Clorofilla e Distillati è un ristorante elegante e unico, con un’atmosfera che ricorda un vero e proprio giardino d’inverno. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cenare attorno a un tavolo al centro della sala con un albero vero, creando la sensazione di mangiare in mezzo a un piccolo bosco: un’esperienza davvero straordinaria. I piatti sono sofisticati, originali e dal gusto ricercato, con sapori particolari che rendono ogni portata speciale. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca qualcosa di diverso e indimenticabile, sia per il palato che per gli occhi.

Ci siamo stati per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Vicino a Palazzo Farnese e Campo dè fiori, questo ristorante ti fa immergere in una atmosfera molto rilassante e particolare. La cura e la presentazione dei piatti è notevole, il personale è veramente veloce e di una notevole efficienza nel servire e farti sentire a tuo agio. Per la qualità dei piatti spero bastino le foto, perchè c'è una notevole ricerca di equilibrio fra sapore ed estetica che pochi sanno trovare. Promosso a pieni voti.

Cena in un ristorante nel centro di Roma, a pochi passi da Campo de’ Fiori. Il locale, accogliente e ben curato, propone una cucina originale che si distingue dalle classiche ricette romane, offrendo piatti squisiti realizzati con materie prime di alta qualità. Appena ordinato, il cameriere ci sorprende con un benvenuto dello chef: una caprese creativa, servita in una sorprendente forma di lampone. Semplicemente spettacolare, sia per il gusto che per la presentazione. Tra antipasti, primi e secondi ordinati al tavolo, abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare quasi tutte le portate, e posso dire con certezza che non ce n’è stata una che non mi abbia conquistato. Abbiamo concluso con un’ottima cheesecake e un conto finale assolutamente equilibrato, soprattutto considerando la qualità dell’esperienza. Sicuramente torneremo: le aspettative iniziali sono state pienamente superate. Consigliatissimo!
Recensione per un ristorante nel cuore di Roma Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante situato nel centro di Roma, e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’ambiente è incantevole: immerso nel verde, con un’atmosfera rilassante e curata nei dettagli, che rende il locale un vero rifugio di tranquillità in città. Il menù offre una selezione interessante di piatti, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ogni portata è un equilibrio perfetto tra tradizione e creatività, capace di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la pasta fatta in casa e i dolci, memorabili. L’unica piccola nota negativa riguarda la ricciola, che purtroppo è risultata leggermente secca. Tuttavia, questo dettaglio non ha sminuito la qualità complessiva dell’esperienza, grazie all’attenzione del personale, sempre cortese e pronto a rendere il servizio impeccabile. In definitiva, consiglio vivamente questo ristorante: è un luogo che sa coniugare bellezza, gusto e ospitalità, ideale per una serata speciale nel cuore di Roma. Tornerò sicuramente!
Cena di compleanno con il mio ragazzo. Piatti davvero davvero squisiti con qualità delle materie prime riconoscibile dal gusto eccezionale!! Porzioni abbondanti che non tralasciano la cura per far godere anche l’occhio nella presentazione dei piatti. Ambiente molto caloroso e accogliente e personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo :)
A due passi da Campo dei Fiori, Clorofilla è una vera gemma nel cuore di Roma. Appena entrati, ci siamo trovati immersi in un'atmosfera incantevole, circondati da piante rigogliose che danno la sensazione di trovarsi in una serra. L'arredamento industrial aggiunge un tocco moderno e sofisticato al locale. La cucina è ricercata e punta a stupire con ogni piatto. Ogni boccone è una piacevole sorpresa per il palato. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e professionale, attento a ogni dettaglio, ma anche molto alla mano, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più gradevole. Ero a cena con sei amici e abbiamo avuto una serata davvero piacevole. Io ho scelto le fettuccine di calamaro, i ravioli alla carbonara con tartufo e il clorofillamisu. Tutto era delizioso e ben presentato, dimostrando l'attenzione e la cura nella preparazione dei piatti. I prezzi sono adeguati al servizio e alla qualità della cucina, rendendo Clorofilla un'ottima scelta per chi cerca un'esperienza culinaria di alto livello nel centro di Roma. Senza dubbio, ci tornerò. Consigliatissimo!
Esperienza molto positiva🌈✅️ Per iniziare, ci è stato offerto un benvenuto dello chef veramente buonissimo! 🍽Anche l'antipasto da noi scelto era molto buono, così come i primi: saporiti, gustosi e porzioni adeguate. 🤵♀️Personale simpatico e alla mano. 💲Il costo è giusto per ciò che viene proposto; noi abbiamo usufruito di un 20% di sconto con theFork e il personale lo ha applicato senza necessità di ricordarglielo. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, il locale, seppur curato e pulito, potrebbe essere un pò più ricercato, prediligendo meno piante ma vere, rispetto a tante finte, ma è un gusto personale.
Cibo di livello elevato, sapori e presentazioni eccezionali. Tempi di attesa onesti e servizio ineccepibile. Accolti da una caprese “a forma di” lampone. Strepitoso. Da provare assolutamente: Polpo, Ribs di Manzo e fettuccine di calamari. Consigliatissimo!
Prima esperienza a Clorofilla davvero ottima. Il locale è elegante e le piante ed il verde presenti, oltre a rispecchiare il nome, rendono l'atmosfera molto piacevole. Il menù è ristretto ma allo stesso tempo ricco di diversità culinarie, dalla tradizione romana rivisitata a cibi più particolari ed "esotici". Noi essendo in 4 siamo riusciti a provato diverse cose e devo dire tutto molto buono e sicuramente particolare. I due piatti che personalmente mi hanno colpito di più sono stati i ravioli con la coda alla vaccinara e la carbonara rivisitata, piatti della tradizione presentati in un'ottica diversa e dal gusto eccezionale. Anche la selezione di vini ottima. L'unico pelo nell'uovo che posso trovare è che forse, dato il tono del locale, mi sarebbe piaciuto che i camerieri spiegassero i piatti, però è anche vero che il locale era pieno ed i coperti tanti, quindi posso capire che potrebbe essere complessa come cosa. In generale, per concludere, posso dire che è stata una bella esperienza, una coccola da concedersi ogni tanto.
Abbiamo trascorso una serata straordinaria. Oltre al cibo delizioso e al servizio impeccabile, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla modernità dell’ambiente. Ogni dettaglio, dall’arredamento alla presentazione dei piatti, rifletteva un gusto sofisticato e contemporaneo. Il personale era estremamente gentile e attento, garantendo che ogni momento fosse un piacere. Consigliamo vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza culinaria eccezionale in un ambiente affascinante e moderno. Siamo andati alla cieca perché dovevamo usufruire di un cofanetto, avevamo incluso aperitivo e drink. Tutto buonissimo ma la vera sorpresa è arrivata quando abbiamo ordinato due primi, un tagliolino e un risotto. Fotonici, non ho altre parole. Veramente bravi tutti!
Posto molto bello e rilassante. Gli arredi e il mood del locale sono ben pensati e dialogano tra di loro creando un clima piacevole. Cucina ottima: noi non ci siamo fatti mancare nulla! A really beautiful Christmas Eve dinner at this restaurant. My husband, parents and I had one of our best meals in Rome at this incredible place. Our wait staff was really great and even gave us some recommendations for cocktail bars. Would highly recommend and they had lots of vegetarian options and great cocktails as well.
I have eaten at great restaurants around the world and this one exceeded almost all of them. It was far better than any Michelin star restaurant I have been to. I can not recommend it highly enough. Every dish was a masterpiece -Marshall Boen
The food, the experience, the service—this restaurant has it all. From the beautiful greenery and flowers hanging throughout the space to the incredible chef’s tasting menu, every detail is thoughtfully executed. The dishes were delicious and perfectly balanced, and paired with a bottle of red, the evening couldn’t have been better. A truly exceptional dining experience.
On a side street, not too far from Campo di fiore, is this beautiful (feels like a secret garden) and wonderfully creative, not your typical "Traditional Roman food," restaurant. It was our last night in Rome and wanted non-touristy food. Everything we ordered was excellent, including, but not limited, to baked goat cheese with capocollo, crocchetta, and a "to die for" salad with blue cheese and pears. I think the menu changes based on available/seasonal ingredients so these may not be on the menu when you go, but it is clear that everything on the menu will be worth eating. The creative cocktails also are remarkable. 100% recommended...you will not regret it, including if it were your last night's restaurant in Rome.
We chose this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. We decided on the Chef's welcome + 6 courses by chef's choice. Everything was ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I was blown away by the quality and delightful taste of all the dishes the chef chose for us. Thank you!!!
The restaurant has a great variety of dishes — the menu is big but well thought out. I was really happy with my choice: the food was delicious, well-balanced, and nicely presented. The atmosphere makes you want to relax and enjoy your dinner. I also tried a new calorie counting service (shown in the photo) and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use. It calculates everything instantly — calories, protein, fats, carbs — now I can’t imagine tracking my meals without it. Highly recommend it to anyone who cares about what they eat.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!! Four of us had an amazing dinner, with fantastic cocktails. The decor is beautiful and it's especially relaxing to be surrounded by all the greenery. The food is creative and delicious. I wish we were staying another week so we could try more of their dishes.

Amazing! I was in search of a more traditional restaurant only to find the one I wanted to go to was closed for holiday. I am so happy I stumbled across Clorofilla Cucina! The unique tastes made for an amazing treat and the staff were so kind and attentive.
Wonderful place. Absolute gem located close to the tourist traps at campo di Fiori. Food was excellent, modern approach to classics, decent selection of wines and some craft beers. Best place to eat in touristy Rome.
I don’t know who are those people that are not putting 5 or 5 stars to this wonderful restaurant! It is unbelievable! If I could I would put 10 of 5 score to them! We were a family of three and each of us had ordered everything from starters to deserts, and every single course was a masterpiece!!! We’ve been to Italy for the last 9 days and visited probably 20++ different restaurants in different cities and this one is definitely the best! Highly recommend!
One of the better dining experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend. Love the ambiance. Azalea cocktail was delicious. Carbonara Ripiena and the lamb main course were well seasoned. They also gave us a cute little surprise to start the meal, which we loved.
Our best and favorite dinner while we were in Rome. The service was great, the staff were incredibly friendly and sweet with our toddler, knowledgeable, and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy with the plant decor and music. And the food was delicious! We had the dumplings appetizer, two entrees, and the tangerine cheesecake + tiramisu. We also shared a bottle of white wine and my husband also had a "Mahonia" cocktail. We would highly recommend dining here and would happily do so again if in Rome!
What a great night! The antipasti were all amazing and the main courses, the same! The service was perfect, in a very nice decor! For a nice night with friends or for a date, do not hesitate to go there.

Please, before approaching here, read this carefully. This isn’t your classic Italian cuisine restaurant. This is an elevated version of it to get you closer to a Michelin Star experience. Highly recommended for date nights, it just provides you with such vibes. As for the dishes, nothing to complain about, we rarely order desserts when dining out, we only do it when the meal is genuinely worth a review and the dessert, to seal the review completely. Pictures don’t do justice, you NEED to experience this yourself. Amazing staff, very informative and very well gastronomically educated. Take your Mrs to a date, you won’t regret it.
Best meal we've had in Italy after a month of travelling around. It's a fine dining experience with regular prices. The staff are so friendly and helpful with drink pairings and recommendations. Every meal we had was outstanding and the deserts were phenomenal. Afterwards we had cocktails and the bartender Nicolas was fun and energetic and gave us a great cocktail experience. Best restaurant in Rome I think!

Il locale è veramente carino e originale. Il cibo molto particolare deve piacere un po’ l’alternativo. Dirò ciò che ho mangiato e ciò che ho reputato buono. Allora appena arrivati abbiamo aspettato un po’ prima che la cameriera venisse, ma credo che fossero sotto organico perché abbiamo visto solo lei ed il locale era pieno. Il vino che ci hanno portato per aperitivo era caldo e stranamente non avevano nulla per rinfrescarlo. Abbiamo preso vari antipasti, ma quello che mi sento di consigliare è un Dumpling con ripieno di melanzane e mazzancolle, veramente buono . Come secondo dei calamari ripieni che in realtà non mi sono piaciuti molto, poco saporiti e slegati che non consiglierei e un mille foglie di branzino, buonino. I dolci non male , sicuramente vari, ma sentendo anche gli altri commensali non eccellenti. Da premiare l’estetica della presentazione. Prezzi non economici.
We had dinner at Clorofilla in May 2025 and really enjoyed the experience. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes creative and well balanced, and the setting was very charming. The staff was professional and welcoming, making the evening even more enjoyable.
We had the chef’s surprise tasting menu. While everything was tasty, and clearly the ingredients were good, maybe half the dishes lacked a little “something”… probably not helped that 4 of the dishes had what seemed to be the same berry compote element. All in all good experience. Staff were very friendly and courteous, couldn’t fault that!

Posto veramente bello per quanto riguarda l'ambiente ottimi i cocktail.. cucina da rivedere qualcosa, il servizio non all'altezza del posto. Ritornerò per provare altri piatti
Mah… che dire. Clorofilla è senza dubbio un locale molto “instagrammabile”, pensato soprattutto per un pubblico giovane e per chi ama l’estetica. Nonostante avessimo effettuato una prenotazione, il tavolo non risultava comunque accuratamente riservato al nostro arrivo. I piatti osano con accostamenti contemporanei, talvolta però più interessanti alla vista che realmente armonici al palato. Nel percorso degustazione salvo solo una portata, senza entrare nei dettagli. Anche il servizio lascia qualche perplessità poiché gli abbinamenti dei vini arrivano in ritardo e manca un vero menù degustazione con abbinamento pensato per chi non beve alcol, magari con cocktail analcolici studiati per accompagnare il pasto. Un’esperienza che colpisce l’occhio, ma che potrebbe crescere molto sul piano gastronomico e organizzativo.

La prima volta avevo avuto davvero un’esperienza piacevole, motivo per cui sono tornata a mangiare. Purtroppo, non so cosa sia andato storto questa volta, ma gli antipasti non erano proprio all’altezza: tartare di carne salatissima e parmigiana di melanzane inesistente (un solo strato). Il risotto con il tartufo niente di speciale, era poco saporito essendo probabilmente quello estivo. Mi spiace perché in due abbiamo speso 90€, ma la qualità del cibo non è stata per nulla all’altezza del prezzo pagato!
