The atmosphere was great. Came here on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded. The food and the drinks were really good. I ordered the Jamaican Jamaican combo which came with oxtails and curry goat. For my drink, I got the Hennessy punch and that was amazing too. Chad the bartender and Elijah the bar back were fantastic and took good care of me.

Wow! What can I say? Pure excellence. Fantastic mango habanero wings, the best Jamacian calamari I've ever had. The food came fast and hot. Rum punch transported me to de island and the escovich fish and goat curry was fantastic.

My boyfriend and I visited Caribbean Soul on a Wednesday evening to enjoy dinner and the sunset. Before arriving, my boyfriend arranged that I be surprised with flowers and chocolates 30 minutes into our dinner. I learned that the servers were more than elated to do so which makes me deeply grateful. We really enjoyed the curry goat and rasta pasta, along with mango margaritas. All of the staff that we encountered seemed to really care about our date, our comfort & happiness that night. Having dinner into sunset was an amazing date night idea & we will be back to enjoy all the lovely ambiance that Caribbean Soul brings. 10/10 experience 🥰

This was an amazing spot. The food is phenomenal, and I mean phenomenal!!! It was not a party atmosphere as we'd usually like, but it may have been early when we arrived. But the service is ON Point. Great service, amazingly strong drinks, and the food is beyond amazing. We will definitely be returning.

The food was good. The service was good. However they have issues with seating. They're a bit overcrowded. I took a video of the 2 tables they put together to make an illusion of a larger table. One table was lower than the other with a damaged leg which made it tilt constantly. That made our cocktails spill multiple times with no compensation. Definitely not what I had in mind for my birthday dinner.

Nice little spot in Queens. the food was good I wish they had more variety, drinks are delicious! the rooftop has a nice ambiance. I will definitely come back in the summertime because even with the heating lamps and covered roof it was a little cold to sit out there in March.

Very pleasant experience, called at the last minute for a group of 12 and was accommodated. Sandy is very welcoming and personable and amazing multi tasker. Favorites- jerk salmon, fried snapper, strong back porridge, oxtail n grits, curry goat. Least favorite - fry chicken n waffles.

Visited Caribbean Soul around 4:30 p.m. and it wasn't busy which meant we were able to be seated and placed our order within a few minutes. The food didn't take long to come out and was hot and flavorful. We had the Esco Red Snapper with Rice and Peas and Vegetables and also a Combo plate which had Oxtail, Curry Goat, Fried Shrimp, Rice and Peas, Vegetables and Fried Plantains. I ordered a lemonade because I don't drink alcohol which was too sweet for my taste buds which made it my last favorite item. From the atmosphere of the space I can tell that it's a great place to be especially at night.

Popped in to celebrate a graduation! Very well decorated main dining area with a great set up, I noticed a private section in the front, I thought that was great, but decided to go 'rooftop' as the weary was perfect. We walked up a small flight of steps, opened the door to the nicest bar/ seating area, cozy, the vibes were right and when I looked right, there was that covered rooftop dining area that was absolutely perfect ( only to find out there was an EXTRA outdoor area... Love this place already!. Our server was Chris, nice guy... It seems that Mid week is a different crowd & with light staff, possibly the weekend is when it's fully staffed, we surely didn't mind any wait, as we were in good company. Drinks were made RIGHT!!! Rum punch, very tasty, Tito's & seltzer & finally Gin n seltzer with lemon... All made correctly.. our apps were bang bang shrimp & calamari and our main was the Salmon & a side of fried rice... All tasty served hot and presented well. I would definitely believe to come back to try brunch and maybe a night where there's a DJ & some dancing!

After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I decided to try Caribbean Soul, and I’m so glad I did. The service was excellent! I informed them about my flight, and they made sure everything came out in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. I originally ordered the escovitch snapper, but it tasted more like stew fish in a sweet and sour sauce, which was disappointing. However, my server was very understanding and let me replace my dish without any issues. I ended up getting the ackee and saltfish, and it was absolutely delicious! While my first dish wasn’t what I expected, the great service and the flavorful ackee and saltfish made up for it. I’ll definitely return to try more of their menu!

Called the day before to make reservations and inquire about the Father's Day menu. The employee was not very informative. She did not mention that the full menu was not in effect. She just stated that they would not be having brunch. I was turned off by her stating you must zelle $20 per person for a reservation of nine. I explained that I wanted an early seating of 12 noon, and she replied that we open at noon and don't take reservations until 12:30. After giving it thought, I said ok, I would like to reserve. I provided my name and number, and she agreed to send a link with zelle information, which I never received. I called back to inquire if that money was deducted from my bill at the end. The response was unclear. When we arrived, there was no reservation or name. Thankfully, there was plenty of seating. We all arrived on time. Our order was taken, and our food did not come until approximately 150 pm, and we ordered appetizers. I don't recommend the codfish fritters they are all dough and were undercooked. The food was tasty, but after the wait, my appetite was lost. We sat in the rooftop area, which was hot and has no view. We asked if the heat was on only because of a noise coming from an exhaust. Not to mention, I said 9 they set the table for 8. This was my first time. I may try again on a non holiday to compare food and service. If you read to the end, please like my comment.

I just watch my whole review got deleted lol. Anyways this would have gotten 5 stars if the food was good but I can’t say it was. We didn’t like our food very much. However, the waitress, ambiance, and drinks was very very good. We would definitely go back but not for the food. Most like it would be for the ambience and the drinks.

Presentation was amazing. Got the pineapple fried rice I would have preferred more rice it was skimpy FOR THE PRICE but it was delicious. My friend got the red snapper and rice w/peas, other friend got the salmon and she wanted veggies but got mashed potatoes. Everything tasted good. We drank the rum punch very good. The music and ambiance are nice we sat in the rooftop but the whole place was beautiful. Good date spot.

Awesome local location to dine and relax. At times the music can be a little too loud but it doesn't take away from The ambiance. The food options are very tasty and the drinks pack a great punch.

The food didn’t taste fresh. I went with a party of 11, and about four of us ordered the oxtail mac and cheese. Unfortunately, it had a strange flavor, almost like it had been premade days earlier and refrigerated. The taste was so off-putting that I couldn’t even finish my plate. I wish I had taken a picture even the cheese wasn’t properly melted. On the positive side, the drinks were good.
