Amazing food- pork buns, crab rangoon, coconut curry chicken soup, scallion pancakes. And this was a pickup order that took me 30 minutes to get home. Its the best Chinese food I’ve had in a looong time. Hostess was very polite and friendly. Favorited in the maps app for sure. Go if you like good Chinese food!
This was one of THE BEST Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. Not only is the food amazing but the staff and atmosphere is too. Definitely will be coming back and telling everyone I know about this spot!
This is our go to Chinese food. Server is really sweet and helpful and food is delicious. What more could you ask for?
Great Chinese place! Seriously, the best Hot & Sour soup I've had in a long time. Egg rolls are great too. The Chef's special spicy chicken has great layers of flavor and will make your tongue tingle thom the szechuan peppercorns. The Szechuan chicken was also very good - the chicken texture was a little odd but the flavors and veggies were good - broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, baby corn, mushroom, and water chestnuts. And the portions are huge.
Great Chinese at a great prices, we usually get their wonton soup, dumplings, and sweet and sour chicken! Been there dozens of times and have never left disappointed or hungry. Our usual waiter is extremely sweet and attentive!
Great food. Great service. Very quick. Great food variety. I recommend the Curry Chicken! Not a huge variety of Pokemon as this is not a pokestop, but don't let that stop you from checking out Chopsticks!
Chopsticks' s authentic Wonton Soup Peking-style is fantastic. Fried Calamari with hot peppers is the best anywhere. Ask for their hot pepper sauce on the side if you want extra heat for the soup or Calamari. Hot tea served immediately upon seating. The service is friendly. Fortune cookies served with bill. Ambiance is a little sterile, but OK since I go there to eat good food, not to take in the sights. A favorite spot to stop at for a delicious quick, inexpensive, and filling lunch.
Without a doubt some of the best and most authentic Cantonese food I have ever had in the US! Amazing, 6/5 stars!!!
traditional chinese food here not the usual buffet stuff. I tried the duck noodle soup honestly was something new to me but I liked it. Serving size was huge.
Great hole in the whole authentic Cantonese restaurant. The service is straight forward. I usually come during dinner and there has never been a wait. The food comes quick and tastes unsurprisingly amazing. Definitely one of the best "Chinese" restaurants around
Amazing food, authentic chinese food, amazing thai food and awesome americanized chinese food. Highly recommend! I was just visiting for a short trip but was SO Glad to find this gem!!! I had the chicken wings and the Tom Yum Soup and they were both out of this world amazing. I also saw what other people were ordering and EVERYTHING looked SO good!! Highly highly recommend.
i work across the street but usually go to one chinese restaurant i’ve been going to for a few years. it was closed today so i decided to give chopsticks a try and im so glad i did. the staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable and portions are very large. the food is amazing and tastes so authentic. i had a great experience and will be recommending to my friends and coworkers. definitely give this place a try you won’t regret it!
Always a delicious meal. My wife had Chicken Pad Thai and I had my favorite General Tso's chicken - both were fresh and tasty, along with egg rolls and Won Ton soup. Not much in the way of drinks, though (water or Coke, diet Coke, Sprite - cans). Would recommend to anyone.
Fresh & flavorful. Vegetables were cooked just right. Best orange chicken - coating was crispy & sauce was excellent! The dining room is pleasant & cheery. The staff is attentive & friendly. I'll be back!
Always great quality food👌 👏
Our go-to restaurant for Chinese cuisine. They have a wonderful selection, and I love trying a new food each time. My boyfriend loves the roast duck and pork over rice. When dining in was available, they would serve you hot tea before your meal. A calm and quiet place for dinner. Very affordable.
Portions are great. Food is bomb. The variety of food is great. I ordered for the 1st time from here last night and I gotta say they have some darn GOOD authentic Chinese food! I've been struggling to find a good Chinese restaurant around here and I think Chopsticks takes it. I'll definitely be ordering from here from now on.
Great price for how much you get. Delicious
We have tried the beef noodles and they are truly amazing! The stuff are very kind. The place is nice and clean. The price is very reasonable. This is the type of restaurant you want to go. Highly recommend for everyone.
Love this little Chinese restaurant! Food is really good, staff is so sweet, and strike up conversations with their guests. If myself or one of my daughters, goes in without one of our family, they always ask about the one or two that weren't in.
Visit a few times this year. Super nice experience. They have an authentic Chinese cuisine menu that taste great! Just ask the server which dish is most popular! The chef really put his heart into his dishes.
Wide menu variety, delicious food, authentic. I got the shrimp with egg sauce over rice, it was amazing. Ordered and served within 6 minutes.
Delicious, authentic Chinese joint. Service is minimal, just like you'd expect for a good Chinese restaurant but the food is bomb. I got the crispy chicken with homemade sauce and the crab rangoon and both were delicious
A Must try for sure. Food was so delicious and fresh!! I think it is a family owned restaurant. The person who we had for our waitress was so sweet. Food came out quick and was super hot and delicious!! Pork dumplings were had made and the best that I have had in a long time. Sesame chicken was delicious as well. Very well made.
This is my go to place for chinese….the spicy general tso and sweet and sour chicken are so good you wont be disappointed waitress is friendly and the service is always really quick
They have a lot of options. I have tried their General Tso’s chicken and Kung Po chicken and liked them both. It is a cozy little restaurant with families over whenever I visited. Recommend trying them if you are in the area and interested in Chinese cuisine
It's tough for me to find a Chinese restaurant that I like but this hit the mark. We ordered takeout. The food was hot and ready when we arrived and we were greeted with a smile. Our meals were very tasty and the menu is huge. The restaurant environment was comfortable and clean. We'll be back in the near future to eat in.
Great place with many options for affordable price. Got a stir fried shrimp noodles and it was delicious! Definitely try out this place.
Very good food. Hard to say if it's best or second best in the rochester area. Friendly staff as well. Will be returning!
The lunch portion is pretty good and the Kung pao chicken was soo freah and tasty. Can't wait to come back and try more from this place.

Food was fantastic never knew this place was here. Very hot very fresh food. Kung Po beef was soft and delightful. The peppers were charred perfectly to accent the dish. Chili edamame was best edamame I've ever had.
The service was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The food was good but a little plain for my taste. I will definitely be going back!
We walked in for a to-go order, it was very clean and not that busy. After ordering a side of rice and two main dishes as well as some egg rolls and crab Rangoon (more like coin purses) the order came to 75$, which felt like it was really expensive. When we got back to our hotel room to eat, it didn’t seem expensive with the amount of food we had. The side of rice we ordered , which was house fried, had jumbo shrimp pieces in it and was a full container. We also didn’t realize the side of rice that came with our sesame chicken was going to be a full size carton as well. For three adults we were all able to have two plates full of food and still have leftovers. The quality of the food was amazing and it’s the best sesame chicken I have ever had, my go to for Chinese food. It was slightly spicy but not super spicy and in a slightly thinner sauce than what I’m used to but it was delicious. Anyone staying in the area should definitely try this out. I am sure the lunch specials they have make the prices drop, we were just an hour late from missing them sadly.
Only discovered this little gem recently. Have dined in and also collected take out from here. Hands down the best Chinese food in Rochester. We’ve had the Jobo Chicken, Curry Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Moo Goo Gai Pan, and Egg Rolls - fresh and tasty. Yes, it’s a little pricey but the take portions come in a larger container than you get at most other Chinese restaurants!!

Better than average "small town" Chinese food. Reasonable prices. No where near NYC/SF/LA quality. But for a podunk town like Rochester the place is good especially for students. Drive to Toronto if you want world class Chinese food.
Food was excellent and came out quick but the non lunch hour pricing is quite steep. Paid around 27$ for Kung Pao beef with tax and tip which is nearing fine dining prices. Lunch hour special pricing seems fine however.
We got takeout for the first time from Chopsticks. It was great. The staff were very friendly. I had to call in my order as they didn’t have a side of white rice on the online menu. The food was very good I got chicken pad Thai and got two meals out of it. The steamed pork belly buns were amazing. I’d leave the scallion pancakes they were greasy and didn’t taste like scallions at all. I’ll be back to try more things.
The food here is pretty good. They have a mix of authentic and Americanized Chinese food. I ordered the braised pork steamed bun, scallion pancakes and the beef chow fun. These were excellent. I also ordered the orange beef with fried rice instead of white rice. The orange beef was okay, but the fried rice wasn't very good, hence only 4 stars. The staff was pleasant so that is always good. I like how they didn't ask tips for takeout which has always been a pet peeve.

Unlike most Chinese restaurants there is no tea or noodles to greet you. Service is quick but no one ever came to ask if the food is good or if you need any thing. Wonton soup was very salty. I ordered Cantonese fish and bean curd over rice. It was OK but nothing to write home about. I don't think I will go back to this place. By the way, no fortune cookies either. Prices are reasonable and quantity ample though.
Very good quality food, amongst the best in Rochester (but not up to the NY/LA/SF standards). For take out, the quantity is very good, three dishes (about $30-35) is enough for two meals for three people. Dining in is nothing to write home about, though the teenage kids who man the front do an adequate job of service (the Decor is simply bad).
Ordered the fish and bean curd over rice to go, $8.99+ tax. A bit pricey and smaller portions than I'm used to (I'm from Downstate). The fish was soggy and it could have used more salt, that's my fault though - I didn't realize they included a packet of soy sauce. I'd try this place again bit definitely something else. The lunch specials look well priced and have decent options, maybe I'll try that next.
Ok Chinese food. Their price is definitely higher than typical Chinese take out. I ordered food over the phone and it was ready in 15 minutes. I got chicken tso. It was spicier than I expected. And also this is the first time I saw red pepper in chicken tso. The potion is same as other Chinese place. They have dining tables if you want to sit down. May not come back here due to the price.

We’ve ordered Sichuan chicken our first visit and it was pretty ok. Our third visits the dish was different and it is not spicy at all. The sesame tofu is pretty bad. And I do not recommend ordering to go
Me and my colleagues decided to try this place for lunch. We ordered 3 lunch items, 2 shrimp dishes and one lo mien dish. The food was subpar and to make it worse, the portions were super small. 5 pieces of shrimp for my lunch curry shrimp special...5...10$, not worth it.
No sesame or brocolli in the sesame chicken. $20 per meal. What a ripoff
This is definitely one of my least favorite places I have gotten chinese takeout. The rice was dry and everything was kind of flavorless.
Just about broke my tooth on a ROCK that was IN my general tso lunch. The food has obviously hit the floor at some point and they continued to use it. Super disappointed. Never again.
Old outdated tired restaurant with the most generic American chinese menu you can ever imagine expensive and overpriced. Food was a tiny container for nearly 22$ and was terrible, soggy on the outside and chicken was tough as leather. Rice was sad dry and I couldnt take more than a few bites before considering the meal a total financial loss.
