U-Terrace Bar & Restaurant

Amazing view. Well priced - for a roof top bar. Good cocktails & music. All outdoors, so good breeze but maybe a bit hot middle of the day, fantastic late arvo. Small good looking venue, Not over crowded. Overall, great venue. Much better than many other local roof top bars. Enter from side door on street and take lift to top floor.

The place is stunning, with breathtaking views, but the real highlight was the food. The small dishes were very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. You could taste the care and attention in every bite. We even said during dinner that we had to come back before our trip ends! We ordered 2 beers, 3 glasses of wine, and 6 dishes that fully satisfied us, and the total was just 85 euros! The atmosphere was fun and unique, with a DJ who really nailed it and deserves a shoutout! Without a doubt, one of the best spots we’ve been to on our trip!

It feels almost illegal to recommend places like the U-Terrace publicly, and give such a hidden gem away - but it’s also too good to gatekeep. The truth is, with views on most of the Rome, the loveliest service you can imagine and reasonably priced drinks, this might be the best rooftop in the city. Hovering above the busy city, it’s also located practically in the heart of Rome, making it an easily accessible treat you can spoil yourself with. Recommended wholeheartedly.

I had the chance to grab a last minute room at U-Visionary in April and it was such a blast! They sent me a lovely pdf upon arrival with all the features of the hotel such as flowers and prosecco wine to put in the room and we even have the chance to arrange for special tours for the Vatican museums. Once arrived everyone was so gentle and committed to our satisfaction, the porter helped us with our bags and made sure they were inside our room once ready. The receptionist (Frederico and Veleria) were so sweet and explained us all the unmissable paths through the city center and gave us a useful map to help us navigate the historical center. They even offer us a 20% discount to their restaurant outlets! They have an unmissable rooftop terrace on the 6th floor where i tasted a fantastic Negroni cocktail [爱心] the fantastic bartender Gianluca also suggested us to try their brand new segnature restaurant at ground floor "Clementino", which was the peak of our experience. WOW. Honestly, i had the chance to try a few local restaurants off the beaten path but Clementino was such a revelation! Everything looks amazing [色] from the vintage background music, to the elaborate but still down to earth roman dishes smells of passion and commitment in their job. Last but not least i cannot be more grateful to the incredibile hotel manager Giacomo...the day before the arrival we informed the hotel that we were coming for a surprise gift for a birthday and he quickly arranged for a special amenity on the rooftop with rose petals, romantic music (I asked for barry white sogns and barry white it was!), and made my boyfriend's day unforgettable! We cannot wait to book a triple room for the next year! See You very soon!

Découvert par hasard pendant mon voyage en Italie avec mon conjoint. Magnifique vue sur le rooftop vers les places phares de Rome (en particulier la Piazza Venezia). Des plats vraiment très bons et un accueil majestueux. Mention spéciale aux spaghettis qui étaient vraiment délicieuses 🇮🇹♥️

Abbiamo scelto questa meravigliosa terrazza per festeggiare il trentesimo compleanno del mio compagno ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. La terrazza con vista su Roma ha regalato un’atmosfera magica, perfetta per una serata speciale. L'atmosfera, i dettagli e la cura. Complimenti! Un ringraziamento speciale va a Lucilla, la Restaurant Manager, per la sua professionalità e gentilezza, e a tutto lo staff, in particolare Marco, Simone e Camilla che ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati dall’inizio alla fine della serata. Really great experience. Came here when rooftop was closed but Claudia let us go up anyway and enjoy the views. A big thank you to both Claudia and Camila for their hospitality and making our visit memorable. Highly recommend

Esperienza fantastica! La vista è spettacolare, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi un momento di tranquillità. L'ambiente è intimo e accogliente, fantastico il servizio, Simone, il cameriere che ci ha assistito, è stato impeccabile. Attento e professionale, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliato al 100% !!
