Gallion’s is now my new favorite restaurant on 30A. Perfect for a date night, away from the kids since it’s an 18 and up establishment. The ambience is great, it feels like you enter into a beautiful steak house with a southern touch. The art on the wall changes every couple of minutes which is a nice touch. We were told by our server that it’s going to feature local artists in the area, can’t wait to come back and see that. The drinks were great! I really loved the private barrel smoked tequila old fashioned. It was a great twist to a classic drink that you don’t think you could make with tequila but Gallion’s delivered. The food was spectacular! We started with the ceviche which brought me back to my days in South America where ceviche was a staple. It was delightful, served with a thinly sliced green plantain on top. The scallops were perfectly cooked, they melt in your mouth. Honestly, I could eat them all day long. The crab cakes were delicious and full of meat. The 30 day dry aged bone in Ribeye is my favorite dinner entree, it’s 20oz, one can easily share with another person. It’s an absolute must! The dish is served with summer truffle potatoes that were heavenly. For dessert we ordered the carrot cake, which can easily be shared with four people, this was our favorite dessert out of the two that we tried. It was not too sweet, well balanced, moist, and served with caramel drizzle and caramel popcorn. We also tried the pistachio creme brûlée which was rich and creamy not too sweet with a crunchy layer of caramelized sugar on top, and a garnish of an apricot, a fig, and date.
I checked out the new kid on the Rosemary Beach restaurant block, and found it to be a wonderful addition to the 30A cuisine scene! This little gem of a fine-dining establishment, owned by the proprietors of Shunk Gulley, does not disappoint! The vibe is fancy, fun, and chill, and the decor is simple yet impressive! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please; Julia was our server and did a fabulous job! Manager Erin, along with Chef Tyler, are doing a fantastic job at getting this place off to a running start! I had the pasta dish, paired with a beautiful Cab Franc, recommended by Mark, who is the house Som, and a super nice guy! The presentation of my amazing dish, perfectly matched the fantastic flavors; absolutely delicious! The trendy and welcoming bar here is beautiful and well designed, run by craft cocktail masters, who are both talented and entertaining. If you are looking for a great night out, with great food and great service, look no further, especially if you like a wonderful date-night vibe!! I give this one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We celebrated our anniversary at Gallions and couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from the food (highly recommended the beet salad and key lime pie) to the service (thank you Anastasia). Our entrees were delicious, roasted grouper and steak (perfectly cooked). Dining outside on a beautiful evening was an added bonus.
I am a native of Miami/ Keys and know my seafood as well as fine dining, impeccable service and an attentive manager. Gallions was superb. I believe that my grouper may have been one of the top five I have had in 52 years. The cocktail claws were scrumptious as well. This restaurant fronts beautiful Barrett Square in the heart of Rosemary Beach. The holiday lights were gorgeous. We were here for a wedding weekend in Santa Rosa. We highly recommend this establishment!
My waitress Kimberly was wonderful! I ordered the 20oz bone in ribeye. The best way for me to describe it is this…if I needed to pick a last meal, this would be it! It paired so well with my Riesling. I ordered the carrot cake to go. I could do without the caramel corn, but the cake itself was fantastic! It had a subtle carrot cake without being overpowering.
LOVED! Wish we had more time to dine again but happy I experienced it. You can tell they care about their craft, client experience and their ambience. And that’s where I want to spend my hard earned $$! Service was beyond exceptional. Elena is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She gave us recommendations and knew the wine. She is the epitome of an A+ server. Food was delicious! Tried the butter candle - if you love bread and butter (who doesn’t?) you want this in your life. The butter is seasoned to taste heavenly and the bread is soft and crusty. It’s an experience in itself. Had to try the trendy fried deviled eggs. The bacon jam sets it off. Just try it if you like deviled eggs. Beyond traditional but you know, experience food! The snapper *chef’s kiss*! Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Melted in my mouth. I tried my friend’s crab cake (no filler, just delicious crab) and truffled mash potatoes. Yum! Her crème brûlée was also rich and light as it should be! Tried their cocktails and she gave me subs since I didn’t like grapefruit and it was perfect! Overall, Gallion’s is the best choice for upscale food and friendly service.
As a local, I love bringing friends to Gallion’s for a special dinner when they come to town. Service is impeccable (thank you Doina!) & so is the wine list. The crab claws (sautéed & blackened), butter candle, & Caesar salad are great. We also love the seasonal items. Pork chop & ravioli were delicious, but the best part of our meal is always the carrot cake! This is a must if you want a quality meal on your beach vacation.
Ate at the bar because didn't make a reservation. Service was friendly and attentive. Ordered the sautéed crab clause for appetizer, tuna with forbidden rice with bokchoy and my husband had the grouper special which was not impressive because the olive tapenade was extremely salty and gave no flavor to the dish. He should have ordered the snapper which is always delicious. Love Gallions!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gallion’s celebrating our anniversary. Stewart was incredibly helpful, he is an absolute gem! The atmosphere was beautiful and food was ridiculously delicious! The Butter Candle to start and the crème brûlée to finish are an absolute must! We will be back for sure!
I had such a great dinner at Gallion’s celebrating my bday. Incredible food and drinks! The service is top notch, the chef even came out to make sure everything was to our liking. The server Julia was the best she made sure my night was special and perfect! Will definitely be back every time I make it down to Rosemary!!
Absolutely fantastic! The truffle potatoes will be in my dreams until I can return. The lump of crab on top of the steak and the most flavorful béarnaise I’ve ever tasted. Perfection!! My husband had the Parmesan Crusted Red Snapper and I was truly impressed with this as well. I am not a seafood girly but I would not hesitate to order this next time. We ended the night with the key lime pie which was also phenomenal. Not so tart and definitely had something like a vanilla flavor that made it just that more brilliantly made. I was thoroughly pleased with every thing about this place. Feels fancy, could be dressed more casual if you wanted. Clean. Service was also excellent! Thank you Gallion’s for being one of my most favorite meals EVER!
Go to Gallions!! You won’t be disappointed!! We came in on a Wednesday Night with no reservation at 7pm. We were quoted 45 minute wait, and it was a little longer than that but we didn’t mind. We walked over to La Crema and got cocktails to go and then walked around town. Time passed quickly. Our waiter was Gil. He was extremely knowledge, fast, and efficient. Gave recommendations for dishes since it was our first time. Highly recommend every single dish our table of 4 got. The butter candle - just do it. This butter odd like nothing you’ve had before. Unreal. Crab claw appetizer - we got them blackened after Gil’s recommendation. SO GOOD. Entrees - our table had the Red Snapper, Delmonico, and the Double Bone-In Pork Chop. Incredible food. Truly. Gil recommended swapping the fingerling potatoes out for the truffle mashed potatoes on the red snapper and that was an excellent choice. It was delicious!! My husband said it was the best fish he’s ever had. The steak was huge and cooked to perfection with great seasoning. Way to go Gallion’s. You created fans for life!
My fiancé and I came to Gallion’s to celebrate my birthday. It was both our first time dining and we had a wonderful experience. Calum was our server and he was such a pleasure to chat with — a sharp young man with a great future ahead of him! All our praise to him and those at Gallion’s for an overall great dining experience! Bar staff was also lovely! We will be back 😊
This was a very romantic, intimate setting. The food was excellent and we will definitely revisit on our next trip to the region. The fried deviled eggs were unique but not the best dish on the menu. The red snapper in a white wine, cream sauce with capers was mouth watering. The beet salad was one of the best beet salads I have ever had.
Gallions isnt just a dining place, its an entire EXPERIENCE. We were graciously welcomed by the host and had the amazing honor to be seated at Anastasia’s table. Anastasia did a phenomenal job of guiding us through the menu and truly being a major part of our dining experience. My husband and I are not drinkers so we cant speak to that- however- the recommendations that Anastasia gave us were high quality! We started with the ceviche which was a refreshing start before our main entrées arrived. My husband had the special of the night (not on the menu) which was the blackened grouper and stone crab with truffled mashed potatoes, and I had the 30 day dry aged ribeye topped with herb butter and smoked whiskey shoyu jus, that was seared to absolute perfection, truffled mashed potatoes & broccolini. If you have a sweet tooth- do not hesitate to get the Carrot Cake. I am not much of a cake eater but I ate more bites of this and could not get enough! Im not sure how they do it but it is 7 layers of moist carrot cake with just the right amount cream cheese layering, topped with walnuts and caramel corn. Worth. Every. Bite. Thank you Anastasia for the amazing hospitality and for making our experience at Gallion’s one we will never forget! Will absolutely dine again and ask for Anastasia!
Gallions is the BEST! It offers the Best Food, Management, Servers, and Bar Tenders. Whatever our mood or celebration, Gallions goes above and beyond to make every visit special. It's always amazing, and each visit keeps us coming back and truly remains our favorite. As locals, sometimes we’ll walk in and have a glass of wine and their Famous carrot cake, especially if it's our third visit in a week!
We had a great time, we were sat at a high top in the bar area. we had to ask what the specials were or else our server probably wouldn’t have mentioned it to us but I think the bar area might just be a bit more casual than the main dining area. The food is incredible here, I love the espresso martini but our favorite was the smores martini!! My dad got the ahi tuna and was shocked at how much tuna he got for the price point- definitely happy about that. The tuna tacos were good and we LOVED the butter candle so much we ordered 2. This was my third time here and we’ll be back! Parking is difficult as it’s in the heart of Rosemary, there is no valet, if you can’t find parking in the main area you’d have to drive down the strip and it can get pretty far. They do not have a kids menu here. We had dessert here but you could also walk across the street to sugar shack for ice cream!

Perfect! I came here with my husband for my 21st birthday, and our server was Doina. She was also our server last October and even remembered us! Doina is awesome—she knows the menu inside and out and always checked in on us. She was very accommodating and made sure we were completely satisfied throughout our visit.
All the dishes were delicious, from the Quinua salad to the Grouper sandwich and the Fish tacos. The drinks were also excellent! The whole experience was very enjoyable because everyone was very accommodating. Reservations are recommended. One humble suggestion. We were celebrating a birthday, but no special detail was offered for the birthday person even though it was mentioned... not that we were expecting a free dessert, but at least a little candy or cookie... Next time!
This place was a pleasant surprise. I really had no clue what to expect from a food quality perspective and we were blown away. Everything we had was delicious, drinks were great, and getting a reservation wasn’t impossible. I would imagine it’s busier/ more difficult to visit during the heart of summer but worth a stop if you can get it.
This dining experience was truly one to remember! We started with the butter candle bread, which was phenomenal, and shared the “We Got the Beets” salad. So fresh and perfectly balanced with flavors that came together beautifully. For entrées, my husband ordered the 30-day aged ribeye with broccolini and mashed potatoes. He said it was one of the best steaks he’s ever had. I had the red snapper with mashed potatoes topped with crab, and it was absolutely incredible. To finish, we shared the crème brûlée, which was the perfect ending to a flawless meal. The service was outstanding! Our waiter, Harrison, was honest, friendly, and very attentive. The atmosphere was just right too, with low lighting and relaxed, elegant vibes. We spent a few days in the area celebrating my birthday, and this was the perfect “fancy” meal of the trip. Highly recommend Gallion’s for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Rosemary Beach!
Absolutely lovely. This is the best meal out we have had in a long time. From start to finish this was fantastic. Every aspect of our visit was faultless. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, professional and polite. The restaurant is very clean and chef Alex Villalobos is the best cook .
My wife and I had the privilege of eating here for our 1st wedding anniversary! Everything was outstanding from the atmosphere to the staff. Alex was our server and he was incredible. Very attentive and gave great suggestions. We had the pork chop and the red snapper, probably the best meal I’ve had in the area! We will definitely be back.
I really enjoyed my experience at this place! The food is really tasty, it's a small menu so what they do they seem to do really well. I can vouch for the lobster ravioli and the beet salad, both are delicious. I do wish they had a few more cocktails on the menu, a little disappointing in the overall selection of choices of cocktails though. Customer service is solid and the atmosphere was swanky enough. I recommend!

Exceptional Dining in Rosemary Beach – Vanessa is the Best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our dinner at Gallion’s was easily a 5-star experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming, but the service really made the night. Our bartender, Vanessa, was fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She really elevated the entire evening. The food and pairings were outstanding: * Delmonico Ribeye: Prepared a perfect medium-rare with a rich mushroom glaze. I paired this with an Athletic non-alcoholic IPA, and it was a great match for the savory steak. * Shrimp Scampi: My better half loved this dish. The shrimp were fresh and bright, paired perfectly with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. * Cobbler A La Mode: We split this for dessert, and it was the perfect finish. Warm, flavorful, and a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. It is clear why they have so many Wine Spectator Awards on the wall; their attention to detail in both the kitchen and the bar is top-tier. Cannot say enough good things about Gallion’s! From the service to the food to the atmosphere - they did it all! Caleb was a great server. He was fun, energetic, and made great recommendations. Still thinking about the sautéed Blue Crab Claws.

Our family loved our lunch experience here. The staff was wonderful. From the hostess, to the kitchen team can’t say enough about them. Our food was good and fresh. Everything came out together. Even our picky eater loved her chicken sandwich. Which says a lot. It was a great place to get out of the humidity and enjoy a calm lunch as a family. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

My husband and I stopped in for some drinks and appetizers while on vacation last week, and this was one of the highlights of our trip! The bartender, Zack, recommended the crab claws. We had never had them before, and they were to die for! His espresso martini’s were the cherry on top of a great experience. We will definitely be going back on our next trip!
Tried this restaurant on a last minute evening trip to the area and it did not disappoint! We were able to make reservations for the evening just a few hours before with no issue. Our server, Caleb, was very pleasant and helpful with the menu. We loved the food, all of it was phenomenal - red snapper & ahi tuna + creme brûlée for dessert! Beautiful atmosphere inside and out with a great location.

Food was good, Tuna dip with the jalapeno jam was our favorite it was soooo delicious. Anastasia was such a delightful waitress. She was knowlegable and attentive we look forward to visiting next time we are in town.

This has been the absolute best service I’ve ever experienced. Joy was amazing and SO was maggie. We waited 5 min for our reservation (they were so busy and we had made a last min reservation it was not their fault) and they treated us like princesses!! It was my grandmothers bday and they created the most special and sweet atmosphere for her special day! Lastly, the food was AMAZING. The best redfish I’ve EVER had. Thank you maggie for the recommendation on getting the redfish with the mashed potatoes! PS the bathrooms are so nice too!

Have enjoyed dining at Gallions for both lunch and dinner while staying in Rosemary Beach. It is a local favorite spot as well as a must try for thise vacationing. Menu offers something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the red snapper, grouper and also blackened shrimp tacos. Service is wonderful, especially Kevin. Be prepared to wait for table but it is well worth it. Dine outdoors or in. Parking is problematic throughout Rosemary Beach. Walk if you are staying in the area. Atmosphere feels best suited for adults or families who watch out for their children. Popular bridal party spot.
Maggie is the best! She took amazing care of us several nights in a row. We specifically came to Gallion’s for every happy hour just to see her. She always had a smile on her face and was always in the best mood. Maggie is one of a kind!

Our dinner at Gallions was delicious! Our waiter Caleb was amazing: attentive to allergy needs within our group and attentive service all around. I’m a very basic eater and enjoyed the chicken entree. Didn’t love the basil blackberry margarita, but the rest of our experience balanced that out. A great place for a girls night out or date night!

We came here for our 25th anniversary and we were so satisfied with our choice of restaurant!! The food was amazing and the service was phenomenal. We ordered the sautéed crab claws as an appetizer..tasted amazing! Our entrees were the red snapper and the grouper special, and finished with the melt in your mouth key lime pie and the crème brûlée. Our meals were fantastic, and the key lime pie was probably the BEST I’ve ever had. Caleb took care of us and we couldn’t have asked for a better server. We will definitely be back!!

Had a wonderful dinner at Gallion’s. We weren’t planning on going but received a gift card from a family member. The staff was very kind to fit in a reservation for us in. Friday night. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and made the right recommendations. Loved the blue crab claws appetizer, highly recommended. The red snapper was our favorite entree. It should be served Mike’s way on the menu as the whipped potatoes are to die for. The grouper special with succotash had delicate balance of flavors. The portions are very generous and we couldn’t finish it all. We will be back next time!
We had the best experience at Gallion's! Camden was our server - one of the best that we've ever had! Friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and timed everything perfectly. We started with the smoked fish dip - it was so good, do not miss out on it! We shared a grilled grouper sandwich - perfect balance of toppings, a soft delicious bun and the tomato bisque soup. Definitely will return.
Llegamos justo a la hora de Happy Hour, pedimos dos tragos Paloma y Margarita, estaban muy ricos y refrescante, también nos deleitamos con el menú qué ofrecían para el momento, un Chicken Sandwich con salad...la cual me encantó, una Bourbon Burger, con doble carne y papas fritas, buena, y mi amiga pidió un Smoked Fish Dip..., el ambiente y la música de fondo muy agradable.
Exelente opción para cenar o almorzar en Rosmary. Exelente atención (Marcelo muy dispuesto y habla español) y los demás camareros exelentes! Muy buena comida, ambientación, atención y precios acordes. Muy muy recomendable!!

We went here during happy hour and sat at the bar. The establishment was clean but clearly in a down time between lunch and dinner. We got some buffalo trace drinks that were ok and a charcuterie board. The food was great! Our bartender appeared checked out and talked more to his coworkers than anything. We have heard great things about their dinners, so we will be back.
Service was very slow, and the waiter forgot 3 of the guests' drinks and had to be reminded. Two of the same orders came out, and one guests food had been forgotten. Two meals came out with cheese after specifically requesting dairy free entrees! Tje Shishito peppers were amazing! The ambiance in the bar area was lovely, and the cocktails were all very good, as well as all the local beer!
This place was excellent! It had amazing food, great service, huge selection of wine (over 400 bottles) and the atmosphere was fantastic! My only gripe is the risotto was not very good, pretty undercooked, the steak was perfect and the chicken was lovely! I wish I would have stuck with potatoes!! The bread candle was beyond yummy too!
It was our first visit to Rosemary Beach, and Gallion’s came highly recommended, so we were excited to try it. Unfortunately, our dining experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. We started with two appetizers: the crab cake and the shishito peppers. The peppers were a standout—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and not overly spicy. The crab cake, however, was just average. For entrées, my wife ordered the red snapper, which was decent but not memorable. I had the Delmonico steak, and that was the biggest disappointment of the evening. The meat was tough, and for the cost, I expected a higher-quality cut meat. Overall, while the atmosphere and service were good, the food didn’t justify the price for us.
Really nice place! We stopped in during Happy Hour and the bar area was pretty full. They offer $8 house wine and a few other discounts. I opted out for Willamette Valley Wine (wine snob) and my hub had a smoky old fashion. Prompt service, very clean and enjoyable stop on our way back to P-cola Beach. Recommend.
Our starters were really good! So we were expecting the main to be just as good! We had the butter candle and fried devilled eggs. Our mains were steaks, the steaks were $70+ dollars each, the flavour and quality of the steaks weren’t $70. Slightly disappointed, but the atmosphere and service was good!
While on vacation we ate at many high end restaurants. Gallion's was the least favorite, the food just did not compare to other places such as Pescado, Collage (in St. Augustine), Juno and the Peacock (St. Petersburg)... Good service but not a satisfying eating experience. Sad to spend $175 for two on dinner and not be pleased with it.
The location, atmosphere, literally everything including the reviews of this place are amazing. We sat outside on a gorgeous, hot, November evening. We started with the crab cake, which was sadly bland, I had high hopes, however.... Biting into my first taste of the Halibut Special last night and getting CRUNCHY beans was disgusting. The sauces were noteworthy as well, mine was supposed to be a burre blanc but tasted like baked beans, I can't be 100% sure of what it was supposed to taste like because my server went through the specials so quickly and there was a language barrier?? My husband's carrots were so hard and cold you had to pick them up and take a bite... He had the grouper(again, the fish itself was good, but the accoutrements were actually gross) It was funny, and embarrassing. The truffle mashed potatoes were watery and grainy, if there was truffle in them my pallet couldn't find it, or the salt for that matter. The fish itself was cooked perfectly and as fresh as possible but I just cannot be satisfied with the price and quality of my meal when factoring in taste. Having fresh fish is not an accomplishment in this area, so I'm not sure what else they have going for them... So $220 later we ate smoked tuna dip out of the fridge after we got back because we were still hungry... The drinks are great!!
My husband and I ate here for our first wedding anniversary. Our service felt very rushed (we received our appetizers about 30 seconds after ordering). Once we ordered, we never saw our waitress again. It felt like they wanted us out of the restaurant as quickly as possible, even though they were not full. The service and experience did not meet our expectations at all.
Wow, where do I start? I'm quite disappointed and heard about the hype went with High Hopes. I initiated good conversation in pleasantry with Camden our server. Unfortunately, he did not give us much attention, which disappeared for 20 minutes, rarely checked on us. Empty glasses of water. We were sitting outside, and obviously, with 90 + temperatures, we could have used some water... I think he must have forgot to put our order in or something? I imagine it was 30 plus minutes then I asked the very nice receptionist a young lady from Jamaica with glasses who is about the only positive thing at this restaurant. After we went and voiced our concerns to her and requested water this guy, and had a frantic look that our food was on the way. The food came out not long after it so we think he forgot to turn in our order they were not that busy. This guy within 5 minutes of bringing us our check even forgot to bring me a go water... the very sweet young lady who is our receptionist got his tip. Very disappointed.... we are not demanding an easy good customers who often tip 25%. This was just an unpleasant experience, and sadly we will not be going here again nor entertaining clients here.
