I must say that if you move a little away from the hustle and bustle of Rivoli's city center, you'll find this place. It's not particularly large inside, but it has a lovely outdoor seating area. The owners are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I recommend coming for an aperitif or a relaxing lunch break.

A quiet and somewhat secluded place despite overlooking one of Rivoli's busiest roundabouts. The owner is kind and friendly, and I've known him for a while. The gelato is homemade and is delicious for its flavor and texture (it's not watery). The prices are very reasonable for the quality and service offered.

It cannot be compared to a GRAN CREMERIA ... and whoever does that should look in the mirror and hide their ears... However, the manager may not be professional but still kind and prepared. I say that overall it seems to me a good place for an informal stop.

On our way back from the Avigliana lakes, we stopped for a cold drink, but there was no tea or sorbets, not even without bringing us the menu. The owner suggested a homemade cold drink, when in reality it was sparkling water with a hint of lemon and two pieces of lemon and orange thrown in there. We went to pay, and the owner told us it was 18 euros in total. A classic, clever guy who, since no one was there, pulled a nasty scam on us!

I'd never been to this place, even though I'm from the valley. The person I was with wanted a glass of wine, but since I had a pigtail, she changed her mind and asked for it anyway. The man serving seemed annoyed that she'd changed her mind and half-insisted on her taking it (the glass). This already seems unprofessional to me. Furthermore, when the crodini arrived, the person I was with asked for a straw (because she'd just had her teeth done to avoid damaging them). The man looked at her askance and was annoyed. In short, if it hadn't been for that person, I would have left. But that's not all... the final blow was being charged 10 euros for two crodini!! With two skimpy fries. It's the most expensive bar I've ever been to, and I didn't like him. You'd have to take out a mortgage to go to that bar...

A lot of goodwill isn't enough. The place is neglected. The quality of the aperitif is poor. The appetizers are generous but not of a high standard. Excellent location. It has a nice outdoor space. Cold.

If there were a chance of a negative rating, it would deserve a 10!!! It used to be a decent ice cream shop in Rivoli, now it's a nightmare bar, filthy everywhere. Just look at the state of the counter and the cleanliness of the refrigerators... Horrible. The staff is absolutely inadequate, and their customer service needs to be reconsidered. Stay away if you want to stay healthy.
