Had a lot of fun and always wanting to go here. Perfect stimulation for anyone and great date idea too. The reward is small but it memorable.

Darnell is the reason we’ll come back here. He was helpful and kind. When he saw me waiting looking for help, he happened to be walking by and asked me if he could assist me. I told him a machine wasn’t working and he immediately walked over work me and fixed it. He also encouraged me to have fun. His customer service was fantastic. The games are in great condition. Knocked off a star because the bar service took too long and there wasn’t even half the capacity at the bar. We just wanted to order one beer so we could keep playing games. Overall though if all the employees had Darnell’s attitude, everyone would be guaranteed a good time here.

GiGi was our server and I love ❤️ her.... it was my first time there we were with kids(a bunch of em) she made sure we were good 👍 came 2 check a few times and food was good.

My family and I really enjoy visiting this location of Dave & Buster's. The food is always delicious,, servers and staff are kind and helpful, and games are well maintained. D&B's can be expensive no matter what, but this is a favorite splurge.

Had an amazing experience came in for my son’s 7th birthday with a party of 8 my waitress Angela was great was very attentive and helpful. Food was great and came out in a Timely manner. Fun games we purchased the way and play combos and had a blast and the manager Trish came by and made sure everything was going smooth will definitely be back and recommend coming Wednesday’s when they have half off games!

Dave & Buster’s delivers exactly what it promises: good food and tons of fun! The atmosphere is energetic, and there’s a great mix of dining and entertainment. The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to our server, Vernon—he was amazing! Very knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. His service truly elevated the experience. The games are a blast with plenty of variety for all ages. Whether you’re into arcade classics or modern interactive games, there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend for an out with friends or family!

This place is pretty fun for the whole family. The food is decent also. The game play is pretty expensive, so we. Do not go unless we have a coupon or Groupon to make it more affordable. They do have some specials from time to time so watch for those on the website. Parking is free and abundant so that makes going here very easy. Overall, I recommend this place for a decent meal, fun games, and a good family activity.

Staff was friendly and the setup to watch football was great. Always appreciate their deals on food and play cards. Plus it was wondeful to take my little one there for the first time to see an arcade. Only downside was the photo booth machine had an error when taking a group photo and we were out a few bucks. Even with that, I'm looking forward to another trip soon.

I attended a staff outing here with my team. The staff at this location were great! Very timely, helpful, and professional. We will be back again for another team builder.

Have not eaten at this location yet. The games are fantastic and if you go during the week or Sundays it's half price games!!!! Best.

We had a pretty chill night here (age range 22-30 yo)! The service was extremely slow but I was not there for having a fine dining experience anyways. The bartenders were fairly fast and polite knowing we went there on a UFC fight night. food was affordable and good quality for the price! The price for the games was meh. overall worth it though… we spent around 120$ to play for like an hour for 4 people.

We took a few kids here for a couple hours and goes without saying the kids had a blast. We did not eat just played games, but overall it was fun with a ton of games but the money goes quickly in places like this (games could be lower credits). The adults did the VR which was actually really fun. The staff was nice and helpful next time we will try and eat to see how the food is.

Decent amount of games but don't expect anything remotely old school. But they do have Halo Fireteam Raven, Mario Kart, and plenty of on rails shooting games. I went during the day when it was less crowded, but the amount of seating doesn't match the amount of games available and I can see this being an annoying issue during peak hours.

Great places for teens and adults to hangout or celebrate any occasion. The food menu has expanded! Our party ordered appetizers with wings and I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich! The food was delicious! Only complaint is they don’t allow splitting the check and it was a bit loud for conversing while eating at the table. I’m sure this is the best place to watch any games because the TVs were massive! Great music and atmosphere for parties!

Loud but fun place. We tried fish and chips and honey bbq chicken, both were very tasty! 10 minutes is too long for first contact with the customer waiting at the bar if only to say hello and will be right with you...

We visited on a Saturday with a party of 6 people. It was very busy but not overbarring. I recommend reserving a table on their company website. I found that they typically give out a 45 minute wait time to everyone, however I noticed that there were many empty tables. I figure they do this so people enjoy the games first and eat after. While I was there I reserved a table online and it was within the next 15 minutes. The food was good quality for the prices. Our food bill was $150 for six people including drinks and 1 alcoholic beverage.

First walked in and got service right away. The host was very nice and friendly. We got our cards to play the games. Then we sat down for dinner. Most of the food was good. My son's wings were HORRIBLE. We sent them back and he got them remade. This time they came out and we're very good. Kids had a blast playing the games. The connect 4 basketball games was our favorite. Great place to go if you don't mind spending the money.

Fun place but so many areas it improve on! Poor quality food for the price. Over priced drinks. Games are ok but staff to help with card service are hit or miss.(spent $150 on a platinum card just to have it not to work almost every time I’m there.)

Ok, so firstly, go for the games, not the food or service, because the games were good. However, the service was slow, and the food probably would have been better hot. Our food came out before the drinks, and the chicken was getting cold. Cocktails weren’t great, stock with beer and games.

I recently visited Dave & Buster’s in Rosemont with a group of four adults on a Sunday. The venue was bustling with families, creating a lively atmosphere. Purchasing game cards was somewhat confusing due to the various options and the non-standard credit pricing for games, such as 8.9 or 11.3 credits per play. This pricing structure seemed designed to encourage additional spending, reminiscent of typical carnival practices. When we decided to have a snack, we were directed to the host and informed of a 90-minute wait, despite observing that half of the dining area was unoccupied. This experience suggests that making a reservation in advance might be advisable. Additionally, some games malfunctioned during our visit, and staff responses were limited to stating they would have someone look into it, without offering credits or compensation for the inconvenience. The highlight of our visit was the video game room, which requires a reservation and offers timed slots. This engaging activity provided a fun and physically active experience for our group. This Dave & Busters location is a mediocre time out with friends.. they dont have much of a selection of fun games, the food/cooks are pretty bad minus the bar food they have. Cocktails are made terribly as well. Despite some of the food looking good in the pictures, you cannot tell how badly its cooked and oversalted. Ive seen newer gaming lounges and other arcade/fun places that make this feel so obsolete and outdated. The games cost alot and before you know it, you've ran out of credits to play. Some of the machines/games dont work as well. There are just better options when it comes to stuff like this.. like Main Event or Ignite Gaming Lounge.

D&B has made a change, as the front desk has been replaced with self-serve kiosks. I had a $20 coupon with clear instructions to go to the front desk attendant which was difficult to get help from. The new digital format was rather confusing and explained in haste. It was very frustrating that the staff member was helping another guest even though I was there first. Despite that, once the card and coupon was created I was very happy that the same games my son enjoyed were still there. D&B has a wide variety of age appropriate games for children 10 and under and many different options for prizes as well.

Was a great atmosphere but the service was slow and lackluster. We waited 10 minutes after we got out table to even get a drink order taken then waited another 5 minutes to get the drinks. This was on a Monday at 5PM. Food came out and was very good, but never got a drink refill. Then waited for every to pay bill.

Fun place to spend a couple of hours BUT bring back the coat room. No one wants to walk around holding their coats 🙄.. there should ALWAYS be someone at the front to answer any questions when purchasing chips.. why did I have to walk around looking for a staff member

It is a sports bar and has a very large game room. A lot of the games did not work properly. Our food was ok. We had smash burgers(were okay) and fries, salmon(sauted and not so good) and fries and fried fish(tasted good but they served with garlic mayo and it was cold) and fries. Our server was not available most of the time we were there.

I got two (non alcoholic fountain drinks) and it ran me $12, which already was quite awkward. The bar tender was attentive but since he was alone it took a good amount of time for him to pour the drinks. The game selection was very small compared to other arcades. Most of the games were also broken, buttons over registering actions or certain parts not even being screwed in. The night was fun enough but for how much we paid, there’s better arcades that will run you the same price with 3x the experience. I’ll be passing on this location next time.

So went to this location for dinner with some friends. We ordered our food and waited. 45 minutes go by with 4 of the six meals delivered. My girlfriend and i continued to wait longer for our food. She ordered the dave and busters bacon burger and I ordered the philly cheese steak. Everyone ordered other sandwiches. The waitress we had kept saying she was checking on it and ultimately stop showing up altogether. During our wait i saw 2 tables get seated, ate and left before receiving our food. I finally had enough and my girlfriend who is a type 1 diabetic was starting to feel her numbers drop. When our food came mine was dry and there was no cheese on it and her burger which she ordered medium rare was raw. Long story short the managers were amazing at fixing the issue. Then we went to play the games. Most of them were broken. Will not be returning to that location.

Went on a Wednesday for the half priced games. Overall it was not terrible, but it honestly felt like no one was actually working there. When we walked in, there was no one to help us get started with the deal, just large touch screens to select everything ourselves. I purchased the Eat and Play option, but then had no idea where to go to get a table. We saw the host stand and walked over, but there were no employees there. On the way, we passed two employees who were standing together, both on their phones, not helping anyone. We waited at the host stand for about five to eight minutes with no acknowledgment. A security guard was walking around, also on his phone. The same two employees we passed earlier could clearly see us waiting and continued looking at their phones. This became a pattern throughout the visit. Nearly every employee we saw or interacted with, aside from the bartenders, seemed to be standing around on their phone rather than assisting guests. Eventually one of those employees came over and seated us. We were excited for the wings and happy hour drinks, but after being seated we waited about fifteen minutes with no one coming to take our order. Our server was nowhere to be found. We were seated right next to the host stand, and again saw employees lingering nearby on their phones without checking on us, even after making eye contact multiple times. After waiting long enough, we finally went up to the bar ourselves. The bartenders were the only people who appeared to be working. There were two of them, and they were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. We asked where we were supposed to order, and the bartender said she would take care of us even though she was not our server. She took our drink and food order and told us our server would be out shortly, but that never happened. The bartender ended up bringing both our drinks and food, which were very good and came out quickly once actually ordered. About halfway through our meal, our server finally appeared. Trying to leave was another challenge. Our server kept disappearing, and we could not find anyone to ask for the check. After fifteen to twenty minutes of waiting and looking for help, our server returned. Because no one had explained the process earlier, our order had been entered incorrectly for the Eat and Play deal. After handing over our card, we then had to wait another ten minutes while they sorted it out. This was genuinely one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I have had. The bartenders were great and did their best to help, but the rest of the service felt disorganized and inattentive, with too many employees focused on their phones instead of the guests.

While the food was good and the server was kind, the level of service from all of the staff was highly unprofessional and lackluster. The server forgot our appetizer until we reminded him multiple times, he forgot the specifications on our order and had to remake the food, and then tried to double-charge us until I checked the receipt. In addition, the food runners had no idea where they were supposed to bring the food. Multiple times incorrect food items were brought to our table and other tables as well. Please train your staff better.

Had a group for me nephews birthday party, got told we only had 55 minutes to order and eat because there was a Superbowl event going on. We agreed food arrived 65 minutes later and they tried to rush us. Tried charging us the mandatory gratuity on the game play cards and card activation fees. Brought us some wrong food and got mad when no ones claimed the wrong dish. Food was Luke warm. Should have gone to a different location.

From the moment we walked in the door the vibe was just a little off, walked up to what I believe to be the manager over the bar she was wearing a brown coat. I asked her if I could get a table for two she kind of rudely redirected me to the host who is on the other side of the bar, but was not very visible because she mostly had her face in her phone We go over to the hostess she’s like can I help you? Can we get a table for two and she was more or less encouraging that we should go to the bar but we preferred a table and like she kinda had an attitude about that She sits us next to this party that’s twice the side of ours and completely loud and obnoxious speaking loudly in another language Uttering lots of profanities, we order our food. My wife food comes first my food comes super late like after like 45 mins And they brought the completely wrong order. They brought chicken Parmesan and I had ordered the Cajun shrimp. I pointed out that they had billed me for the food that we had not ordered. It was greeted by an attitude the original set of silverware that we were given were very dirty as were the plates when we asked for new silverware and for new plates it was greeted with an attitude. Basically for all of our inconveniences and bringing the wrong plates of food and trying to charge us for those mistakes, nothing was really much done and that’s why I’m giving the Feedback that I’m giving typically when establishments make a mistake. They tend to do something to make up for that rectify the repeated concerns issues, but it seemed like those that were on duty when I was there had authority to do nothing a title with no power.

Literally sitting here at a bar for the past 20 min everyone is just passing by no ones offering to take my order even after I raise my hand, i just want a darn beer. Terrible service or just racist towards asian people idk. What a shame. Two guys on my left and right got served drinks and food. One server asked the guy next to me if theyre good. And im right next to this dude. Im straight up ignored. I was pissed so i left the bar, but I was here for a kids birthday party so im stuck here. A few minutes later i came back and literally had to walk around to chase a server and call them to finally get their attention. This is the worst bar experience ive ever had. They’re not even that busy.

I didn't come here with any expectations on the food side because it is an arcade after all. The grilled chicken ceasar salad bowl was the nastiest, most rushed dish I've ever ate. They threw all the toppings in a bowl, 1/10. The drinks was very watered down. I don't understand the point of a full bar if you're not going to at least make decent drinks…they really tried with their cantina chicken nachos but just no. The chicken meat was fake, like it came out of a can. How can you price a nacho $16.00 and don't at least actually grill the chicken. The food and drinks pissed me off, so I didn't play any games which is what I should have done. 3/10. I wouldn't suggest going for food and drinks, just go to play games.

So this was my very first time at D&B. My wife is a manager at one of the locations near this one. I'm planning on having a holiday party here for my pers from my job so she won't me to try the food and service before I commit. The for was ok. Not as hot and fresh as I expected. The bar tender was amazing great customer service. But when my wife tried to get her Manager card to work so she could play some games she had to speak with a manager. The manager was very dismissive. And didn't try to help resolve the problem with her manager card from her D&B store. I wish we had a better experience.

(12/19/25 Update: 5 days and still no answer from GM on a refund of the duplicate charge!!) After attempting 3 times to contact them, you only get an answering service, no one local to help, I am having to move to disputing the duplicate charge they did on my card that could have easily just been voided by the manager on property. You cant get anyone on property to talk to and now I will be out $173.50 for how long to wait for dispute case to settle!? Ridiculous.

Today my family and I went here. The games are great but when we went to get a table wait was 45 minutes actually was more then that lol. The table waitor was everywhere not attenive nor cared it showed. He (Fabio waiter) did not get the order right nor checked if we needed anything the worst service Ever! Now first we ordered appetizer beef nachos he he brought chicken. The chicken Philly was to salty. I dont know what happen to this location 😕 I rate it F! . Not worth what I paid for this visit. People if your looking place play games it good. Don't stay for the food not worth it. There are much better places that have waiters that attend customer with proper service. Not one manager passed by the table either change your ways before this place closes Down! I contacted this number given below. I was told I would receive a call by manager with in 24-48 hours. No one has called snd its been over five days no call back.

This is the second time we have tried this location. The first time was two years ago, we stayed at a nearby hotel and were flying out early the next day. The service was super slow but but staff was friendly. The food was ok. Tonight we are flying out early again and figured we would give them another chance. On top of charging our groups 20% tip (we tip more for good service less for the service we received), refusing to split the check, taking over an hour to get our food. Three of the orders were wrong, one person in our group ordered a salad and received it 10 minutes after everyone else had gotten their food. Our group will not be back and it’s sad because we like the ability to watch several sporting events and have a beer before our flights. They have a great concept but need better staff and it would explain why the restaurant side was only about half filled on a Saturday evening

Would only recommend this location strictly for the arcade aspect. Food here was mediocre at best with their drinks like the Rita’s being quite plain and watered down. Menus were filthy covered in sticky staines all over. Our server, Margarita, forgot our order and had to come back after 8 minutes to retake it, after they brought our food it took another roughly 15 minutes before she remembered to bring a simple Diet Coke. She was simply not courteous at all or attentive to our table. When it came time to paying the bill we were left unsatisfied with the service and were going to leave only a 10% tip; only to have Margarita stand by and watch us the entire time and grabbing the device which we were paying on and clicking on the tip percentage herself saying since we were a party of 7 we were forced to leave a roughly 23% tip for the terrible service we experienced. Would recommend trying your best to avoid this location if not strictly visiting for the arcade.

Waiter brought out breaded shrimp instead of grilled shrimp. If you’re hungry, order multiple orders because these are micro shrimp… 7. Veggie Bean Burger patty smelled like meat so was probably cooked on an unclean grille… be careful vegetarians and vegans! 8. No mustard at the table. Ketsup is hidden under the menus if you’re looking for it… 9. No drink refills 10. The restroom signage is weird. Just hang up a Men and Women sign please. Thanks!
