Everything is SO FRESH and amazing. This place deserves to succeed. Friendly and fast service. We ordered Shawarma with side salad and falafel balls. The gentleman working the counter brought over some hummus and pita- freshly made and oh so good! Portions are large and prices are appropriate. I really wish we would have ordered some baklava to take home (we were in Rochester from out of town.) Can’t wait to go back!

Ordered the NYC gyros plate (beef&lamb) ... It was great, big portions and food was ready and on the table in less than 10 minutes, I was there after lunch rush hour, will definitely be going back.

Service was great. Very friendly people. On a Sunday early afternoon, it was dead in there, so they we gracious to chat it up with me. I was getting a bit antsy about the food taking a while (3 pita falafels) but when it came it was well worth the wait. The pita is made in house. It was chewy but had a charred crisp outside, and was thick enough to contain the mega meal inside. The sandwich overall was delicious.

I've been meaning to try this spot as it is close to my office and I am so happy I did! The falafel pita was AMAZING! It was fresh and loaded with yummy goodness. The falafel was delicious and the hummus was the perfect compliment. I can't wait to go back and try the shawarma. The gentleman who cashed me out was so kind, greeted me with a smile & asked me about my day - you could tell he truly appreciates his customer. I can't wait to go back!

My wife and I went there on a friend's recommendation. She had a Greek salad with chicken shawarma and I had a Greek salad with beef shawarma. I'll admit here that we had to ask what shawarma was. We were trying something new and it was delicious!

Just moved to the area and wanted a good authentic middle eastern spot because my parents were visiting. We all went and LOVED all of the food that we ordered. We pretty much ordered a bunch of different stuff and everything was delicious. Service was great, helpful and polite. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The Turkish coffee was great. Beef shawarma was my favorite and their hummus is phenomenal. Tabbouli salad was also fantastic. Can’t rave about it enough—this will absolutely be my go-to spot in Rochester! Can’t wait to come back.

I am a wheelchair user and was already frustrated before I got to the door because I saw a traffic cone blocking the sidewalk cutout, but upon approaching realized that I had plenty of room to get by and the cone was there to warn of the large crack it was covering. Then I saw a sign on the door with no threshold that said to use the next door that had a step. Before I got past the first door, a person who was ended up doing everything except cooking opened the door with no threshold and cleared a path for me. Throughout my visit, he was unbelievably aware and anticipatory of my needs even as the line of customers grew longer. His attentiveness was professional and not overwhelming of my space or autonomy and very much appreciated. The food was delicious. There were several gluten free options to choose from, though the menu is not marked that way and it is up to the patron to ask. The person working that day was very aware of ingredients, but I would be hesitant and/or overwhelmed if someone else were working. He accommodated my request to get a 1/2 order of falafel though it wasn’t on the menu which paired well with the lentil soup. Each entree had subtle flavors of cumin, coriander and other middle eastern spices that did not overwhelm or overpower. I was given take home containers without issue. My wife said that her gyro pita was delicious with all of the right notes of the flavors and textures she loves.

Tastes pretty good but there are RAISINS in the butter chicken. I know that’s common in Indian cooking, I just wish I knew beforehand.

My son and I both had the beef shawarma pita pockets which were quite good with plenty of beef and sauce and some veg. Served hot it was very filling and satisfying. I look forward to trying their gyros and Philly cheese !

Food was good. Carried out. Everything was ready on time and included in the bag. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was busy when I did my pickup, but the wait was not long. Will go back next time I am in the area.

I got the shawarma plate which was good, but not as great when compared to other places I have tried. I wasn’t particularly fond of the beef or salad portion, but the chicken & hummus were good. Plus the man taking care of me was super kind!(:

I ordered the Gyro and chicken platter.Food was fast and well made. I enjoyed it but have a few requests. I feel like the lamb shavings allows it to give that unique feel but is unnecessary. I feel like after you shave the meat, you need to hit it with an extra dash of seasoning and chop it up. Food was definitely good and I will go again, just a thought of how to take it to the next level.

usually don’t like giving bad reviews, but this restaurant truly deserved one on every level. The food was very mediocre. I ordered the Butter Chicken, and it clearly wasn’t freshly made. The chicken itself had no real flavor of curry. it was quite bland while the sauce leaned too much on the sweet side. The naan (bread) I ordered was so hard that I couldn’t even bite into it, Also it should have been a $2 add on but they forgor and charges $4 for it which was really disappointing. The rice served alongside also tasted like it hadn’t been freshly cooked and re heated. Overall, it was a poor dining experience. The food quality and freshness definitely need serious improvement.

The NYC halal chicken and gyro mix platter lacks flavor, barely any proteins and half the plate is just onions and lettuce. Not comparable to places like halal n out or gourmet hots which offer similar platters for the same price and way more flavor.

It was very depressing the owner himself cooked a chicken biryani what the menu says but I felt it was khicdi of chicken tikka and fried rice with khicdi rice and watery potato. and bell pepper and onion added to it well a total disappointment. we came all the way from buffalo as per looking for Indian cuisine restaurant, from Toronto well not so good memories anyways.

First time experiencing completely flavorless Indian food. Really disappointed in my choice for cheat meal of the week.
