3 years ago this was my favorite Subway store. Lately it seems like the owner is trying to squeeze a dolar out of penny and not worried about customer satisfaction at all. Employee working today were very kind and attentive though!
Got some coupons in the mail so decided to go get some subway this evening. It was very good. The lady behind the counter was very sweet. And took her time, even though she was busy making online orders. She stopped and served me in between. Very sweet. Will be back to use some more of those coupons. And their chocolate chip cookies are always the best!
First and foremost, I’d like to say this is my favorite location. Every visit has been friendly and fast service. Gary is usually who services my husband and I and I would just like to praise him a little bit. He is very friendly, passionate about what he does, and takes the time to connect with his customers. He really goes above and beyond! As long as Gary is there, we will continue to return!

I want to give a huge shoutout to James for going above & beyond during our visit this past Sunday (6/29)! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a friendly attitude & made us feel welcomed. It was clear he takes pride in his work. The store was clean, the produce was fresh & well-stocked, & he put genuine care into making our sandwiches just the way we like them (my boyfriend even added extra toppings he doesn’t usually order simply because it “looked good!”) James was not only generous with portions, but also kind, attentive, & incredibly hard-working. My boyfriend & I left feeling more than satisfied — both with our food & with the experience chatting with James. Employees like him don’t come around often. He absolutely deserves recognition…and honestly, a raise too! Thank you, James!!
Made a pickup order for my food and a coworkers meal on a separate order, walked in to pickup food, greeted by Mathew that explained the situation and immediately fixed the problem, thank you so much!

I was sent the most sickening sandwich ever. I placed an order online today for a combo the sent the sandwich only. But that not even the bad part my sandwich had so much sauce on it the bread was so soaked and saggy and wet that it stuck to the wrapper. I could squeeze the sauce out of the sandwich the vegetable were soft and soaked with sauce. This was the most awful sandwich anyone could give to a human. If you don’t believe look at the pictures. And oh the set their phone to voicemail so you cant all them. They don’t answer and they have a mailbox thats full!
We had worst service, the subway had no cheese, it was not toasted, no sauce and not made to order. We had another order and the person did not even bother to prepare the order. When waited for 10 minutes we requested her to prepare our second order and he was so rude and arrogant and prepared the second order the same way as first. When asked her if she toasted the bread, she was so rude to tell us go ahead and cancel the order. This is the way I prepare it. I know we have a rough day at work, but it should not be shown on food and customers. Hope it was a rough day for her but unfortunately we returned with non quality food when we were hungry.
Employee disclosed they deliver rotten tomatoes from food supplier and denies receiving deliveries that are not up to be received due to bad batch . The napkin dispensers are disgusting and filled with dust around and inside the dispenser as well. The window seals are full of dust as well. Bathroom is well kept but needs a little bit of mopping . The floors and tables are nasty 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. I stopped here because I had a flat tire on my car and got hungry. Gross!
Understaffed and out of stock. There are better subways out there with better service and a faster turn around. You have been warned. Staff were pleasant but they were very extremely slow for sure. I blame the management not the staff for this situation.

Horrible experience here today. Me and my wife stopped in for a quick lunch and the lady serving sandwiches was rude and combative the entire time. I asked her and question and she immediately snapped at me with a rude remark. Not sure her name as none of the staff was wearing name tags, but she was an African American lady and somewhat short. Very bad experience and we will definitely not come back here. On top of that, our food was gross, more specifically our bread was soggy.
The African American lady is very rude. She takes your order but then turns around and makes whatever sandwich she wants has a terrible attitude and mumbles about have tired she is about subway. She should not work here if she is so dang tired of the place then take it out on the customer. Terrible customer service. The young man with glasses was very helpful to complete our order after she took our sandwich from the oven and literally tossed it on the bar for him to complete it. So disappointed in the service we received today 08/17/2024 @ 1:30pm. Sadddddd!!!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered for delivery and my order was wrong twice. I ordered egg and cheese and they put bacon on it which I cannot eat. They also did not give me my two bags of chips. I ordered again and they did the exact same thing. Absolutely ridiculous do not come here
While getting at lunch sandwich on Tuesday the Manager was talking down to an employee to go clean bathroom. Also started yelling at customer while I was eating lunch and others in line. Made a good sandwich, but a horrible Manager. Customer she was yelling at ended up walking out without food.
The african american lady that prepared my sandwich was very rude didn’t even greet upon entering didn’t say one word finished what she was doing didn’t even say she’d be with me shortly and had a nasty attitude the entire time. She added whatever she wanted in the sandwich she damn near threw it and threw my receipt. 1 star because negative zero isn’t an option don’t understand how management hasn’t done anything about her. Pitiful.
don’t even bother going to this in walmart subway. employees who make 11 dollars acting like they can spare more meat on the sandwich without saying they’ll charge you. the short indian worker had both airpods in and kept repeating what after every thing i asked for. she barely toasted my bread, and just plastered my sandwich without sauce. i wanted to keep a positive attitude and go for a cookie, and there were literal gnats all on the cookies. the workplace is dirty. and they up charge for $4 for an extra scoop of chicken. horrible establishment would like a word with there manager
The guy behind the counter was really nice and I think it’s a little unfair that they only have one person working there on a Friday night. They’re super understaffed. I don’t normally do bad reviews, most of mine are positive but this location is a joke. Don’t order on the app here… I placed my order an hour before my pickup time for one sandwich. I walk in get in line and he said “we’ve been busy”. I was waiting in my car the last 10 minutes before my pickup time. This was 1/31 at 7pm. People are better of going to Walmart next door and buying sandwich stuff and making one at home.
The lady in the pink hair is very rude , she was screaming at a costumer and it’s unacceptable that lady needs to learn patience the way she was speaking to the older guy made me uncomfortable and left, never coming back again.
The guy who was working on 1/30/26 at around 9pm was very rude and disrespectful stating that he wished I was his last customer. Also being very disgruntled when asked for mayo because he had to go to the back to get more since he was out of it. Lacking very basic customer service skills.

Crazy but for whatever reason, this Subway forgot they're supposed to be able to make sandwiches. The young man behind the counter started out by letting everyone know they were out of olives, tuna, some of the cheeses, steak, etc.. The list just got longer and longer. The one employee who was making the sandwiches was overwhelmed, doing all the work. One employee just stood in the back. I could see her around the corner, she eventually came out, as the line just kept growing. There was another lady wearing a Tupac shirt with a subway name tag, possibly the manager, who just stayed in the lobby cleaning off tables. Since when did Tupac t-shirts become the uniform of subway employees? If the manager (Tupac t-shirt) or the other person could have helped earlier the line might have been shorter. It was very disappointing and not worth the trouble. I can't recommend anything because everything I attempted to order, they were out of half of the ingredients. I had to leave with no food. We ended up going around the corner to Chili's and had a great meal.
