Very friendly staff and some of the best Mexican food we've ever had. My entire family was stuffed. The drinks were great, the food was fantastic and the desserts cannot be forgotten. Hands down the best churros I've ever had. This is an absolute must if you are in the area.

Very nice decor inside the restaurant. Chicken and beef fajitas were good but lots of onions and peppers compared to the amount of meat. Guacamole appetizer was good but looked a bit small. I think it was the dish used because it lasted longer than I thought it would.

I’ve been here 3 times and it’s been delicious every time. I keep getting the flautas because they’re so good. This time we got the birria tacos to share and they were amazing. I can’t believe it’s not more crowded in here. The margs are delicious and actually have liquor in them, and the queso con carne is so good and we’ve gotten it every time for about app. The staff are also so nice, 10/10 everyone should go here.

Our entire experience was excellent, from greeting to farewell. Our server, Claudia, was fantastic. Her genuine smile showed she liked working there. Chips and salsa to start with the best guacamole I've had in months. She was very accommodating about the types of they had. Steak and shrimp fajitas and enchiladas mole were excellent. Took some flan home for dessert, wonderful! First visit, we'll be back.

Cute place, good service (accurate, prompt, attentive). Ordered chicken & shrimp fajitas + steak fajitas. Included complimentary chips & salsa. All really terrific. Good value, too. Would eat here again!!

I have always enjoyed this place. I have been going here since it opened. I was however, disappointed with the enchilada and the chili poblano today. It seems like they changed the recipe for the filling. Previously, the filling was more typical ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, a typical filling at most restaurants. This feeling seems much more like chili that would be in a Chili con carne or something that you would put on a hotdog to make a chili dog. Also, it was extremely greasy like the beef was not drained. I don’t know if they changed recipes or perhaps the chef that prepared it.

My family and i stopped by for dinner while in the area. We were seated right away. Drinks, chips and salsa came out right away. We ordered queso blanco, it came out a min later and it tasted great. The rest of our dinner came shortly. Everything was good, but kinda bland...definitely could use more seasoning.

I ordered a single take out order of chicken, and shrimp fajitas from Mesquite Grill. When I arrived to pick up my order, I told the hostess I wanted to add an order of guacamole. The young lady asked me if I wanted the small side, or the larger order. When I asked what the size difference was, she told me the small size was like a small side cup, and the larger order was 16 ounces. I decided on the larger 16 ounce order for ten dollars. As for the quality of the food I received; The fajitas were very tasty, and not over salty, and the guacamole was very good, and balanced, with no single ingredient overpowering the others. Unfortunately, that's where the compliments end. My order did not contain any tortillas (an important ingredient for fajitas!), and as you can see from the picture, the container for the guacamole was indeed a 16 ounce size, however, it was less than half full. Here's the kicker...When I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing tortillas, and the half filled cup of guacamole, the person who answered the phone said, and I quote "we were really busy with take out orders, and someone must have forgot to put the tortillas in." When I then asked about the amount of guacamole in what was described as 16 ounces, I was met with silence on the other end of the phone. No apology. No offer to put the manager on the phone. No attempt at all to acknowledge their mistake, or make things right. Just a basic 'oh well, we were busy, so we forgot'. It certainly didn’t appear to be busy at 5:15 on Saturday evening with a near empty dining room, and no other take out orders waiting next to mine. As for the guacamole...that's not 'shrinkflation', it's just plain shortchanging the customer. If you're going to offer, and accept take out orders, you really do need to take the extra ten seconds to ensure the order is correct, and complete. Seriously, I don't want to sound overly harsh, but this really is not that difficult! This was my first experience with Mesquite Grill. It will also likely be my last.

I have ordered the same meal from this restaurant 18 times including my order today. I’ve only had 1 other incident with the food I will not disclose. Today I ordered the same meal and the avocado looked really bad. I respectfully called back and they apologized and said they would make me a new order. I drive back, pick it up and get home and the avocado is practically the same. I’m aware of the different stages of avocado and of the 18 times I’ve ordered it NEVER looked like this. I am absolutely livid with this experience and this will be my last order. The first photo is the original order and the second photo in the white container is the replacement.
