I thought this was a pretty cool Burger place . I really enjoyed my meal. It's nothing fancy but has a great look. Good food for a good price!

Great burgers, sandwiches and drinks with impeccable service at an affordable price, definitely cheaper than Brooklyn and manhattan. Ample street parking in the area but mostly this EZ going spot is simply worth the trip.

Went to Burgerology RVC for lunch , and it was amazing. Our server Hollywood was very cool and down to earth, he made sure we were doing okay the whole entire time he checked up on us and asked if there was anything else we needed and he also made me an amazing peach rum drink. Our food was delicious as always , can’t go wrong with burgerology. The service provided by hollywood was amazing, he was so friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable. Will definitely be revisiting the RVC location for lunch/dinner again!!

We had a great experience at Burgerology! The food was great, and so were the drinks. Our server Hollywood was awesome! He was attentive and precise even while handling multiple tables! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

This was our third time eating here in the last year or so and each time, the food has been delicious. The burgers are so filling that I’ve learned to just cut it in half. The sauces for the fries and onion rings are tasty. Last time we split a sundae and wished we had one more person to help us! This time we got a milk shake and it was the perfect amount to also split. The customer service has been awesome each time we’ve come. Lunch is great because there isn’t a wait time. We came for dinner and it was an hour wait because the establishment isn’t very big. Delicious.

We got a window seat. Each of us ordered a dish. The burger are great. We also ordered the large pretzel and sundae. Since the place is not that big, if comes on weekend, maybe need to wait for a bit.

Had their regular burger and truffle fries, and I can honestly say It was one of the best fries and burger combo I have ever had. Not too salty, burger was cooked to perfection and just the right size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did take a bit of a wait but it was not bad. Overall a great dinning experience. And they have a good selection, definetly a must try place.

This place is a solid burger spot but they do have additional options.. if you must order an app, you should order the brisket nachos. They are so frikkin good. I also ordered the taco salad without the shell. It’s so sooo good. The cold brew martini has a frozen khalua ice cube inside of it so it doesn’t melt. The flavors blend so well

Went yesterday for hubby’s bday. The atmosphere was cool with writing on the walls etc. our server Hollywood was the best! He is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. Where to start? I ordered a drink which came with a cute LED light inside, (but not worth $15) then came my Kobe burger. I ordered it to be cooked “medium”. There was NO pink at all. Hollywood offered to take it away and get another which was appreciated but I was almost done with it so I decided not to be “that customer” the coleslaw was dry and did not have much taste. My Mac and cheese was probably the most disappointing. Got it as a side instead of fries but instantly regretted it. It was bland and the macaroni was over cooked. Presentation on the burger was nice but nothing special. Hubby got the dry aged which wasn’t cooked to his request either, and with a Gluten allergy he was very limited on what to order from the menu. I got the ice cream stuffed glazed donuts to go for my kids and maybe it’s better when you’re there but it wasn’t anything special for them to charge me $12 for 2 of them meanwhile it was listed as 2 for $11 I wasn’t going to kvetch for a dollar. They also added 75 cents for the sprinkles and that wasn’t advertised as an extra charge otherwise I would have passed. They weren’t that great, anyway. All in all he had a good time, it wasn’t overly crowded, the staff was friendly and we got our food within a respectable amount of time. I just wish it lived up to the hype. Would go again but with lowered expectations.

Pros: - Dessert was fantastic, we got the Ferrero milkshake and it was so yummy! - Service was also great, our waiter was very sweet. Cons: - Burgers were just okay, both me and my partner agreed. The meat itself was not juicy and lacked flavor. I make burgers at home that are insanely juicy so I was very disappointed. The toppings and everything else was great. But doesn't excuse a dry meat patty for this price. - Table was sticky which grossed me out, especially during pandemic times. They need to clean them much more thoroughly. - No napkins at the tables, you can ask for them but it's a bit inconvenient as most of the food served here is messy. Conclusion: Would go here for the dessert, maybe their chicken is better than their beef. But if you name your restaurant after burgers than your beef needs to be amazing!

First time to eat in Burgerology, i enjoyed the classic burger and wings i ordered, but would like it better to be warmer when served. The staff were friendly and nice. Good atmosphere and clean place especially the bathroom- very important. I will come back for sure

Let me start off by saying I’m never the one to leave a long review…. BUT after today’s HORRIBLE experience, I HAVE TIME!!! My daughter and I ordered TWO appetizers (boneless wings and spinach dip) For our main course we ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and the Saratoga bbq burger, both with fries. We waited well over 20 mins for our food to come out. Our entire order was brought out at the same time 😑 I asked our waiter Hollywood, why didn’t the appetizers come out first before our main course? He stated they always bring everything out the same time. I said I’ve been here a couple of times and I’m always served with the appetizers first.. but ok 🙄 Might I add he did not bring out the spinach dip I ordered. He stated I did not order spinach dip😒 At this point I’m annoyed!!!!! The boneless chicken was BURNT, the fries were cold, Nashville chicken sandwich was oily and overcooked. My daughter took one bite of her burger and she did not like it. She said it was dry and did not taste the same like when she had it before. We literally did not eat our food!!!! I spoke to our server Hollywood about how dissatisfied we were and he didn’t seem to care. The manager Amber did not come over to speak to us at all. I was not happy with the service or food.. I will not be returning !!!

Headed to Burgerology around 9ish for a late night bite. There were only about 7 people in the place at the time. I should've known better for a Friday night. That's usually a tell! I tried to order wings (flats only) but was told they couldn't accommodate because the wings come pre-packaged. In my head, all I heard was frozen Tyson party pack from BJ’s. Strike one. I landed on the buffalo chicken mac & cheese and asked if the chicken was mixed in. The server said yes, but only about 3 pieces. Now I'm just curious, so I proceed alongside a burger & fries. The burger? Meh. Edible, but nothing worth writing about. The mac and cheese? Picture Velveeta melted with Buffalo sauce, then thrown in a skillet, topped with some panko for show. It tasted like leftovers someone dressed up for company. Also, how does mac and cheese manage to taste stale? To add to the charm, I had to send back my peach lemonade because something was floating in it. Gross. Then, I had to flag down the server just to order a new drink because he was too busy chatting with the hostesses. The real highlight of the night, a non-alcoholic drink, I found myself: the No-Jito (fresh mint, coconut water, pineapple juice, citrus soda). A total win. Not recommended by the server, of course. I found it on the website because, clearly, I had time. I get that sometimes the food might flop, but great service can save the experience. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. The food was underwhelming, and the service was worse.
