Esperienza eccellente! Piatti straordinari, servizio impeccabile e una location davvero suggestiva. È già la seconda volta che ci torno e sicuramente non sarà l’ultima. Se cerchi un ristorante di alta qualità, perfetto sia per adulti che per bambini, questo è senza dubbio il posto giusto.

Ottimo in tutto. Da tornarci per provare gli altri piatti del menù, ottimi i tortelli, il pescato del giorno, il polpo e caponata e i dolci. Il personale è professionale e accogliente.

Sono stato a cena la settimana scorsa con alcuni amici venuti a Roma in vacanza. Esperienza fantastica dall'inizio alla fine, resa tale sia da una cucina eccellente fatta di ingredienti semplici ma lavorati nel migliore dei modi sia dall'ottimo servizio offerto dai ragazzi in sala, professionali ma sempre con il sorriso. In particolar modo un grazie a Lorenzo che ci ha trattati benissimo, facendoci sentire a casa ed aiutandoci anche nella scelta dei piatti

Siamo stati a cena e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Location elegante; il Sommelier Aires ci ha seguito fin da subito, consigliandoci un vino eccellente che rispecchiava esattamente le nostre richieste. Cibo raffinato e di qualità. Torneremo sicuramente.

Devo dire mi é piaciuto tutto di questo ristorante. Location : hotel di lusso, per cui sala curata nei particolari, sala esterna molto bella dove siamo seduti a cenare. Servizio veloce. Sarà che siamo andati di domenica sera, quindi forse questo agevolato il processo, però mi sono trovato veramente bene anche con i camerieri la cortesia e la preparazione. Nessuna pecca sul servizio. Per quanto riguarda i piatti e la cucina, devo dire ottimi crudi di pesce buoni, buonissimi e freschi, una pasta con il lobster gustosa e ricca, e dolci creativi. Nelle foto ho messo anche il dolce che ci hanno portato questa sorta di biscotto fatto a forma di occhiali di cioccolato, veramente molto simpatico. Inoltre, la permanenza è stata piacevole non è rumoroso. Si può parlare bene e l’ambiente è perfetto per una cena romantica con una luce soffusa sul tavolo. Un bel posto

I can’t begin to think Alina and Dimitri for the service we received here. First, my son was sick and we brought him food because we did not want to get anyone in the hotel sick. They allowed us to bring Takeaway which most restaurant buffets will not do. They were so kind and offered any assistance they could. Two days later, my husband was sick. Again, they helped us in any way possible. I brought both of my boys food from the restaurant for breakfast and they felt like they were not missing out. The food was delicious, but the service was beyond reproach. The kindness was exceptional. The compassion was so greatly appreciated. And to top it all off, they were charming and personable.

This restaurant had excellent food and service. The staff was very attentive to allergy restrictions. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The manager was helpful with wine suggestions. The food was very fresh and delicious. They make their own pasta in-house! I made a reservation ahead of time, so we had no wait for our table.

We now eat here everytime we’re in rome! Ae love sitting in the chic courtyard but there is also a small indoor dining room. We are from NYC and while the prices were a bit too close to home, the food exceeds our expectations. The tuna crudo and tortello are must orders. This visit we tried the pork main which was also fabulous, along with the strawberry dessert. We came later in service (10:00) and there was only one server, who was working very hard but the service ran long, even for european standards.

Pork was amazing. Definitely pricey but not your average hotel dining for sure. The garden seating is perfect in the evening as well. After a long day traveling it was nice to have something at the hotel that was above average.

Great atmosphere it was a really nice dinner with good food (the whole party enjoyed their meals) and the best part is the dessert and the ending with some granita. Also their home made focaccia and bread stick are to die for! We sat outside and the ambiance was lovely. Not a restaurant to go to if you are in a hurry.

We had a lovely dinner here, thanks to the great service by Alfons and Christian. Christian really showcased his skills as a Sommelier and we were treated to a fantastic wine pairing for our dinner. Alfons was knowledgeable in the menu offerings and gave us a very personable service. He even brought us around the ground level of the restaurant/hotel for a quick tour. It’s so rare to see a service staff so invested and genuine, so our experience was amazing thanks to him. The food was more Sicilian style and interesting but probably not as traditional as we had expected. Nevertheless, the atmosphere from the lovely courtyard paired with the service rendered made this experience one to remember.

Located in the W hotel with a chic and buzzy vibe, this restaurant highlights Sicilian cuisine which is heavy on the seafood. We got the tubetti pasta (split between two), the fennel side dish, and the bluefin tuna belly, the nerodi pork. All were very delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. We didn’t have room for dessert but the presentation of the desert menu was cute. Ended with some house desserts. This is our second time and we very much enjoyed it.

We had a fantastic meal here in this restaurant in the W hotel! Our waiter was funny and fabulous. We ordered a fabulous bottle of wine. The wines are not cheap. The sommelier suggested a wine from piedmont and it was delicious. We then ordered the fish of the day and a tuna pasta, an eggplant parmigiana and another pasta dish with eggplant. We ordered a few contornis as well. A fennel salad, some broccoli rabe and caponata. We also ordered a plate of different flavored chocolates. All in all, it was a great experience!

If I could give Giano more than 5 stars, I would! This restaurant is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome. The service was impeccable-attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had the best experience. The staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond at every turn. And the food? Simply divine. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor-clearly crafted with the freshest ingredients and a true love for Italian/sicilian cuisine. From start to finish, it was perfection. Giano isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. Easily 11/10 and a must-visit for anyone in Rome!

I stopped by on a whim after a long day walking around to see the sights, and I’m extremely happy I did. I was greeted by a very kind, vibrantly dressed hostess named Eleonora who helped me even without a reservation. Once seated, I was recommended great options by Teja, who I was able to share a very nice conversation with. I must note that Teja was also very professional assisting customers that seemed very rude nearby. Now the food… awesome! Presented well, and simply delicious. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to others!

Amazing experience, everything tasted great! Nice starters from the house, which came as a surprise. Pasta tasted great, so was the fish. Loved tiramisu, especially the look of it. Great atmosphere and the patio inside of the hotel. Will be back again to try other foods. Definitely recommend

One of my favorite meals in Rome on our last night. This is a Sicilian restaurant for what it’s worth, so that might also explain the difference in flavors. Every dish was exquisite and used high quality ingredients. This felt like a Michelin star (or at least guide) restaurant to me. Both pasta dishes we ordered were the most popular and tasted great, the lamb was tender though not easy to split among 3 people. My favorite part of this meal was actually the desserts. The raspberry and fruit flavors really shined there and took the desserts to a whole other level. Don’t skip out on those.

Very nice setting. Restaurant seems to be aimed at rich Americans though. Prices are very high and service was OK, but not to a level expected in this kind of restaurant. Overall, had better did and better experiences for far less money in Rome.

A really good meal. The mackerel, beef and mille fueille were all amazing and the sardines and prawn pasta were ok. Wine selection is limited, but good, and the service is a little hit and miss. One dish ordered was not available and another dish needed to be redone in order to be palatable. Having said that, we had a great time.

Good food. Outstanding service. Prices are way above the city average. Wine by the glass had ridiculous prices. It is good but the prices are a bit too high maybe for what is it. It is very much tailored to Americans as they have even a receipt asking with a tip section, which is not a thing in Italy. Overall it is a good place though.

Started kind of ok with antipasti: the tuna tartar and the eggplant, just ok, then messed up with the secondi: pork and chicken, we came here because it’s January 1, and most places were shut. So, no, I don’t recommend the place. Bread, butter, olive oil were all good also. Didn’t like the sardine pasta, it felt like a vegetable soup and noodles, and the sardines felt weird also, he said they were grilled, no sir, they felt like re-hydrated or something weird like that. So again, don’t waste your $ here.

Il cibo molto buono, complimenti a chef e cucina! Purtroppo però il servizio alla cassa, al momento del pagamento, non è stato onesto. La cameriera non ha voluto accettare pezzi piccoli, ripetendo di non poterli accettare e nemmeno darli come resto, in modo anche abbastanza brusco. Ci ha quindi costretto a pagare più di quanto era previsto nello scontrino, con questa scusa non ci ha dato il resto. Per evitare ulteriori discussioni abbiamo pagato e ce ne siamo andate, non ci tornerò più sebbene cibo e posto siano validi.

We waited 1.5 hours after ordering to be served a very ordinary pasta, and then another hour for a fish dish that had been highly recommended by the waiter but turned out to be disappointing. The whole experience completely ruined our last night in Rome. The overall vibe of the restaurant was not bad, but the food and service were far from satisfying.
