For a little place, they make best tasting Chinese food in the area. Fried rice, gen tao chicken, chicken wings, chicken and broccoli.

Excellent well prepared meals. Food is fresh and tasty.

Best Chinese food in RVC and great service

My experience ordering from this place was very good. The lady who took my $9 order was exceptionally sweet, and to my surprise, she offered free delivery. The food arrived piping hot and delicious within a mere 10 minutes.

I've had better in NYC boroughs but it is very, very good if you live, work or are visiting the Rockville Centre area. For sure go to them! I wish their rice was brown with little bits of egg though, like the old school Chinese sit down restaurants. Some in Manhattan still like that. And likely elsewhere and I just don't know.😂 They are super close to the RVC LIRR station and yet on a nice block right across from the beautiful cathedral. And the owners are very friendly! 💖 That's a huge plus. Enjoy a night off from cooking!

Best chinese food HANDS DOWN!! I always get takeout here and it’s delicious. Everything is at a great price and they offer lots of variety on their menu. I usually get the sesame chicken with fried rice paired with hot and sour soup!! SOOO GOOD they also offer delivery. I definitely recommend!

BAD NEWS! I recently transfered to the mattress store right around the block. I am going to be broke and fat! My first order was half chicken and fries. Chicken was tasty and the fries were crispy and delicious for less than 10 bucks. Simple to say that everything they make is just better than typical. They always do something to make it just slightly better than expected. Orange beef though slightly undercooked for my taste, had whole pieces of softy tasty garlic and chunks of rind. They do it right and know how to cook. They care about their food which I find unusual for most places. I think delivery is free if I'm not mistaken. Standard Chinese food made with care and made yummy. Today i ordered the half chicken with fries and an extra 4 wings I will eat for dinner. 20.15 cents for lunch and dinner. Bravo!

Local restaurant. Go to place for chinese in Rockville Center. Really a take out place. There are tables, but I would not recommend eating there mainly due to catering to the take out crowd. Many good dishes 👌 My wife's favorite is the shrimp and broccoli. I love their chicken in garlic sauce (but I always order it SPICY! ) They tend to flavor for the American palate, so if you're more adventurous or want anything more authentic flavor, just let them know Also, very nice, friendly staff

We moved to the area and tried so many Chinese spots trying to find the best one and Golden fortune was it! They have a really easy online ordering system and they deliver to us in Baldwin. The food is always fresh , the sesame chicken is the good one with dark sauce not the gross bright red sauce. The chicken is always flavorful and not a weird texture like many places. The sauces aren’t watered down. Prices and sizes are very reasonable. I really have no complaints with their food at all , it has become one of our favorites. The times we have picked up , they’re friendly and it’s clean inside. Delivery driver is also very friendly.

I've tried a lot of the Chinese take-out places in the area. Golden Fortune is at the top of my list. The dishes are really well prepared, and if the dish is supposed to be spicy, they deliver. Panda House in Baldwin is also very good.

The food is decent at this long standing establishment that has been here in the area since forever... I had a LARGE order of fried dumplings that filled my belly in two settings! I'd eat there/order from there again--

For a small place, they make good food .

I had a Mexican Taco salad, with tuna salad added. It was great. Two people ordered salmon, and enjoyed it. There were good choices for two vegans, as well. We had a party of about 22 adults, one child, and all went away having enjoyed both their food and the service. It's a can't miss for reasonably-priced, good food!

This is one of the better Chinese places in the area. While it’s not comparable to super authentic places, it’s not as tame as some of the other places, and you will actually find hot chili in the spicy dishes which is a good sign. I made this my go-to for Chinese because the portions are large, the food is always consistently fresh and tasty, it’s not all the same sauce on each dish, it’s not too greasy, and they never make a mistake. Oh, and their hot chili and oil is seriously hot, and their own hot mustard is better than the packets they usually toss in.

Average Chinese takeout place and nothing spectacular. I tried it once and it's ok. I like my Chinese simple and only really like Chicken Fried Rice and Wontons. Their Wontons are superior. Chicken Fried Rice is ok. I was annoyed that when I phoned in my order they said 10 mins, got there 15 mins later, then I had to wait an additional 15 mins for my order. That's a total wait time of 30 mins, and 3X the promised time. They did apologize, however they did not give me any freebies to sweeten the hotpot.

Recently tried them one of the best options for the area , was sad today my shrimps rolls where drowned in oil , I couldn’t even eat them minor mistake just a little disappointed and a waste of money , will definitely still order again the food is good other wise

I stopped by for lunch had the General tso chicken combination with pork fried rice. Very good, unlike what previous person said. It was moist, and plenty of chicken. It’s my favorite whenever I get Chinese food. I agree some places it is dry and don’t get much for your money, it’s why I get with pork fried rice free soda soup or egg roll too

Nice people, but the General Tso Chicken is sub par. Initially it looks like you’re getting a big portion but most of it is tough/hard with not a lot of chicken.

The smell of old oil permeated the take out which was more evident when we tasted the food at home. Egg foo young was greasy and the fried rice tasted of old oil. Most of the food was thrown out. We typically had a good experience here, perhaps new ownership

It took them 40 mins to bring me my food just for it to be cold when it got here then they forgot to bring the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken and when I called back they said they would bring my sauce and that was 40 mins ago and im still waiting on my sauce mind you they are literally the next block over and if I wasn't pregnant I would've walked to pick it up. I spent almost $30 to get cold food and an incomplete order. I will NEVER order from this place again ! .

Beside what you order u ll get bucket of bad attitude, rice, eggrolls ect.. swimming in oil sooner or later cholesterol level is high . That is ur merrit.

One time I ordered wonton soup from here and there was a water bug in it and it was still alive. Never ate there again

I usually order from here but lately this place has been falling short! The chicken wings taste bad and old, the fried rice doesn’t seem fresh, the egg rolls have an after taste and not fried enough. Coming here at night is not worth it. They also treated my husband very badly so after this last attempt to eat here tonight…. We are done!
