Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons is a very busy, fast ordering store. While the staff will give you enough time to look at the menu, people behind you may not appreciate the staff's common courtesy. Due to that issue is part of the reason the atmosphere is a 3 star. The other part is the chairs are really uncomfortable if you are there waiting for friends or trying to have a business meeting there.

Not only is the coffee always perfect but the staff at this Tim's is the friendliest ive seen, and I have been to many Tims. I work close by so often eat both breakfast and lunch here. I love the ice cap and breakfast sandwiches, but I go here mostly because customers are treated so well.

What a great customer service experience! The cashier was training , he was very nice, greeted with a smile, the woman helping him was so patient. My food was perfect, best Tims I've been to since I've been in New York. They should train the other locations to be just like this one

I drive to Rochester most every day, I pass at least a half dozen Tim's on the way. This Tim's is properly staffed, the food is fresh, they are friendly and fast. Keep up the good work!

This is our favorite spot to take our break when we are out in the ministry. If you happen to come at that time and see 8 or more of us, men in suits and ladies in dresses or skirts and blouses, you should recognize that we are Jehovah's Witnesses. It is the generosity of our brother who treats us to our hearts' desires. I get the large coffee with a blueberry muffin. Some get the breakfast items or special lattes. Next time, I am going to try something with "pumpkin" flavor!! We always enjoy the friendly staff as they smile & hurry to serve us. They are patient and courteous! This is the best place to take time and smell the coffee, sip the lattes, and munch on your favorite food. If you come when we are here, stop by our table and say hello!

So my mom & I stopped here & our car ended up breaking down while here. I went inside to pick up our mobile order rather than being able to go through the drive thru & at first, the young lady couldn't find my order. When I explained I had placed 2 orders the day before & the circumstances behind it, they remembered me! Got right on my order, no more questions asked. Waited for our tow truck with our ice capps. Lol. I was very pleased! We use this Tim's a few times a month & this was by far my best experience yet!

As always this Canadian owned restaurant beats any fast food breakfast in America, cheese is melted to perfection and doesn’t look like plastic, the bacon and sausage is perfectly prepared, bagels and croissants are never burnt. AND their prices are great. I work all around New York and have only had one bad experience in 2 years. A1 food joint.

This was the best Tim Horton' s experience I ever had! The employees were friendly and kind, and very patient with the toddlers my friend and I brought with us! Even though there weren't many customers when we were there, the employees were not being lazy! If they weren't serving customers, they were wiping tables or cleaning the floor. My friend kept commenting on how nice the workers were, and I agree! Jay, Alyssa, and their coworker (didn't catch her name), were professional, courteous, and prompt. They take their jobs to the next level, and they all deserve a raise ;)
