Went there this morning around 10:30am. Girl working the drive thru had a NASTY attitude for no apparent reason. I can't comprehend how a franchise owner would allow that as the face of your business. Who on earth would want to ever come back after getting talked to like a piece of garbage? Made a complaint to the manager and he did offer a comp. I declined. He then proceeded to talk trash about me to other employees right in front of me. Incredible. Some MASSIVE anger and unprofessionalism exhibited here.

Just left this place tables were disgusting drink station dirty and sticky and worse of all the customer service is horrible. I will never ever come back to this location. First nobody was at the register, was greeted by someone who didnt know how to take orders but tried. She got a manger who came up, he says "what's up" let that slide tell him my order, My sister and another person in the line waiting for an order too, he takes mine and walks off. I wait a min and go to the side and tell him they need their order taken too. He takes my sisters order and then walks off again. 10 min later the girl in line is yelling because she has been waiting for someone to come up front and take an order. No one was up front. No one was watching the front. Manager was rude too. I assume manager cuz red coat. He wasnt working either just standing talking 5o crew playing with his nails.

Horrible experience today. Staff was super unhelpful and rude. I waited 30 minutes for two items that they kept messing up. On top of them making multiple mistakes with my order, staff was also arguing with each other and being very unprofessional in front of customers. Never coming back. They need some serious management to hold them accountable.

Just came drive thru and young teenager or whatever taking orders and collecting payment was the rudest I have ever met. Not very bright either as couldn’t figure out how to get me my receipt. Mgmt might have a talk with him about his very bad attitude.

This location is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! The EVENING STAFF=HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Including the evening “manager”! The drive thru line was backed up onto the road. Decided to go in just to get attitude from the counter staff. She proceeded to walk away, start talking on her cellphone and then clocked out & left. I waited over 30 mins for the wrong order! My burgers were missing all of the condiments and when I called the restaurant… they picked up the phone.. didn’t say anything and left it off the hook so that whoever called back (me) would get a busy signal. Absolutely ridiculous and super unprofessional!!! I do not recommend. I’m disgusted and extremely dissatisfied with not only the service and the food, but the atmosphere was hostile and DIRTY!!!! Get it together!!!!!!

The drive-thru line was out to the road. The manager handing out orders acted like she couldn't see anyone at the register. I stood there no joke for 10 minutes before anyone took my order and all I got was a frappe. So much for thinking going and was going to be faster! A bunch more people came in behind me and she didn't even acknowledge their existence and this was the manager this woman look like she had a look of total disdain on her face. Lady if you don't like your job get a new one!!

Absolutely horrible I was standing at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes with no one coming to the counter it's like they didn't believe anyone existed except for drive-thru the lady just kept looking at us hoping we would go away well I wasn't I'm a paying customer and I need service just like anyone else. After me a whole lobby of people came in and still not one person was waited on she just kept waiting on the drive-thru like you can't go back and forth and take orders and do both or assign someone to the cash register? I was in assistant manager at McDonald's in my younger years this is unacceptable in her face she looked like she was mad at the world if you don't like your job get a new one because you were just making everyone else miserable

I work close to here and frequent this location. 9 out of 10 times I have to go back and ask for the rest of my order... But do I have time to do that on my lunch....? No.

The staff at this restaurant have zero knowledge of service etiquette. After waiting at the cash, register for a few minutes with multiple staff milling about I finally left without placing an order.

I had two orders of fries and the large fry they forgot to give me, and the small fry i had was completely dumped in the bag. and i had to remind them of my drink, as they forgot that as well. on top of that, there was nasty looking cheese stuck to my nuggets and sloppy ketchup on the burger. i’ve never had a mcdonald’s order look this bad before.

Went through drive thru for fish sandwich. It was barely heated. Cheese was stiff like right out of fridge, and tartar sauce was all over inside of box. So sloppy.
