Tried Blaze Pizza and had a great experience! The pizza was delicious, and the customer service was solid. We built our own pizzas, which were fresh and flavorful, and also tried the cinnamon bread—it did not disappoint. My fiancé especially loved the blood orange lemonade. Overall, a great spot for a quick and tasty meal!

Blaze is consistently good with great gluten free crust choices. They’re fast, friendly, the offer a lot of choices to build your pizza, and they move people through quickly. No waiting, no hassle, build the pizza you want at a reasonable price. Would I love artisan mozz and meats, more flavorful sauce, of course. But it’s really good as is and it’s wrapped in choice and convenience.

Good and quick pizza! Every time I go here though there’s no customers, but at least 8 employees doing nothing but joking around. Would go again but the staff aren’t the best.

Went to get a build you own veggie pizza. Asked the young lady that made my pizza to make sure it’s not burnt while cooking. They have burnt my pizzas in the past. I asked the guy that told my pizza out of the oven to make sure it wasn’t burnt on the bottom, he quickly lifted one side up and the pizza toppings slid to the middle ☹️. As you can see… I also noticed the trash behind the counter on the floor. Other than that the pizza was good and the young lady the made my pizza was amazing.

This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at this Blaze location. First, when I got there, I asked for a bag, and they don't have anything. I had to balance three pizzas, two slippy caesar salads and a handful of side sauces all while holding my toddler's hand back to the car. Second, my side sauces we NOT chili oil, they were hot sauces which was very disappointing because I love their chili oil. Third, and this is so disgusting, I had a HUGE NASTY CLUMP OF HAIR in my caesar salad dressing cup!!! (see photo attached). I am beyond disgusted by this and am very disappointed.

Ordered online, never got my order. Staff said it would be a few minutes. Few minutes turned into almost 40 minutes of waiting. Had other obligations and had to leave. Will not order here again. Had a message sent to management and they never reached out to me about getting a refund.

It's disappointing to write this review, since we've been coming to Blaze since it opened and it used to be so fantastic! Came here after I had pre-ordered two pizzas online at 5:30pm. Half hour later, I arrive at the approximated pickup time. The restaurant is basically empty, with one other customer waiting. I noticed they were also having issues with their order. I told an employee I was picking up an order for two pizzas. They appeared backed up, but I still have no idea why. Another half hour goes by. By now, four other customers are also waiting for pizzas. Stuff is going in the oven, but nothing seems to be coming out, and no one is leaving with food, everyone is just waiting. Finally, my name is called, and they present me with a single pizza and apologize for the wait. I explain (again) that I was there to pick up TWO pizzas, not one. I look at (half) my order, which wasn't even made correctly and burnt. I ended up leaving without dinner. I attempted to contact management about my experience but was unsuccessful. Really upsetting that this location has gone so far downhill.

Hands down the worst service ever. Pick up time was 4:18. There were a dozen people waiting for pick up. Pizzas hadn’t even been started which was announced by employee. Finally got it around 4:45. Had to wait again when I asked for the hot honey which was supposed to be on it. Employee was miserable and snapped at me. Too many other choices for food to waste my time at this establishment. Never again! Pizza was so burned it wasn’t even edible.

Unprofessional and inefficient staff, delaying order for hours yet poorly made pizzas with missing toppings and serving cold and soggy pizzas! I would never go back again.

I do daycare most of my children eat whatever food but I have one that’s a vegan. I have to travel a special distance to get the vegan pizza from blaze it said the order would be available at 11 when I arrived at 11 the woman who said she was the manager told me that it wasn’t ready that they’re not open yet I said isn’t it 11 she said it’s 1157. I said OK I’ll wait Esau the oven. There was nothing in there. I said she said I couldn’t wait inside although the doors were open. I said I’m not going back outside it’s 10:57. She got rude. I got rude and it got terrible. She didn’t give me my pizza. She canceled the order. Of course she had never started it and that put me in aquarium because I had to go home to the one kid with no pizza that’s vegan. It’s bad enough. I have to travel to distance. I have to travel to make it a special occasion for a pizza day for my kids, but to be talked to the way that she talked to me. Once it started, I gave it right back to her, but she had no right to do that and say that she was the manager I counted on that order for my daycare kids I think she was mad because she had an order that should’ve been done at 11 and the store didn’t open until 11 and she was mad. That’s exactly what happened.

It would be great if they actually answered their phones or got back to people who have had not so good experiences. I spent $44.25 here on 02/21 at around 8:07pm. It was a pickup order because my husband & I wanted to try their pizza for the first time as I had saw someone post about it online and said how good it was. He drove about 35 minutes away to pick up our food. We got a 11 inch pizza with a side salad that was supposed to have dressing on the side and Parmesan on the side.. there was no dressing at all and the Parmesan was not on the side it was in the salad. The 11 inch pizza was burnt all around the crust and had even burns on some of the cheese. We also ordered two of the build your own half 11 inch pizza where you pick a side. One of the ones I ordered was okay but the other one we ordered was disgusting, so bad that I ended up not even eating it and giving it to my husband. He ate it and said that he was only eating it because of how much we paid for it because he didn’t want it to go to waste. He’s a pizza lover and that says a lot coming from him. Then the two sides we picked were cheesy pesto bread & cinnamon bread. It’s important to note that I requested with every single thing we ordered that they changed their gloves. In my box of cinnamon bread, there was a piece of basil underneath the bread as well as sauce and pesto. So clearly someone had spilled it or whatever and didn’t bother to change their gloves let alone give me a clean to go container that the bread was put into. The only good things we had were the cheesy pesto bread & the salad was good even though I had to add in my own dressing because there was none. The one half of pizza was also okay but other than that everything else we ordered was not good and was burnt, missing items, etc. Definitely was NOT a good experience trying Blaze pizza for the first time and definitely was not worth driving 35 minutes for. My husband said they also weren’t very packed that night with people so they can’t blame how my food turned out on that. I already submitted a form online and am still waiting for someone to get back to me, it is a weekend so doesn’t surprise me that I’m still waiting but makes me even more mad and disappointed that when calling them all of the times I’ve tried I can’t get through to anyone. And sorry not sorry but we weren’t driving 35 minutes all the way back to Blaze that night when it was already late when my husband had gotten home, it was around 9pm. Really hope they make things right and get in touch with me because I’d love to talk to someone to find out why my experience was this way and why my food was burnt, etc
