Sono stato Domenica a pranzo con degli amici in questo Beef Bazar. La prima cosa che colpisce è la bellezza del luogo: un ambiente ricercato, elegante e perfettamente curato in ogni dettaglio, ideale per scatti così detti "instagrammabili". L’atmosfera accogliente fa da cornice alla gentilezza e la professionalità del personale, un plauso particolare va alla titolare, una figura carismatica e attenta, la sua passione per la ristorazione si percepisce nell’attenzione per i dettagli, dalla presentazione dei piatti al servizio impeccabile. Il menù offre un’ampia selezione di tagli pregiati, vi suggerisco di assaggiare la tartare di zebra. 😉 Consiglio vivamente una visita a questo ristorante per chi cerca qualità, ospitalità e un'esperienza culinaria fuori dal comune.

Locale romano specializzato in piatti a base di carne. Ambiente elegante e contemporaneo, personale gentile e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta, piatti a base di carne di ogni genere, ma con ingredienti di prima scelta. Se ci andate consiglio il sushi di carne, geniale. Sconsigliato il kebab di carne, perché ripieno di fette di carne intera che difficilmente riuscirete a tagliare coi denti.

I personally really enjoyed my stay at BB, from the food and it's wide variety, to the atmosphere of the place, to watching my food being made in front of my eyes. The food itself and the variety of it is the tip of it. As one of the few meat dedicated restaurants in Rome, I think it earned his rating from me. The service and atmosphere felt incredibly well suited to a fancy meat restaurant. The whole vibe of the place felt incredible and the service was impeccable. Overall, I feel like the restaurant deserves its top spot as one of the fewest meat restaurants in Rome.

Amo tutto di questo ristorante: la location centralissima, l'arredamento stile jungle, l'atmosfera elegante e sofisticata, il menù vario e con ottime proposte di cibo e vini, il personale, sempre attento e cordiale. Ci sono stata svariate volte e ogni volta è sempre un piacere. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò presto.

Un locale spazioso con numerosi tavoli su due livelli (anche se io non ho visitato il piano inferiore). L'atmosfera è davvero particolare, con luci molto soffuse che ti permettono di gustare i cibi come se fossi ad occhi chiusi o semichiusi. Il servizio è stato ottimo, dandoci il tempo e lo spazio per chiacchierare tranquillamente, visto che siamo stati lasciati un po' in solitaria. Una piccola nota: il locale avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, soprattutto per i divani che tendono a perdere pezzi di pelle. Un grande punto a favore va alla carne, cotta alla perfezione e saporitissima.

It’s great place if you love meat and the service is very good (especially these two young boys wearing glasses). However, on a 600g piece, you need to remove 100g of bone and 50g of cartilage. It ends up being quite expensive for not much to eat. I also didn’t appreciate seeing the manager grab one of his young waiters by the arm in front of all the customers to scold him a few meters away. Despite all that, don’t get me wrong, it’s still a great spot for meat lovers.

We took two different Ribeye Steaks Cooked medirum rare, decent steaks. Little bit too much taste of burnt and the steaks could be more tender. I think it is not nice to offer bread on the table and charge 3€ for it and also 4€ for tap water. This place have a lot of potential and I hope they will take care of it! Could definitely be one of the best restaurant in the area! Staff were amazing! Keep that spirit! 🙌🙌

Locale veramente molto bello, su due livelli dall’alto si intravede la cucina a vista ben tenuta ed ordinata. Vengono proposte carni da diverse parti del mondo .. i prezzi sono abbastanza alti ma adeguati alla bellezza del locale se non che come nel mio caso il peso del filetto da me ordinato era inferiore a quello proposto in menù ed anche il taglio era sbagliato..

Il cameriere ha avuto difficoltá a prendere la comanda, non parlava italiano e non si capisce perché prenda le comande. Poi Sono arrivate due ragazze che hanno aiutato a rendere il servizio piú gradevole. Non consiglio il cuberoll con il burro, non prendete antipasti andate direttamente sulla carne, Vecchia Galiziana é stata una scelta azzeccata.

Un monaco ben vestito, ma di bello ha solo l’abito. Appena arrivati, ambiente molto raffinato e accogliente ma che purtroppo non conferma le aspettative in quanto i prezzi sono decisamente alti per la qualità e il servizio trovato. Abbiamo preso: -Tartare di wagyu, la carne era un contorno al piatto principale formato principalmente dal sale. -Pepite di pollo con panatura panko, sapore inesistente anche qui il piatto principale era soltanto il sale. -Tacos di maiale, offerto in quanto da noi non ordinato, ma da far presente che tacos e piadina sono due cose ben diverse e può benissimo essere inserito tra i dessert in quanto era difficile interpretare i sapori di un antipasto dettato da un gusto prettamente dolce. -Black Angus, è stato difficile interpretare le quantità disponibili dal menù, la cottura era corretta (medio-sangue) presentata su un piatto freddo motivo per il quale dopo due bocconi era già fredda. -Purè di patate americane affumicate, più che un purè era una vellutata sdegnante e il gusto era sopraffatto dall’affumicato, il sapore di patate dolci era inesistente. Il vino rosso chiesto al calice, portato in una bottiglia già aperta e dal sapore di frigorifero(freddo). Una pessima esperienza di sapori, a un prezzo che non rappresenta la qualità proposta. Il servizio non rappresenta la raffinatezza del locale in quanto lo chef era libero di fare chiamate in vivavoce, e la commis di sala ha ben pensato di urlare dal piano superiore che si sentiva tutto. Se posso dare un consiglio, portando il sale al tavolo sarebbe opportuno salare molto meno i prodotti.

Mi dispiace dover dare 2 stelle, ma non ci siamo trovati bene. Servizio molto lento, solo una donna prendeva le ordinazioni e, al tempo stesso, era in cassa per i conti/pagamenti. L'ambiente è curato, ma purtroppo non basta; quesadilla di pollo dal sapore neutro, con poco ripieno. Passiamo al "punto forte" del locale: la carne. Eravamo in due e abbiamo preso due filetti, entrambi medio sangue. Il mio arriva aperto a libretto, sintomo di una cottura medio cotta, e non medio sangue. Quando l'ho fatto notare, carinamente me lo hanno fatto rifare, ma questo ha costretto me e il mio compagno a mangiare in due momenti separati. Ho mangiato decisamente filetti migliori, per il prezzo proposto poi, siamo rimasti veramente delusi. Inoltre, servire la carne su un piatto normale fa sì che la pietanza si freddi subito, come è successo. Il tutto (carne + cicoria) a nostro avviso un po' salate, ho bevuto tutta la notte. Mi dispiace, ma gode solo del nome.

Went for NYE/ Boyfriend’s bday. It was a set menu for €90 each. Food was in big quantities so worth the money in that aspect but the actual food wasn’t great. The worst part was because it was a set menu, everyone got served each meal at the same time. We arrived at 8:10 as we planned to have dinner then go to a rooftop bar for fireworks. We assumed ~2-2.5 hours from start to finish? We had had two courses and it was already 10pm (with another starter, steak and desert to go) so we asked twice to skip the lasagne course and go straight to the steak and then skip the desert. We could see the steak sat in piles, ready to go after a quick flash but it still took another 50 minutes for that to arrive as we apparently had to stay in line with other tables. Many other tables were complaining about not getting even their first course within 30 minutes and many people left without completing the whole set menu because it was just too slow. The steak was fine- not asked for any preference on how we liked our steak cooked and the potatoes were sweaty. The restaurant seemed to want to keep everyone there until midnight. We asked for a nice bottle of Amarone and was given a cheap bottle so we had to send that back for the correct one. The staff/chefs were having arguments so the atmosphere wasn’t great either. Wouldn’t recommend and think there are much better places to go for a steak.

Fake special, my wife was going to buy me a steak dinner and Beef Basar had 50% off Wednesday. I asked if the Florentina Steak was included and they said yes. Once the bill came it turned out it was not included and we had to pay full price. I dont mind paying the full price but st least be upfront about it or inform your staff about the specifics of the special. Very disappointing, service also left a lot to be desired, it wasn’t the laid back european service it was just bad.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant on December 10th. While the tartare and pasta were delicious, the veal cheeks were a letdown—they were dry and tasted as if they had just been reheated. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he didn’t seem interested in addressing the issue and didn’t offer any apology or explanation. Instead, he added the service charge to the bill without any discussion, which felt rude. After that, the waiter stopped approaching our table entirely and asked his colleague to handle our payment. He was a blond young man, but his attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. While some of the dishes were enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Attention: you will pay for two dinners at the price of one. I should mention that I dined alone without wine. The quality, cooking, and taste of the meat were undeniable. Everything else was a disgrace. I spent 31 euros on a side dish, dessert, and coffee. I would like you to pay close attention to the item SALAD (INSALATA) on the receipt — the most expensive green salad in history, 8 euros. Arriviamo e veniamo accolti da una signora bionda, che ci fa una battuta arrogante e abbastanza triste. La nostra esperienza è iniziata così. Continuiamo la nostra esperienza in questo ristorante, nessuno che ci prende l’ordinazione, chiediamo di prendere almeno l’antipasto, dopo la richiesta fatta a tre camerieri veniamo accontentati. 30 minuti per l’antipasto e ben 1 ora e mezza per il resto della cena. Pane mai arrivato. Contorni mai arrivati. Eravamo stati avvertiti che il locale avesse perso di qualità e servizio da parte dello staff ma non ci aspettavamo tutto questo. MAI PIÙ

Posto DA EVITARE. A partire dall’attesa di 40 minuti al tavolo. Sono riusciti a prendere il nostro ordine dopo essere stati sollecitati più volte, periodo durante il quale nessuno del personale si è curato di portarci almeno acqua e pane soprattutto (come da servizio, pane che poi dopo l’arrivo dei piatti non è mai arrivato comunque). L’ordine poi è arrivato anche abbastanza rapidamente avendo ordinato vari antipasti e secondo, peccato che le patate ordinate non sono mai arrivate anche quelle. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, delusione più totale, tutto senza sapore; perfino la carne Wagyu(che ho personalmente assaggiato in altri contesti e so benissimo come deve essere realmente!).Basso livello sia a partire dalla tartare che non sembrava essere fatta con carne fresca e di qualità, alle restanti pietanze sempre a base di carne. Nel complesso locale che non rispecchia minimamente il prezzo che si paga(che è alto), sia per il servizio che per le pietanze stesse. Locale carino ma anche qui mi sarei aspettata un atmosfera più sofisticata e raffinata, rispetto a quanto mostrato su internet. Dispiace dirlo ma delusione totale! Se volete rovinarvi una serata è il posto giusto.

Everything was fine until the steak came out. I ordered the steak to be medium but it came out rare. So up your temp by 1 to get your perfect steak. Steak quality is not good. I ordered two ribeye steaks which comes in 1kg each steak and it was tough like rubber. This was my personal experience.

Place is terrible. Went for dinner with my family while on a 2 week Europe trip. Worst place out of all places we went too. Steaks where over cooked and had to much fat. Service was poor too

As a tourist in Rome, it is important to think twice before choosing this trendy restaurant. The staff, including the owner, do not speak English, which complicates communication. Despite the warm welcome from the hostess, the menu is unclear and difficult to understand. The waiting time for the dish lasted over an hour, and when it finally arrived, the side dish was burned. Although the meat is of good quality, the prices are high for the service received. Additionally, the owner's rude attitude did not enhance the experience.
