Best Dunkin in Greece. I used to go to Britton rd, but the wait times became INSANE (30min for a mobile ordered coffee). I tried this one morning and couldn't believe I was on my way in less than 5min. Not only that, the food was delicious! The bacon was actually seasoned and the donuts seemed fresh. Bonus points for the super nice Spanish lady (manager?) who is genuinely kind every visit. They move fast, and its always accurate and delicious
As per Dunkin design code, the drive through can be a bit …. Challenging to to navigate. That being said, the fine donut engineers do their best and out-donut most other locations.
I hit this Dunkin regularly around 6am. Always quick and hot fresh coffee. Granted I order coffee and doughnuts as the marquis says. I don't have other expectations other than coffee and doughnuts 😜
Closes early, locks doors after in the middle of the day often. Look to another better managed location
Usually a good place to go for breakfast. For some reason today the front door was locked - not a holiday, no note of explanation, and over 2 hours past opening time. Very inconvenient, and now walking the 20 minutes home without food or coffee.
Ordered coffee on line got there for pick up No Coffee then when it was made got it gone it was awful,this is the 2nd time I ordered on line and my order was not successful ,so unfortunately then tried to call the phone number that was listed it was not in service,not sure who owns this location but it has gone down …so I will try to avoid this location,1 more thing they always have flying bugs around the donuts and bakery items ,needs covering..
The drive thru makes me feel like I'm gonna get carbon monoxide poisoning from the cars exhaust. Waited 15 minutes for a BURNT croissant sandwich, after asking for a glass of ice water and having the chick tell me it would cost me a dollar-"because of the cup"..... uhh, really? Yeah, she wasn't kidding. Unreal. The dude that took my order was good, but nothing else was even close to acceptable.
Was there this morning got a coffee an two donuts. Went back out to the car and the lid popped off the coffee (wasn't on tight) spilled all over the car both front seats and on myself . They offered me another coffee I said no I wanted a full refund (donuts got soaked to) at first they said no, but gave in cause I wasn't giving up.reportedto corporate Now fighting to get my seats cleaned. Must have a bad batch of cups and lids or employees that don't know how to put them on cause I wasn't the only one found that out from corporate and the mgr spilled the also. They are refusing to take the blame
This place is not worth my money or time always an attitude from employees then completely messing up my orders I recommend the one on Dewey down the street not this crappy hood location
Couldn't even get thru the door. Door was locked over an hour and a half before the sign says it closes.
Ordered ahead on mobile app. Waited the time it took to drive there, AND an additional 20 minutes. People that ordered in store after me were getting their items before I did. Asked for status on order, and was just told "we are busy". On top of losing more than 30 minutes waiting for this ridiculously slow service, the order was also completely wrong. It was missing items I paid to add on, missing condiments on the sandwhich, AND the coffee was wrong ( Even after saying, "Gee, that coffee looks awfully light, are you sure this has less cream than normal and what I ordered?"). Reached out to Dunkin and have been waiting for more than a month for contact from the franchisee after multiple attempts at contacting them. I mistakenly went to this location a week later and had the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE. Super slow service after mobile ordering a long time ahead, and then waited in the building while people ordering after got their items before. The food was wrong, and this time there was a fly swatter on the counter sitting where they stage their food and drinks. GROSS!
Shoulda known better. Almost 3 weeks ago I went to this location and the they accidentally charged me for my order and the person behind me at the drive thru. The 2 women working had a full blown argument in front of me about who charged me what, and then proceeded to blame what appeared to be a new employee. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I stepped in and tell them to consider it a “pay it forward” because they could not figure out how to fix it and they were holding me up from an appointment. They were totally ok with just keeping the money for the double order and almost relived when I came up with the idea, like “oh that makes total sense for us to not fix this! Thanks!” My fault for coming up with the idea, but I had to leave and didn’t have time to watch them berate each other for however long. Today, I was in a pinch and stopped here since I live down the road. I ordered a medium iced coffee with 1 pump of Carmel swirl and cold foam. I was handed a BLACK, like tar black, iced coffee with a chunk of Carmel at the bottom and next to no cold foam. I took a sip after trying to stir it, and it literally made my tongue tingle it was so bitter. Currently sitting here with massive heart burn due to that one sip. Based off of prior experience, of asking the staff to fix a drink, I chose to leave with it. Last time this happened I had 3 girls come to with the window when I asked to fix it, and they approached me like they were ready to fight about it. Why 3 girls needed to come to the window to address fixing a drink is beyond me. They blamed it on the fact that I had only get 1 pump of Carmel so that’s why it was so bitter tasting and that maybe I just didn’t know what I wanted. I’ve been hitting up the locations on Mt. Read and Dewey, because of the bad experiences I’ve had at this lake ave location, and ordered the same drink every day, no issues, taste like liquid gold. They don’t give a shit at this lake ave location. Just for context, and a bonus story; prior to the forced pay it forward matter 3 weeks ago, the line at the drive through was so long, and someone honked their horn because at this location has two paths that lead to the drive through, and the traffic was backing up into Denise rd. The honk I think was intended to let the person know they need to stop blocking the road. This set off the worker inside and she exited the back exit, next to the speaker at the drive through, and screamed at the line of cars, saying something like “are you kidding me ?!?!” Hot mess express at this location. Buyer beware.
The number listed on google is out of service…. An item was forgotten in my drive thru order today, I didn’t realize it till I got home. Normally the service is excellent. But how do I contact someone for a refund on the item I did not receive?
Horrible customer service and even worse drinks. A total waste of money, never consistent on quality and always have a attitude. Would rate them a 0 if possible!
I went in to get donuts and to use the restroom but there was a crime scene in the bathrooms. There was feces all over both bathrooms. DON'T EAT THERE YOUR GONNA GET SICK!!!!
A drink always takes way too long and the workers seem to not really wanna be there in the afternoon. When I pull up to the drive thru speaker I’ve waited 3 min too long to be greeted and when I am greeted/taken care of it’s not a very happy voice. The donuts are always stale
This Dunkin is absolutely HORRIBLE. The employees have a horrible attitude anytime you go through the drive-thru.. they NEVER NEVER have ANY donuts. If you’re not going here between probably 6am-9am you aren’t getting anything from them. They suck, & on top of that they don’t even have a working phone number to call them to speak to manager about maybe stepping it up alittle bit. Everytime i take my 3 year old son here for a ‘Strawberry frosted donut’ we’re let down EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Get your shit together Dunkin
Thanksgiving Day went up to the front door there was a sign that stated open 6am-12 pm drive through only. Went to the drive through and was told they were closed, mind you it’s 11:40 am but the worker stated “well we have to close up the store”. Didn’t know you could close 20 min before your actual closing time.
Went in this morning to this store. Literally waited 8 minutes before walking out because initially I heard a female voice proclaim “ be right with you”. Then I heard conversation between what turned out to be three individuals for the next seven minutes and 50 seconds. I departed figuring they had better things to do then attend to a customer. What a dump
The person putting my delivery order together missed 67% of my order...didn't give the driver my donuts. The only item I received was a $3 breakfast wrap sandwich. I called the the store 5 times within a half hour, letting it ring 20-30 times but no one answered. So, I didn't receive any satisfaction from the store. I won't be ordering from here ever again!
Terrible customer service! I went to this location on 1/6/22 around 2pm and can honestly say I've never received such nasty attitude in my life. The girl at the window was so rude. I ordered a sandwich, drink, and separate double espresso. I only received one espresso shot and was told the other espresso was inside of my drink. Despite knowing this is NOT what I ordered, the girl was extremely argumentative and nasty to me. 1) She assumed both drinks were only for me and 2) She gave attitude over an order she knew was wrong. Despite her finally agreeing to fix the order, I was so put off by the encounter that I didn't even eat or drink it. Actually ended up stopping elsewhere (Tim Hortons on Lake Ave) where I received excellent service. Will never stop here again! Management should be ashamed and do remedial training for this employee.
