Kind of leary about eating chicken french unless I've eaten at a place before. Two huge pieces of chicken and the taste was incredible 😲. The second piece was thick and a little under cooked so I asked it if they could cook it just a bit more (I was enjoying the food). They remade the whole plate which they didnt have to do. I was really pleased and would definitely go back for sure. Service was great ! Thank you BTB !

Headed there for their Monday pizza special. The personal sized pizza was delicious and the waitress was friendly and efficient. It's a little noisy because of the amount of conversations going on in the sports bar atmosphere.

Exceptional service, food and atmosphere. Have been here several times for after work cocktails and appetizers but tonight seeing my oldest son was home from college we decided to go out. My wife, 2 sons had cheeseburger, small pizza, cheeseburger plate and I had the steak bomber. I'm a big guy and it said "bring your appeitite" , well they meant it. Spectacular! Aubrey was our server and I hope management sees this because she is a tremendous server. Our pretzel appetizer(which were awesome) came out from another server as Aubrey was serving our drinks. Timing was impeccable. My wife had the Holiday Smash cocktail and I a Kettle One on the rocks. As a bartender of 17yrs, I would recommend the Holiday Smash as it was poured to perfection and she truly enjoyed it. Service: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 Food:10/10. Thank you for a wonderful family night out!

The BTB 'Dilla was delicious with the garlic parm fries!! My friend got the boneless chicken bites and while the flavor was good the chicken was a bit rubbery. I also had one of their seasonal drinks that was well made and tasted great. The biggest negative was the loud music, it made it difficult to talk even across the table. The prices were fair for both food and drinks. And the service was attentive but not annoying. We will definitely be going back!

We were taking a trip to the DMV and this establishment was right at the outside entrance of the mall. The strong grill smell was intriguing so we decided to try. We each got a different hamburger and all of them were pretty good. I forgot the bacon on my blue cheese burger but it was still satisfying and pretty tasty and very filling. The meat was quality. The fries were good. I really had nothing really negative to say. If we would have thought about it we would have tried the pizza.

Hey Matt over 90,000 views of 1 photo of mine. Continued success This is a nice place. A little busier today which was nice, not too loud. Mixed crowd. Some watching sports, some families just eating. Same as previous issue of not really being greeted upon entering. My waitress came pretty promptly and asked me if she could get me anything. I needed to have a minute to choose because there was so much to offer. I always try to get something I've never had before. I wish she had given me her name. I ended up asking later. Came back and I finally ordered a drink and water and The Cajun Chicken Pasta dish. She tried to upsell me for salad or soup 👏 ... Access from the parking lot or from within the Greece Ridge mall. Decided to sit in a booth towards the back where it was a little quieter. It was like sitting on a piece of plywood it was so hard with no padding. Very uncomfortable to the point where it does not make you want to stay any longer than you absolutely have to Lots of TVs typically a sports. Waitress was very friendly. She took my order for a drink which was a Mule of the Month. One of the items in a Mule is supposed to be muddled mint. The mint was in the cup but they did not muddle it So the flavor was lost. I looked over the menu which had quite a variety of things. Prices seem a little bit high to me. Initially ordered the steak with mashed potatoes. She said let me go check on something. She said we are out of them. I said okay let me get the Chicken French then. It comes with the salad I think she said or vegetables. I chose the garden salad with an in store made, Cajun Ranch dressing on the side. The salad looked and tasted very good. It seemed to be very fresh. Although the taste of the dressing was good I was disappointed that it seemed to have come right out of a extremely cold refrigerator so it didn't flow over the salad very well. I basically got clumps of dressing here and there. The kitchen was very fast. I barely got into my salad and my Chicken French over a bed of pasta came out. Pasta seem to be cooked perfectly. A little disappointed on the chicken side. The chicken was tough, hard to cut. The flower batter was not crispy like it's supposed to be. It was very soggy. The French sauce should have a strong lemon taste with chicken broth, butter and a dry white wine. The white wine should not be overpowering. First bite I was like, holy cow that wine is way over board. It was a ok wine but it's not meant to be the dominant flavor. Overall the French sauce was not impressive. Normally I love either veal French or chicken French and then dip bread into the sauce after. When I was eating the pasta with the sauce It seemed kind of bland. I guess because the wine was overpowering. Decent portions. Again, waitress was very friendly and engaged. Checking to see how everything was on a consistent basis. I was kind of surprised that she did not try to upsell me on a couple things. Normally they would ask would you like another drink? Which she didn't do. And then also as I finished the meal you would expect them to say, can I get you any dessert? And that was not done. Potentially the business is losing out on increased income. And I'd really didn't think about it until after I left. There was a menu that sounded like it had some pretty tasty desserts. I probably would have ordered one had she mentioned it. The one interesting thing that I saw was that on the receipt it has a QR code and you can scan it with your phone and pay directly with that method instead of going to a cashier or giving them your credit card. The one thing at the very end that I was surprised at was as I was exiting there were three female employees standing at the hostess desk talking. I had two options of exiting near them. Not one of them should Thanks for the business or hope you have a good night or anything to acknowledge the customer. These small things make customer want to come back because of the good customer service. Most likely I would go back there because they have so many choices of food to try.

I went here for dinner with some friends this past weekend and it was awesome! I really enjoyed their pizza and wings. Their garlic parmesan wings were so good! The pizza tasted delicious as well. The only thing I didn’t like is they don’t let you mix and match wing sauces, even if you get the larger number of wings. I hope they strongly consider changing that in the future, but other than that everything was great. I would definitely come here with friends again.

This is a great rebranding of Bathtub Billy's. They really outdid themselves. They went from a local dive sports bar that felt like an old strip club in the bad part of town to an upscale family restaurant where there's something for everyone. Lots of mall parking, easy access entrance. Many TVs hang on the walls. so you can view the game from every corner of the room. They even had one showing Bluey. Perfect for kids. It wasn't very busy when we arrived on a Wed. at 5:30pm. Celebrated my husband's birthday on this visit. The hostess was nice. She did however forget to bring us silverware after saying she'd be right back with it. We didn't end up needing it with what we ordered. Prices are in line with similar establishments. My husband had a cupped pepperoni pizza and I had a chicken spinach dip crunch wrap. Both were great. I substituted french fries with sweet potato fries. I got them plain and wasn't a big fan. Our waitress was friendly and stayed on top of things. All on all it's an improvement from their old location and a place to go again.

The quality and value were outstanding here. As well as the service. I ordered the garlic bread meatball parmesan, and it was perfect. The balls were flavorful and tender and the temperature was also perfect. Our server was a delight and the tall glass of Yeungling was only $3. What we couldn't understand was the impromptu singing/yelling contest that was at the far end of the restaurant drowning out our loud conversation. Perhaps someone who works there could have tried to rein them in? We were not the only party there disturbed by this. Overall, a good experience.

Place is decent. We ordered spinach artichoke pizza, it’s very well made. Ordered a basket of fries, portion is large and they taste good. Also ordered mac and cheese bites, it tasted ok.

First time here, and it didn't disappoint. I had a pepperoni wood fired pizza that was cooked perfectly. If you like wood fired pizza, this place is a great choice when in the Rochester area. My coworker had a cheese steak that looked as good as he said it was. Jennifer the bartender was very attentive and friendly. Very reasonable prices.

My family visited BTB a few days after Christmas with a party of 11 for brunch. The original restaurant we met at did not accept reservations, told us the wait would be over an hour and that they could not seat us all together. We called BTB and they said to head over, they could seat us no problem, and our table was ready upon arrival 10 minutes later. The burgers, fries, and pizza were fantastic and delicious! BTB's regular menu items are always on point. Anyone who ordered breakfast related dishes such as biscuits & gravy, eggs, toast, breakfast potatoes, cinnamon buns, etc. ended up being disappointed with the quality of food. BTB is open for brunch on the weekends but their normal menu items are recommended over their breakfast related items for sure. Service was great at first but we felt a bit held hostage by the end, not seeing our server for over 25 minutes while we waited for the bill. Overall BTB saved the day and we were happy to have a place to go before our family left town.

First time trying this place — been meaning to check it out for a while. We ordered takeout: wings (good), potato skins (also good), and a supreme pizza. The sauce flavor wasn’t really our favorite, but the bigger issue was the toppings. For a “supreme,” it was pretty light — barely any peppers or mushrooms, just some pepperoni and sausage. Just expected a lot more on it.

We want to like this place, but the food is so hit or miss that it is difficult. To start, we have given up on Fish Frys here...tried it three times over the last 3 months and each time, just nit good. We love woodfired pizza, and sometimes it is pretty good here...and sometimes not. This is a picture of the LARGE pizza I received (less one piece, as you can see) Ordered chicken as a topping and they barely sprinkled any on, skimpy on the cheese and sauce, as well....and also a bit smaller than the LARGE 16" that I paid for. Overall, the service staff is extremely nice and welcoming, so I try not to complain and make their day rough, but the food is VERY HIT OR MISS. Just know when you walk in, you may get good food, or you may not. The only consistent thing about BTB is that their food is inconsistent. I dont like to leave bad reviews, but look at this pizza?!?!? Should I really have been expected to tell them this is not right? Can't they see what they are putting out? Ugh. Anyways, service is good, so there is that.

My friend and I went to BTB today after watching a video on Instagram and everything looked delicious. We were so looking forward to the cinnamon rolls. We were seated right away and waited a few minutes for the waitress. I ordered coffee and water and my friend ordered just water. The drinks came but I had to ask for a spoon for my coffee. We ordered our food and waited. I asked for another cup of coffee and it to 15 minutes to get there after asking a second time. I ordered a burrito that was supposed together fried and my girlfriend ordered Nutella french toast. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and my burrito was not fried! 😠 The waitress took it back to the kitchen and I told my friend to eat. She took a bite of her food and it was cold. 😠 We found a manager and he had her food remade and comped our food. When we finally got our food it was good. We ordered cinnamon rolls and it looked like the Pillsbury pop open brand and they tasted horrible! They would have cost $10,00!! I've enclosed 2 pictures. The 1st one was from the Instagram post and the 2nd is what we were served today. Needless to say, the service stunk and will not be going back!

I went to BTB because I had a coupon for pizza and wings. I was told the coupon was for dine in only which was not clear and the wait to eat there was 45 minutes with a line of people already waiting, there were no tables yet they still wouldn’t honor the coupon. Not the end of the world- but then I had to wait 30 minutes longer than the pick up time they gave for the wings. It’s a busy night, it happens. But the reason I will NEVER return here EVER AGAIN. Is because I got home and the pizza was cold, crust hard as a rock, looked a day old. The wings ALSO ice COLD!! Even though they had me wait 30 minutes for them they handed me cold wings. Unprofessional and Unforgivable.

Stopped by with my kids before heading home, and honestly, I wish we hadn’t. We would’ve been better off grabbing fast food. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and French onion soup, and both came out barely warm. The soup tasted like plain water with onions, no real flavor and instead of proper croutons and Gruyère cheese, they used soggy bread and sliced processed cheese that was barely melted. The pasta had to be sent back to be reheated and it was way too salty. Service was also slow, and the soda tasted like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Even my daughter, who loves food and always finishes her meals, barely touched hers. That says a lot…

I ordered a pizza to be delivered and included "no cheese" on the description, which I've done with countless pizza places in the past. I called right after to confirm that they saw "no cheese" and the person on the phone confirmed that it was on the ticket for the order. We got our food and the pizza had cheese. So I called as soon as I got it and let them know that I was the one who called to prevent the error but it happened. No apologies. Instead, it was "but I saw no cheese on the ticket." Confused by the response, I asked if I could get a re-do especially since I was mad hungry. She said okay and I waited for another 50 mins because I thought maybe it was taking awhile. I called and asked what was going on with my food, and they said "it's ready." Confused, I asked when would it be delivered then. The employee said oh no, they couldn't deliver the re-do of the pizza I had delivered that was wrong. My friends and I then asked to speak to the manager because something wasn't adding up. Manager M. said that they couldn't assign a driver because we ordered through door dash. We reminded them, no, we ordered on your website not through door dash. They said they couldn't assign a driver. After another awkward pause of no apology or offer for remedies, we asked if we could just get a refund. Unfortunately, they said, manager M couldn't get into the system to give a refund. But they did ask if we wanted a credit. Given this experience with handling dietary issues, I said I didn't want a credit but wanted a refund. They couldn't do it until tomorrow and so they would call to let us know if they could do the refund tomorrow. They did offer a credit again but I declined. I really just wanted to try their pizza for the first time. This is one of the weirdest customer service experiences I've had unfortunately. Hopefully we get our refund tomorrow...I'll keep yall posted.

Ordered a Fish Fry, Salad, Personal Pizza and Pub Pretzels. Got my order home and the pizza was missing. Wish I'd have just asked for a refund as it was the worst pizza Ive ever had. It was super thin, almost no sauce and burned. Hard as a brick trying to eat it. The fish fry was very greasy and they didn't give us dressing for the salad. We wont be going back!!

Ordered a pizza and wing special, tiny over done wings, i will say the sauce is very good but threw away 4 of the wings due to not being able to chew them. Pizza had more crust than any pizza I have ever seen they clearly don't know how to make a proper pizza. 40 dollars for essentially a 10 inch pizza and 8 wings. Everything tasted good but if you order to go make sure you check your orders before you leave. Service and atmosphere got 1 star each because I'm still hungry and now angry.
