Amazing food. They give you so much appetizers and a great portion for the cost that I was not even able to finish my actual meal. Server was wonderful, and I love the decor. I do you recommend and I also plan on going back.

By far my favorite Italian restaurant to visit! The food is always delicious, have never had a bad meal before. The salad is always fresh, the pasta has great portions and their sauce is delicious. Dude, I gotta say, I hit up Bella Pasta at least twice a month. Every time, I get such a warm welcome. The service is killer, always spot-on. The food tastes fresh, seasonal, perfectly seasoned, and totally authentic. Honestly, my fave dish is the chicken French with a Caesar salad. First, they bring out this Caesar salad—crispy, creamy, tangy, savory, classic, and so satisfying—then comes the chicken french. The pasta's perfectly al dente. It's that Italian-American, Rochester-style, egg-battered, lemon-infused, golden-crusted, savory goodness. And to finish it off, they suggest the tiramisu. It's heavenly—creamy, decadent, coffee-infused, sweet, layered, rich, and totally indulgent. The staff is always checking on you, cracking jokes, and smiling. It's just such a welcoming place. Great food, service and price. Comfy atmosphere, but would bit sit by the bar if someone in your group has a hearing issue. I've never had a bad meal here but one time the escargot came way too salty, unusual.

Our family eats here regularly, the staff has always been excellent and attentive. The atmosphere is a casual experience which is exactly what my family is looking for. The food is always great. I love the Cheesy Cheese pizza, and the gnocchi with their marinara sauce is amazing. The salads and fresh bread are always enjoyable and the bruschetta is out of this world.

We came in from Syracuse to visit family, and originally called Brook House for takeout. They weren't serving takeout orders. We really wanted Italian takeout, found Bella Pasta and they were sooooo busy and took takeout orders. So thankful , all entrees, stuffed shells, chicken parms , linguini white clam sauce were delicious. Hot, fresh, and presented beautifully . The soup, terrific. Thank You Bella Pasta !!!! One of my most favorite establishments to eat dinner at. May I recommend that you try their most popular dish... the chicken french, it's to die for!! The chicken is fresh and juicy just bursting in your mouth with flavors!! Their staff is full of kind people and you just feel like you've been welcomed into someone's home for a meal.

The staff at this place is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! I showed up for take out at 9:47 just minutes before closing and they went out of their way to provide me with an entire meal including spaghetti and meatballs, soup, salad, bread and even Parmesan cheese . The inside is so beautifully done with the mural. The food was delicious! Looking forward to going back at a decent time for a full sit down meal.

Great service always, food is always great and reasonable prices . Love their chicken french. Only complaint is all there. Booster seats and most of the high chairs have broken straps. So our last dining experience was unpleasant being in a booth with no safe solution for the young child. Other than that we return often. Great soups

Attended a party at Bella Pasta, with a buffet dinner that met all of my expectations. Service was outstanding and unobtrusive and gave us a family, homey touch.

Haven't had anything I haven't loved here. Food is always fresh, staff is always polite, it's worth the trip.

We had Bella Pasta cater our wedding this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing! They helped so much with the planning and offering suggestions for what food to get so that all of our guests would be happy. The staff who delivered the food and helped during dinner were so nice and accommodating and all of our guests told us how much they loved the food. If you’re getting married or have an event you need catered I can’t recommend them enough!!

I love this place. While they are meant to be an Italian restaurant, even their more American fare is great. Everything is made fresh, and many things are made in house from scratch. Definitely try them at least once.

Came here for lunch around one o'clock on a Tuesday and it was packed! What a lovely thing to see. This was my first time after many recommendations by friends and family. We only had a short wait before being seated and waited on diligently. We ordered a reuben (only $9 and was not charged for an extra side of Thousand Island) with well-done fries and an order of chicken french (adding artichokes for only $1!). Both are pictured. Portions were excellent and flavors were great, no complains whatsoever. Restaurant was decorated nicely for the holidays as were the servers. Lastly, not pictured, I got a cannoli to go, which was just as wonderful as everything else! Thank you Bella Pasta!

Awesome service the staff was so nice and polite. My kids do not like people and they liked our waitress. The food was great I'm a picky person and I have no complaints. The kids meals were big for the price I'm sure a kids meal would have filled me up. And prices are not that bad either. We will definitely be back when in Rochester again.

Very nice meal here last night. I had the Chicken Florentine (Chicken French with Escarole) my boyfriend had Veal Parm. We had salads, wine and dessert and have enough left over for tomorrow. Great waitress Sam. Responsive, quick and friendly.

I've been to this restaurant two times and had the same experience both times. The food was good and the service was good. To see it from the outside it's not impressive but the inside is a different story. Such a nice atmosphere and looks so clean. I think that the prices are decent. I definitely plan on eating there again.

Service was top notch...Our server, he was great. The wedding soup and salad were great. Lots of flavor with the soup. Salad was fresh and plentiful. Had the Sicilian calamari. This was tasty. My mother had the linguini in white clam sauce. Looked great. She said it was tasty. My girl had the chicken French Florentine. She disliked it. She said the sauce was too watery and should have been reduced more. She also said it needed more seasoning. It was bland. I had the stuffed haddock scampi. The fish was cooked nicely and the casino stuffing had good flavor. The fish itself and the scampi sauce was quite bland and could have used seasoning. Overall, had the haddock and the French had been seasoned better and the French sauce was thicker, dinner would have been perfect.

Our group of 12 family members had lunch here on 3/2/26. Our reserved table was ready for us and we were all seated once we all arrived. Our server, Amy R, was excellent; she handled our table alone and kept everything moving efficiently and without any issues. The food was great! Nobody had any issues with their selections or the service. I had the Grilled Chicken Sicilian Ciabatta; Marinated grilled chicken breast with spinach, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese on a toasted ciabatta roll with garlic aioli. It was great! I look forward to dining here again.

True Italian kitchen gem. We've been going to Bella Pasta for years now, always great food. While it's often just two of us, we've also brought large parties, over a dozen, to the side party rooms. No matter what the size, the service is great and the food is fantastic. Inevitably, in larger parties someone has special dietary restrictions, the staff and cooks happily accommodate these with ease. My only single negative is the occasional smokers who hang out, upwind, at the front door causing a brief unpleasant experience. Aside of that one item, Bella Pasta rates an A+ in every category. Special call out to the fantastic tasting desert. selection!

We had a reservation for 6pm for 14 people. When we got there shortly before 6 we were taken right over to our table and seated. There was already water on the table with lemon wedges and our waiter was right there to explain specials and took our drink order. Long story short the whole experience was amazing from the service to the food everything was great. I would highly recommend.

Nothing but great food, nice employees, and decent prices at this Italian spot. I genuinely cannot complain at all. The calamari is extremely fresh- crunchy on the outside and not too chewy; add in the marinara on the side is delicious. The dinner portions are very good considering the price; I get at least 2 nights worth of dinners out of one! The Caesar salad dressing is so good- you can tell is homemade which makes it even better. Overall, worth the money every time!

This is my go to spot. The food and service are always excellent and tonight was no exception . Called yesterday and Made a reservation for my birthday dinner the “big 40” . When we ( a party of 5) arrived tonight we got there a half hour early . We went to the bar and after 10 minutes I noticed the place starting to fill up so I decided to check in . The hostess couldn’t find my reservation . We went through a few names but none were mine. I even looked on my phone when I had called the day before to double check. She was more than accommodating and said she would totally get us in. After another 15 minutes at the bar she came and grabbed us and seated us. It was amazing service and quick thinking and she’s very good at her job.

Went here for a funeral dinner and the food was put out 30 minutes late. Then the staff seemed annoyed when we were still there a half hour after our time. Do the math folks! LOL On a side note, the food was good and most of the ladies waiting on us were delightful. But a bad apple is still a bad apple.

We went with a large group of 20+ on a Monday night. We had a couple more than expected and they were able to work it out and axcomodate us. The server was fantastic! She was friendly and very efficient. The food came out of the kitchen quickly with no errors. No one at the table was disappointed with their meal. I had the Bella pasta special with chicken. My kid ate all the chicken which was very moist. We will try again.

Tried several different dishes and they were all good. I couldn't decide what to eat so I tried a few. The food was great and the staff was great, great service. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the different people who came out to eat. Will be going back again.

My food was good but cold when I got home and I live close I was also highly upset seeing a dog in the restaurant I thought it was disgusting 🫣 I know that only service animals can be in a restaurant but away from kitchen and where food is being served This was a regular small house dog You can't even bring a support animal in a restaurant So I will be calling the health department about that I see more and more people bringing in dogs inside restaurants For this reason I won't return and shared my experience with friends family and fb friends

Tried this for the first time and was very impressed by the food and our service. It was quite busy and our server had a lot of tables, but she did a great job. Our food came out quick despite how busy it was. I had the ravioli with meatballs and it was fantastic. The only disappointment was the hostess. She didn't smile or really communicate with us while we waited to be seated. She acknowledged us, then proceeded to do other things before telling us 5 minutes later that it'd be a few minutes.

We had a family gathering for a 40th birthday. Everything was okay, the food is decent. Our server was amazing!!! Just didn't like the rushing to get us all out at 6:30pm to flip the tables, not that anyone was waiting when we all left. Also understand that it's Christmas time. But it has happened before not during holidays. Not sure that we'll be doing that anymore there.

This is a cute and cozy restaurant, reminded me of a breakfast diner layout. Would love to see the front display window full of bakery goodies you can purchase to go. I was kind of bummed on the pasta portion given in our plates, seemed like a lunch special portion. The meatballs and sauce were delish! The salad was perfect and fresh. I tried the chicken french due to menu saying it was their specialty... I don't think I would get it again. It was pretty bland and made me sad, not much flavor and the chicken was really tough to cut and chew. Staff were friendly and sweet. But overall it was a nice night out. We will be back again!

We ate dinner here not long ago with some friends. This visit was actually our second visit here as we also had their buffet offering at an anniversary party some time ago. Featuring Italian cuisine, this restaurant appears to be very popular as they were very busy, and there were people already waiting for seating when we arrived. There were five of us in our party. Even though we had a reservation for 5 PM, we still had to wait at least 30 minutes for a table to open up. Once we were seated, our server Donna provided us with with menus. It took at least 15 minutes for our server to return and take our orders of lasagna (x2) and stuffed shells. After that, it took at least 30 minutes for our food to be served. The lasagna was good but not exceptional. The stuffed shells were good. The service during our meal was OK but a bit uneven, and our server seemed a little distracted. Maybe that's not surprising considering how busy they were. Our bill for the three dishes and beverages totaled $58 plus tax. Not a bad experience, but nothing memorable. Based on our two visits here, we'll consider other restaurants next time. Thanks for reading.

Ordered $10 antipasto. Received exactly two each DELI SLICES of salami, capicola, and provolone. Also 2 plain non-marinated artichoke heart halves, a few olives, pimentos, banana pepper slices, cucumbers, and tomatoes. NO dressing whatsoever. This is not antipasto. Especially for an Italian place. This is some sub sandwich cold cut slices with a few vegetables thrown in over a bed of iceberg lettuce with absolutely no dressing. For those that don't know, antipasto is supposed to be thick chunks of cut up cheese and meats with assorted peppers and olives. I don't even know how they've gotten away with passing this off as antipasto. I can't speak for their other food, as I haven't tried it.

I was here with my husband, son and sister for the Mother's Day Brunch and the food this year was of a lesser quality even though they served a prime rib. Their pasta sauce wasn't as good as last year. I wanted more prime rib but I couldn't believe how raw it was!! When I say raw I mean there was NO brown in the middle or the edges just on the outside! How could you serve something like that I'll never know!! Highly disappointed with the prime rib. Also my husband and son were disappointed because there were no meatballs and gravy like last year. They were out of tripes, and it was the main reason I visited this place, so a little disappointed. Side salad comes with a little too much canned olives and not enough tomatoes. Dressing and blue cheese crumbles were both good and lettuce was fresh. Bread was good. Order eggplant-parm from app menu and tasted great. Tried Sicilly's special, pasta was good, however water seperated from either pasta or the sauce made meat a little soggy on the plate. A lot of food for the price. Wait staff were great and attentive. Good value for the price based on the amount of the food.

The food was good, with prices that were middle of the price range for restaurants. The atmosphere was nice if a little dark for day-time when sky's are clear. Our server was decent but not attentive to refills.

Service was over-the-top great. We were a large party and things were much smoother than other spots. Greens and beans over pasta was bad. Pasta was cooked fine, but the greens weren't green. New England clam chowder was really good as was the bread. Main courses were all pretty mediocre. I'd go back and get something different.

I recently visited Bella Pasta for lunch by myself, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it left much to be desired. The environment feels outdated and could use more personality and a bit of an upgrade—it comes across as a little depressing. The food was just okay. The sausage was decent, but the meatball lacked flavor, and nothing really stood out. That said, the customer service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, which was the highlight of the visit. While the food and atmosphere didn’t impress, the service definitely made up for it.

Our server was fantastic and did the best he could to improve our experience. The food was okay. However, we waited 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Might as well not take reservations if the hostesses can't manage those and walk-ins simultaneously and correctly.

The service was great! The food not so Italian. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was flavorless and the marinara was like water tilt your plate and you can see how watered down the marinara was and light color. Bread was white tasteless bread. Seemed rushed! Was in with Family Friday. The manager was very rude and looked lost. Short quick responses, she seemed annoyed with the event and also happened to be the one serving it. The blonde hostess was wonderful and made sure she kept us occupied while the manager figured out the issues in the back. Waitstaff and management should be separated. When called to book the woman in catering was very nice and informative, I believe her name was Adina. She also came out and acknowledged us before she left for the day to make sure everything was ok. The environment was more like a loud sport bar, the bartender in a rock and roll T-shirt and leggings with news and sporting events on all tvs. Food was good, a bit on the salty side. Just expected more.

Can’t give any other stars because no one came over to our table to take our order. When we walked in at 8:04 the hostess said “the kitchen closes at 8:30” I said does that mean we can’t be seated? She said no, and seated us. (Party of 2). Several staff members were prepping silverware/doing side work. Not one staff member looked at us let alone took any sort of order. When we walked out the hostess could have cared less. I made a point to let her know that no one came over to our table. She said nothing. They say customer service is dead. Well this experience at Bella Pasta has put the nail in the coffin.

I’ve recently paid my final visit to Bella Pasta. My wife and I went there on a Friday evening. I ordered the haddock French, she got the creamy chicken Marsala. The haddock had the very foul scent and taste of rotting fish. I took one bite and lost my appetite. The owner, who is very friendly, offered to replace it. I got the chicken parm meal. When the chicken arrived it had the texture of a microwaved piece of meat. It was like a fried rubber band. When I told my wife she said her chicken was the same way. I feel bad for the owner of this place because he either is oblivious or he’s just as frustrated as his customers are with his cooking staff. What a shame. I really want to like it there.

Considering that most of this establishments clientele are going to be passing within the next 5 years, they should really learn how to cook good food. I asked for my burger to be mid rare, it was well done. My wife and I have had digestive issues since we've eaten there. I believe any other restaurant in that plaza would be a better option than this place.

The clamp sauce had more sand than the Anzio Beach. The real was in a swamp of brown gravy. We didn't finish the entrees. The app was forgettable. The management made jokes when we complained about the food. I was a chef for 23 years. I know my food, and I certainly know what NOT to say to customers when hearing complaints. We'll never be back. I recommend anywhere but there.

Not everyone at the table experienced cold food, however. The atmosphere was stale and the bathrooms were dirty!! I guess I had high expectations as we were celebrating a family member’s birthday. Well we did get free dessert as a result of the cold dish. I can say because of this experience, I will never visit this place again!! But someone else might like it.

I rarely leave reviews because I’m very understanding of how difficult the restaurant business can be. Unfortunately, what happened tonight was upsetting and completely unacceptable. Our appetizers were great. When our entrées arrived (ravioli with Alfredo), we didn’t enjoy the dish and quietly set it aside, assuming our waitress would check in with us. Instead, one of the owners, Randy, rushed over to our table and stood extremely close to my mom without introducing himself or asking what was wrong. He immediately became defensive and spoke to her in a rude, hostile way for several minutes, barely allowing her a chance to respond. My mom had not complained or said anything to him beforehand. When she finally did speak, the only thing she mentioned was that the Alfredo sauce looked like it had been sitting for a bit, as it had separated and formed a film on top when the waitress brought it to our table. He dismissed her comment and responded rudely with, “Maybe because it’s been sitting at your table.” At that point, my mom was clearly upset and chose not to engage further. What made this especially disappointing is that she was genuinely excited to bring me here, and instead the experience turned uncomfortable and upsetting. No customer should be approached or spoken to this way especially by a restaurant owner. The interaction felt aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I hope this reaches the right person, because what happened tonight should not be considered acceptable treatment of customers.

This restaurant actually gave me this for my bread which I asked for extra bread and told them I'd pay for it . This is one of the 2 yes 2 slices of extra bread. I will never go there again and I have given them great reviews in the past. I had fatty terrible prime rib last visit and now this disgusting offer of Italian bread. I would never let that be acceptable to give an enemy at my house and HOW DO YOU CALL YOURSELF AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT? BUT I have been going to Rocky's and that restaurant give plenty of bread and refill your basket for free. I highly Rocky's over Bella pasta for a REAL authentic Italian food and atmosphere.
