They are usually quick and convenient location to pick a afternoon ice coffee. Sometime they make mistake in adding the right amount of whip cream and sugar alternative (e.g., equal) for my hubby. Has-browns are good frying just the right amount of time.
This was my first time visiting this McDonalds in quite a few years. I never particularly cared for the traffic that u have to battle to merge back into traffic. But surprisingly, it wasnt bad at all this day. The food was hot, the service was quick and the staff was pleasant.
Just moved to the area and every time I’ve gone the food is Hot and fresh. They’ve only missed an item when i order on Uber eats which is why i prefer to go in person. Only had to wait an extremely long time once on a Friday evening but that just taught me not to go on a Friday evening.
Clean McDonald’s location. Friendly helpful staff. Not too busy. Always seating available when I visit.
For the2nd time both my French Vanilla ice coffee were perfect thank you for taking the time to read the order correctly keep up the good work
Today I got a Small Caramel Frappe and 2 Small Vanilla Milk Shakes for my children. My children enjoyed their shakes and customer service was not lacking. This experience was a win in my book!
Worst McDonald's ever. Customer service is wack, workers preparing meals are talking all the time and taking long with orders, once order is done the waiting time for it to be bagged is over 2 minutes. Fries are over salt, etc

What a shity restaurant. Teenagers yelling and screaming the entire afternoon and management ignores it.
This McDonald's is surprisingly clean. Workers are diligent about cleaning spills/messes right away. They have a kids area which has computers, an interactive lights table and a TV. This area is usually restricted to customers with children, but sometimes adults sneak in on their own. Staff is friendly and orders are accurate.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Every single time I order a sandwich, they make it completely different that what I ordered. I am always very pleased to find out that I didn't get what I ordered and that they just seem to take incentive and make my sandwich how they feel like. They always keep me second-guessing myself, and I get pleasantly surprised by trying new things that I would never order myself! Just the other day, I ordered a double cheese with 2 extra patties, lettuce, tomato, and extra pickles and onions with light mayo. They gave me a double cheese with bacon, no lettuce or onions, no extra patties, 2 pickles and bacon with extra mayo. And I loved it! 10 stars!
I believe the staff member’s name is Danielle at the drive thru but she provided extraordinary service when I went here a while back. Chick-fil-A level of service. Made the food taste better, to be honest. Give the staff here a raise especially her.
Yesterday after school my friend and I brought our children to eat after-school and it turned out to be one of the best experiences 😌 The young lady who served us our food was friendly and patient . We laughed and she even said Bye to us . She ensured all our items were in our bag and it was served fast. All items were correct and hassle free. I have been to many McDonald's across NYC and in spite of location ( live far ) the people who work here are amazing 👏 Thank you we will return soon .

Place has gotten better over time cleaner and paying closer attention to the customers. The day shift has it together and down packed. I however do not like coming here at nights because the night staff seems to not have it together. There was a time I had to literally yell to the employees in the back to ring me up because there was no one in site and the worse part is that there was a manager on staff! Another night I was heading to work and decided to stop by for a quick coffee on the Drive through, I waited 30 min for a simple cup of joe and got to work late because I was stuck in a line of cars. Over all this place is moving in the right direction, not trashing the place just some positive criticism to better our community.
They're breakfast is good but sometimes when rushed it's not as good. For example, when food is not rushed the hash browns are hot and crispy. When they are hash browns are hot and slightly soggy

It's a 24 hour fast food restaurant. Nothing special or stand outish here but you wouldn't expect anything bad here either. It's right next to 2 bars which makes this a great late night food spot. Staff sounds like they don't really want to be there but they also haven't been nasty either. Although, they did forget to put cheese on my burger it's alright.

The food is just as good as every other McDonalds, however, when they rang me up on two seperate occasions, they did not give me the sale that was advertised. I watched them give the sale to the guy in front of me who ordered the same thing. I asked the cashier why I was paying so much and he ended up fixing it. Just keep an eye on the prices when you go so you don't overpay
Well when I got there, luckily there was security to calmly handle a man who was causing a problem there(seemed alittle crazy)he finally left while I was waiting my turn to order. Then I just needed some napkins but was ignored by a few staff, a lady on line handed me some of hers.
The drive-thru experience was HORRIBLE! If it wasn’t for the manager, Jarod, and security personal, Robyn, to aid and assist me with my food I would’ve asked for a refund. The staff at the drive-thru were unprofessional and unorganized. I had to wait over 15 minutes for an order that NEVER came out due to their attitudes. I even asked for a manager but this request was not met. Once I arrived inside to retrieve my order (with my toddler in hand), I was met by Jarod who was pleasant and understanding. Not only did I receive my meal within 2 minutes of waiting, my daughter was given ice cream by Robyn. Jarod and Robyn changed my experience from bad to amazing with their level of professionalism, kindness, and competence. Thank you Jarod and Robyn!
I ordered my food thru my phone. When I came to pick it up it wasn't ready even though the app said it's ready. I asked the guy at the counter to check he looked at my receipt and went in the back to check. He said nothing to me. So I waited some more. A lady who I assumed was the manager motioned to me and asked where is my order. I should be the one asking this. Finally another lady asked to look at my receipt and said it's almost ready. 25 minutes before I got my favorite breakfast.
Rarely get your order right. No matter if you order from Uber or go in person. Never give the sauce you requested. Never give napkins
I order online the Uber eat was good service. But when I checked their was missing food, I call and no one pick up the phone. I understand it was going to be closing time. But some of my food was still missing it was 20 pieces chicken nuggets box and 1 large French fries with the 3 missing sauce. everything else was received so are they going to refund me for the 2 missing order or do I pick it up in-person the next day.

Sandwiches were luke warm and the fries weren't fresh. I stopped just recently and got two cheese burgers and a 20 piece chicken nuggets, never again. The burgers were dry and the nuggets seem to have been sitting u der the heat lamp for an extremely long period of time they were hard and dry. I now just drive by the place and don't give the place a second look.
Service always slow. It could be a bunch of ppl working and their still behind. When going through the drive thru you always have to pull up from the window to the side and wait for your food. Most of the time the food isn't even fresh or out together well.
I ordered 2 kids meal and 2 meal orders. The kids meal were missing their juices. My order was missing the fries. The nuggets were missing all of the sauce. Unfortunately I was home when i noticed. Absolutely horrible.
if you order in person expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes because they prioritize drive through & online orders. workers always seem to be fighting and arguing too. they also don’t let anyone come in past 10pm even though the store hours say they don’t close until 12:00am.
Customer service is a mix of bag. Some days we have workers all polite and really make our days and others that were really rude when we needed something resolved. I wish I was a mystery shopper today they would've definitely failed.
Received raw burger. Took long to get another fully cooked one because workers were slap boxing. Didn't seem to be a manager around. Not a bad establishment. Young workers just need to work.
It's not the best service, but it is also not bad. Staff can seem a little rude and unhappy. When I pulled up to the last window to receive my food, I said thank you to the worker, and they replied with "mhmm"
Food quality is pretty consistent, this location is constantly packed with teenagers because it is right next to the schools. Kiosks are constantly broken or not functioning correctly (Kiosk takes order, gets stuck after payment, doesn't give receipt or pickup number), mobile order is pretty consistently broken and only at this location. (App shows the restaurant is "closed" during day time hours, but can drive there and place an order in person.)
My experience was good here before... But recently their employees that wasn't there the last time I visited just doesn't provide the same quality of customer service I experienced before. I had iced coffee last time I went their and it tasted like water.... So I asked for another one and the employee(some big dude who acts like a tough guy, I think his name is Tony) who took care of it just gave me the same exact cup with extra milk with it. Don't hope for quality customer service on this restaurant.
Worst McDonald's experience ever. The washrooms were a disaster. The soda machines were not working. The janitor was screaming over a walkie-talky. The orders took forever. Would be a 1 star, but the girls at the front were super friendly. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was sincerely a bad scene.
The food was cooked not dry and at the food was fresh. I am updating this review. Staff was rude. I waited from 6:32pm until 7:15 for 1 ice coffee. Then when I left I asked for 2 sweet teas and fries and a bag for the drinks only to be told we don't give paper bags out only to Uber eats door dash. I made a few complaints to corporate. They told me they will be addressing this matter.
Went for breakfast my daughters bday is today so I figured Mc D's she loves it...but....I ordered 4 hash browns with 3 sandwiches...I said I wanted the HBs freshly made and they tucked me over...I got 4 things dripping oil they taste old like if they are from yesterday...I dont get it. Probably the worst customer service ever. Washrooms were extrrmely dirty. Cleaner was waking around the place and speaking over the speaker phone yelling. Everything was broken . Soda fountains ice cream machine buzzers for ordering food . Nothing was marked broken so we waited for a while before we went up and asked where our orders are.
This place is an absolute joke! 35 minutes in the drive-thru with only 3 cars in front of me It took them 10 minutes before they decided to take my order and then another 25 before I got my food. No apologies, no excuses nothing they just hand you your food while staring at you and then walk away! From the drive thru window I was able to see at least 10 employees non chalantly walking around not to mention the place was a mess. Fire management or shut it down!
I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS since the old general manager Marsha was there and never experienced bad customer service like now. Unfortunately this location has became terrible to the point I rather drive to a different borough then go to this hood ass restaurant or rather stick to ordering a kiosk because it actually gets my order correct and gives me the sauces I ask for without attitudes. Also it’s ridiculous how you will be waiting forever for your food because the workers are clowning around and the “management” would only make excuses for the wait and catch an attitude. Corporate needs to do a secret shop or something because this location has by far the worst customer service in general and management team. These are the type of people that should get recongnize for hard work? HELLLLLL NO.

I’m sorry but this is by far the worst service I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s establishment. Every single time I come here the drive through wait is more than 10 minutes! Even on a non crowded or busy day! I personally blame management for hiring and keeping staff whom Obviously are inefficient and working on a subpar serving standard with exaggerated wait times. I’ve literally waited collectively hours for a few cups of coffee.... I’m sorry This particular McDonald has lost my business as I will no longer be dining here! Step your game up
Ordered through the mobile app. Pulled up to the 2nd window, received our drinks (no straws) and was told to go to spot#1 to wait for our food. The manager came out to ask what we ordered because there was some type of mistake (?). When the food finally came out we received stale fries(I requested fresh fries)and it wasn’t even full, looked like someone ate off the top. Cold food, I ordered a sprite and receive seltzer water. Asked the chick that brought the food out for fresh fries and told her it wasn’t a full order of fries, she responded with “I didn’t pack your order”. She took the fries, returned and said “here” . If I could give zero stars I would. Realized after we left that I had seltzer water and that was the icing on the cake. I will not be returning to this location ever….
This has to be one of the worst McDonalds in NYC and they should be closed down! The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. It takes them sometimes over half an hour to get you an order of fries. They have one person bagging all the orders and the rest of the staff is on their phones, flirting or fooling around in the kitchen sometimes in street wear clothing which is a health code violation. The management is absolutely terrible and doesn't seem to care about the poor service. Then there's the attitude from all staff including management. When you ask about your order that's taking forever they seem to think they have the right to be annoyed or upset even though they're the ones screwing up. They need to fire the entire staff mamagers included and hire people that actually want to work. Order ar your own risk this is the slowest fast food you'll ever wait for.
Food took a weirdly long amount of time had to pull up out of the drive thru area and my soda ended up not having enough syrup in it, I guess. Just carbonated nothingness. They served 3 cars behind me before they could give me a mcdouble and McChicken. Employees were miserable as can be.
This place closes whenever they want. Every time I come here they’re closed 30-40 min ahead of schedule. Tonight was the earliest though, closed at 10 pm… I sat at the order screen in the drive thru, nobody spoke to me… After 5 minutes, and 2 more cars waiting behind me, I had to drive up to the last window. Saw 6-8 people and one waved to me that they were closed. So tired of this McDonald’s.
I ordered a fish meal, the fries were barely warm and the bun to my sandwich was solid as a rock. This is horrible. They are very lucky that I drove over the bridge as soon as I turn out of the drive through. I will be calling corporate on Monday because no one answered the store phone when I called.
Where do I begin? I only give a one star to this McDonald’s because that’s the only way they will allow you to write a review. The lady who took my order in the drive-through was very unprofessional had a very bad attitude and this is why I will never come back here again so be aware this McDonald’s is not what he used to be after they start hiring ratchet people.
My son went inside to try to use the bathroom after we ordered from the drive thru. The manager or what seemed to be supervisor, because she was the only one wearing a grey shirt, denied him and said he had to buy something to use the restroom even after he showed her the receipt. That person must be a pretty miserable human being to deny a 14 year old entry to use the restroom. Please make sure everything is okay at home with her or give her some time off because probably needs it. Never coming here again.
I hated there. I haven't been there in since December 2020 because their service is extremely bad, managers have attitudes, staffs are not in proper uniform. The only reason why I came here today is because my niece wanted McDonald's to take home with her and I didn't want to drive 7 miles and pay a toll to McDonald's on Howard Beach just for a happy meal. I walked in. Alot of staffs on shifts just chilling and talking. There was a couple ahead of me. I don't know how long they've waited, but I've waited 2 minutes before someone recognized me, keep in mind the cashier placed an order for the couple in front of me and walked away. Another staff noticed I waited and she took my order. I placed an order of a 6 piece happy meal, 1 small value fries and a drink. Long story short. IT TOOK 15 MINUTES FOR ME TO RECEIVE A HAPPY MEAL. THAT DONT MAKE NO SENSE. No managers was on the floor, that's because one of them is in the back making the orders with the mask half on. Let's mention that as well. We are still in the pandemic and they're wearing their masks half down and talking while making the food. I'm soo over. It. I will NEVER EAT FROM THEM AGAIN.
Few days ago I went to this macdonald for a large ice coffee and crispy spicy chicken sandwich. I order less ice in my coffee, came with full cup of ice. Sandwich was old and burnt. I went to the manager for the sandwich, after few minutes later got the same sandwich that I wanted the fresh one. Absolutely unacceptable and the service is like I went to a corner deli shop not in a macdonald. Shame on you guys.
Wow.. I would have have given them a 0, but the employees were good. I have high blood pressure so I asked for no salt, I got salted fries. I asked for a fish sandwich and the bun was toasted hard, my whole fish only had a quarter piece of cheese. The fish was mad small, it only took up half the bun. My coffee was nasty, I couldn't even drink it. A wasted of my money. That's why I always get chicken nuggets. You can't really mess that up. Well, unless you don't specify fresh nuggets. 🤦🏽♀️ How hard is it to put food together?They weren't even busy.
If i could i would give it a negative star. The worst mcdonald ive ever been to. Ordered thru the kiosk. Waited over 30 mins for one order of 4 piece chicken nuggets, small fries and 2 mcflurries. After inquiring about whats going on, they tell me the mcflurry machine is not working. I wanted a refund and manager is “tired of working here and wanna go back to her own store”. Workers are facetiming others while they are supposed to be working. Nasty attitudes towards customer and no respect for anyones time.
First review I've ever written ever in life just to say I hate this place. Corporate really needs to take a better look at this place. No announced visits, walk in like a regular customer a couple of times and see what goes on. I'm not a big McDonald's eater but when I need something quick it's the only fast food in the area. Outside of SOME of the morning crew these are probably the worst service individuals I've ever had the displeasure of encountering and I 100% blame management and corporate, who clearly have no intrest in running a somewhat decent business as long as the money keeps coming. The sad part is, the community they serve will continue to take below subpar service. This place is constantly an unpleasant experience.
Has to be the worst location ever. I attended this McDonald's location Saturday around 9:00 p.m., after the beach and can I say I ordered my food approx 9:05pm and didnt get my food until 9:50 p.m. When i asked the women, she said i have to wait. I said how much longer ive been waiting 45 mins already?? While standing there by the pick up counter, I noticed the kitchen was "beyond" dirty, The ice cream machine looked like it has not been cleaned properly in months. Floors were filthy and on top of everything the employees that work there look miserable. There attitudes are beyond miserable. This place needs a serious clean up from the inside to its employees
Don't order from here. Placed an order on uber, no sauces given though I requested. Wrong nuggets sent, I ordered spicy. Order 2 burgers, the toppings I wanted wasn't given but the ones I said no to were on it. Said no ice in drinks, got almost completely full of ice. Called and got told just go onto uber to say I didn't get my food to get refunded. If I wanted the money, I wouldn't have order food. This is what happens when good companies franchise.
Horrible horrible speed and the time and which customers receive their foods is unacceptable and unreal I know sometimes things happens but their employees and management including shows no sense of ugency towards getting customers out in a timely fashion people literally wait periods of 20 mins regularly in this store I don’t know how they are allowed to get away with this but I think a change should be made and fast it’s not fair to people and the Community.Theres employees listening to music in their ears and I witnessed employees eating on the clock and just a host of others thing I seen it doesn’t makes sense . We all know what’s it’s like dealing with hungry kids. Happy meal fries were cold and burn. My fish sandwich was cold! No melty cheese on a hot sandwich. I take it back Manager was nice about it and got my kid some fresh fries and me a new sandwich but! Same cold sandwich are you serious! After a long day at work picking up my kid at the sitter to get cold food sucked it’s obvious the equipment or the staff is failing here. Sucks when you just want a quick hot meal. FYI something must be failing at this place when you here a staff member talking about they ready to quit.
Terrible service today. The chasier walked away just as I got up to the counter, waited a good 15mins to come back with her lackluster attitude and took my order while leaning against the wall. Then when I got my food I didn't get my drinks and that woman vanished again only to see her leave 10mins later. Finally I asked another server for my drinks. Don't order from a tall woman with glasses is what I have to say.
It's a great spot, but staff there seem confused on how to take orders. management need to be trained how to lead there staff. No one wearing gloves . Staff touching there hair then food,also adjusting there clothes while preparing food. Poor leadership, staff giving friends/customers extra cups for drinks. Everyone needs to be retrained even management. Cause just standing there there was so much complaints by customers, management did not care. Sad.
I ate here a month ago but went through the drive through. No complaints. Yesterday I dined in with my grandchildren. The food was cold. I asked for a change and got more then I asked for. The person in charge is not the manager, she must've been a assistant. She had terrible people skills. Because of her attitude I will never frequent this facility again. Her attitude was I don't care what you think or say I will still get a paycheck. This piece of trash needs to get fired. She had no business being in charge. I literally would've liked to slap the disrespectfulness off her face. The cashier did come to me and apologized for her which was noble and appreciated. Still, I will never go there again.

Horribly service and rude staff. Went through the drive through after work this past week and when I asked if they had shakes (because the machine is always broke) was told yes. When I ordered 2 shakes I heard the girl say “OH MY GOD”. I asked for no ice in my soda and I got ice. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich’s, no extra sauce. When I went back to the drive through to complain because my order was wrong she got mad, laughed, and ignored me. Will never go back to this or any McDonald’s because they are a disappointment. This one is the worst but all McDonald’s have just gone down hill. They don’t train their staff to be polite and helpful and do their jobs well they just take our money and give horrible customer service.
Avoid at all cost. Waited forever for my 10pc McNuggets and got this instead. Before this visit the power went out on certain parts of the restaurant leaving them unable to serve fries, McFlurry or accept credit cards; very weird. I agree with the other reviews on how terrible the service is. I know the food isn't suppose to be greatest for your health, but I wouldn't be surprised if the food is not safe. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
If I could give this a zero rating, I would. I've been to busier McDonald's in Manhattan and they still got my order right. The employees are very sloppy with their work and obviously don't care. Both the patties are supposed to be chicken and they gave beef instead. The one sandwich isn't even on the bun it was just thrown in the box.
Food was nasty,, no one at the counter,, but the main thing is the food was nasty ,, need new management! and new cooks!

These people are excellent – at consistently messing up my order. No matter what time of day I go, whatever the order is , how simple it is, they can never get it right. They even charged me a whole $25 by accident, for the customer that previously ordered, and the Manager tells me to go thru my bank.I had to go through hell to get my money back from the credit card company.
Customer service in this location is non existent. I came to order food for me and my kid and the food was given to me cold, fries were not fresh, burgers were cold, cheese was not melted. It was a mess. On top of the food being disgusting the security worker that walks around the restaurant is creepy. Made me feel super uncomfortable. Thy should focus more on providing great customer service but instead they gossip behind the counter all day and walk around doing nothing. I don't recommend this location at all.
I waited 20 minutes and the food came wrong it was supposed to be without onions. The crew young and unresponsible and the kitchen is messed up and dirty. Noone cares about customers and the quality of the food. The manager is not in the shop available , they told me that she is on break but already 40 min passed still Noone came to talk to me. I will use all my power and experience and relations to do something about this store. It is not the first time and I know never will be the last.
Disgusting and rude people at the drive thru. There was one nice young man who took my order but the lady who gave out the food, beyond rude. If your drinks taste like water, you will know about it and I will request another one you rude pig.
I am disgusted someone would even send this to someone’s door. I order 2 Large Bacon Quarter Pounder meals and I get this. One fry missing and the other half full as if someone eat half. The bag was indeed sealed. So this means someone was just careless with the order. Lack of respect for people who spend hard earned money.
This a a hood McDonald's they hire hood so expect to receive and be treated hood if not they got a McDonald's 1 mile away wayyyyyyyyy nice
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Line was getting long while the employees laughed and and had conversations that I snapped pictures which I shall send to corporate. When she finally attendant us she had a nasty attitude. And when we finally got our food our order was not correct. Never again will I come here.

Have a whole other half of a seating area that supposedly isn’t allowed to be used when there’s a bunch of loud annoying kids taking up the seating that IS allowed in the place. Mind you, most of these kids aren’t even eating, but filming each other doing dance videos. Instead of that being addressed, one of the workers wanted to come and escort me out of the other half of the enclosed seating area saying I can’t be there. There’s also a sign above the door that says it’s a 30 minute duration of how long you can sit in there so still not understanding why I was badgered to leave. I was very much a regular for lunch because I work near by but won’t be going in this location anymore. Was forced to eat my lunch outside in the thirty degree weather. Thanks.
This McDonald’s location is probably one of the worst I’ve visited. Customer service can sometimes be a luxury at fast-food restaurants, and that’s understandable — but the lack of communication and customer awareness here is simply unacceptable. I placed my order through the kiosk without issue, but several other customers who either couldn’t or preferred not to use it were left waiting over 10 minutes just to place their orders. Staff seemed unaware or uninterested in assisting them, which created unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, service was extremely slow. It took about 15 minutes to receive my food after ordering. Patience is one thing, but this level of inefficiency and disregard for customer experience is not acceptable.
That’s the worst nastier McDonald’s ever. We ordered 2 hours ago and still no food being delivered. Plus, everytime we order, something is spilled or missing. This place need new management like RIGHT NOW.
Who ever was in the kitchen this evening needs to get fired does not need to be serving people! What I received was a disgrace … filet, no cheese no sauce, dry and cold fries! Management need to do better Wednesday August 13, 2025 8:30pm look up who had this shift he/she is a disgrace almost $30 for a meal that was disgusting and Uber only refunded $3
I’ve came in for the the NEW DAILY DOUBLE AND I HAVE RECEIVED A MCDOUBLE, Not what I ask for Bad communication skills at the drive thru. I’ve been to many places in Rockaway and they have messed up my order every single time. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO MAKE THE ORDER.
They are really slow and no one stay in the front for help. Such a bad place. I am still waiting here and let the manager know that I am waiting for my order. He said a minute and I’m waiting here 30 minutes no response. Lots of people are waiting like me but I don’t know why they are doing this. First I ordered all of my food then I use my redeems for free food. It’s really late service.
So I’m not much of a McDonalds guy, but they do make a great cup of coffee. Unfortunately that’s where the compliments end. So I stopped by this location on my way to visit a friend at a rehabilitation center, I figured let me get him a coffee and some apple pies. I ordered a hot coffee, The coffee was warm, as were the apple pies. The place was filthy, including the parking lot. So the thought that crossed my mind was, if this side of the counter is this dirty, the kitchen can’t be much better. Not sure as to how this place is still in business
What is going on with McDonald restaurants? It’s getting worst everywhere. Ordered my food at a kiosk and there was no paper, so that turned into me proving that I ordered something. The staff is Spanish speaking and tells the customers “I don’t understand, I speak Spanish”. It takes forever to get your food. Their structure and way of servicing is crazed. There will be three staff members servicing one order which does not make sense (i.e.- one would ask another to get the fries and the other is just standing by the drive thru window, while another is yelling in Spanish for something else. It seems that their priority is just the drive-thru because you will stand on line at the register wondering who’s going to take your order. And when you try to walk in from the second set of doors all the staff hanging out in the dining room area directs you to use the main doors. (I’m confused how everyone goes on break at the same time). Poor management, you can tell the managers are very inexperienced and are just there to fill the position. You walk in and the environment doesn’t feel like a place to eat, it gives you the street hustle and bustle vibe. This location has a triple thumbs down. The staff is rude and express that they don’t want to be there, and respond to the customers very aggressive. You are never short of an eye roll when you come to this location.
This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to. They manage to screw up my order everytime and i give them the benefit of the doubt, but this time no. First time they gave me my deluxe chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, i let that go. The second time the chicken in the sandwich was totally burnt, i let that go. The third time my 2 apple pies were missing, i also let that go but tonight i managed to get a chicken sandwich with no chicken and absolutely cold fries (i live 2 blocks away). No one answers the phone. So now I'm now stuck with this and no dinner on a Friday night.
