Caraglio's Pizza

I ordered for pick up Sun Eve 3/30/ 25 and my wife had garlic parm extra crispy wings and I had supreme calzone, we both agree it was the best we’ve ordered from here, my compliments to the crew! Well sadly I have to say I went there tonight 6/17/ 25 and I got this IKEA calzone, I had to pick up the pieces and try and put them back together and there was no cheese and the dough was full of holes thin as paper, I couldn’t believe it was the same place, very disappointed

Great pizza,I like the pepperoni. Service was fast and they have roadside pickup.

Great pizza,I like the pepperoni. Service was fast and they have roadside pickup.

Really good pizza, probably the best dough around. Constantly cooked perfectly. Great amount of toppings. They consistently make the pizzas smaller than advertised, and that isn't just this location. The one pictured is a large, which is supposed to be 16 inches, but closer to 15 1/4. I know that sounds picky, but that adds up to be a large area, especially when it happens every time. I'll still be back, but know what you're getting. The size discrepancy is worse on sheets.

We ordered from the Webster location. The cheese pizza was burnt, crust was thin and very dry. Absolutely disgusting!

The lady on the phone told me 45 minutes for my delivery. When I didn't get my order in 45 minutes I called and asked to make sure it was still on the way, she was surprised and said "it's been exactly 45 minutes", she proceeded to say that the guy was just then on his way to deliver my food which means that I now won't receive my order for another 15 minutes. I order a single submarine sandwich and some onion rings. I've worked in fast food I know that both of those items can be made in 10 minutes but for it to take as long as it did I was lucky that my onion rings were even warm when they got here. Food was accurate but to charge a delivery fee and then be later then what you tell me for the time 2 stars

Was so upset when I got home. Should have opened the box before I left. Never seen a cheese pizza so burnt in my life. 7-11 has better. Sry

First off, the pizza was good. My complaint is I was given a time for pickup, was there on time to pick it up and the girl gave me a funny look and went to the back and came back and said she forgot to put it in the oven ! Ok, so I understand that things happen. So I had to wait another 15 min. out in my car, so I go in and its sitting ontop of ovens, would of thought that maybe they would of come to the door and given me a high sign that its done, since I told her I was right out the front door in my car ! And lastly, there was no apology , no effort made to make it right except the customer had to put up with it. So much for making the customer happy.

I never leave bad reviews but I'm so annoyed! Chicken wings I ask for well done and extra sauce,I was given all drum sticks not 1 flat,not well done and no extra sauce. Both my pizzas had barely any cheese and very cold. Fries and mozzarella sticks are good but cold

On 1-1-26 I ordered food 4 delivery at the hilton location had to wait al most 3 hours before my delivery arrived and the delivery driver didn't follow the instructions that r saved in the system. The food was cold when it finally arrived. You should hire more delivery drivers. I'll never go back to caraglios again

Hey you take your chances, some times it's great pizza but every third or so time it's raw in the middle. I make my own occasionally so I know it's not that it isn't cooked it's not raised correctly. Hey guys check your dates on your yeast!

I order from here because they are very close to my house but if there was another option I would almost certainly go with them. Very inconsistent quality of food, sometimes I get my garlic bread with cheese perfectly cooked, sometimes its burned and lacking cheese, sometimes it's just cold. The price is pretty expensive for what I get. There have been many times I've ordered extra sauce and have not gotten it. If I had any other option to order delivery in my area I would choose them, but I am forced to continue ordering very mediocre food with very mediocre service. If you're not hell bent on pizza, get some Jose Joe's Update: I ordered here again today (12/8/19) and it was a mess. The new way to order online is terrible, so I called to order a calzone, garlic bread with cheese, and a 6 pc boneless wings. They called after the order to tell me they didn't have bread for the garlic bread, no problem, they said they'd subtract that from my total. I got my order delivered and received 1 calzone and 12 boneless wings (while I ordered 6) and was charged $37. I paid nearly $40 for a cheese calzone and what should have been 6 wings. I'm not sure what has changed recently but this place is terrible now. I have worked at a ton of pizza shops throughout my life and an very understanding as a result. Despite all of that, I just flat out don't like this place anymore. I actually had to make sure the delivery guy (who had no part in my order being very wrong) still got the tip I left him. He wouldn't have if I hadn't asked about it btw. This store has a great location and that is the only reason they are in business, it's terribly run. I'm done ordering from here, I would recommend the same for anyone reading this.

What we got was a sub with 2 thin slices of cappicola and a flattened cold pork sandwich, no onion rings. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who is the person who actually took the order and was told she never heard me say onion rings but she’d be happy to send me an order if I paid for it. Yeah, I’m going to wait another hour for onion rings…not. This was not the first screwed up order but you can bet it’ll be the last one. I’m done with you, goodbye!

Only to see they charged my bank account a different amount than I was originally charged. Spoke to management looks like they employ incompetent teenagers who have no clue how to get the money refunded they stole. Will not be returning.

I ordered a well done pepperoni pizza for pickup. It was ready when I got there, but when I checked it on the way home I had to pull over to take a 2nd look. I checked again and the pizza was raw all along the side and toppings falling off. I took it back and the girl said she pushed it back in the oven because it didn't look done and she said she thought they put too much cheese on it. This pizza could have easily used another 5 min in the oven. She refunded my card and said the card would be credited within about 3 business days. When I asked if they would give me a coupon for the inconvenience or anything else she said they can only remake the pizza or do a refund. I guess it doesn't matter that I brushed all the snow off/heated my truck and drove from Clarkson to get it.

Ordered 1 medium heart shaped pizza and 2 small heart shaped pizzas and was delivered a wrong medium. I called 3 times and it was busy each time. Spoke with someone who told the manager my pizza was wrong and they remade the pizza to the other customer who got my pizza in the first place which I figured out when I called an hour later wondering where my pizza was. Finally I’m told they will send a new pizza out but don’t know when it would get to me. I get my pizza and they gave me a raw pizza. When I called to get my money back for the pizza they told me they don’t do refunds only can remake the order. I have never heard of such b.s. steer clear of this abomination of a pizza joint
