Our party had four different meals and we each were very happy with them. The house sauce is different from everywhere else. My tripe was fantastic, just the right firmness and a great sauce. Large portions, great service and we were not hurried. By today's standards the prices were very reasonable for what we got. We will be recommending Mamma G's to everyone.

I came into town for work. Was recommended this restaurant by many people hands down one of the best Italian places I've had in years. I'd never had lasagna that was made with crepes instead of lasagna noodles. It was absolutely one of the best things I've ever ate in my life. Thank you guys so much and amazing staff and amazing food! Oh, and don't leave without eating the dessert to die for. I promise the next time I'm that away I will stop again and I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

I only did the review because of how this McDonald's looked inside, it was clean but didn't feel welcomed, overall better than most restaurants in Rochester.

The service was quick, the place was clean, and the food tasted just as expected – hot and fresh. Perfect spot for a quick bite or a late-night snack. Loved the fries and the Spicy McCrispy

If you’re looking for a solid place to enjoy a decent, well-priced dinner, this spot is a great option. Casual dining atmosphere and the service is usually pretty reliable, and on my most recent visit it was excellent — attentive, friendly, and timely. The menu offers a nice variety of Italian favorites without the high price tag, making it a good choice for anyone craving a satisfying meal that won’t break the bank. If you’re in the Henrietta area and want a fairly inexpensive Italian dining experience with consistently good service, this is definitely worth a visit. Try thier berry croissant dessert. They recently made them smaller but still a good choice!

My husband and I visited the restaurant on a Sunday around noon. We had an enjoyable lunch with some areas that could definitely use improvement. It was disappointing to be given lunch menus by the host only to discover that lunch wasn’t being served that day. Nai replaced our lunch menus with dinner menus, where all items had on average a $3 up charge. It would have been helpful for the host to confirm the service style for the day to avoid any confusion. The omission of basil on our caprese salad was a key ingredient that contributes to the dish’s flavor profile. Romaine lettuce, while providing a pop of green color on the plate, simply is no substitute for flavor. The soups were tasty and served at a proper hot temperature. While it’s nice to have cheese added to a dish, balance is essential to ensure that it doesn’t overwhelm the dish. The gnocchi were suffocated under a pile of melted mozzarella. We found humor in the portion of sausage added to the angel hair pasta meatballs! As for the tiramisu, we would prefer a smoother texture without the crunchy chocolate chips, as traditional tiramisu typically doesn’t include them. Our server, Nai, was fun and informative, and she really enhanced the dining experience. We would give Mamma G’s another try based on her warm personality and joyful attitude.

Please, please, please make a reservation!!!The inside is smaller than it looks. The set up doesn't leave room for wheelchairs, walkers or strollers. However, the food does make up for the limited space. Everything from the drinks to desert was incredible! Our waitress needed a little help but... she made it!

Yesterday, at 5pm, my son and I waited while the single counter person was helping the drive through server with her order. We had to wait 10 minutes because they didn't have any other counter help. When the counter person was finally able to take our order, she was very polite. My Buttermilk Chicken Strips were too well done, though.

Disappointing experience overall. I ordered the meatball appetizer, Greens & Beans, and the Caprese salad. The Caprese came without basil — a key ingredient. Only after I pointed it out did the waitress apologize and explain they had run out. I didn’t understand why the dish was served at all without informing me or letting me decide if I still wanted it. The meatballs felt like they had more breadcrumbs or filler than actual meat. The texture and taste were noticeably off. The Greens & Beans were the best part of the meal — flavorful and well-balanced. We also ordered the gnocchi, which was a bit tough and slightly disappointing. Not the experience I was hoping for.

It's hard to really rate fast food restaurants cuz it all depends on which manager is working. Some days. The service is amazing and we are in and out in under 90 seconds and others it could take anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes.

Total let down based on high 4.6 star rating. Food and homemade bread were very bland. Everything needed salt. The restaurant is very tired inside, ceilings are actually kind of gross. It also smelled really strongly of fish when we arrived. The servers and staff were nice enough but not very attentive. There were 4 of us who ordered one appetizer and an entree each and we were there for 2+ hours. Everything seemed pretty fresh but the homemade gnocchi was gluey and as I said, everything was VERY bland. I’m really not sure how this place has a 4.6 star rating, I guess if you are 60+ years old and enjoy bland food it is your kind of place.

I had two orders of fries and the large fry they forgot to give me, and the small fry i had was completely dumped in the bag. and i had to remind them of my drink, as they forgot that as well. on top of that, there was nasty looking cheese stuck to my nuggets and sloppy ketchup on the burger. i’ve never had a mcdonald’s order look this bad before.

Absolutely horrible I was standing at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes with no one coming to the counter it's like they didn't believe anyone existed except for drive-thru the lady just kept looking at us hoping we would go away well I wasn't I'm a paying customer and I need service just like anyone else. After me a whole lobby of people came in and still not one person was waited on she just kept waiting on the drive-thru like you can't go back and forth and take orders and do both or assign someone to the cash register? I was in assistant manager at McDonald's in my younger years this is unacceptable in her face she looked like she was mad at the world if you don't like your job get a new one because you were just making everyone else miserable

The drive-thru line was out to the road. The manager handing out orders acted like she couldn't see anyone at the register. I stood there no joke for 10 minutes before anyone took my order and all I got was a frappe. So much for thinking going and was going to be faster! A bunch more people came in behind me and she didn't even acknowledge their existence and this was the manager this woman look like she had a look of total disdain on her face. Lady if you don't like your job get a new one!!

Went through drive thru for fish sandwich. It was barely heated. Cheese was stiff like right out of fridge, and tartar sauce was all over inside of box. So sloppy.

First nobody was at the register, was greeted by someone who didnt know how to take orders but tried. She got a manger who came up, he says "what's up" let that slide tell him my order, My sister and another person in the line waiting for an order too, he takes mine and walks off. I wait a min and go to the side and tell him they need their order taken too. He takes my sisters order and then walks off again. 10 min later the girl in line is yelling because she has been waiting for someone to come up front and take an order. No one was up front. No one was watching the front. Manager was rude too. I assume manager cuz red coat. He wasnt working either just standing talking 5o crew playing with his nails.

Went there this morning around 10:30am. Girl working the drive thru had a NASTY attitude for no apparent reason. I can't comprehend how a franchise owner would allow that as the face of your business. Who on earth would want to ever come back after getting talked to like a piece of garbage? Made a complaint to the manager and he did offer a comp. I declined. He then proceeded to talk trash about me to other employees right in front of me. Incredible. Some MASSIVE anger and unprofessionalism exhibited here.

Horrible experience today. Staff was super unhelpful and rude. I waited 30 minutes for two items that they kept messing up. On top of them making multiple mistakes with my order, staff was also arguing with each other and being very unprofessional in front of customers. Never coming back. They need some serious management to hold them accountable.

Just came drive thru and young teenager or whatever taking orders and collecting payment was the rudest I have ever met. Not very bright either as couldn’t figure out how to get me my receipt. Mgmt might have a talk with him about his very bad attitude.

The staff at this restaurant have zero knowledge of service etiquette. After waiting at the cash, register for a few minutes with multiple staff milling about I finally left without placing an order.

Who ever the night manager or shift leader is is rude. We were in there for 10 minutes waiting for 2 meals and the entire time she was yelling at her workers about various things and the entire time they were obviously working in the back silently. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen her act like this. Whoever the black haired half shaved head lady is isn’t making anyone feel welcomed. Customers were visibly uncomfortable and the workers looked frustrated and upset.

Second time stunk....The meatball appetizer was way over cooked , dense and poorly seasoned and the pasta and meat sauce was just terrible...to add to our experience were people standing with their backsides right next to our table our entire meal as 6 tables sat empty ...sent them an email and never heard back...perhaps they were short staffed but regardless wont be back...
