The cakes are excellent and very beautiful. I personally always order the puff pastry ones (the rocher and hazelnut flavor is truly exquisite). The pastries (very beautiful) and the Ligurian focaccia are also delicious. I absolutely recommend them! 🌟👌

Excellent pastry shop. I've ordered cakes for several family birthdays and received truly impeccable service. The freshness and quality are evident, and they're truly excellent, as is the value for money. I've recently also ordered baked goods like bread, pizza, and cakes, and there's nothing to complain about either, the quality of the products is truly undeniable. The cafe is also well-run, with fast service and no downtime. The very welcoming and friendly staff rounds out the excellence of this business. I recently had the opportunity to try their Christmas products and ordered panettone for my family and some as gifts. I'll make an excellent impression!! Exceptional Carnival cakes. Wonderful Easter products with an unmatched variety of eggs, colomba cakes, and top-quality compositions.

Let me start by saying that this has been our trusted pastry shop for years. But one morning during breakfast, I think I ate a very poor quality berry croissant. It had a strange taste, not like a fresh croissant with its crumbly pastry. Unlike the pastry shop, which is excellent, as is the cappuccino, which was good. I don't think I'll have breakfast there again. It's a shame, though.

Purtroppo pessimo prodotto , i salatini erano secchi e sembravano anche vecchi . Avendoli ordinati in anticipo non mi aspettavo di ricevere quelli della settimana prima . Non ci tornerò mai più , oltre al fatto che la persona con cui mi sono interfacciato era davvero impreparata su ciò che vendeva e non mi sapeva neanche dare indicazioni dettagliate sui prodotti venduti . Davvero di scarsa qualità , tuttavia il prezzo pagato e’ inadeguato assolutamente a quanto ho ricevuto io , ovvero un prodotto pessimo e un servizio a dir poco disastroso .

Purtroppo tutte le volte che vengo qui noto una scortesia generale da parte del personale, non credo che ci tornerò . Evidentemente non si sa cosa significa affezionare la clientela o espanderla ma ci si limita solo a dare il minimo indispensabile , in questo caso un pessimo servizio . Peccato perché i prodotti sono buoni , ma non c’è solo quello in una attività commerciale.

Quick review: €20 per kilo for a simple white focaccia... I find the same price in Recco for Recco focaccia with cheese, not to mention that in Genoa you can find focaccia (Genovese focaccia) for less or the same price. I understand everything, but a 25-30% increase over the average is unjustifiable unless you're offering a gourmet option or something typical of the area (theirs is good, but it's neither, and the price is out of control for me).

Terrible experience, rude staff annoyed by the fact that there were so many of us at one table, even though we consumed everything between chocolates, pastries and other things, the lady was very rude, insinuating that the older customers were more important!!

Unfortunately, after two consecutive years of purchasing panettone, we have to say that we're not satisfied with this bakery's panettone. Last year, we thought it was an isolated incident, but this year we encountered the same problem: the panettone had a dry texture, as if it were almost "old." The dough, instead of being soft and fluffy, was hard and unappealing. Furthermore, the pistachio cream inside didn't have a velvety texture, but was rather hard, not melting easily as we expected from a fresh, well-made product. We're disappointed, especially considering we gave the panettone as a gift last year, but unfortunately, we won't be purchasing from this bakery again in the future. We hope the bakery can improve the quality of their product, especially during such an important time of year as Christmas.

I often go to Baita (on weekends) and always have the same problems, but today it's gone too far. And starting today, I'm saying enough is enough. Given that it's one of the few places where you ALWAYS walk in and find dirty tables, a dirty counter, a long line to order and an equally long one to pay. This morning I ordered two cream cannoli that arrived EMPTY, filled only at the edges! I'm not complaining; I expect that once I report the matter to the cashier, I'll receive: 1) an apology? 2) a discount? 3) won't they charge me for them? After all, they made the mistake, not me. A reputable place would have done this. Instead, I get silence and surprised looks, as if I were the one complaining. And of course, they charge me the full bill. Congratulations! So, let's get to the point: the service here is simply nonexistent, almost unbearable. The quality of the pastry is high, of course, but that doesn't justify such poor service. It feels like a service station, but with quality products. The girl making the coffees is the only one who stands out; she runs, works hard, and is kind. And we congratulate her and suggest she move on because she can find better places.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this bar. Even though I entered with my wife, there was no one there. The bartender took my wife's order, but I was served last and completely ignored for several minutes. Good customer service should be based on first-come, first-served service and respect for everyone. Unfortunately, in this case, I felt invisible. I don't think I'll be back.
