We had a party of 8 this past weekend and was seated very fast. Had our own little seperate like area which was awesome because we was probably the loudest of all the rest. Kathy our waitress was spot on with everything making sure we had everything we needed and very friendly. From the start with our drinks to the end with making sure we had enough containers to go. Deff the best customer service I'd seen in a long time.

My friend and I stopped in during lunch on a Saturday for a quick drink and appetizer. The manager, Rachel, helped us at the bar. She made great recommendations and helped us get in and out quickly because we trying to make it on time to a show. She was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.

Always very good consistent seafood flavor and preparation. Steak and chicken are very good also. Staff is always friendly. The bill can add up when you see what others are having delivered to their table as you kind of want it all. Usually a wait during peak hours, but come early and call ahead to get on the list to avoid or minimize the dreaded wait in the lobby or bar.

This location is my mother's favorite spot. We usually have her surprise birthday dinners here. Now I have to admit that the customer service has not been what it once was years ago. But I have faith in you guys that y'all will get it together, and it will become how it used to be. That's the only reason why I rated you 4 stars. Amazing experience! The service was fantastic, the restaurant was super clean, and the seafood boil was absolutely delicious! The manager, Bobbie Jo, stopped by our table to check on us, which was such a nice touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My son and I had to live out of a hotel in Rochester for almost half of a year while he got his bone bone marrow transplant. . Living out of a hotel our dinner options were limited to what we could quickly make in our small kitchenette and restaurants. We were on a budget and I could not afford red lobster. Which my son at the time was craving.😭 So a good friend ended up ordering us food. And as you can tell from the picture, he devoured it.
My server was Kathy. This was at the Greece Red Lobster. She was the best server I ever had. I gave her the biggest tip I ever gave. She was thorough punctual and inquisitive. I could not ask for a better server!

We waited almost an hour for a table. But I can confidently say that the wait was worth it. The quality of service we got from the lovely young lady named Crystal was top tier. Crystal was our server for today and she was very sweet and attentive and handled all her seated guests well (being she was the only one server in staff at the time). Kathy provided the best dining experience we’ve had in a while! My husband and I don’t often go on date nights, but lobster fest got us out the house and Kathy made the entire night perfect, she was attentive, kind, friendly and professional! The food was great, coconut shrimp with dragon sauce is a fave and the cheesecake was delicious- but truly Would come back just to see her again!

This was a special occasion because we were not able to be with family, so we decided to treat ourselves. Our Server Crystal was attentive and personable and she really made our visit that much more memorable. She went above and beyond to help us in every aspect of our meal, including special requests.

I ate here recently for a Valentine’s Day celebration with a very special someone and our experience was fantastic. The food was delicious. It was brought out to us within a reasonable amount of time. The only pictures I took at the time were various parts of the menu. I did not bother to take any pictures of the food because it looked and smelled too good to ignore. I just couldn’t help myself. The service was great. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We were offered more garlic cheddar biscuits shortly after the we had finished what was in front of us which was nice. The waitress was clearly good at her job and our gratitude was reflected in the generous tip we gave her. For those of you who may have had negative experiences at the Henrietta location before it permanently closed I’d encourage you to not let that stop you from giving this location a chance. In my opinion this is a good restaurant. I’d like to add that I have gotten take out here before and that experience was pleasant.

Was there for an early lunch. They did not have the item on the menu. We ordered other items. The last item i ordered was a side item, it was not brought to our table. As the waitress was getting ready to give us the bill, I told I no longer wanted that item. She did apologize and did look at her pad and saw that she make a note that I did request for it. I got it to go. I did get my military discount when I produced my military ID.
My server Crystal was awesome, friendly and attentive. She went above and beyond to mae sure we were taken care of despite the restaurant being super busy and under staffed.

Very good but not the best seafood I have had. Its a good choice if you have not been in a while and crave seafood. Not everything is good, stay away from the bisque because it taste like canned soup and the garlic shrimp taste like a stick of butter with shrimp in it. However most other dishes are good like the baked fish, lobster tails, coconut shrimp, and many side dishes. The free biscuits are great. A little on the expensive side but reasonable.
After so many Red Lobster locations closing we were lucky to have one kind of close so we could use up remaining gift cards. We stopped for an early lunch on a weekend trip before we headed home. This location looked a little beat up but it was the standard decorations and layout of the chain. It wasn’t busy so we were seated quickly and our server brought a fresh batch of cheddar biscuits. She got us waters and took our order quickly. Our food came out very fast as well. I ordered the crab leg and lobster combo and my significant other got the shrimp 3 ways plate. The food was fine. Not bad for Red Lobster but obviously not the most amazing seafood. After we got our food we did not see our server again. It took a little while to find her so we could get a bill and to go boxes, kind of annoying. When we tried to pay one of the gift cards wouldn’t scan. We were told she had to enter these like a credit card so I am not sure why she couldn’t manually enter it. When I got into the car I was able to check the balance just fine. It was kind of obnoxious because I ordered what the gift cards would cover. I wouldn’t want to pay a lot to eat here and that is what ended up happening. The bathrooms were also pretty dirty. Overall it was pretty underwhelming and why I rarely ever eat at chains.
Our server Julie was excellent. She was very attentive, she made sure our order was to our satisfaction.
I have been to Red Lobster many times, especially for their complimentary biscuits that we love. Nothing can beat that. The host was very nice and attentive. The place needs to be cleaned a little better. I like their salmon, but its not the best. Even with the blackend option, it lacks flavor. The sides were good and overall meal was nice.

Attentive service and quality food (seafood boils) prepared perfectly and delicious. Cost appropriate but still pricey. Food and service definitely surpassed our expectations. The restaurant is in good need of a full renovation. And poorly managed loud and rambunctious children nearby was annoying.
I only got to red lobster because my kids love seafood. The food there has never apealed to my palate, and the cocktails are never well made. But the restaurant atmosphere is always great.
Our Server, Christy( i think her name was) was actually the server and the cook. We had a party of 15. She worked diligently to accommodate our every need. She was kind, professional, attentive and helped to prepare our meals. Felt really bad for her having to do two jobs. She definitely should be acknowledged and compensated for both jobs.One person should not have to do all that she did by herself. She put customer service definition to a new meaning.
12/31/2025 We have not been to Red Lobster in a long time. We got a fried flounder sandwich with hushpuppies, bay seasoned fries, and coleslaw, and grilled shrimp on skewers over rice with fresh cooked broccoli, a lobster tail and cheddar bay biscuits. All the foods were cooked perfectly, served hot... cole slaw was cold. All foods were very good quality and tasted great! Rachel, our server was friendly, professional and provided outstanding service. Our bar drinks were good. The downside was no draft beer and some wet ceiling tiles were down in part of the dining room and the restrooms had water actively leaking from the roof. All this needs attention/repair along with torn upholstery on some booth seats. Highly recommended for their food and great service!
The food was spot on, always delicious as we have come to expect with the Red lobster menu items. The service was on again off again. Sometimes they were very good, other times not so much. Possible a new server. The restaurant itself was not at all busy, considering it was a Saturday night sound dinner time, I was a little surprised. The restaurant itself is in desperate need of renovations, but like everything else. Money might be an issue. The new menu items Mariner's seafood boil, with Cajun Butter was tasty and could have been a meal for two. The mild spice was adequate. The shrimp scampi linguine was absolutely delicious and the shrimp trio, how can you go wrong. Maybe items had up charges to the menu items, but I assume that is their way of keeping up with rising costs. The manager stopped at our table which was nice. I wish I had additional time to share my thoughts as a travel guide restaurant reviewer.

Took my mother out to lunch after picking up my vehicle from the dealer. Red Lobster is one of my mother's favorite restaurants. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was quiet and clean. However when it came to food, the taste and flavor was great. But the portion size was inconsistent. The appetizers, Crispy Dragon Calamari was wonderful and plentiful and the Coconut Shrimp was great but you only get 6 for the price. My mom's fish sandwich dinner looked plentiful and she was pleased with it. However I order the Shrimp Your Own Way, and it looked like there was hardly anything there. For the price the portions seemed small, but the plate choice may have contributed to it. The food was very tasty and the experience was fine. But looking at price and portion size of my dinner left me scratching my head. I will give this location another try in the future. But overall, it was ok, not great.
Pros: Nice server Gavin and fresh biscuits .Cons: no working draft beers, dilapidated ladies bathroom, no Walts shrimp so you're forced to pay $5 more for the other build your own option and lastly the pasta was not hot
The orzo rice was not good. It was stiff and chewy. Everything else (soup, lobster, crab, shrimp, steak) was acceptable, not particularly remarkable and some of it was not very hot. Our server Rachel, however, was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure our soup was hot enough, steak was cooked right, and that we had everything we needed. She’s a great server, just who you would want representing your business!
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the dining experience my husband and I had at your W. Ridge Rood location on September 5, 2025, at 2:48 PM. Our check number was 54685 - totaling $103.08. While our server, Kathleen E (Kathy), provided exceptional service and showed genuine empathy, the overall experience was marred by the quality of the food and the conduct of the manager on duty. • My husband ordered the Sailors’ Platter and a cup of Lobster Bisque. The corn was severely overcooked and inedible, and the bisque lacked any discernible pieces of lobster. • I ordered the Salmon New Orleans. Though visually appealing, the dish was disappointing in flavor. The broccoli was overcooked, and the creamy shrimp sauce was overwhelmingly salty. What troubled us most was the behavior of the manager on duty. She walked past our table and another table with Black guests, choosing only to engage with an older white couple about their experience. In today’s climate of heightened awareness around racial sensitivity, such selective engagement felt dismissive and inappropriate. When we voiced our concerns to Kathy, she was kind and understanding, suggesting we should have spoken up sooner. However, when we addressed the manager directly as we exited, her response was a curt “I’m sorry,” which felt dismissive and failed to acknowledge the gravity of our concerns. Alarmingly, both my husband and I experienced severe gastrointestinal distress at the same moment shortly after our meal. While we cannot definitively attribute this to the food, it added to our overall dissatisfaction and concern. Given this experience, we are unlikely to return to Red Lobster. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement necessary improvements in food quality, staff training, and customer interaction.
I really hope Red Lobster makes it, I still feel there's a need for good specialty seafood restaurants inland. Based on our experience yesterday they appear to have a ways to go though. Could be understaffed as service was slow for water, ordering, salads, meals, bill. Crab leg shells were buttered for some reason which made them very difficult to crack without slipping and getting cut, the plastic cutting tool left shell fragments in the meat, also we had to ask for a nutcracker which by the time it came the legs were cold, speaking of, crab legs should come in a covered pot like in the past to keep them warm. Lobster Roll also heavily soaked in butter and messy to handle, and Lobster meat overcooked and tough. Baked potato and Hush Puppies were both very good and highlighs of meal. Uncomfortably cold sitting during meal even with sweaters. Staff was very pleasant and helpful during all interactions. Our two meals (no drinks) were $105 total including tip, which is high for this area but would have been acceptable if the food & service had been excellent. THE MENU SAYS THE ULTIMATE endless shrimp Monday, but when we got there is wasn't on the menu for there Monday. They really need to update the online Red lobster app to go with what they are really offering. I went there with the intent to have this meal and was completely let down.
I was there with my son 8pm on a weeknight and the place was dead, only 1 other couple in the restaurant yet our waitress was hard to find. I had to go looking for her to pay our bill. It took 45 minutes to get our food. Again, the place was dead. The bill was over $100 with no drinks. The ala carte scallops were $13.99 and I got just 2 scallops. We won't be going back.
Our old friend Red Lobster is not even a glimmer of what it was in its better days. My clam chowder was barely warm and not tasty at all. I'm not sure how one ruins a salad. Perhaps it was the runny dressing. The seafood stuffed mushrooms passed with a 6/10, but I can tell they're on a slow decline. The biscuits continue to get the job done. There were barely any customers, and our server was still slow. This visit was my second in probably ten years. I don't think I'll ever go back. Kudos to the new CEO though. I'm proud of him.
Appetizer was the mushrooms that tasted like a bottle of salt was dumped in it. Fried shrimp tasted oily and the mashed potatoes were dry and cold, along with the crab legs were cold. The clam strips were nothing but fried bread. The only thing that tasted good was the biscuits. The server was very nice and courteous.
Service was mediocre. Many flies kept buzzing our table and food. Refill on cheddar bay biscuits was no less than 3x asks and 30 minutes. Well after dinner was eaten and completed. Server never cleared any dishes. Not sure I'll. Go back. I forget if the food was even good with so many other problems, and the cost is beyond excessive. The men's room is gross and disgusting and the door to the restroom doesn't even close
The wait to be seated was long,about 40mins. The wait for my food was even loooonger! I ordered a very well done steak, and it came out mooing! 😩 However the manager, who was very nice did take it off my bill. Our waitress was nice but seemed a bit scattered, maybe she was new. 🤷🏿♀️ There was a young man Christian who did a phenomenal job with his customers who were seated next to us, and I also gave him a tip! Keep this young man Red Lobster!!! With all that being said...the biscuits were delish, so kudos for that I guess. 😉
1 st off the waitress didn't bring my drink after ordering. 2 nd food took a long time to arrive. And when it did it was cold. Then the waitress never brought my sour cream for my potato. I recently visited the Red Lobster Store 0410 on 5/21/2025. My check # is 62350. I want to make it very clear here, this is a complaint and I will never visit this local location EVER again. To start had a reservation at 3:30pm, I waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Once I was seated another 5 for the server to take my order for my appetizer of Seafood stuffed mushroom. about 10 minutes later the mushrooms came out an they were burnt on the one side of the plate which 3 of them were not able to be eaten. I addressed this immediately with the waitress and I asked her, 'Why are these even being served? You know they are burned, but you still served them anyway?!' No reply @ 3:55pm. Now I ordered the create your own Admirals Feast with a lobster tail, crab legs, garlic shrimp, Walt's shrimp and broccoli and a baked potato. 4:10pm, the order for my main dish came out and almost immediately I smelled a sour, ammonia-like smell and a dull, slimy appearance coming from the garlic shrimp. After taking a bite of one it was clear the shrimp was bad. I then attempted to try the lobster tail which was slimy and smelled terrible. The broccoli was still hard and no seasoning and the potato appeared to be boiled and put into an oven briefly and was still hard in the center. Moving on to the crab legs, they also put on a smell and were not steamed, more like put under a broiler to be cooked, as I cracked one open the shell shattered like paper. I immediately at about 4:17pm asked to have my check and the waitress seeing that things were barely touched never asked 'Is everything ok? Instead she asked if I needed a box?", I indicated shockingly, 'No, thank you I will address my concerns accordingly.' She could of gotten a manager, instead gave me my check. I paid the bill with no tip @ 4:22pm. On my way out I stopped at the seating desk and asked for a manager to speak with her privately, instead of making a scene, after waiting 10 minutes, no manager, frustrated I left the location. My concern here is the staff obviously notices a problem with the food WHY are they serving it? I am 100 percent sure they would not if they were served the same from anyone else. Complaint filed on FB with corporate office, 1-800 number and now here. I want a complete refund, no games, no explanations or apologies a full refund.

Went to Red Lobster in Greece, NY on Friday night. What an experience. When we arrived, there was an employee outside, clearly smoking marijuana as that was all you could smell as we got to the door. When we got inside, it looked like we walked into a zoo. Took awhile to be sat, no silverware, booth was dirty, waited awhile for our server. When he finally came (don't remember his name, but it began with an E, tall w/glasses) we recognized him as the employee we saw outside. Our appetites were lost when we smelled marijuana mixed with perfume (guess he was trying to hide the smell). We asked to speak to a manager, and he wanted to know why as we hadnt even eaten yet, we said we had a few concerns. to speak to them about. He left, only to come back a minute later , said the manager left for the night and we could tell him our concerns. We said no thank you and left. Upon leaving, we saw numerous employees on their phones, standing around, guests waiting, just a very unorganized, unprofessional, and disturbing atmosphere. We have never experienced this type of 'don't care' attitude from any other restaurant, we will not be back.
This will be the last visit to the last location left in Rochester. Order was incorrect, service was slow, lobby & dining room smelled funky, and the menu selections were at an all time low. Very disappointing after visiting this restaurant over the past 46 years.
We waited for 65 minutes to receive our food. Then they gave me, and another guest in our group of 4, the wrong cut of steak. The lobster tail was good but, we were given a very little lobster tail. the steak was approximately 5mm thick way over cooked, like a hockey puck. My grilled asparagus was less than Al Dante, pretty much raw and cold. They said they were going to make the right steak but it never came. We were seated in a booth that was placed on the end and barely gave us enough room to get in or out. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I had a horrible experience my waiter was rude. Food was horrible and it was for my birthday we came here. The experience was not great at all. Food took about a hour to come out and people that came after us got their food before us. So upset about this
Sadly I had to pick one star. I went about 7 months ago and had a great experience. I can't believe how downhill this establishment has gone.... I've seen bad reviews but I just didn't believe them until now. I will definitely not return there.... It started with taking a bite of the normally amazing rolls .... to find a bunch of underdone dough in my mouth. Plus, I don't know if they've changed the recipe but they are definitely not the same. Then ordering the wrong drink which was my own fault I guess although it never said it was frozen when I ordered it... to trying a different one, a raspberry margarita that was watered down and didn't taste anything like raspberry not to mention they put sugar on the rim when I asked for salt.... So no drink for me lol..... I ordered the Ultimate feast which I've always enjoyed and never had a problem with, that is until now. The lobster was underdone, the snow crab was way overdone and pretty much withered away to nothing. And the shrimp was mushy and greasy.... The sides were the crispy brussel sprouts, not so crispy but at least still tasted good and the mashed potatoes with langostino topping which was a joke because there were three teeny little pieces of langostino on it. The male manager that came over was kind enough to at least get my meal recooked and promised it would be done right... So out comes the meal the second time around and I am happy to say the lobster was cooked perfect however the snow crab was again withered up to nothing I had maybe one good piece out of all of it and the shrimp was still mush. Nobody come over to the table... manager or waiter to find out if the second one was okay until I finally had to waive someone down for a drink and ask to see a manager again. This time I had a female manager come over because she said that the other manager was in the kitchen with the cook. I'm guessing because they were having problems with their food being cooked right..... She did absolutely nothing to help correct the matter and I feel horrible that my waiter had to feel the need to take it on himself and give me a $10 gift card towards my meal. I really hope that didn't come out of his pocket. To say the least I'm extremely disappointed in the whole experience. And not for nothing... the outside appearance of the restaurant is not good, litter everywhere and things on the ground that shouldn't be. I should have taken that into account before I went into the restaurant obviously.
To begin we tried using the app to reserve a table for two of us but our request never went through. When we arrived after a few minutes at the Host stand a man asked if he could help and we told him we had tried to reserve a table. He said the wait at the time (5:45 PM) was 50 minutes.We did not want to wait that long and he said we could sit at the bar. When we asked why such a long wait he said “We are short staffed”. There did not seem to be a lot of guests on the restaurant. We sat down at the bar and the bartender was looking in what looked like a menu book. Her back was to us the whole time we were there. The entire bar surface was very sticky and it seemed like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. After sitting there about 15 minutes and not being acknowledged we got up and left. Very discouraging especially since this is the only Red Lobster on our area. We have gone here many times before and never experienced this. I can say it will be a long time before we think about going back,
A shadow of what it once was. Menu is shrunken and prices are up. What dishes are left on the menu have been reconstructed to lower food costs and raise prices. Crab different stuffed mushrooms are now seafood stuffed for$15 with the option for crab topping for an extra $5. Keep your money and your memories of what this place was in the past.
Open at 11am. Ordered soap at 1145am. I was told that the soup wasn't ready yet. They seated four separate groups right next to each other. We couldn't even have a conversation due to the people next to us who felt they needed to speak as loud as they wanted. One waitress. Very slow service.
There was a wait in an empty restaurant, waitstaff was inattentive. I had ordered garlic butter crab. When the food finally arrived the crab was completely covered in garlic, like, inedible and borderline toxic, with absolutely no butter (see image below...). Then I had to wait even longer to get it replaced with just "steamed" crab, some of which had a terribly fishy smell and was inconsumable. It was criminal what they did to those crabs.
Not sure what happened to this place. The food served over an hour after arrival and half of it was bone cold (especially the crab legs) . We were never offered drink refills, nor did the waitress offer any explanation on when the food was going to be out or that it would take that long. Even after mentioning how half the food was cold not even luke warm she gave no real solution except we can take it back and cook you more( not after this already took an hour) . The place isn't wasnt even as busy as it used to be and im sure they have already lost half of their clientele already with this type or service. So sad. I could accept the short staffed excuse but I would rather the meal come out as it's hot then all at once and half cold.
5pm reservation got there at 4:45. didn't get seated until 6:15 and had to stand in a very cramped walkway full of other frustrated guests for over and hour. This was after being told it would be at absolute maximum an hour for a seat for our reservation. Complete failure on who ever was in charge. Our server also was never around. no refills on drinks, didn't even give us silverware so our pasta ended up being cold by the time we could actually eat it.
We went there at 7 tonight. On a Tuesday! We were told there was going to be a 25 minute wait. There were 10 cars in the parking lot. Employees outside. Smelled like pot. Restaurant was quiet. We went down the street to longhorn steakhouse where we we greeted and sat immediately! They have a full dining room! Service is great at longhorn! Screw red lobster!!!
I would like to say that I am a regular there me and my mother come there every week to see our favorite servers, Kathy and Becca who I might have to say are incredible. I went in there today and no one was near the hostess station, so I went up near the bar area and asked to be seated the bartender. Julia was annoyed that I even asked her to seat me on top of that. She said I can’t see you until your other person gets there which she was just parking her car. I told her I’m a regular and I just wanted to sit down and have something to drink and some appetizers. I wanted to order right then in there because I was hungry. She gave me a dirty look and she said well you could do that at the bar at that point I asked to see a manager. The manager then sat me and Said nothing about Julia. I got my favorite waitress Kathy who gave us excellent service, but our ultimate feast came and Our lobster tails were raw at that point. I was just annoyed with everything at this point. The manager never came over about our lobster tails. Our waitress just adjusted the bell we paid and we left. I have say that that Julia is the most unprofessional person I ever seen in my life in that establishment, rude nasty and if it wasn’t for my favorite servers, I probably would never go back. Red Lobster, the quality and the price aren’t matching up. And when you hire people if they don’t wanna be in the restaurant business, then they shouldn’t be there.
The silverware was dirty, even the second set was as well. The floors had debris on them, very unclean. The meal we order was fish and fries. No lemon. No coleslaw. We ate and will not return. $56 for two very poor meals. Red Lobster used to be OK.
This was one of the worst experiences we've had dining out. This was our 2nd time there in a month. The service wasn't the greatest the first time but the food was decent so we gave it another chance. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at our table then waited another 25 minutes for our waiter to bring my fiance a beer after he told us he couldn't find the bottle opener. The waiter was a nice guy but had no business being a server. He forgot everything we asked for, messed up our order then instead of making it right just strangely made weird excuses for it. We were seated by the kitchen entrance and could hear profane music blaring from inside. The bathroom had a leak and was absolutely filthy. The restaurant was not very busy, maybe 6 tables yet we could hear everyone around us having similar complaints. It would've been tolerable if the food was good but it was absolutely sub par. $140 for that experience. Just horrific to the point where I'm making a complaint with corporate.
Place sucked, it was dead as could be. 40 min to get our food. We were there before 3 other tables and they got their food first and they ordered the same food as us. No season to the steak. Mashed potatoes were cold. Waitress had every excuse in the book. No hand sanitizer when leaving. Manager checked on every table but ours. Not worth 150 bucks. First time going and it will be our last. Very disappointing.
