Overall a great pickup experience

The pizza was prepared very quickly and was to my liking. I would recommend ordering from them but keep in mind that they don't even have a clue whether they deliver or not to my address so i had to go pick it up.

There is a wait some times told me 20 mins got there to pick up my pizza 30 mins instead of 20 mins and my pizza wasn't even ready

My grandma used to always order this for us. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Not sponsored but like you can get an any size pizza and toppings for just 10.99 right now. I got a large hand tossed pizza with chicken, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, pineapple, four cheese, and feta. The pizza was not greasy, had a bright tomato sauce with pops of sweetness from the pineapple, and plenty of savory meats. They did forget to put on my mushrooms tho and I wish they put more garlic butter on the crust. I had some leftover butter chicken from curry time and did the viral butter chicken and pizza combo and MNM. The creamy velvety curry with the yummy pizza. Pure deliciousity. This place is still pretty good. Paid $12.06

We have ordered for delivery several times from the website. Never called, never spoke to anyone except drivers. They have always been prompt and professional. Food has been consistently fine. Hey, it's a chain. Just be sure to double check the order immediately.

I've never had many problems with this place before, until tonight, where they didn't provide me with an item I ordered but still charged me for it.

I called more then three time no one picks up then when someone finally picks up there rude no help and killed my appetite and then ur on hold for 10 mins or long ... P.S Dominos .. try hiring people that at lest try to care about there job .. I will never be ordering from this dominos again

My garden salad was wilted. Refrigeration too high, left too long or laid next to hot food. Not a good taste

I order a pizza about one or twice a month and I always have the exact change and tip ready when it is delivered, no stumbling for change or search for a credit card. A apologetic call from the shop manager along with a hot replacement pizza should be in order. I am only a block away from the store.

Reason why I chose this pizza place is because it is close to home. Now I can understand that my last two orders either they forgot a dippin sauce for the wings or cinnamin stixs but this time got me more fumed tonight. After I placed my order online, I saw the bar was at the QA part so I started to head down to the store. Seems they didn't even put the pizzas and chicken in yet so I had to wait like 20 minutes while the girl in front were busy chit chat to 4 other workers in the kitchen. When I finally got my pizzas, there were only two pizzas instead of 3 that I ordered. The girl insisted that I only ordered 2 and went back doing her thing without even checking the computer. Lucky I took a picture of the order page on my phone before I came and showed it to her. Even then she found it hard to believe and I had to wait for my third pizza. They need to fix up this place and have to do something to really have me go back there again. Gave you guys three chances and all three times it was not right.

Very rude manager named Maria. She has poor customer services skills and a really bad attitude. Pizza was not cooked or cut properly and it took one hour and forty-five minutes to receive. Please do not order pizza from here.

bad service they shpould take care of costumers and not help people that are in trubles because they will put them in a non bissnes situation and their life will be in danger not just them but other costumers as well

I ordered a hand pan crust pizza or what ever it is and it was not baked,the toppings where scattered all over the box,bitting into it was like bitting into raw dough,called to let them know and the guy I belive his name was Zack felt it was funny the US Army Infanty in me wanted to go down a press the issue but I rather just take the 35$ I wasted for delivery pizza and brownies as a life lesson not to ever buy there again,but before anything else I wanted to let the public know DO NOT BUY PIZZA FROM HERE ITS TRASH ALONG WITH THERE CUSTOM SERVICE !!!

Domino's #7791 very bad service , i was in cure side pick up waiting over 30min than the expect time is show on my phone. i was like maybe is very busy is ok.. but i found out when i go in talk to them , my order was just sit in the cold metal rack ... so disappoint, i was so mad just take my order and left.. later I found out my order was short a pizza ,make me even more mad .. so i call them back try to talk to some 1 , they pick up and put me on hold almost an hours...order number 664...i dont know still able to claim my lost pizza or not .. so sad

Bad customer service, I call 7:15 p.m to order. And the pass 1 hr. 8:20 p.m the not here. I call to the store, and the manager melina...she say it's to busy.. and she say Dominos pizza the don't have the law if you pizza the not here 30 min.or 45 min. It's free. And she don't say sorry, none.. I ask for name and last name..and she not professional, she don't want to givme the last name. My pizza it's here...8:27 p.m bad. When you manager you need to professional.. She full name is MELINA PAD. BAD MANAGER.

Horrible service my delivery took 3 hrs and my pizza was cold I called to ask for a refund and a guy said not my problem call on Tuesday when my boss is here and hung on me

I ordered food for delivery and I waited over 1 HOUR. When I called the store phone to see what happened they did not answer..I then called 8 times and no one picked up! Then 10 minutes later the driver called me to come get my food so I did and when I opened my food it was burned and had oil rolling off the top! I was disgusted, disappointed and this was unacceptable!

This location has very poor customer service the guys answer the calls are really poor service and very rude. If you don’t like your job find another one. Some one should teach them how customer service works

I order online to don’t wait there, they put the wrong ingredients to one of my pizzas and still have to wait.

Called to order a pizza around 10:00 pm one day. At 11:30 the pizza still was not delivered. I made a call to ask if the pizza ever got delivered, the girl who answered the phone has me on hold for about 7 minutes, then she hung up, When I tried to call back numerous times nobody answered. By this time it was too late to drive over there, by the time I would have gotten there, they would have been closed.

Been to this Domino’s many times before but this is the 1st time I have been disappointed. They were out of plates and napkins. There must be a mushroom shortage because my pepperoni and mushroom pizza must have had 6 pieces on the whole pizza. Very disappointed

My brother ordered a pizza for me from texas and they didnt give it to me because credit card holder wasnt present . Last week i ordered pizza for him and no issues...... This really sucks

Every time I order is ether 50min to 1hr wait. their was time when I have to wait 1hr35min for my pizza. I don’t know why! Maybe Hiring some more part time for the rush hour.

Pizza and wings were great but bad customer service. I went to pick up my order and there was five workers who looked at me and didn't bother to help until a manager asked them too. I would've been standing there for a while if it was not for the manager.

Worst Dominos ever! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! And its sad, cause my first job was at Dominos. They always mess something up. The last time was the last straw. The driver didn't even make an attempt to complete the delivery cause my little dog was outside. And the worst part is, i ordered online and the driver said my order was complete, and i never even received it. And my wifes card was charged for it. So i called to explain to them that i never received my order. The manager automatically got all offensive and rude. And didn't even speak proper english to top it off. So when my order finally did arrive. The dumbass delivery driver said i needed the card. Which by the way is on file in our online account. And i explained to him that i ordered before without having to show the card, and our card had already been charged. So he called his idiot manager to get approval, and he denied my order. And my 2 kids were left to stay hungry. So I immediately ordered from Puzza Hut. And thank god they're professional. My order was on time and i didnt need to show the card. The only reason I gave 1 star is cause thats the lowest rating you can give....

It also was missing bell pepper toppings. The bbq chickem sauce was non existent. They drizzle it on top instead of slapping it on as the base sauce like we are used to (the one in Altadena does it this way and it is delicious). When we found out the toppings were missing, we tried calling but the phone just rang and rang and rang. We tried for about 15min. Unfortunately we had to go back home to Pasadena so we couldn't stop by in person to point out the discrepancies. We will NOT be ordering from here again. The employees need better training on preparing pizzas.

So I headed back to first store and called the store where the guy answered and I told him my situation where he said ‘ma’am I just clocked in so idk”. Picked up pizza and of course it was cold but not risking them redo it. There were 3 people working at that store and can’t even take the initiative to check my order the first time. I will not be returning to this store and wouldn’t recommend it either!

My son and I placed orders online for carryout. I ordered pizza and wings and he ordered the same at about 1pm. I chose to pay for my order in store and my son prepaid for his order. Anyhow, we were notified via email that our orders were ready for pickup by 145pm. I didn't walk in to pick up both orders until almost 255pm. A whole two hours after we had ordered online and more than one hour after we were notified. When I walked in 255pm my order was ready with no issues. However, my son's order which was one thin crust pizza, wings, and a 2 liter of soda was not ready!!! A whole 2 hours after we initially ordered and 1 hour after the notification that our order was ready. So, I had to ask what happen? There was a young male behind the counter and his response was, "I don't know?" ... Anyhow, I ended up waiting a whole hour just to get the wings for that order. Also, the pizza for that order was not fresh. It's obvious that it had been sitting there for a while. Furthermore, instead of getting the actual mango habanero wings that my son had originally ordered we were offered regular hot wings. We took them because it had already been 3 hours since we placed our order and we were just tired of waiting. In closing, I understand that things happen but there's got to be a better way of doing things...
