Getting food is a fast moving experience. An assembly line so to speak. Add anything available or very few items to give you the taste you are looking for. I had a bowl, instead of a burrito, less carbs. My food was excellent, and service is very fast and friendly! Everything was of high quality. Would recommend, especially on Mondays (Moe Mondays).
My husband and I just have the absolute best experience at Moe’s in Henrietta, NY. The staff member that took our order was so sweet and made amazing recommendations. She acted like a friend of ours! It’s not always you get this level of customer service anymore. Thank you for the great vibes and yummy food!
If it wasn't for Mia and Miles I'd be starving on the side of the road. They were super friendly and made sure I was a happy customer. If it's up to me they need a raise
Moe's is my go to burrito place for me if I'm looking for the consistency of a chain. This location is great though it's not always the cleanest among the seats. I don't eat in.
Food was absolutely delicious. My partner and I both got nachos and we devoured all of them. The service behind the counter was great and the two ladies taking our order were very nice and wonderful. Spent about $34 on two plates on nachos and two fountain drinks. Even got extra chips for free with the nachos. The only thing was the women's bathroom smelled like sewage and I can't imagine how hard it would be for someone less flexible than me to reach the toilet paper as it is behind the toilet. The rest of the lobby was clean and I enjoyed the little obituaries of past menu items on the walls I thought that was cute.
Great food and 2 very nice people helped me out, however the first gentleman that greeted me and started my order put 2 ingredients on my burrito and mumbled something under his breath after I ordered each one including “who the hell orders both kinds of rice”. The other 2 workers that completed my order were very nice and polite and my meal was good as always but the first worker was quite rude.
Went here for Mo’ Mondays and was definitely unimpressed. The food was just okay at best. All of the tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, which should offer a wide variety of flavors, was extremely limited—basically only regular Coke was available. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were disgusting. This place really needs stronger management to address food quality, drink availability, and overall cleanliness. I would not recommend it.
Over $19 for 3 tacos,side of queso and a fountain drink. I'm out, last visit. It use to be less then $13. If you voted demorat in 2020 you owe everyone else money at this point. The food was less then it use to be. I use to eat here weekly. This visit the salsa bar was spent. The chips were over cooked and they changed something with the quaso, it hardened at the table and was lumpy to start with. Not one "Welcome to Moe's" for anyone walking in. Edit: I went to another location and everything was perfect, none of the above complaints but price and even that was easier to swallow because the food was so good.
Don't know what's going on with this place but Rice and Veggie portions are getting smaller and smaller. My Bowl with extra chicken added and a $2 tip for takeout didn't look like the Pictures. It was about half full. Businesses Owners/Managers Quit Telling Your People to Short Orders on Takeout Online Orders ! I know this is happening because I know people that work in the food industry. 🤬 Might be switching to Chipotle. You Guys SUCK $20 terrible
What a disappointment. We came in early Sunday just before noon, so not much traffic, no one in line. We had a couple of bowls, queso, chips and fountain drinks. Right off the bat, multiple soda machine options were out, limiting your options. Rice in the bowl was sort of "crunchy" so it definitely didn't taste fresh. Other items were ok, not great (or even warm). And to top it off, we realized we never received a receipt until much later. I used to love this place, gave it 5 stars six years ago for the freshness and taste, but considering how expensive this was, it could have at least been fresh.
I walked into this store at 3:50pm on Wednesday 1/21. The lady (claims she the manager) at the counter was on the phone and didn’t bother to stop when I started ordering. Not only is this rude, it’s unsanitary. She has gloves on but keep repositioning her phone with her gloved hand then touching the food. A cell is arguably the dirtiest thing we all have in our possession. No wonder people get sick from restaurants Additionally the place is filthy. I walked out, disgusting.
Ordered online for pickup, but order was never filled. Waited 20 min past ready time then had to stand in line to get order filled. Watched 8 other people come in, place orders and walk out with food while we sat waiting for order. Then to top it off, got food poisoning from the food.
Went there at 6pm no greeting, they weren’t working more white rice or steak for the rest of the night. I proceeded to create a chicken bowl, no more sour cream or chipotle ranch. I check out using my T-Mobile reward and the lady said oh I stopped taking those……called the owner Bobby no response. Horrible customer service and quality.
It’s safe to say that I will never feel comfortable ordering or dining in at this location again. It really sucks because this location used to be amazing. I have never seen a restaurant so dirty in my life. I am absolutely appalled. There was one other customer in the store at the time of my arrival and the entire dining room was a disaster. Not one clean table to sit at. When I say dirty I do not mean just crumbs I mean literal garbage on the tables and floor. The unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days. Food crusted over everywhere, food covering the floor and all over the kitchen equipment. I watched an employee swipe up crusty food and fling it back into the cambros in the unit. I’m sorry but that’s just not safe. One employee was walking around like on TikTok scrolling on her phone completely ignoring our presence and taking dishes while on the phone. The entire staff also had visibly dirty and stained uniforms on. I feel bad having to put this on the internet as I’ve never in my life left a bad review but this absolutely needs to come to the owners and or managements attention and be fixed.
I’ve always enjoyed going to Moe’s and I genuinely look forward to the experience when I have the chance. That’s why it’s so disappointing to leave a review like this—not directed at the employees, but at the company itself for failing to create a better environment for both workers and customers. When I walked in, no one said the classic “Welcome to Moe’s.” And while I don’t need that phrase specifically, I do value human connection—I always greet staff with kindness and a smile. What I encountered instead was a team that seemed indifferent, unengaged, and frankly, unhappy to be there. That’s not a personal attack on them. I understand that working at a food chain, especially on a summer Saturday evening, can be draining. But this was beyond just being tired—it felt like a reflection of low morale and a poor work environment. I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, only to be told they were out. That’s a first for me at Moe’s. I asked for chicken instead, and without a word or a smile, the employee tossed a few shreds of what looked like chicken into the bowl with the most minimal effort. No eye contact. No warmth. Just a transaction that felt cold and disconnected. Again, I don’t blame the individual. I blame the company for not fostering a better workplace. These are people—real humans—who deserve to be treated with dignity, paid well, and supported in a healthy work culture. When employees are clearly overworked or disheartened, it affects the whole experience. As a paying customer, I’m not expecting over-the-top service, just basic respect and a positive environment—for everyone involved. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve left the Henrietta location feeling disappointed. I’ll still eat at Moe’s because I enjoy the food, but I’ll be visiting this location far less frequently. Not because of the staff—but because the company doesn’t seem to care enough to invest in them or in creating a better experience for its customers.
If I could give zero Stars I would. We go to Moe's In Henrietta a lot and we love it. However, for the past four times that we've been there, we've been waited on by the same employee. The first time we went he was making our food. He was not very pleasant and seemed like he was put out and this was on mother's Day. So I just figured maybe he's having a bad day. Then we went there again for a second and third time. Waited on by the same employee, the same attitude still felt like we were being put out, I'm like okay we'll give him one more chance. I don't know what's going on in his life maybe he is going through something awful in his life I do suggest however they should not let him wait on customers. Attitudes like that make customers very anxious and not wanting to come back. . Fourth time and now this will be our last time, waiting on by the same employee, same attitude. Honestly, this employee probably should not be on the front counter working with customers. Maybe put him at a different station NOT working with customers, obviously he is not a people person. I don't know what's going on in his life but I pray that things will get better for him. Unfortunately we will not be back. Also the place was a mess. On the fourth time we went, the soda machine was covered with soda splashes all over the place. Again we love Moe's and we go there all the time but we will not be going there anymore. You go out to dinner and you pay a lot of money and then when treated disrespectfully and nervous to order your food Make you not want to eat.
When we walked in there were no employees at the front. It took 5 minutes for someone to notice we were here. Food was mediocre at best. Forgot my queso. When I asked for it he did not use a spoon. Instead he dipped the bowl into the queso and handed it to me still dripping. Also the bathrooms were disgusting and the toilet paper was just set on the floor because the dispenser was empty WILL NOT BE COMING BACK
i visited around 3pm on a tuesday and i was the only guest. i received a refund on my beverage because they didn’t make any tea that day 🤷. the salsa bar was disgusting as was the cleanliness and appearance of the store front and dining area. the storefront windows and doors were covered in cloudy smudges so bad it was hard to see outside. while i was there the staff didn’t seem concerned with anything except talking to each other and texting. it was sad because it was dead and the staff never thought about cleaning or ensuring the salsa and beverage bar was stocked while there was down time. 👎
