Our hotel recommended this spot for lunch, and it truly delivered! The pasta dishes were outstanding, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The pizza was excellent as well, with a crisp crust and fresh ingredients. But the real standout was the fried mini squid, crispy, tender, and absolutely delicious. A wonderful lunch experience we’d gladly repeat!

We were trying to go to the Trevi Fountain and smelled the food at IL Vineto and had to stop for lunch, and we are so glad we did. We were honored to meet Marco and Frank, and they were delightful and so much fun. We did not sit inside we sat on the sidewalk cafe and had so much great food and fun. Marco sang Italian Opera for us and delivered some amazing food. We tried the meat board and had salami, mortadella, and cappacola with the bread that Marco brought us made it amazing!! We also had a marquartia pizza, and my husband had a spicy cappacola pizza. You need to stop here and enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner.

By far the best dinner experience while in Rome (and we had reservations at a lot of nice places). From the food to the staff we could of not asked for a better experience. Marco and Franco were great!!! Definitely order anything they recommend, especially the dry aged t-bone for 2. We ordered a bunch of plates and ate family style. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, they were one of the highlights of our trip our family will never forget!!!

Una stella (abbondante) la perde tutta per il prezzo, assolutamente non adeguato all'esperienza. 70 euro per un primo, un secondo senza contorno, un (parco) bicchiere di vino e due grappe sono eccessivi, anche visto il locale, chr non ha tovaglie né tovagliette, non porta il pane in tavola e ha un bagno talmente risicato che per entrare bisogna letteralmente scavalcare il WC. Poi la furbizia (non scritta in menu) di aggiungere al conto 6 euro di "servizio" se la potrebbero avanzare. Detto ciò è un vero peccato, perché la carbonara era ottima e il salmone al pane profumato interessante. Mi aspettavo, anche visto il nome, più scelta e qualità sui vini al calice. Aragosta in acquario e bistecca a lunga frollatura in bella mostra sono un bel vedere.

Posto carino e intimo. Personale professionale e simpatico. Cucina tipica romana di buona qualità, con buoni dolci home Made Prezzi un po’ sopra la media.

Ottima qualità, prezzo leggermente eccessivo, carbonara buonissima e anche cacio e pepe, carciofo alla romana si scioglie in bocca , diciamo che il prezzo è leggermente elevano ce da dire che è a 5 min dalla fontana di trevi! Personale cordiale e simpatico !

What a great little find! After a long day of touring, this was the perfect spot. Our waiter, Marco, was a standout—super energetic and genuinely helpful, but never pushy. He gave us plenty of time to order, which was a huge plus. (Shame about the Hugo Spritz, though!) I had the meatballs with spaghetti and the Carbonara, both delicious. Great atmosphere and good price point. Highly recommend! 8/10

Small glass of bubbly upon sitting, good start! Ordered the fresh fish baked in salt, came with a show! Food was delicious, staff were very attentive and entertaining. Received a small dessert wine when meal was finished, both bubbly and wine was complimentary. Overall, enjoyed the evening. They advertise no compulsory service tax, but you can see the prices have been inflated to cater for that. Meal was very expensive, but delicious and the evening enjoyable.

Il cameriere romano doc e' da 5 stelle....abbiamo preso una carbonara da 2 stelle perché molto salata, una cacio e pepe buona e un carciofo Giudia che solo uno per 8€ lo prendi nei migliori risporanti romani. 4€ a bottiglia d'acqua un po' esagerato e per concludere pure la maggiorazione....vabbe' la gentilezza non è mancata....ma cercate nei vicoletti lì intorno.

My carbonara wasn’t just swimming in sauce it was drowning in it. Plus the sauce was not equal to others I have had. I love CARBONARA but this wouldn’t make my top ten list. The waiter was nice. He did ask me why I hand eaten the bacon. Well, it just wasn’t right for me. You on the other hand might like it. They had indoor and outdoor seating. The hostess was nice. They did have a nice wine selection. The name IL VINETO means the vineyard.

We found this place just by walking through the streets. So we decided to stop for the dinner. The staff was nice and friendly and the food was quite good, but unfortunately the price was not at the normal level. Next day we have found much better restaurants with nearly half of the price. Io e mio marito volevamo fare l ultimo pranzo a Roma prima di prendere il treno mangiando specialità romane.abbiamo scelto questo perché ci sembrava avesse prezzi nella norma.una carbonare 14 € poteva andare.abbialo infatti ordinato due carbonare e 2 birre piccole Peroni alla spina.nell attesa ho chiesto al cameriere se si poteva avere un po' di schiacciatina o pane.questa richiesta ci è costata 6 euro! In molti ristoranti nn fanno nemmeno pagare queste cose. Poi quando siamo andati a pagare abbiamo scoperto che le due birre veniva 8 euro l una quindi 16 euro.due birre alla spina piccole Peroni come ci ha detto il cameriere 8 euro?? veramente tanto.sul menù c erano esposti solo i prezzi dei vini ma per due birre piccole nn abbiamo pensato di chiedere il prezzo,nn faremo più questo errore ovviamente. Sicuramente buona la posizione ma non altrettanto i piatti e i prezzi. Acqua 4 euro, un tiramisù 10. Le tagliatelle crude. Nonostante lo avessimo fatto notare non si sono proposti di rifarle, né hanno attuato un piccolo sconto come sarebbe stato , a quel punto ,auspicabile. Sicuramente un locale per attrarre turisti principalmente stranieri, non per invitare e tenersi gli altri. A Roma si trovano locali migliori e a prezzi assai più ragionevoli.

Cameriere simpatico, che però ha capito subito che eravamo turisti. I prezzi sono quelli scritti sulla carta, ma poi ci ha proposto un tagliere come antipasto per la bellezza di 35 euro (cosa che abbiamo scoperto dopo ovviamente). Non valeva 35 euro. E aggiungiamo i 19 euro per il servizio. In totale abbiamo speso 50 euro a testa, ma non abbiamo mangiato per quella "quantità". Da evitare.

Usano la simpatia per distogliere l'attenzione dai prezzi folli. Arrivate cose in più solo con un gesto frainteso.speso 200€ in 4 per 1primo un tagliere di salumi scarso e 3 piccoli dolci. La classica manovra spennare turisti. Mai più.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante nei pressi di Piazza Barberini e purtroppo non possiamo dirci soddisfatti. Il servizio è stato tutt'altro che rilassante: il cameriere, seppur gentile, è stato davvero troppo assillante. Ogni 10 minuti era al nostro tavolo, prima per versare l’acqua, poi per il vino, poi ancora per chiederci altro. Comprendiamo che fosse tardi (erano le 22:30 e a quanto pare a breve avrebbero chiuso), ma questo continuo passaggio ha reso difficile anche una semplice conversazione, anche perché se sei in chiusura me lo dici prima e decido io se sedermi o meno. Ma il problema principale è arrivato con la pizza. Il pomodoro era condito con un sugo a base di cipolla, sedano e carota, senza essere indicato nel menù. Alla nostra segnalazione, il cameriere ha risposto che avrei dovuto dirgli che non apprezzo questi sapori dato che le pizze, ovunque sono così, e che neanche lui sapeva bene cosa ci fosse nel sugo. Nessuna attenzione, quindi, ad allergie, intolleranze o semplici preferenze alimentari. Un dettaglio che può sembrare banale, ma che in realtà è molto grave, soprattutto se vanti di lavorare lì dal 2016, mi dispiace davvero per la poca professionalità. Comunque la pizza non era un granché!

Esperienza molto negativa. Piatto di carbonara mediocre e tiepida a 16€. Saltimbocca tremendi, rancidi, a 22€. Dopo aver fatto notare al cameriere alla fine del pasto che il piatto non era buon, il prezzo non è stato rimosso dal conto. Mezzo kg di costata (che pensavo di poter scegliere nella vetrina all’ingresso) che doveva essere cottura medio- al sangue, mi è stata servita in pezzetti accumulati sul piatto, ben cotta in alcuni punti…pagata 50€ per mezzo kg (dubbio) di carne di cui molti pezzi di osso. Richiesto due calici di vino rosso (pagati 10€ al calice), ci hanno portato due calici di rosso ignoto, senza nessuna indicazione su che vino fosse…

Deludente e carissimo Ho chiesto una zuppa con verdure di stagione, ho aspettato parecchio per poi presentarmi una zuppa fatta con busta con piselli fagiolini carote zucchine sedano( classiche verdure in busta)in brodo con soffritto di pomodoro e aglio, alla mia osservazione, il cameriere ha replicato che le verdure le avevano tagliate loro...! Mio marito ha preso un carciofo alla Giudea e uno in umido e pane focaccia (che ci hanno fatto pagare), poi acqua e 2 calici di vino: 60 €

Ci sono stata oggi a pranzo . A primo impatto ho avuto il piacere sei accomodarmi e rimanerci . Eravamo 2 persone ,abbiamo ordinato 2 carbonara 1 tagliere di salume che comprendeva 2 fette di mortadella ,2 di crudo 2 di capicollo e 2 di salame Milano, 1 bottiglia di acqua, e 2 di coca cola ,ci è stato portato un cestino di pane x un totale di 80€ da sottolineare che la coca cola era calda ,ed è stata servita con ghiaccio. Non lo consiglio affatto , nn è tanto per il prezzo ,ma,per l'ambiente poco pulito,iniziando dalla polvere attaccata da per tutto in sala, e finendo nell autolette nn al massimo della pulizia .In tutto ció hanno aggiunto nel conto € 7 per il servizio .

Impossible to give 0 stars. Miniature portions for tourists. For Italians almost the double. Lasagne that looks like a small piece of food, taken from the baking tray corner, nothing in common with the normal square or rectangular servings. The owner in bad mood, the server with a particular sense of humour: "No, we do not serve tap water, although the water in the Roman mains is very, very good. You can drink water from fountains in the streets, not in a restaurant"!? In short, no value for lots of money. Left the place and went to another restaurant to finish the lunch.

The rude condescending tall waiter brought me rotten orange juice. Then he brought me and charged me for pineapple juice that I did not want. The pasta size was small and very oily with weird bacon on it. He added a tip to the bill but the service was slow and the waiter was rude. He would not give us tap water. We wanted to try pasta in Rome, but I wish we did not at this place.
