Everything was spot on. Our server, Alexis (Alex) was polite, professional and attentive. We were surprised to find out he was fairly new since he did such a superb job. I’ve been to this location several times and our dinner experience today was probably one of the best!

Olive Garden was a lovely outing in a very cosy and warm atmosphere in the Brazos Town Centre in Rosenberg. Walked into the restaurant to a beautiful reception where service started professionally. Led to a table, one of a few places where they had high stools for baby car seats. The food was lovely and quite tasty; the soup was my best with those lovely butter/salt bread. I had to pack my main meal of shrimps and pasta to take home as I had a second of the soup with chicken and dumplings. It was perfect for the cold. I love that you get the opportunity to add cheese to your meal and I love cheese, so add I did! We requested for lemonade and when I mentioned that the ice was bad for my cold, I got another one without even hesitating. I like that physical bills are not brought to you but the table mounted tablets on each table displayed the bill, you swipe your card to pay, print out your paid bill and head on out. No delays! Olive Garden is highly recommended for food lovers wanting a delicious meal & warm customer experience.

We had a group of eleven people. They were able to seat us in about 15 minutes. Our server was wonderful! Our glasses were never empty, our food was delicious, we had plenty of breadsticks, etc. We loved our experience!

Our waitress was so nice and friendly. The food was fresh and so good. The restaurant is clean and has a friendly, inviting atmosphere. If we’re ever back in the area, we won’t hesitate to come back. Really enjoyed everything.

We just had an amazing dining experience at the Rosenberg Olive Garden. We had a party of 14 with 4 of the 14 being little girls who can sometimes be very rambunctious! We had two servers that took such good care of us. Always right there asking if everybody was doing ok. Food was delicious!! Manager was awesome as well. I came in July 5, 2025 with a big party of 26 to celebrate a special milestone for a young one in our family. The manager Tiffany was on point with getting our big group seated and taken care of. Our servers Hannah W and Fabiola kept things moving and we really enjoyed our meal. We can’t thank you all enough for helping us enjoy this special day.

We have lived here in Rosenberg for 6 years and haven’t really been to this Olive Garden ever to eat inside. We had Andre as our server tonight and WE HAD A GRAND TIME!!! He was refreshing and funny and took such great care of us! The manager was present and on the floor and we were checked on multiple times by other staff and Andre never missed a beat in anything we needed. 100/10 enjoyed our experience and would recommend Andre as your server.

We had a great dining experience at the Olive Garden in Brazos Town Center, Rosenberg, TX. Although there was an initial long wait for our order due to a miscommunication between the servers and reception, the situation was handled exceptionally well by Devin, the manager. He was quick to recognize and address the issue, showing genuine professionalism and care for our experience. Our server, Sonja, was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout the meal. Thanks to both Devin and Sonja, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a very pleasant one. We truly appreciated their efforts and left feeling satisfied and well taken care of. We’re looking forward to returning soon and receiving the same great service!

Customer service is more than perfect, they come to check on us every 10minutes to make sure everything going alright with us. The price is acceptable with the big amount of foods and the atmosphere. All the entrees come with breadstick, salad or soup (you can choose). Would love to go back next time.

Thought I would try this location for a change while I was in the area. I was first put off when the waiter told us that he was double sat, which I thought was pretty unprofessional so I asked him does that mean you don't want to wait on us or you can't? And he said no it's not a problem. We proceeded with dinner and I ordered the soup with my meal however, the first one brought out was incorrect. They quickly resolved the problem and we resumed ordering. What I thought at first was starting off to be a bad dinner ended up quite surprisingly well. The appetizer my boyfriend ordered was absolutely delicious, something I probably would not have tried but was very glad that I did. Our entrees we're delicious, however I did have to send mine back because the chicken was still pink. They were very kind and quick to fix the problem and even got a special visit from the kitchen manager DeShawn who is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our waiter, Griffin, offered us a free dessert for our trouble which worked out perfectly because it was my boyfriend's birthday. We ordered the beignets which were absolutely delicious. We were also given special service by our friend Griffin, whom did a presentation utilizing whipped cream and drizzled chocolate to dip them in which was absolutely divine. In my eyes, he totally atoned himself for any previous errors he may have made by being very courteous very kind and very personable. I would absolutely come back here again and ask for him by name. We will absolutely be dining here again!

Always enjoy the unlimited soup & salad. The sampler was surprisingly enjoyable, especially that you get to pick your 3 choices with it. I enjoyed the Strawberry Mango iced tea. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Parking was not a problem at all. And as always, paying at the kiosk there on the table is so very convenient! It is what it is. The best Italian around? No, but you'll receive a decent meal with better than average service. Our waiter was attentive and kept out glasses full and table clear.

My wife and I decided to come to this location for dinner. We were seated quickly, and the waiter was attentive and polite. However, the main dish was the source of our disappointment. We ordered the chicken alfredo, the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup, and cheese sticks. The soup and cheese sticks were very good, hot, and fresh, but the main dish was disappointing. The alfredo tasted like store-bought alfredo sauce(watered down and no season). In the past, we’ve never had any issues with the taste or quality of the food here, but last night was an upset.

It took a while to get our waiter to come to our table. We had to clarify a few things that were not clear on the menu. As we were looking for something small and light for the late dinner, they let us order from the kids' menu. Of course the food was good but not great, and that's ok. Our waiter was attentive and polite, after all.

Since we had a large party, service was slower than usual. The food was plentiful, the taste and temperature was not satisfactory. I would go back, it just may have been an off night. I would suggest this location for others to visit.

I am not much of a fan of Olive Garden, but outside of bias, I must say I had a positive experience. There was a party of 40, but we still got our food quickly. Our water was filled continually, and the server was attentive and kind. We ordered the calamari, gnocchi soup, the salad, chicken parmesan, shrimp Alfredo, and chicken zoodles (noodles made with zucchini). We all thought our food was tasty. Specifically, the zoodles were flavorful, had a lot of veggies, and also had chicken. Please 'Like,' if this review was helpful.

Take out was just bad. Ordered chicken Alfredo, arrived home to my dismay it was chicken parmigiana, gnocchi soup that was too watery with tiny amount of scant small chicken bits. Only thing edible was the tiny salad. Ohhh... and the bread sticks were white not oven baked at all. This meal was a $43.00 bust it went straight AWAY to my garbage bin. Olive Garden do better! Your customers deserve edible food when spending hard earned $.

Ordered a chicken Alfredo and received an Alfredo plate with no chicken and very little sauce. Had to wait for the chicken and more sauce. By this time the Alfredo plate was cold. Service sucked. The waiter was nowhere around and barely checked on us. When we were ready to leave, we needed containers. NEVER SAW HIM. I had to go up front to ask for help. And no they were not that busy to be ignoring the customers they had.

This location in particular is not great. Specifically when it comes to the Warm Italian Doughnuts. They are VERY stingy on the powdered sugar and it’s ONLY this location. Barely any powdered sugar and it ruins the doughnuts so much that I try to avoid this location but every time I’m hoping it was just a fluke. I’ve visited the Olive Garden in West Oaks for over 15 years and they are generous with the powdered sugar. The new Olive Garden on Grand Parkway is also great and is generous with powdered sugar. This is clearly only an issue with this location. There must be some order from the top at this location to provide as little powdered sugar as possible. The donuts are the main reason I like to order from Olive Garden but if I’m in the area where this location is at, I must look for other options from now on now that I understand it’s no accident what they are doing. Other than that, the service was great and the main entrees are good.

Very disappointing - We walked in and were not even addressed. Cashier was figuring out a bill i guess with a waiter After standing there about 5 minutes a young man stepped out and said uh do u need a table? we said yes and he acted flustered but said just a minute and tried to find menus and showed us to a booth- we waited for 10 -15 minutes and we’re never approached by anyone at our booth— There was a guy cleaning a table next to our table but were never asked for our drink order etc. After a waitress walked by our booth never saying anything 15 minutes had passed so we got u and left As we were leaving my husband told the hostess never mind and she smiled and said Have a nice day— The poorest customer service ever. Very obvious issues with your staff as we noticed cusumers at their tables or booth that had not been served - it was 1;45 in the afternoon on Friday so hard to understand. We spent nothing as we were never approached to place an order:( we cannot comment on the food either -

My fiancé and I recently visited this Olive Garden, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had expected. While the ambiance was welcoming, we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food, even though others who arrived at the same time were served, ate, and left before us. It was frustrating to see the disparity in service, especially since no one communicated any delays or offered an explanation. I understand that things can get busy, but this lack of coordination and communication made our visit disappointing. It was also a bit frustrating to notice that we were seated apart from all the other guests, ( we are Hispanic; not sure if that makes a difference) which made us feel somewhat isolated. It would have been more comfortable and welcoming if we had been seated in a spot that aligned more with the general flow of the restaurant. Again, I understand that there are many factors that can affect seating arrangements, but it contributed to an overall feeling that the service and experience weren’t as thoughtful as they could have been. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future diners.

The manager is very unprofessional. He scolded staff in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and ruined our night. And it seemed like he treated white customers better than Black and Brown customers. On top of that, our waitress with the red hair was rude and even tried to add extra charges to our bill.

Me and my wife set out to go on a nice dinner. It was a beautiful day. I was happy and full of joy until I walked into this terror of a so-called restaurant when I first walked in. I was immediately rushed with the unbearable smell. They called Alfredo sauce When I had sat down this Young lady approached us asking if we was ready to order I said no Miss we need a minute to look at the menu. Honestly we didn’t. My wife is a platinum member here at Olive Garden but after we looked at the menu, we decided to go with something new but when it came out, it was nothing like it was written on the menu and my chicken was harder than the cobblestone walkway outside I didn’t even have to tell the manager or something was wrong. He noticed me violently lunging at the dish, trying to cut open this chicken cutlet. Over and said are you OK? I turned angrily holding this knife saying no this chicken is hard as the cobblestone out like outside He giggled and said I understand. Would you like me to replace it? I said no I would like my usual five minutes later they bring me out my canceled chicken Alfredo Which looks like a four-year-old made it it wasn’t even mixed, and who the hell puts french fries, and ketchup on the side of Alf after we proceeded to eat a horrible disaster dinner my wife ordered her second salad of the date and the waitress just threw the salad and didn’t even ask my wife if she wanted some cheese Of course my wife wanted cheese, but the waitress didn’t care and I seen a little tear. Come down my wife’s eye, but I didn’t wear any men would you? I kept calm, spoke to the manager. We proceeded to let it go and asked for a moose Thai cake. Never been to Olive Garden. It’s just a chocolate slice of cake. The waitress proceed to come tell us yep we’re gonna serve your cake Because it’s in the freezer and it’s frozen and there’s nothing we could do when my Dumb enough asked, can we change it to another chocolate cake the waitress stood there 10 toes down, looked my wife in the eyes and said I already added it to your And then rolled her eyes and stormed off my wife, began to start seeking because she wants to box it I calmed her down. We ordered the chocolate lasagna cake. Sidenote chocolate lasagna cake was a 10 out of 10. I threw my money on the table because when I asked for a receipt, she didn’t hear me. She walked away I didn’t wanna sit there no more so I threw the money on the table when I walked out my wife is currently in the passenger seat crying because she still wants Olive Garden and I told her no it’s a night time this week you have Olive Garden. She persists to go to the one in Sugarland. I guess I’ll be there in an hour. Check out my review on there.

Do not eat here! After we ordered our food there was a roach crawling on the wall above our table and all the manager did was offer to move the table… he explained they have to call pest control every other day because of the heat…… We finished the food we ordered and assumed they might have comped something…nope! Full bill… the manager was nowhere to be found and the hostess was busy enjoying her breadsticks with her friends at the hostess stand. As we were walking out, the manager yelled “don’t worry, we’ll get em!” As if we’d return…

When I tell u I had the worst experience here tonight I usually sit at the bar but they closed early that was a sign I should’ve just ordered to go,,,, but I sat my server was horrible my soup was cold but he never came back until he brought my entree which I new was coming out wrong because I added shrimp and I was going to pay early but they didn’t charge me for the extras shrimp he lied and said the kitchen forgot to drop it so here I am waiting on my shrimp with my pasta he forgot to bring out the cheese twice!!!!! But was all smiles and giggles with his other 3 top table !!!! Mean while I just wanna eat a decent meal an I always tip over 20 % especially if the service is good smfh!!! And he was BLACK so I can’t play the race card he was just extremely bad an I would never let him serve me again!! Legit was the worst server I’ve ever had!

First off, our server JOSEPH was fantastic. He made we had everything we needed. Got us refills on anything he saw low. Was attentive where it wasn't too much. Gave it 1 star because of the miscommunication or no communication from the host/hostess to the servers. We waited about 20 minutes or more until we finally asked someone who was our server. Few servers came and did not know who was supposed to take care of our table. Some of the foods were alright, and some tasted like they dropped too much salt or seasons into the food. Had one of the cocktails called something "sunrise" but tasted nothing but liquid sugar and, at most, a splash of vodka. Even the garnish they ad to the glass did not look fresh.I do not recommend.
