La nostra permanenza a Roma è stata brevissima, siamo Stati nella capitale solo poche ore.Abbiamo cercato un posto dove poter pranzare nel quartiere Parioli, e abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché le recensioni erano positive e le foto dei piatti molto invitanti! Bhe! Non si sono assolutamente smentiti, ottimo il tagliere di salumi e formaggi e buonissimi i primi piatti.Luca, il cameriere,un ragazzo molto garbato ed empatico, che conosce benissimo il nostro mare salentino, perché spesso in estate è in vacanza in Puglia! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente sperando di poter sostare qualche giorno in più!

This restaurant is in (what seems to be) a relatively quiet residential area. It may be hidden away a bit but you should not miss it! The food was outstanding and the service was even better. We made a reservation for a Saturday night - likely a good idea if you want to sit inside. We ordered the artichoke salad, split the fettuccini with white lamb ragout, and for the main course, the filet mignon and the roast suckling pig. For dessert, tiramisu and the ricotta pear cake. Outstanding. Prices were quite reasonable for the quality and the attentive service - thank you Domencio. Highly recommend!

Just go to Ambasciata d’Abruzzo and get dinner. I don’t get paid a penny to give my opinion, so take this for what it’s worth. This spot has made our inaugural night in Rome a success. The service was unbeatable - upscale, fine dining with a positive, helpful and best-of-all, not pushy or attitudinal staff. The steak I had was killer, and the grilled porcini shrooms? Mi. Oh. My. My wife got pasta with speck, zucchini flowers and carrots (oops, I forgot the name) and she, upon eating the final bite, was smiling like the morning after our first date. Listen to me. If you are afforded the opportunity to eat at this restaurant, call out of work for a week and fly to Rome. It’s that good. I know that doesn’t make sense, just nailing home that this place is fantastic.

We stopped in late after a long travel day, and we are so glad we did! This restaurant is worth the 10 minute taxi outside of central Rome. Our server Tony was so personable and gave the best food and wine recommendations. We highly recommend the pasta with lemon, saffron, and cream. We also loved our filet and the mascarpone dessert. Fabulous all around!

4th night in Rome, and we finally found a Perfect dining experience. TONY is the perfect professional at your service. Photos below, Artichoke salad with rocket and aged cheese; A perfect wine; Tony recommended the fresh fish special of whole Sole and potatoes. Tony also extracted the filets and served them expertly. The skillet potatoes were simple, delicious and perfectly crisp. Topped all of this off with the Profiteroles. Mangia!

Definitely a must visit outside of the busy crowded old part of Rome - we had the Spaghetti Amtriciana and the Carbonara. Two dishes prepared by epic standards. Life changing pasta. My wife kept staring at me with stars in her eyes. The lunch rush was not bad at all for a Monday noon, plenty of spaces to be seated in. The wine selection was excellent and the 6th star definitely deserved to go here. And I loved the staff: very warm, friendly and efficient. You can easily book this place using the google maps “book a table” and it integrated perfectly with their system. You can take a train to this restaurant and it’s a quick 8 minute walk from the station, near the Radisson Blu GHR hotel.

My partner and I decided to eat here on our last night visiting Rome, from the second we entered, we were greeted with friendly faces and a very welcoming atmosphere. The food was the best we had on the whole trip. Authentic through and through. Our waiter Stephano was incredibly helpful, kind and delightful to deal with. So sad this is our last night here.😭😭😭 We were here 3 nights in a row. Now that tells you how yummy their food can be. 😍😍😍😍Their fried artichoke is amazing and steamed is just as delicious. You have to order the eggplant starter. I ordered that 4 times. Yup 4 times!! I hate olives, but fo some reason in Italy, I am in love with the olives here. Try to see if you get a basket with bread with olives in it. The suckling pig was our favorite for second course. Crispy skin and fall off the bone meat. Amazing!!! Speaking of amazing, our waitor was so funny and entertaining! The veggies here are fresh and delicious, I couldn't find anyone else who this much veggies unless is a vegetarian restaurant. 😂

Ristorante caratteristico nel quartiere Parioli, quartiere verde e tranquillo, non è il solito ristorante turistico anche grazie alla commistione tra la cucina abruzzese e romana. Ho preso come antipasto un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, anche se si è rivelato più che altro un tagliere di salame, comunque molto buono anche se un po’ pesante. Ci sono poi molti primi interessanti, io ho preso le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, piatto saporito anche grazie alla presenza di grossi e succulenti pezzi di carne. Servizio buono anche se nulla di eccezionale. Consiglio di mangiare fuori se la giornata permette perché dentro vi è un po’ di rumore di voci. Questo ristorante, una volta di tradizione, ha completamente trasformato la propria immagine e modificato la propria offerta gastronomica. Oggi è un locale che propone una cucina italiana senza particolari specificità o specialità. Il servizio è veloce, i camerieri gentili ma sbrigativi, l’ambiente non è “caloroso”. Piatti consigliati: le melanzane alla parmigiana e l’abbacchio al forno. Vini con ricarichi medi. Costi sopra la media.

Rinnovato rispetto all'ultima volta in cui ci sono stato, si presenta più moderno. La qualità del cibo è sempre ottima, dall'antipasto al dolce (menzione d'onore per la crema al mascarpone). Iservizio è cortese, paziente e accomodante, soprattutto in considerazione che eravamo 4 adulti con 2 bambine piccole e un neonato. Prezzi non modici, ma giustificati.

I dont know, maybe Im not that good at appreciating high quality food because when we sat down I wasn't insanely impressed. I'd say of course there's some dishes better than others, but mostly youre paying for the atmosphere and for the fact that the servers are in uniform. Il ristorante é molto carino ed raffinato, purtroppo noi abbiamo avuto un po di problemi. 1) il razzismo! Noi siamo una coppia indiana e come siamo entrati non ci hanno salutato, né accolto, e ci hanno guardato sorpresi ma soprattutto ci hanno detto “pensavamo che vi foste sbagliati “ 2) alcuni piatti sono molto buoni ma abbiamo avuto problemi con la carne! Abbiamo chiesto di avere una costata da 1.2kg al sangue e soprattutto senza sale(purtroppo non posso mangiarlo) La carne é arrivata media cottura, con un pizzico di sale e nei lati bruciacchiata e non siamo riusciti a cambiarla 3) crema catalana era piena di zucchero di canna…… il conto 200€ non vale purtroppo la pena! Non si sono neanche scusati per l’errore

La mia esperienza in questo ristorante è stata, purtroppo, deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. A fronte di prezzi decisamente elevati, mi aspettavo almeno una cucina all’altezza: invece, i piatti hanno rivelato una cura e una qualità ben lontane da ciò che il locale vorrebbe far credere. La pasta con carciofi e guanciale è arrivata completamente immersa nel burro, tanto da coprire qualsiasi altro sapore. La matriciana, invece, sembrava semplicemente cruda: né la consistenza né il gusto rispecchiavano ciò che un piatto così classico meriterebbe. Il vero punto dolente, tuttavia, è stato il vino. Avevamo ordinato un Vermentino Bolgheri 2023, ma ci è stata servita senza alcuna comunicazione o spiegazione un’annata 2024, naturalmente allo stesso prezzo. Una mancanza di trasparenza difficile da giustificare. Inoltre, il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare: il cameriere ha versato dell’acqua in uno dei nostri bicchieri senza chiedere, per poi portarci una seconda bottiglia non richiesta. Anche il momento del conto non è stato gestito con professionalità: ci è stato detto che dividerlo singolarmente era “troppo complicato”, nonostante fossimo in 6 e avessimo chiesto semplicemente una ripartizione chiara. Il locale si presenta come elegante, ma dietro questa facciata non c’è sostanza: né nella cucina, né nel servizio, né nella gestione complessiva dell’esperienza. In conclusione, per i prezzi proposti mi aspettavo ben altro. Una serata che avrebbe dovuto essere piacevole si è rivelata un susseguirsi di disattenzioni e scelte discutibili.

Ho prenotato per le 20,00 di giorno 21 ottobre ed ho ricevuto due mail di conferma. Ho telefonato alla 19,5o per dire che forse avrei ritardato un quarto d’ora per via del taxi Mi è stato detto che non c’era nessuna prenotazione a mio nome. Non ho gradito!
