I updated my rating after receiving exceptional service. Our waitress Jazmine W was awesome and attentive. She read our minds and kept our drinks and bread stocked. Cleared our table when needed and served our food fresh and hot. Her checkup was timely. I came for certain foods like the Flo’s Steak (the best cut in my opinion ordered medium or medium well) and the their Season Steakhouse Wings. We finished with the Chocolate Molten Lava Cake, yummE. You have to try the wings! The weekend are busy. Dont believe the 15min wait time on Google its more like an 1-2hrs wait. It gets over crowded in the waiting area though. They dont have a restaurant pager, they call out your name so if you cant fit in the waiting area and decide to go out good luck.

I am never disappointed when I come to Longhorn Steakhouse! I didn't feel like eating steak today, so I ordered seafood. Absolutely delicious, every bite! Shrimp was seasoned perfectly. Great customer service by our staff.

So enjoyed my meal today. For a take out it was 👍 my spicy chicken bites was delicious and tender with a nice portion filled to the top my strawberry salad and Asparagus with cheese sauce wow. I just celebrated my 30th birthday and enjoyed a delicious dinner at Longhorn. Everything was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare). My server brought an icecream sundae and her coworkers over to sing happy birthday right after I took a big bite of steak haha. The sundae was great too! When my husband and I left, there was a server outside, I think on her break. She complimented my dress and was so sweet! I wish I would have gotten her name. Regardless, the staff and food here is awesome and my husband and I will definitely be back.

Great steaks! Great sides! Great service! This is really a fine chain, they go above and beyond and they are always consistent. With so many local restaurants going outta business it’s really nice to have these chains around so we still have some decent options. Often people will bash chains but small businesses will often not be consistent and they don’t always have the best hiring practices.

This restaurant does everything right. The prices are very reasonable, food is excellent and the service is top notch. My family and I go here on a regular basis and are never disappointed. I recommend highly.

I love this establishment, and the customer service was exceptional, thanks to Roberto. He went out of his way to assist me with a business-related request by helping print my receipts for expense tracking. Honestly, there is actually nothing wrong with this place. For the price you pay you absolutely get a great meal. Now I will say the filet mignon is much better than any other cut they have. The visor ridiculously thin so that is the only turn off. Their signs are delicious. Their salads are fresh and tasty. The strawberry salad is the best. The brussels sprouts are phenomenal and just as good as any high-end steakhouse. The service is prompt. The meat is cooked exactly how you ask for it. But above all the price is so much more reasonable than high-end steakhouses. You can get a dinner quality meal for lunch, which is ridiculous. The lobster tails are reasonable price add on but they are very small at 4 ounces. You can get the larger 9oz filet mignon plus lobster tail combo already comes with a side and salad for $45. I’ve eaten many times at the most expensive steakhouses in Rochester. I’ve been to all of them. I’ve been to them for more often than I’ve been to a place like this. But when I do come to a place like this I am so pleasantly surprised as my expectations are low but then I remind myself that perhaps going to the expensive places it’s not always worth it. Granted, places like patron saint, max chophouse or black and blue definitely have better steaks there but you’ll pay for it so if you want the thick juicy marbled ribeye and you’re willing to spend the money for it then yes it is higher quality and tastes better but this place is reasonable and for the price and still offers a very decent meal. But I would stick with the filet mignon in the place like this. Also getting lobster tail and gives you the melted butter which goes great with a steak too. Stay away from gio prime as that place is garbage now that the new chef and Owner Jose completely destroyed the quality of the food, they are compared to what it used to be at the old Tournadoes.

We like this place for lunch. Even when we aren’t having a drink we sit at the bar. It’s a good place to chat and hang out while enjoying a good steak. The bar staff is always great here no matter who is working. And they are covering tables in the bar area and covering the bar without missing a beat. Today I wanted a big steak so I got the 22oz Longhorn. I admit I normally enjoy the sirloin as it’s a less fatty no bone cut but today I wanted more than 8oz of steak. The steak was very good and I enjoyed it but cutting around the bone is a pain. Plus I’m sure people look at me funny when I pick up the bone and gnaw off anything too hard to cut off. Haha. I normally get the baked potato plain but today I ordered it loaded. I’m sure it’s good but after the steak I just brought it home today. My wife got the 1/2 pound cheeseburger lunch with fries. She said the burger was cooked perfect at her ordered medium rare. This is one of the only steak places open at lunchtime and they get our business often because of this.

Usually I don't like LongHorn Steakhouse. Usually the people are cold and very rude towards me. But here the employees were exceptionally friendly, nice and our server was always asking if we needed anything else. I will definitely come here again with my friends and family. Our food came out hot and it was absolutely delicious!

We had an awesome dinner. Years ago I went to a different location and had a bad experience so I avoided Longhorn Steakhouse. I am so glad I tried this one because the food was excellent, and the service was on point. I had the French Onion Soup, Parmesan Crusted Chicken with asparagus and mac & cheese. The flavor of everything was fantastic. My husband had steak of course with fries and mac & cheese and he was very satisfied. We will definitely make the trip more often for the food. Well worth it!

We had an absolutely amazing experience from the hostess all the way to us walking out of the establishment, where employees were on their way out and wished us a good evening even when not being on the clock. Overall really good experience! Service was quick and helpful. The mango margarita w/ sugar rim was delicious. The spinach dip was spot on. The burger was a good deal with flavorful seasoning! The fries were a little cold, but not bad.

We went after a circuit assembly and ordered steak, shrimp, burgers, salad, cauliflower au gratin, sweet potato, loaded potato, and white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. The cheese in the mushrooms was overcooked and tasted weird, though the mushrooms were fine. Steaks and burger were medium-well and very good. One order of shrimp was overcooked, and the waiter brought a replacement. Great waiter. Everything was good. We even left with 2 orders of shaved prime rib sandwiches, strawberries and cream shortcake, and apple goldrush. I'm extra satisfied.

I rarely eat at the Longhorn, but mostly get takeout. Recently tried their grilled lamb chops. Asked for medium rare. They were absolutely delicious. I also think they make some of the best burgers around Flemington.

Steak cook perfectly, above expectations, but the flamed grill corn on the cob was like eating dry cattle corn. Should have known since it needs spices and melted parm cheese to taste good. Rice Pilaf was excellent. Great service and atmosphere.

Outstanding service from our waitstaff, Amanda, and Chris the manager! My brother had a gigantic steak (The Longhorn, I believe) cooked to perfection and paired with all the fixings! Highly recommend the strawberry shortcake dessert, too...so yummy...the perfect light finish to a full meal. I hope we go back tomorrow, LOL!

My friends treated me on my birthday here. Food are ok portions with generous species. My porterhouse had tons of garlic sauce. It's delicious and cooked just right. We were there till 11pm and people are still coming in to eat. Will eat here again. Thanks for the free birthday sundae!

Beautiful decor and attentive staff, the food gave me a lot of stomach discomfort & im not sure why. I had the grilled shrimp & mash potatoes. The $5 margaritas were amazing and so was the bread.

Great steakhouse. We went to the Boston location before and this one delivered as well. Service was good and food was excellent. Only 1 star off as I had ordered medium rare while my partner ordered medium and it seems they mixed it up. We didn't mind swapping dishes so it was fine for us. Always get the crispy Brussel Sprouts.

Seated at a booth in the bar area I'm able to see the two smaller TVs above the bar. It's just what I'm looking for eating alone this evening catching up on emails. My order of 6oz Renegade Sirloin, baked potato, salad, and small pour glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, arrives within 20 minutes. The medium-well steak is tasty with the noticeable butter dripping on the plate. This is a solid meal, cooked well, tasty, and reasonably priced. The only complaint is the excessive amount of blue-cheese dressing put on the salad. Next time I'll ask for the dressing on the side. The waitress is quick on water refills and doesn't rush me. Overall my experience is great not having been to this restaurant in years.

It was pretty good. There were 11 of us. We were there for my Husband's Grandma's 92nd Birthday. The waiter did a pretty decent job of keeping everything straight. I ordered a baked potato with cheese, butter on the side. The baked potato that first came out was plain with a large side of butter and shredded cheese piled on top of the butter which was just weird. I sent it back for cheese that was melted on the potato. I got a very mealy potato though so I ended up not eating it and just ate the side of grilled corn on the cob I ordered which was amazing. My mother in law ordered a bacon cheese burger and said plain no vegetables. It came out with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles on it but she was too polite to say anything and send it back she thought the waiter we had would "get in trouble" for getting it wrong. So instead she suffered through a burger she didn't like the flavors of, since she hates onions and pickles. Other than that everyone had their orders right and the waiter was good about checking on us and bringing refills to our drinks.

Nice steak, and the service is really good. We were the first time to visit longhorn and the waitress gave us a detailed food introduction and the way to have the steak cooked (medium rare etc.). Quick service and nice environment

Update: Ate at this location April 3, 2021 and enjoyed my meal this time around. We ordered filet mignon; sirloin and ribs and all were excellent. The mashed potatoes are to die for. The sauce on the ribs is perfect not too sweet and the meat falls off the bone. We've eaten at three LongHorn locations and have enjoyed it each time. Would highly recommend. The restaurant has tall panels to ensure safe COVID protocol. The staff wears masks as well. My husband ordered the ribs and my daughter and I ordered steak. The steak was juicy and flavorful but the steak wasn't lean. The porterhouse was too fatty. My husband's baby back ribs was excellent. My daughter ordered the sirloin. I enjoyed my husband's ribs more. The ribs fell right off the bone. Would definitely order this dish whenever I go back.

Food was great . I ordered the same entree at Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn was much better. The shrimp and steak was tender and not dry. The server was great! We all enjoyed our food.

The food is good. Hubby had burger with onions and mushrooms. I chicken appetizer with onion petals. The chicken was very tender with a sauce. The onion petals were sliced very thin to the point you couldn't taste them because they were very salty with a thick coating.

Disappointing service. If the waitress spent less of her time hanging out with a single guy at another table instead of serving our party of experience and quality would have been much better. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Drinks remained empty and meals took a very long time to get served. When they did come out, several of them were completely cold. Sent back to reheat. Everyone else was done with their meals, and the reheated meals still hadn't come back out, so they were canceled. Won't be coming back here. Maybe try the other local LongHorn or time to switch to Texas Roadhouse.

I really wanted to like this place I did, but I didn’t. The waitress was very sweet, nice and attentive to our table. The problem really was with the food. The steak was dry and tough. I got tenderloin and it may as well have been a hockey puck. I ordered, medium, and yes, there was a little pink in the middle, but it was still tough as nails. The broccoli was completely covered in butter, even though it was supposed to be steamed broccoli. I also ordered a lemon drop from the bar. It was like drinking pure lemonade. For the money it was really Was not worth it. If you’re interested in a good steak and you’re in Henrietta hit up Texas Road House. Great steak for the money.

The cocktails and the bartender however were both fabulous. Had a late lunch early dinner after. My husband had a rib eye steak which was good and I had their battered chicken sandwich which was good as well. I had a side of their brussel sprouts which was not good in my opinion. All in all, expensive for the quality. Staff was very nice. Will definitely go to local restaurants instead of a chain next time we're in that area.

When the food finally did arrive it was wrong I understand they were busy but it was not a great experience the manger came by and apologize all she said was they are behind. So we won't be back if the food order was correct we could over look some stuff but all that time waiting and still wrong.

I had the Firecracker chicken wraps I though is was bigger but it was small and salty are the service was great she definitely understand and was very nice I do feel its wasn't enough on the menu the choices was not alot and my boyfriend asked for steak well done! He got a well red! They took it back but other then that The French onions Soup was very delicious

Tried a medium 6oz file mignon shown in attached photo. It was thin and overcooked. Subpar service from young waitress. The Mac & Cheese was well prepared.

I am amazed that this place wasn’t a quarter full, and they refused to seat me until the other 4 in my party arrived. I have never had to wait to be seated when there were plenty of available booths. We’ll see how the rest of the visit goes. The hostess was absent much of the time. While sitting waiting for my family to arrive, I saw a few small groups come in, wait 3 -4 minutes, then leave without any hostess seating people. It was very slow, and people were waiting in line to be seated. Meat was select quality. I ordered longhorn Pittsburgh seared rare. Was borderline medium. Manager did cut a break on the price for that. Mom’s ribeye had the consistency of a sirloin without the flavor, and was overcooked. The server was good. She did a very good job.

We drove almost an hour specifically to eat here for our very rare date night. True country folk- raising cows and horses. I work full time as a farrier trimming and shoeing horses. Only time I've ever dealt with fruit flies was when cleaning out a relatives place that was a hoarder. I wore a mask and gloves to do the kitchen. We sat at a booth on the edge under the bright overhead lights and I believe that either made it worse or made it so we could see the fruit flies more than others could 🤢. The waitress was awesome about it and I recognized that it's not her fault. We talked to the manager and apparently the place needs some renovations to rectify the problem. He discounted our check. Running my own business I understand the struggle. I couldn't imagine working under some jerks that just don't seem to mind! Hopefully corporate sees this review and takes action! We won't be back for quite awhile as I'd rather cook my own food in the woods under the stars and only deal with 'regular' bugs... The steak is just as good as our home grown beef but for the cost and travel- I can cook at home, bug free!!!

I got the strawberry and chicken salad. The chicken came cut up, but it was still served undercooked. They replaced it. My partner ordered a medium filled. It came burned on one end, literally bleeding red on the other. It also was flat and looked like a sirloin instead of a filled. Don't trust their online pictured. The mashed potatoes were good. So we're the stuffed mushrooms.

Usually a decent place for lunch but our last visit this week was very poor, especially the service. We were seated in the bar area after waiting at least five minutes at the door with no one there to greet or help us. Then it took the bartender / server a really long time to come over and just get our drink order. When we ordered our food, I had requested extra butter for the bread and was told “no problem” but it never came. Our food order, which I would have thought would be real easy to prepare (2 salads and 2 bowls of soup), took forever to come. It took 30-40 minutes for the two meals to arrive and they were not even very busy at all! We were both promised drink refills at that time but those never came until she brought us our bill! One of the two soups that came was the wrong one but since our server never came back to check on us once, I was not able to bring it to her attention until we were already ready to go. I asked her just to take the soup (which only arrived lukewarm) off the bill because we were more than ready to leave at this point but she instead seemed insistent on bringing me the correct soup now or to send me home with a bowl to go, but I said no just to remove it from our bill please. Now she seemed very confused and never apologized once. The soup was eventually removed from the bill but at this point we had spent over an hour at a place that was really not that busy and we had wanted a “quick lunch”. The whole experience was very unfortunate and unpleasant. In the past, it used to be a pretty good place to choose for lunch but definitely not this visit! And I doubt that I will return because there is just too much competition out there for restaurant choices and why go back to one which has really let you down? I would rather give another, different restaurant a chance.

Did a curbside order nobody was there but I waited extra 35 minutes when it supposed to been ready at 3:15pm. All our steaks where burnt and not parm over like they come. I didn't check food til I got home then I called they told me leave a message for management but its been 2 days no call back yet. Spent 175.00$ plus taxes. Everytime we give them another chance they mess up again the steaks taste exactly how it look burnt.

This is regards to the Henrietta location. I ordered 5 kids burgers well done, a tbone steak meal and the flos filet. Everything was supposed to be well done and even after driving a whole 20 mins 3 kids burgers were medium well and 2 were medium with blood. The tbone steak was medium well, the flos was the closes to well done. I called the restaurant and Tony the manager put me on hold and never answered back, even after I called back I was still placed on hold. Will never come to this location again. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, just placed me on hold 2 times for long periods until I hung up.

While I don’t typically write reviews, this experience was so bad I feel the need to share it. I ordered the salmon, and no one told me they were out of salmon until they were already serving the rest of the food unacceptable and unprofessional. Then I was rushed to choose a quick replacement and ordered a medium steak. After literally three minutes, my steak came out overcooked, dry, and well done; not prepared or fresh. I went it to get a refund but the poor commutation, rushed service, and poor quality, made this absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

Supervisor Kenny(he said) and waitress was really rude throwin drinks on the table non chalant, food was food COLD! My 1st time coming to the worst customer service. I usually visit once a month! Never again made me want to be really rude but I held my composure becauss why yall so rude is it my color?? The food not free!

I only gave the food a four-star because their food is good, the service on the other hand is questionable she still right there waiting for another color to walk through the door before she even said anything to them totally bypass me and I was already in there waiting so if you have melanin in your skin don't come to longhorn Henrietta around this time of day 😡😡

The manager came over to talk to us and he was very rude and demeaning, almost as though we really upset him. When we walked in, there was no one at the desk to seat us and we waited a while. Having never been to a Longhorn before, I assumed that we should seat ourselves. There was no "wait to be seated" sign. I looked for it. I was very offended by this manager's demeanor toward us. We got up and walked out. Also there are cobwebs on the wrought iron cows above the booths.

This place used to be the best place to go for steak. I had the filet with a baked sweet potato, my filet was good, I sent back my baked sweet potato. It had so much brown sugar on it, it looked like a sand box. I thought it would be a light dusting and maybe put under the broiler for a minute to caramelized it. That was not the case.

So better! Waited in curbside for over 20 minutes and no answer on the phone. Last time I was nice and went in and picked it up and they were standing there with my food sitting. Nothing and leaving with canceling my order. Once ok, twice in a row, no!

Poor management and communication. 3 weeks ago I called and asked to make a reservation for my friends birthday (party of 10). I was asked my name and the time they said they put us down and to call a day before. I called a day before to confirm the reservation they said perfect see you guys at 6pm. I called earlier today to change the party size to 9. They confirmed and said see you guys at 6pm. Our whole party arrive at 5:50 to check in for our reservation and are proceeded to be told there is no reservation, there’s 3 big parties ahead of us and cannot give a time frame for our wait. I speak to the manager who says they don’t take reservations and whoever told me this was lying… I ask for an estimated wait and she says 30 minutes. We proceed to wait 30 minutes and go up to the host to check. They then tell us it’ll be another 55 minutes. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never come here again! Management and staff lie to customers and are rude as well. If I could give 0 stars I would

I made an reservation on march 1st 2026,4 pm, for my sons 15th birthday for a table of 8. We waited over an hour for food before deciding to leave. We watch everyone get served being seated after us. I have 3 toddles and my elders parents. This is so ridiculous.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at LongHorn Steakhouse. Manager Molly was extremely rude and unprofessional in how she spoke to me and treated me. She even claimed that Restaurant Manager Chan Yok had already done a remake of my order — which was not true. For context, I placed my order at 10:20 PM and didn’t receive it until 10:45 PM. By the time I was able to call and complain about the issue, the restaurant was already closed. So how was my order remade ????????? EXACTLY!!! MOLLY IS A LIAR Instead of taking accountability, the managers lied and brushed it off. And to be exact they was nasty and threw the food away what if I didn’t have any food and I was anticipating on feeding me and my kids with that food . I spend $50 or better every night smh . Molly walked away laughing. This type of dishonesty and lack of respect for paying customers is unacceptable. If this is how management treats people, it really makes me question whether I’ll ever return to this location. Look at receipt at the times how can a remake be done ???
