This Burger King is located right behind Exxon Mobil gas station pumps in separate building which houses Exxon Mobil store items and one can walk thru to Burger King seating area and ordering kiosks . The food was good, and the dining room was clean. Food was ready in no time.

Food was hot. Line went quickly. Service was excellent. But the amount of fries for 2.29 is kind of disappointing. And two tubes of ketchup was not extra ketchup. But overall this was an excellent experience

It’s standard not-so “fast food.” The days of having your burger and fries presented in minutes is long gone. And like the old “Crazy Eddies Audio,” their prices are insane. We used to be able to eat a decent meal for $5.00. Now you’re lucky to have the same quality food for under $20.00. Is it worth the money? Probably not. You’re paying for the convenience of not having to cook it yourself.

It's a Burger King, you kinda know what to expect. Or at least you hope to know. Large open layout Burger King, situated in a dying strip mall parking lot. Pop in for a quick meal. Ignored by the three plus employees and or managers clocking in or out at the register. Rang my order at the self kiosk. Finished and paid. After a couple of minutes, one of the employees did speak to me. "I'm sorry. We don't serve that item at this location " Wth? I understand it's just a drink and maybe you don't get much call for it, but it's on your menu. Your kiosk let me order it and pay for it! If you aren't going to carry something, take it off your menu. Other that that, it's Burger King

2/7/2026 11:31 pm Saturday night I order jr whor meal 1 med coke 1 med fire 1 choc shake they gave me left over fries I can tell they were old so much salt and not fresh oil she gave me shake wasn’t chocolate when I ask her 2 twice never will go again employee name tongenia no body cares

Went with my family to this location when we walked in some worker commented on how she wasn’t going to take “ all those people order someone else do it “. My food had hair in it. When we asked for extra sauce since it was a lot of us she was rude and said she only is going to give us one don’t recommend this location when another family walked in with about 8 people she quickly ran to the back because she didn’t want to do her job Location was dirty rude workers food wasn’t good.

My wife came last night and she Ordered 4 Whoppers and when she got home the Whoppers were not Good the Burgers were burnt the rolls were so Dry we couldn’t even eat them we had to throw them out also this is the First Bad Experience Ever with this location and there was alot of mayonnaise on them with nasty Brown Wilted Lettuce. Hopefully we can have them Replaced

Same ole trash staff . I said I need a minute to think . She said ok tell me when your ready . After one minute I said I was ready . No reply. For about two minutes straight I kept asking for someone and got nothing . The new Burger King is picking up right where the old Burger King left off . West Henrietta Burger King is forever garbage because that’s all they hire .

Went to Burger King on the way home from work after a long Healthcare shift. Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, extra lettuce; One impossible whopper with tomatoes on the side because my sister is allergic to tomatoes; and two large onion rings. The onion rings were cold and half full. The impossible whopper was burnt. One of the whoppers was mangled. We didn't find out about the burgers being wrong until after we asked for more, fresh onion rings. The man who dealt with us was extremely rude. Our actual cashier was lovely, but he raised his voice and was extremely rude and accusatory. When we explained the burgers were made incorrectly he asked for them back, which is strange because we offered our cashier the onion rings back and she said that they couldn't take them back because of covid. So why was it suddenly okay with the sandwiches? 🤔 He gave us them back with the extra lettuce added on. Honestly, we would have been happy with just a side of lettuce in a box. But he was so combative we couldn't hardly get a word in edgewise. When he came back and we tried to say why the burgers were made wrong, but... that didn't go well. So he took the impossible whopper back a Second Time and, I'm assuming, just took the tomato off of it. Not the most helpful when someone is allergic. Thanks for that. But given the mangled condition of the one whopper and the entire scenario I'm uncomfortable even eating it. So guess I'll have to figure something else out for dinner tonight. Thanks Burger King! ☺ (Yes, we did call corporate about it, but I wanted people to know. Also I'm on limited contact because of my job and covid, and he took our food back. Probably not the wisest choice.)
