Ordered via app for inside pick up. Waited over 10 minutes for my food. The amount of fries in my medium size order was a joke. I don’t recommend this location.

Drive thru service was fast, perhaps too fast. Got home and ate a mcdouble, it tasted a little off but it's McDonald's. Never expect perfection. But as my daughter was eating hers I noticed the meat was nearly black🤢 me, my son and my daughter have been having stomach issues all day from this.

This location has consistently been the second worst McDs in the area. Worst Culver, best W Henrietta! Though if the CEO is shy to eat his companies own creations; maybe I should be leaning into an entirely different brand?! Wendy’s?

Everytime we order our chesse burgers we say PLAIN and they still put everything on it . How hard is it to make a mcdonalds plain burger ?

One of the worst mcdonalds around and somehow its right in North Greece. Orders usually wrong and they will stand there and argue with you about it even when you show them the receipt, this has happened pretty much every time ive gone there. Also sucks that they dont give you monopoly pieces you are supposed to get with your orders.

Never seen so many confused employees working in drive thur. Than had to wait for my coffee because the employees were to busy talking rather than doing thier jobs I would never recommend any body go to this McDonald's

Must be a tough day for staff here today. The most stale bun (hard as a rock) on my McCrispy sandwich. No pickles on that or any of the burgers we got (is there a national pickle shortage that hasn't made the news yet?). And no fries with the two meals we ordered. Yup, you guys deserve more than minimum wage. 😂

Worst one I been too..I tried to rder on the koias thing..That was a hugemistake..don't get food if your inna rush. Takes about 45minutes since most of the employees are standing around yanking about who knows what and about each other. I never go here..reason I don't do take out or go to this specific McDonald's. Nothing gets done. People are not very friendly. Don't go here! You regret it! Cold coffe socks! Tasted like your Grandmother's or Mothers week old soggy want to spendIout burnt toast coffee.

I got norovirus from eating a burger here. Have been to this location a few times and it's always something, order screwed up or have to wait for simple stuff. But this time I was sick for 3 days and had to go to urgent care. Never going back to this location again! 🤢🤮💀

Food is as expected, no matter the time of day this has to be the slowest Service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. There’s no sense of urgency. It takes the words fast food right out of the options for that type of restaurant. Better management would make better staff that would make better customer service.

Just headed out of this McDonalds… Got my order, which includes few Mcflurries - half way filled… I asked the girl to fill it more because last time we were there they filled it to the top - she said no because its a “waste”. Excuse me..???? Waste for who??? Honestly it is a waste for me… not for you… I paid $4.31 a piece 🫤😀 Not worth it.
