Well, this was one of the best steaks I've had in a long while, a fairly short wait for a table also. 10/10

We ordered ribeye, ribs and a chicken dish and EVERYTHING was delicious and cooked to perfection! The service was incredible as well. Great atmosphere and peanuts at the table is a nice added touch.

One of my all time favorite restaurants in the Henrietta area. I’ve done both dine-in and curbside pick up many times. This bread basket they give you rivals the Red Lobster garlic cheddar biscuit and the Olive Garden bread stick. It’s that good. I’d recommend the grilled shrimp, rice, fries, loaded mashed potatoes, sirloin, ribeye, broccoli, and more. Very good food. Very good service.

Updated 11/18/2025: The manager contacted me within 24 hours of a bad experience and apologized for the episode. I appreciate this businessman taking the time to contact me when I exchanged my phone number to clarify the experience personally. We are giving things another chance with my sons first official date out with his girlfriend. The servers are treating the teenagers like gold so far. I'll be seeing if I can meet the manager personally and thank him for the apology and changing my opinion of this location that we love so much! Some of the best server attitude I have experienced in a while. The steak was small for what we paid. But cooked very well, and seasoned perfectly. Baked potatoes had the right taste and toppings. Although the cost to amount of toppings ratio was lacking quite a bit. Corn comes from a giant can, easily and is not really a prepared item. Broccoli is frozen, not fresh and is definitely not prepared either. We had the cactus blossom, good flavor, good seasonings, a little clumpy at spots with flour so a little blah for presentation and a mouthful of uncooked powder. Not the greatest value unless you are into bread and free refills of soda. Comfortably around $19-28 per person. Food is quite good there. My favorite ribeye around. Staff is friendly, fun atmosphere, awesome bread that comes with sweet orange cinnamon butter that is delicious, free peanuts to snack on and tossing the shells on floor almost seems wrong which makes it more fun. Only two bad experiences I had was the 16 ounce ribeyes that I ordered (on two separate occasions) I was certain it was not a ribeye. After making a complaint tho, they happily took it off the bill. Won't order the 16 ounce anymore, will now always get the 12 ounce. Will def be back! Mushrooms are awesome as a side for your meat. Salty, juicy, and tasty. Have never had a bad plate of food there. Ceaser dressing is awesome. Potatoes mashed or whole are awesome. One of my favorite places to go every week or two.

Heard the food was even better after you guys reopened- I was not let down. I ordered a country fried sirloin and was surprised with the taste- the kitchen manager asked if anything was wrong with it, being so soft spoken I didn't wanna tell him I was just used to the cubesteak and not actual sirloin. He come out and brings me another one- double the size of the last and cooked tender! (I didn't even think that was possible for a fried steak) Overall- the food and the staff absolutely exceeded expectations today. Me and my girlfriend had a very nice time. We appreciate it!

Our waitress, Lauren, was great and checked on us almost immediately after we sat down to get the drink orders and she continued the great service throughout the night. The food came out quick as well and everyone enjoyed their food. The smothered chicken with the side dish of loaded sweet potato was my favorite.

Tonight my husband and I came for dinner and we had the pleasure of having Jaszie (I believe that’s how it was spelled) and we had an amazing experience. Not only was the food prepared and served quickly but she was right there when we needed refills. She was an absolute sweetheart and because of her amazing service we will return very soon!

This was great! I had the smoked salmon salad and it was like a flavor grenade blew up in my mouth. The shrapnel, hitting my tongue with dopamine. Great service, the workers are out of this world. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Got here 2:52 after missing a turn to golden corral. Said this is a good spot. Walked up door was shut, opens in 8 minutes. Waited to let an elderly couple in first. Definitely on the top of their game here, just can't say the same for the denizens of Rochester, which I guess I shouldn't have expected much, it's not Buffalo. This is a very popular restaurant and for good reason. You can smell the mouth watering grilled steaks from the parking lot. Even on your way out to your car after you've eaten the most satisfying meal you've ever had and you are stuffed ...you smell that grilled meat and it makes you want to head in again 😂. Every thing is consistently perfect from wait staff, to drinks, to steak and shrimp and buttered garlic dipping sauce to amazing sides, cinnamon butter rolls and appetizers. This place is the absolute best always!

We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse, and I really want to recognize Lily, the floor manager. We had a small issue with one of our dishes — nothing major, just one of those things that can happen in a busy kitchen. We completely understand that mistakes happen. What truly made the difference was Lily’s response. She approached us with a genuine smile, listened carefully, and handled the situation with understanding and professionalism. There was no defensiveness — just empathy and an immediate effort to make it right. That kind of attitude can completely turn around what might otherwise be a frustrating moment. When you’re out trying to enjoy a good evening, the last thing you want is stress over a plate. Having someone who understands that and fixes the issue quickly and kindly really matters. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Lily made our entire experience worth coming on here and leaving a positive review. We truly appreciate her and the care she showed us. Standard Texas Roadhouse, and by that I mean this is the only large format restaurant chain that hasn’t changed since the 90s (in the best way possible). We’ve eaten at the nicest, fanciest, most expensive places in Rochester and I can honestly say they don’t hold a candle to this Texas Roadhouse. The filet will completely melt in your mouth. I just picked up a large family order from Texas Roadhouse, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Mya from Car Side To-Go. She was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a big smile and made sure everything in my order was perfect before I left. She double-checked that I had everything I needed — and even went out of her way to grab me extra butter (which, let’s be honest, is essential when you’ve got those legendary rolls). It’s rare to see someone take that much care and pride in what they do, especially during a busy dinner rush. Mya made the whole experience quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant. She definitely deserves recognition for her awesome attitude and attention to detail. Huge thanks to Mya and the team for making our family dinner perfect tonight!

The team went out of their way to accommodate us so we could all sit together while still following safety protocols — they didn’t have to, but their extra effort really made our night. On Saturday October 4th I took family visiting from out of town to Texas Roadhouse in Henrietta. The first group of family were there at 1 for lunch. It was an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. We enjoyed the seafood( fish and chips and grilled salmon over Ceasar salad). The rolls and butter were delicious and plentiful. The best part was the on point service from Ashley. She was very kind, attentive but not overbearing. I was impressed enough that my second group of visiting relatives, I took back, later on to Texas Roadhouse ,and asked for Ashley to again be our server. We had ribs, steak, chicken tenders, fish and chips. Everything was perfectly cooked and well presented. I had two friends recommend the Roadhouse and I'm glad I listened. Alyssa is amazing! We came in at 930 and told her we would just order and take it to go. We had just come into town for a competition, so we were super late. We knew they closed at 10 and didn't want to be those people who came in late and stayed. She was nothing but nice to us. She told us to stay and it wouldn't bother her at all. She said she still had a ton of stuff to do. So, us staying would be no imposition to her in any way. The food and service were great as always. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a decently priced good meal.

It's a very loud place. This wait staff come out every once in a while and start yelling things I don't know if it's birthday or what it is. I ordered a sirloin medium well it came out pink. The Caesar salad was nice and the sweet potato. The three shrimp I ordered had too much pepper on them.

The place is awfully crowded. It took much longer than the 15 minutes they told us to get seated. The food also took a long time to arrive. I am a disabled veteran and regular at Texas Roadhouse across the US. Host said no tables available, although most of them were not occupied. Handed me bread and told me to seat myself. Had me sit at the bar, only option. Bar was full of bread crumbs, etc. had not been wiped down for some time. Bar tender could clearly see how dirty the bar was and did not offer to wipe it down. The food was overall good. Someone at my table steak was not cooked how they wanted it and the server took it back and they made another without issue which was generous of them. First waitress was very accommodating fast on refilling drinks and making sure table was taken care of. Though there was an odd experience with another waitress taking care of our table. My spoon had food material on it before I used it so I requested a clean one. She then came back with 3 spoons and said take your pick. My first "pick" was even more dirty then the original. But at least one out of the 3 seemed clean so I went with that one. I know the original issue is not that waitresses fault but very odd way of handling it. I would recommend next time looking at the replacement silver ware before bringing it to the table to make sure it is clean before taking a handful and showcasing that isn't the only silverware dirty. Also im not someone to generally find flaws but the silverware was very noticeable dirty. Bit saying they didn't attempt to run it through the wash but food material was still caked on.

Service was fairly good but the food was sooo ehh. The onion appetizer was very filling for an appetizer and kinda messy. As for the steak it was super undercooked to the point where it was cold in the middle. Yes, COLD! I shouldn't have to ask for the cheif to cook the steak period. Texas Roadhouses have been our go to wherever we are, home or traveling. Our recent visit to this location (during travel) was our second visit. The first time was enjoyable as usual, but not our recent visit. I was there with my daughter for dinner before I had to leave the next day. We arrived around 4:30 so it was not yet busy, and there was plenty of seating. When we were seated at a bathroom area booth, I immediately asked the young woman if we could sit elsewhere as we didn’t want to sit near the bathrooms. She told me no because there were no other tables available. At 4:30 in the afternoon?? I then went to the front desk and asked if we could please be moved and was again declined. Why? Other customers were coming in and being seated at all the other tables so why couldn’t we sit at one of them?? I understand people sit at those bathroom booths all the time and don’t mind it; we did mind. The bathroom booth seating was a real mood killer and ruined our dinner. The saving grace for the review was the server - she was great.

The food was good but the service was terrible. The server didn’t let us finish talking and left and acted like she was rushing to get us out of there. The worst part is when we were leaving she said: “thank god, finally”! Like what? I was shocked because this was really rude. We didn’t even stay for that long maybe 30 minutes. She wasn’t friendly at all she looked mad and not nice. Horrible attitude and service.

Very disappointed at this Roadhouse! I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I got there, I checked in via text. After receiving a your order is ready & will be out shortly response, I had to go to the takeout window 10 minutes later. I stood at the window for 2-3 minutes until the staff put down their cell phones and noticed me standing at the closed window. My order had been sitting on the shelf and wasn't under any heat lamps. Needless to say, my food was lukewarm at best. Not only that, but the side of fries that I ordered consisted of a whopping 5 french fries. I definitely would NOT recommend ordering from this Texas Roadhouse!

Had to wait 45 minutes for a seat (which isn’t bad really). Our waitress was nice, she did a good job. The food was just so mediocre. I was very disappointed in the steak. The part we cut into was cooked how we wanted but as we got further around the steak it was rare. Which is not how we ordered it. It also had no flavor at all. The quality was there though. The rolls were fresh. The blooming onion had some raw batter in between the onion, but nothing I would complain about to the staff. The baked potatoe was good but veggies were dull. I will choose Long Horn over Texas Roadhouse any day. First time visiting because we had a gift card and can’t say we will ever go back. Side note: the prices were very fair though!

Service was terrible. We were trying to have a nice chill date and our server Mandy kept bugging us repeatedly to do everything, seemingly trying to get us to just get done and leave even tho it wasn't a crazy busy night (there were many tables to spare). It made us both anxious instead of allowing us to relax and enjoy. Ribs were dry and not fantastic but steak was very good. One of the employees very nicely opened and held the door for us on the way out which redeemed the service slightly.

Decided to come here for my mothers birthday. It was busy, wait wasn't to bad as we called ahead to check in and used the text option. 1st thing I noticed upon entering was the floor was really sticky. We were told to wait by the meat case to be called. That's where the waiters pick the food up from. No a convenient place to stand. Food was decent and servers were very friendly, but overall we were unhappy with the service. My 1st time at a texas roadhouse. Food being brought out was inconsistent, we got 1 appetizer right away and 2nd one took almost 20 minutes to come out. Waiter listened to us and repeated but did not execute anything the way we asked. Order was messed up a couple times and it seemed like theres just an overall lack of communication between workers. At the end we wanted to cash out and we were waiting on the guy to get our credit cards and he was just standing there talking to the other employees about noting. He didn't start moving till we had to walk over to move the process along. I think this place could be way better. At this time I'm undecided as to A recommendation but I myself wont be returning. I work to hard for my money to spend that much and not be fully satisfied with my experience. Also, booths are small. I am a big girl and cannot fit comfortably into the seats makes the whole visit somewhat unpleasant.

Welllllllll.... ugh I hate bad reviews but this definitely is review worthy. So we ordered steak with added toppings. Both steaks cooked incorrectly. They asked if we wanted it put back on the grill.... uh isn’t that contamination?!!!!! One steak went back and came back again incorrect and without toppings by then the sides are cold!! They brought us only one new side!!! The manager was the one who asked if we wanted it put back on the grill and didn’t seemed concerned that I was upset about my cold loaded fries... that was taken back and within 30 seconds a new plate was brought out that supposed just came out fresh! It was soggy and the cheese was hard!! Never again will we waste money here!!! To only have fries taken off of our order!!! That is just ridiculous!!!!

Went tonight to celebrate my son‘s birthday. He ordered the prime rib. It came out flavorless and fatty (I love prime rib and I didn’t even want a bite). The manager came over and asked how it was and we were honest with him. My son did not want anything else because you never know what can happen when you send back food. But he wasn’t eating the prime rib, that was obvious. The manager said he was going to come back in a few minutes, never came back and never took it off the check. $30 went in the garbage.

This road house out in Rochester was terrible. It wasn't not crowded at all yet they still messed up our food. 8 got a steak that's 35 dollars and they burnt it. I asked for medium rear and it was so burnt I couldn't even cut it. The waitress serving us was rude and annoyed when we asked for anything like a dr8nk refill. I will NEVER go back to this one. The one in Syracuse and the one in Clay is way better. They are ALLWAYS crowded and they still get your food right and are nice to you!!!

Bad ordered 24oz bone in and side salad 🥗 and potatoe 🥔 potato 🥔 and side kick of ribs potato was only thing good.. salad plate was ice cold and was Wilted and dry with bad rotten spots then come the steak ordered medium rare I believe it was frozen when they tride to cook it edges was OK center was not cooked at all and so cold it was not bleeding returned everything don't trust this location if there cutting corners that much to use left over salads overall experience management canceled the check

This location blows. They don't peel the cactus blossoms, so you're left eating onion peel that is the texture of plastic. The chopped steak was charred. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.

I took my parents there while visiting them. This was by far the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been to. I threw up my food hours later. Luckily I did. How are they still allowed to be open??!! 1000% do not recommend.

The food was mediocre. The service… honestly questionable. I went there with my family and a Deaf friend to have dinner for my birthday. I understand it was dinner time and busy. But our server stood right behind us at the counter, nonstop chatting with another server, and barely paid any attention to our table. Later I realized something even worse. While chatting, she was flipping the trash can lid back and forth with one hand… and obviously she would be serving food with that same unwashed hand. Fortunately or unfortunately, a male server was the one who brought most of the dishes, and I only noticed what she was doing halfway through the meal, so I let it go quietly. But no matter what, there are moments when service is needed. As I said, the restaurant was crowded and loud, and I gestured multiple times to get her attention, but she never noticed. I ended up having to get up, walk to her, lightly tap her shoulder with my index finger, and only then did she notice me. I asked for a drink refill and returned to my seat. When we were finishing our meal and needed boxes for leftovers, I waited again, but she was still chatting and flipping the trash can lid. Once again, I had to go up to her from behind (because she was facing away) and tap her shoulder with my index finger to ask for boxes. I got the boxes, returned to the table, packed the food, and while we were finishing up the bill, the manager—also a woman—suddenly came to me. She told me that “for training and education purposes,” she wanted to inform me that the server felt very uncomfortable and upset because I touched her shoulder. She told me not to touch staff again and to call for them instead. So what exactly was I supposed to do? If she had simply checked on her tables, or even glanced at the tables while chatting, she could have easily seen that we needed service. I’m not saying she has to check every five minutes. I’m not saying she can’t chat. But she could at least look over her section to see if her customers need something. She didn’t do her job, forcing the customer to get up and approach her, and then she ran to the manager to complain just because I tapped her shoulder once with a finger? After paying, I regretted the tip immediately. I probably won’t go back for years.
