Food is always super good. I had a sirloin with some mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and it was delicious. Steak was super well seasoned and super flavorful. Also brought home a desert but forgot what it was.

My husband and I just had one of the most amazing dinner experiences at this Outback (town of Greece). AZ was our server and she could not have been more perfect. We even spoke highly about her to the manager on shift. AZ was knowledgeable, honest, prompt, focused, friendly, warm, great listener, and just overall wonderful. We will absolutely be back and ask for her to be our server again. Both my husband and I needed a dining experience like this after our work week and we're leaving with full bellies and a huge smile on our faces. We also appreciate a lot the manager for taking time of her busy closing schedule to listen to us.

So as of today 11/22/2025 i went an had dinner with my girl steak should not be cooked on a flat top cooking on a flat top burns all the seasoning into the steak both steaks ordered today I we couldn't eat because they were way to spicy hot tge chicken i got with mine taste like spoiled chicken i spit it out right away i dont like to complain which i didnt until i pay the bill the manager came over Taresea very friendly she said dont pay the bill i said its done we talked i explain to her what happened she did what was right as a manager happy for that said next time she will cook the steak on the grill tu for that corporate flat tops are good for things but not steak Last time I went here service went down hill well they got excellent service back an great cooks again I couldn't be even more happier trying outback again I left my credit card by mistake they were great about holding it till the next day an to get it back they were very cautious to make sure I was the owner of it thank you for that an the French onion was on point

My family and I have a tradition where we all go to Outback Steakhouse together on Christmas Eve. We've always loved going here, but it's safe to say this was our best visit yet! Our waitress, Brandi, was incredible! She was so cheery and made sure that everyone at the table was satisfied with their orders. I was impressed with how attentive she is and her friendliness felt like visiting an old friend. Additionally, our food arrived quickly. Our meals were well prepared and portion sizes were good. Everyone at our table left full and happy! We look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come. Thank you Brandi for your kindness and excellent service! :)

I used a gift card for this meal. My steak was served exactly as I ordered as was my complete order. The server was a joyful person who I really enjoyed meeting. Had cheesecake for desert, and it was very good. The manager stopped by my table and thanked me for choosing Outback and asked about my visit. Nice touch.

I hadn't been to Outback in years, but after visiting this location we plan to visit often. The food was amazing. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and everything is very good quality. Our server was so sweet, helpful and didn't hoover. I only wish I could remember her name, since she really made the meal even better if that's possible. We were there for lunch on May 13th. We will be back for sure. I feel I need to mention the prices are very fair for all we got. Service and quality are top notch!

Server was very fast, friendly, and attentive. I did have a slight issue with my ribeye having a lot of fat and the manager came over calmly asking about the issue. I let him know and he did not throw any sass or argue with me but was very accommodating to ask if I wanted a new steak or to take some money off the bill. I did choose for a new steak and he personally gave this to me making sure everything was okay this time around and it was perfect. I wish I got his name but he’s the coolest manager. Will definitely be coming back, thank you for a great meal!

I go here for the Walk About Wednesday deal. Sirloin steak, drink and a side. I get either the loaded bake potato or the side salad which is very generous. Steak is cooked perfectly.

Packed house tonight. I sat at the bat and had cold beer and the new Meatloaf. It was delicious. I recommend ordering it.

In all the times I've come here (I annually have a birthday dinner with my dad), I've never had a bad experience (this includes when I order ahead for pickup). Servers have been great (props to Brandy during yesterday's stop). We usually go before the dinner rush, so we get seated quickly. Food, though pricey, is always delicious. If I had the income, I'd go there more often. P.S. I'm just glad they stopped singing "Happy Birthday" (ever since COVID, according to Brandy) and bringing everyone in the restaurant's attention to your table, so thanks for that! lol 2/4/26 - Nothing's changed in terms of service. Want to give shoutouts to our server this time (Teresa) and the head chef(? - I forgot to ask her name) for being understanding about the salmon/shrimp snafu for my dad's order. Sorry about all that! Only thing we had a fault with was the rice that came with his shrimp. After he mentioned that he hoped my mashed potatoes tasted better than his rice, I had a sample of it and found it underwhelming. But, other that that minor bit, everything else was just A+! Great experience. Walked in with my family of three around 4pm on a Sunday, pretty quiet so no wait time. Our server, Kayla, was very sweet and attentive. The food came out so quickly I couldn’t keep up lol, but fresh and so delicious. Try the cheese fries if you haven’t, the house ranch with them is chefs kiss, I dream about them often. Stopped here for dinner on our travels home back to Massachusetts. Service was amazing waitress was happy helpful and very attentive to us. Also, there was a mixup. Our food actually came out before our appetizers and within seconds the manager was at the end of our table, not sure of her name. It was a manager on duty on this day, but she was amazing. She ended up taking, one of the appetizers off our bill. We really appreciated that. Food was so good! We would definitely come back here on our next trip.

Food was delicious and service was amazing. Food didn’t take long to come. I ordered Alice Springs chicken and steak and they gave me a small Alice chicken. Upon bringing me the food, the lady apologized before I even saw the plate and told me they were bringing me out another one free of charge due to the fact that was a small piece of chicken. She said they wanted to bring me my food so I can eat until they bring it out. Also gave my daughter a free refill. Only thing was it was a bit cold inside the restaurant. Other than that no complaints at all.

Maddie saved the day! I ordered curbside pickup and forgot to put A1 on my order, she was SO sweet, she went back in and grabbed me A1, all with a smile, a pleasant attitude. The food was perfect, what a great experience for my first time here!!

Today was our first time at outback steakhouse. When we first walked in there was 4 other families ahead of us waiting to be seated because the host was nowhere to be found and so the only server on took time out of her already busy day to seat all 5 of us. The server seated us, took our ordered, made our alcohol drinks and served us. The server never once complained about being short staffed we just gathered that from hearing the server tell the new customers that came in “he’ll be right with you” then 5 minutes later the same customer’s still standing at the door so the server seated them as well. That continued for our entire stay. In fact we only saw the host seat one table the rest was all the server. There was a food runner who also worked really hard to get food out to the right tables as soon as possible she was very helpful. When our food came out it was so hot and amazing so great job to the cooks! At the end of our stay we stacks our plates and paid online so the server didn’t have to run the card back. We tipped 40% to show our appreciation to our server. As we were walking to the car the server ran outside to thank us. Moral of the story is our server, Erica, is hands down Amazing and so was the food!

Outback is always a solid choice! Orders are always ready quickly, which is super convenient. The Bloomin' Onion is a standout – crispy and flavorful, it's my favorite! Great place for a reliable and tasty meal. Highly recommend for quick service and delicious food!

Ordered, Bloomin onion, prime ribber, chippies, and some grog. Australia be damned, we did it better at outback. The food was yum. The atmosphere was clean, the service friendly. Decor was forgettable and generic, but in a good way! I forgot whether I was in Texas, longhorn, or outback until the food arrived. Immediately recognizable as the delicious Australian steakhouse after my first bite. I like the option to have a digital menu or a physical one.

Great service as always! Great food too! Gotta respect Outback for being a chain restaurant! They are pretty solid all around.

Me and my husband went to have a date night and our server Nick was amazing! He was charismatic and hospitable, taking care of all our needs on a timely manner and making sure our food came out perfect! If you’re coming to dine out at Outback I highly recommend requesting Nick as your server as he will make your experience phenomenal! On to the food, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, my husband had the new char grilled ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and he said quite literally melted in his mouth! I had the coconut shrimp 3 course meal with a baked potato and everything was cooked beautifully, as well as the baked potato was the size of my face!! Truly a wonderful experience that will bring us back for more!

I travel here occasionally from Syracuse with my family since our location closed. The staff is always so warm, friendly, kind, and attentive every time we come here. The food always tastes good and it keeps us coming back, despite the 1+ hour drive. Our waitress on Monday was very kind and generous! There was even a waitress cleaning tables who had a friendly chat with us too. The manager found out we came all the way from Syracuse and came to talk with us. Top notch service and food!

November 22 update: The biggest improvement was the hostess wasn't holding the front door open continuously. This resulted in a warmer dining room! The steaks and other foods we ordered were great. Sweet potatoes are awsome. Service was great. Their Outback Ale is very good. Recommened! Just keep the front door closed. November 16, 2025 I just lowered my rating. A response from the owner was posted saying we had an exceptional experience at the Outback. I guess they really didn't read my review below. Close your front door to keep the cold out and your customers warm. A response would be appreciated. November 14, 2025 5:55 pm The sirloin steaks, sweet potatoes, salads and cheesecake were great. Steaks were cooked perfectly to medium and medium rare. Erin our server was outstanding! Bar drinks were very good. The one negative was that a hostess stood in the double door entry into the restaurant and held one inner door open constantly, rather than opening it for customers as the came and went. This resulted in cold air coming/drafting into the dining room. We were cold and so were many other customers. It was like dining outdoors. Most customers were wearing their coats at their tables. Management should take notice of this. This procedure needs to change. Why do we want to be uncomfortably cold when going out to dinner? This reduced my rating from 5 to 4 stars... although I considered giving them a 3. I wonder how much this raises their heating bill?

I traveled to Rochester NY on business and decided to stop at the Outback Steakhouse in Greece for a late-night dinner. I chose curbside pickup, and from the time I placed my order to when it was ready, everything went perfectly. I received a notification right away, and my food was ready exactly when they said it would be. The gentleman who brought my order out was prompt and friendly. My meal was hot, fresh, and packaged with everything I needed—including utensils. The steak was warm, juicy, and cooked just right, and they followed all of my order notes perfectly. This was by far my best experience at an Outback Steakhouse. Great job to the team in Greece, NY!

All good except.... This place was a nice surprise overall! We had never been to an Outback, but had a gift card to use. We arrived 7/15/25 around 430pm, well before the dinner hour and were seated immediately into a booth as requested. Atmosphere was fairly quiet on a weekday. Service by Ashley was excellent, assisted by another man (didn't catch his name, tall guy). They were both so attentive, professional, friendly yet not intrusive, coming by our table to bring items or check on us or clear items at least five times. That's pretty incredible service these days : ) Salads were great, complimentary warm bread wonderful, dinners plentiful and tasty, and fairly priced. Easy to have leftovers. I think the only thing we *didn't* like was having the small electronic tablet at our table all through the meal, that we then had to scroll through in order to read bill, figure tip, apply gift card, pay with credit card, choose receipt, etc which incidentally doesnt include a paper option. Maybe that's the future but it didn't fit with the rest of the experience. And maybe there is an off switch - I guess we should have asked. That being said, it wasn't enough of a bother to stop us from returning. Just wish there was an option to get your bill the old fashioned way and have the tablet off the table.

I got the Alice Springs chicken it was delicious. I feel the prices are high, but the food quality is amazing so can't be mad about that . At least it's money well spent. I hesitate to give it 5 stars because the last two times I have been there the service was iffy, where servers either forgot to come back to us, or said they were going to bring something and didn't. Overall it's a good place to go, maybe just as a date and not with like 4 or more people.

The Blooming Onion was great. The prime rib was okay The fried mushrooms were great. When you asked for coffee they asked you if you want sugar or creamer but they don't bring a spoon.

The food was excellent and fast but they seemed to be short staffed. We didn't have silverware and had to ask for it. No refill was offered. They were also not good at clearing plates when finished.

Delicious grilled shrimp! Had steak and lobster and grilled and coconut shrimp, salad and veggies. Lobster was really good too.

I like prime rid. Their prime rib is excellent. Prices are continuing to rise though. Revised 2018, Dec. prices are steady. New staff. Very friendly. The prime rib was excellent. Came piping hot. EYE raised my rating from 4 back to 5 stars based on this visit. Down to 4 stars based on my last visit. Covid season is reason that it’s not lowered to 3 stars. We got two of the worst looking potatoes ever with this last order. But every thing else was excellent. Order was to go. Fast service Jan 2025. Still excellent. Call ahead is recommended but you’ll still have to wait during busy periods. It’s not a reservation. What’s that all about. Other than that, no real issues.

My dinner came with two sides. The carrots and squash were not cooked and I never got my backed potato. I ordered grilled chicken and steak. The chicken was cold and the steak was tough. My grandson ordered the same as me and was brought a completely different dinner. Waitress came back to the table when we were almost done . Told her about everything but she said she would tell the kitchen. No offering of anything.

Got the bloomin burger and it sucked very badly. Also had the french onion soup and mashed potatoes. Honestly, everything was mid. But, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the environment was cleanly, and I still enjoyed my time regardless of the food being subpar.

I have had good food from this location; however, today was disappointing . The ribeyes were almost well done. Very very dry. We requested medium rare. It was seared too long and burnt on both sides. Our sweet potatoes (the skin) were also burnt. The bread was dry. The best part of the meal were the salads. They were fresh. Please make sure you honor the customers request and be consistent with serving good food. We will try again in a few months or longer.

First time at Outback, and it was okay. The steak is a little chewy and everything is a little pricy. I recommend trying the value menu on the very back. I got a burger, fries, salad, and cheesecake for $12 I think. The burger by itself is $15 or something, so that was odd. It was a tasty burger, but the plate too small for it and it fell apart when I picked it up. The staff were nice and other than that the food was not bad. I probably wouldn’t come again though.

My family and I came here for my son's graduation dinner. Service was excellent. All other food was good except the thicker portion of my salmon was raw. The waiter came in and saw it. She apologized and took the dish to the kitchen to recook. The store owner stopped my as well. Salmon came back and there was tiny pink in center and I was okay with that. But if you want to a fully cooked salmon, make sure you ask for well done. The waiter and store owner returned to check on the salmon. And the owner waived the salmon dish.

Restaurant was so dirty... food on floor under booths and booths not wiped down that I didn't trust to eat the food .... potato was not done but everything else seemed to be prepared well.

Took my wife here to celebrate her birthday. We each ordered steak, both of which were served very underdone. My medium steak was rare and here medium rare steak was rare to raw. 15 minutes later... the steaks finally came back and were cooked to the proper temp except her steak was now burned on the outside. No offer to take anything off our bill even after we ordered dessert. This is Restaurant Service 101. Make an effort to make it right. Don't just charge full price afterward like nothing happened. We hadn't been to Outback in ages and after this we will not hurry back.

I’ve been to Outback’s throughout the country. My issue tonight was the service. I sat at the bar and for a while I was the only person there. I don’t know if the bartender was new or not but it took a long while before she took my order. When my salad came she was off for several min servicing other tables before I could get some utensils. The prime rib was ok. The baked potato was excellent. The salad was good. When I was done with my meal and she brought my check, There was really no interaction between, I pointed out the long dark hair that was in my food. I had taken it out and ate my meal. She did ask if I wanted to speak to a manager but what good would that have done? Oops sorry. I was done and wanted to get out. I doubt she even told the manager. Overall the service was lacking tonight. I don’t know if that is usual for this Outback. It used to be fun sitting at the bar at Outback. Not this one.

Called ahead for seemingly no reason. We get in the door check in and wait for 20 mins as 4 parties get sat as they walk in or with in 5 mins of getting in the door and checking in. Call ahead why?? My mom and I came in for dinner today January 10 around 5pm the waitress took our drink order that took over 10 minutes to get the drinks she came over and asked if we where ready to order i asked for a few minutes to decide we waited another 15 minutes for her to come back finally ordered my mom order the outbacker burger medium well the burger came out rare I ordered the prime rib sandwich which came out cold i finished my meal (even though it was cold i didn't wanna wait longer for it to be heated up or redone) then getting the check took another 20 minutes till I finally asked the waitress for it. I'm not one to complain to the manager cause I don't think anything would have been done the service was horrible and the food was just as bad we definitely will not be returning

4 out of 9 people received there food done the absolute wrong way and it had to get sent back. My steak was so tough I couldn't even put my fork through it. We ordered blooming onion and wings for an appetizer and the onion was soaked with grease and so salty we couldn't eat it. The wings were breaded and tasted like boxed frozen wings. Definitely not worth what they charge. Although there were many mistakes the manager did remove one dinner from the bill and gave me a free steak to go home with. It was a birthday celebration for my son. I just wish the food was done properly and was better quality. We probably will not be returning to dine unfortunately.

So nah- so customer service is giving my food away, remaking it, waiting an hour and a half to get it, get home, sides still missing and it's cold and burnt ....no way you remade this food. Never again...dont do to go if you cannot accommodate, no parking, nobody coming out, I had to go in and get it after being outside 30 minutes. After 5 min, dude walks in saying he got the wrong order- it's my food. I make them remake the food cuz dude took it out, left and brought it back. Wait an hour and a half, get home and a side missing, the meat is burnt not medium well and cold at that. Nah...I got a refund but that's a double negative.... never again

We were there again after a terrible experience the end of December. Well it was not any better. Had to ask for straws, had to ask for plates. The new 3 cheese steak dip taste like cheese whiz and the steak was tough. My son ordered the victoria filet and it came out flat as pancake and was tough.We had to ask for his mac and cheese that was part of his meal. No one wants their meals coming out one thing at a time. It was not a filet even though the manger goes some of our filets are flat. Um no. Took forever to get drinks. It was also very cold in there. We tried it again and we will not be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food was very disappointing the ranch salad dressing was too salty and the prime rib looked terrible when it was brought to the table not appealing at all was so upset am sorry I didn't sent it back. What a disappointment

I wish I kept the receipt or wrote down the servers name but my daughter said it was Alisha or Aleia. she also said she was probably asking for cash for drinks so she could pocket it. her attitude was horrible like we were bothering her. The attitude got worse once we said we were putting it all on our credit card. Such a shame but bad enough I wanted the location management to be aware.

Ordered a Steakhouse salad over cooked the steak. Ordered coconut shrimp burnt, ordered mac an cheese, charged for it but not delivered. Manager says sending us coupons, will wait and see if that actually happens. Overall experience way below satisfactory Update: They sent us 2- 20% off coupons.

Did an online order. Arrived at location for pickup and order never came out. After going into restaurant 3 times (hostess saying my order wasn't ready), I asked to speak with a manager. She stated my order was "lost". Even though I had email and text verifications. I even got an order survey. NO FOOD and no compensation for my wasted hour. I was initially told I couldn't get a refund and had to argue for that. Your online pickup is a joke, employees don't care, and manager lacks customer service. Id avoid this location and consider going to another steak restaurant completely.

This is the worst Outback Steakhouse I have ever been to. It’s FILTHY and disgusting. I saw bugs eating food that looked like it had been there a week under the table. I wasn’t going to write a review until I had to do a grubhub order from there the next day and 5 different employees told me 5 different things culminating with a manager coming out to apologize that they gave the order to someone else. So after sitting here for 30 minutes I will now not earn anything. I felt like that was enough to officially write a review to let people know. This place should be shut down. Absolutely clueless employees and management along with disgustingly filthy environment.if you need a restroom drive to a gas station because guaranteed it will be nicer than this restaurant. I’ll be making a call to the health department and hopefully they make a surprise visit. All this is really sad because I love Outback and there aren’t many of them in the area

Whoever was doing the takeout orders probably has some serious issues - wether it was the front staff who paid a lack of attention to the order items or back of house. Overall , super disappointed and would not do takeout from these guys AT ALL as I guarantee you will not be getting anything you pay for. I made a call in and spoke with staff who assured me that cutlery will be provided, long behold - no cutlery. I ordered coke, no coke. I ordered a fully loaded potatoe - I got a baked salted potatoe. I ordered a side of veggies, didn’t get that either. And wait till you hear the finale; I ordered a chimchurri steak and there was no steak, just fried onions and chimchurri …. I didn’t even order fried onions. It was supposed to be veggies. LOL. Overall, I think you need to take a look at your order fullfillers and maybe, just maybe… replace them. But careful not to mess up who you replace because the track record here isn’t looking so great atm, don’t fire your fish suppliers by accident (because actually, the salmon which WE DID get was delicious).
