation was very manageable, and I absolutely don't approve of having to get my own drinks. If I do, you'll cut the table service price, which is the basis for a cocktail bar! I can understand at the bar, but at the table it's intolerable. Then, the absurd thing is that when we politely asked why this rule was applied, we were told that it's the establishment's policy! Forgive me, but I find that a truly illogical and unclear answer... It's a shame because the place is worth it and the drinks are good, but if I were to return, I wouldn't because I found this way of approaching customers absurd, which, let's be clear, isn't the fault of the people who work inside, but of those who manage it...

What can I say? I expected much better, being right in the center of Rivoli. We didn't even have time to enter before signs were already up saying "no table service." We went in and asked for an aperitif with a platter, mojito, and Campari. The bartender wasn't good at making a mojito, so the other guy had to step in... the fact is, this mojito was never made because the mint was missing (on a Sunday afternoon). We passed on the platter with only focaccia and cured meats with salad thrown on top. We waited 15 minutes for the platter. The undrinkable Campari Spritz was really too strong... if you're a bar/venue, at least learn the ABCs.

A place in the center of Rivoli, great service, the staff were always smiling and super fast, despite the chaos. The only flaw (unfortunately) is the croissants, which are a bit plasticky and not very filling... the cappuccino is excellent. PS: They don't offer table service, they give you a tray and you find your own seat.

Prima del COVID ero entrata attratta dal bel locale. Mi era piaciuto molto, quindi quando vengo a Rivoli,mi piace tornare. Era da un po', però,che non entravo. Da nessuna parte c'è scritto che non si fa servizio ai tavoli. Quindi ci sediamo e dopo un po' viene un ragazzo a dirci che ci dobbiamo servire da soli. Ok,ci può stare ma illumina d'immenso i clienti!!! Se mi siedo in un locale come questo, vorrei sapere cosa preparano : un menù? Anche digitale. Nulla, quindi vado al banco e chiedo un irish coffee, visto il freddo. Uno dei ragazzi chiede come si prepara ad un altro. Glielo spiega e mi viene preparato in una tazzina da caffè trasparente un intruglio con baylis caffè e panna montata. Sbagliato il bicchiere, sbagliato il whisky, sbagliata la panna.🤐 Il locale di per se è bello, ma secondo me ha perso molto da quando l'ho scoperto. Non c'è comunicazione verso il cliente. Boh... Credo che mi fermerò da un'altra parte la prossima volta.

Centrally located, though a bit unclean, but lacks table service. Simple, so as not to hire additional staff. Better to keep prices high, like a bar with table service, then not offer this service and make more money. Ordered a Venturo, made a Violet Spritz, this one a crodino with soda, but a regular crodino arrived. Very simple platter, guacamole made their way. Ordered fries twice. Prices as stated before, high for a Rivoli.

I'm not asking for much, just the basics of coffee. A cup that's not dirty at all, a coffee that doesn't "open" after a quarter of a second of being brought to the table. The restroom is beyond reproach. The only redeeming feature is the kindness of the young waiter behind the counter.

Non offrono servizio al tavolo, e si giustificano dando la colpa al cartello. Inoltre ti danno un blocchetto su cui scrivere l'ordine perché nemmeno l'ordine vengono a prendersi! Praticamente vieni a lavorare tu con la differenza che paghi. Per non parlare della cioccolata calda che è la classica ciobar del discount dietro casa. Amaro preso ma lasciato poiché annacquato dal eccessivo ghiaccio non "secco". Prezzi nella norma vale la stella minima sindacale

I had a coffee and noticed that the water glass was dirty, even with the imprint of someone's mouth on it. The sandwich display was so dirty it was opaque. But what really outraged me was the girl who was cleaning the floor GRAB A BAG FULL OF TRASH FROM THE CONTAINER AND PASS IT TO HER COLLEAGUE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER, OVER THE Brioches on display. When I complained, the girls completely ignored me! HOW DISGUSTING!

The pastries are delicious, and the coffee was also decent. It's a shame about the service. When I approached the counter to order, I was asked to pay first. So I did, and was served. Everything seemed fine, except that as the barista came out from behind the counter, he began to shout loudly, so everyone could hear, "Those people didn't pay!" After the third time he repeated it, a colleague of his replied that I had paid her beforehand, as requested. I expected an apology for a gratuitous and unjustified accusation, but one never came. I don't think I'll ever set foot in this place again. Zero respect for the customer!

Rivoli's White Night Awkward. Two of us entered at 12:40 AM and asked the girl behind the bar if we could order drinks, or if they were about to close. She told us to stay calm and that we could order, implying that closing time wasn't far off. So we ordered two cocktails and sat outside at 12:50 AM (€18 for a mojito and an Americano). At 1:00 AM, the shutters were lowered, the music was turned off, and the waiter began clearing away the outdoor seating. We pointed out that about 10 minutes earlier, the girl had told us we could order and order. She told us to stay calm, that many people would have taken an hour to clear everything anyway. (Understandable, but when customers ask if they can drink, they also mean enjoying their drinks in peace, with the music, etc.) After less than 10 minutes, another waiter told us we'd have to get up because the place was closed. So we went inside to talk to the girl, who gave us the information. She told us that if we wanted, we could continue drinking our drinks in plastic cups, but the outdoor seating area had to be vacated (again, remember, 18 euros!). At 1:20, we left the place.

Nice place, but it's a shame that if you order punch, you can't sit at a table... Terrible policy, especially if you're looking for a high-class clientele! The bathroom, although it looked clean, smelled like a toilet. Terrible experience.

€24 for two gin and tonics at the bar, no garnishes, and no table service. I'd say it's not quite right. Oh, I forgot to bring your own napkins.
