Absolutely my first choice location. Bagels always cooked to perfection, every variety of coffee offered is filled and hot, clean atmosphere and the staff are Amazing. I visit this location 3-4 times per week. The store manager is always there working right along with his staff.The 3 years of going to this location haven’t experienced any issues or concerns. Great job 👏🏼

This is the best location in Rochester area. The place is always very clean and managed well. Can never got wrong with a western omelet and a black coffee.

Cinnamon raisin bagel was so small. I counted 3 raisins. I ordered cream cheese, lucky if it was a teaspoon full. I couldn’t taste any cinnamon! My husband got a salt bagel, once again it was so small! Regular coffee is always like warm, never HOT!! Very disappointed… not sure if we’ll be back.

During my last visit to this Brueggers, I was trying to redeem an offer from my phone and had a hard time figuring it out. I began to hold up the line with people behind me. The Manager Corey walked me thru it without making me feel more embarrassed than I already was. Thanks Food was great as always.

Decided to use the drive-thru as I was in a rush. Guy at the window was nice. Needed a pick me up and theres nothing like a good caramel iced coffee on a gloomy day. First time trying one from here. Glad that I did. Might make this a regular go-to.

Staff was friendly and working fast. There is no military discount but there is a senior discount. The bagels were great, looks like they bake them right there. Many different bagel sandwich selections, even customizable, but they didn’t have all of the toppings that the menu board said they have. Prices were very reasonable.

The service was slow. The business seemed overwhelmed by the extra visitors due to Brick City weekend at RIT. Ended up eating in my car due to the overwhelming crowd. The dark roast coffee was not good. Dumped it and got regular roast. The egg sandwich was ok, if you like fried eggs. I'd prefer scrambled eggs though.

Ordered breakfast sandwich and coffee through the drive through. Employee over complicated the ordering process but I the end sandwich was delicious. Coffee was not that great.

I asked for my bagel to be double toasted, they didn’t toast my bagel at all…. This is my third time at this location, each experience my order hasn’t been correct. The girl working the window was very nice but whomever is in the kitchen should really work on the accuracy of orders.

I come here every day. I usually get 2 breakfast sandwiches and one coffee. The other day, my hot pastrami sandwich was served to me cold and i bought 2 of them, and they were both served that way. But whatever I let it go I came in today to get my sandwiches and my coffee and a women came to the window and told me that they were waiting on the house blend to be brewed. I said, okay, that's no problem because I actually ordered the hazelnut (as stated,on my receipt), and she said, okay and then proceeded to bring me the house brew that she said was still brewing but was actually in fact, really old. So I went inside to get the correct coffee and a different women at the counter asked me how she could help me. I just let her know I ordered the hazelnut coffee and this wasn't the hazelnut. She said, well, it's not done yet. I'm like, okay, I understand I'll wait. I would have waited in the drive through, but that's fine too like The whole experience was just off she had an attitude for no reason like I pay wenty dollars every single day when I come here.It's a hundred dollars a week... if you get it wrong, you can't just tell me you're sorry with a smile and make it for me? The attitude was do real,I had to wonder why this person was in customer service, if your attitude is that bad Halfway through her morning that just doesn't make sense to me. I was really nice.I wasn't rude but that whole situation really threw me off. I will be traveling the extra five miles to go to a different location now.

I'm sorry but when you charge .30 extra for a blueberry bagel which isn't a specialty bagel and more than $1 for cc which there isnt a lot of options, $4.49 for a simple bagel with cc, hardly any cc at that, gotta love it, price of inflation or highway robbery......

I am at this moment on minute 30 of my wait for a ham and cheese sandwich. The college kids they hired have been abysmal. There's 8 people waiting and they are standing there talking while one woman does all the work.

Picked up my food, they made it wrong, I asked them to remake it and the lady making the food gets upset and starts yelling at me. Remakes it a second time and once again makes it incorrectly then proceeds to yell some more while the manager doesn’t do anything to stop her from yelling at me??? Mind you this is the second time (totally separate times) that I have ordered and she once again makes it incorrectly. Angry woman in the back do something about her she’s terrible

What a pain! I’ve been in this drive through for almost 20 minutes and I ordered two toasted plain bagels with egg and cheese. Every day it’s slow but this is just silly. I would drive away but I already paid. No one even acknowledges or apologizes. They just came out actually cold without even melted cheese. Super frustrating.
