Pretzels are usually fresh when i get them. One time i found a gnat on my pretzel but besides that, I haven’t had any issues.

This location used to be good and the pretzels are fine but it's the employees that have gone downhill. They wear whatever they want which seems inappropriate to me, especially with open toed shoes on. They also pay more attention to talking to eachother than helping a customer. I'm sure this is not all employees there just what I have seen the last 2 visits

I was upset when I returned to my car to opened my little treat that I had bought for myself, just to bite into a hard dry over cooked cinnamon sugar pretzel nugget. As I toss that one and grab another I realize that I was given probably the oldest batch that was made today. They were too old and too hard for me to enjoy, and of course no one answers the phone so I can return these rocks to grab fresh ones at another time. Some are burnt. I have been patronizing Aunt Annie’s for many yrs and I have never received a bad batch.

I was upset when I returned to my car to opened my little treat that I had bought for myself, just to bite into a hard dry over cooked cinnamon sugar pretzel nugget. As I toss that one and grab another I realize that I was given probably the oldest batch that was made today. They were too old and too hard for me to enjoy, and of course no one answers the phone so I can return these rocks to grab fresh ones at another time. Some are burnt. I have been patronizing Aunt Annie’s for many yrs and I have never received a bad batch.

Food was delivered cold and drink had no ice in it. Won’t give refund.

I’ll never go there again! After spending $15. at this store today, the store manager refused to give me an empty cup with a lid for my 2 year old grandson without charging me $1.29. which I didn’t not pay . Outrageous!! I will be calling corporate office!!

Claimed the food was fresh and it wasn't even warm. All workers were rude execpt for one of them. Will never go there again

Pretzel was great. The tall Gyrl making the pretzel dough was rude bc I asked for a certain pretzel from the cashier. She yelled at us

They are thieves... one of the employees messed up and shorted me on my change then tried to argue with me about it. They would not count the register to confirm who was right and still owe me money.

I found a hair baked into my pretzel. Didn't bother to return it because the employees were already rude to me when I ordered.

Do their employees ever do taste test at all daily whenever they do a new batch? If they did they would have known this weird taste.
