Great place to stop and chill with your favorite stick! Great selection of cigars and knowledgeable staff. Stop and enjoy.
Great place I visited today. 1st time here & they have a food selection of cigars. A must visit if you're in the area. Top shelf cigars if you ask me!!! Bama Trucker - ROLL TIDE
This place is well done. It is cozy, clean, and offers tasty coffee and pastries. Service is prompt and attentive. The baristas have good suggestions and are pleasant! The coffee is HOT! and tasty! I have enjoyed both visits. From what I understand, there is much more space in the back for meetings. However, the front is just fine. Please 'Like,' if helpful.
Great ole historic location in Downtown Richmond, sells Coffee & Cigars even has walkin humidor and Large smoking lounge for a pretty price ofc !! Service is fast and Coffee selections are wonderful , worth a stop as your traveling thru !

Huge selection of some of the best cigars. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I think Joseph's has the best humidor in the Houston area.
Great Coffee!! I love visiting here. I usually get a jalapeno sausage kolache and a hot coffee. Staff are very friendly. The Saturday morning men gathering are a little loud. The coffee shop is attached to a very fine cigar shop. They have great air filtration, but there is still a hint of cigar smell in the air. It isn't enough to bother me. I will stop here for coffee any opportunity I get
Cigar perspective: An outstanding humidor top 3 in Houston!!! I was pleasantly surprised on how elite this place is and the staff have incredible knowledge with years of experience. Coffee perspective: I hadnt tried coffee thats my plan for next time. Also, how you spend money is totally dependent on you personally the cigars are priced fair and the coffee is on the lower end of prices ive seen.
Im not a cigar person but I love coffee. I had an Iced White Chocolate Mocca, it was delicious and so refreshing on a hot, steamy afternoon. My husband and son enjoyed shopping the cigars and bought several.
Joseph's gives you a more home feel being located in the downtown part of Richmond. Great selection of cigars.
Stopped in for the humidor. It was well stocked with some rarer cigars. I stayed a while and had an espresso. The service was exceptional during both of transactions. I will definitely be back.
Joseph's has undoubtedly one of the best humidors in the Houston area. The coffee and food are delicious. The atmosphere is nice. The entire staff is superb. If you have any questions about cigars Nicole and Jerry will have an answer for you. Kudos to Joseph's coffee and cigars!
Diamond in the rough! Unique establishment!Blend of coffee, cigars and a fine, upscale outfitter for hunting and travel.
We made a quick stop for some humidor supplies. They have such an amazing assortment of cigars and every cigar accessory that you can imagine. They even have a fantastic cigar that is their house brand. Definitely worth trying and I'll bet you'll fall in love! Not only the best cigar shop in Richmond but in my opinion it's the best cigar shop in Texas. Massive selection, delicious coffee, tons of accessories, and their staff is incredibly talented at selecting a cigar you will like based on him asking you a few questions. I would 100% suggest making this your main stop for cigars. Better prices and way better service than the bunny store. Whether you're a resident of richmond, staying here for a few days, or just passing through, make sure you add this to your list of places to visit. You won't regret it!

So glad to have a local cigar place to go! The service was great! Thank you!

The nice woman in the cigar part was very helpful. I don't smoke ,but was buying for my future son in law. She showed me the different brands and explained the differences so that I was able to make a better decision on what to get. Awesome place a little smokey, but it's a cigar shop haha. Would recommend to anyone looking for cigars.

Everything you would expect from a local coffee shop in Richmond, TX. My reason for 4.5 stars is because of the strong cigar smell when you enter. Granted, the back of the coffee shop has a gentlemen’s cigar / lounge. So be mindful if smoke bothers you this is not the place you want to sit and work. Overall great customer service and nice country local aesthetic.

It appears to me that Joseph’s doesn’t really want people hanging out and smoking, maybe unless you’re on the porch. Non members are shoved over in the corner of the coffee shop under the smoke eaters that run constantly , warned to not walk around w/ a cigar because of the smoke and food prep. Unless you’re a paying member, or in and out w/ a purchase, they don’t seem to want you to hang out here. Good selection and knowledgeable staff. Long drive out of the way, but won’t be back.

Passed by this place many times while in Richmond, but we finally decided to walk in. When you first walk in, it appears to be a coffee bar and I saw no cigars so I asked the young lady behind the counter if they had a humidor and she pointed to the left walkway. Once we walk down the aisle, I could see some humidors and there was a back room with the door open so we walked in and there was only one person sitting in there: a young lady that looked like she wasn’t doing much. I asked her if we purchased a cigar if my husband could smoke in there and she said that was for members only so I asked her how much the membership was and she said $1500 and then I asked her “How do we sign up for membership?” And she said “ We have a waiting list of 2 to 3 years” Then proceeded to tell us “ If you would like to smoke a cigar, you can go up front or on the patio” and basically pushed us out the door. Another gentleman actually walked up to us and ask if we needed help and I told him yes we were looking for a cigar for my husband to sit down and smoke, and he was kind enough to introduce us to the humidor toom and we walked in and we bought a couple of cigars. I asked him what the young lady’s name was because she was very rude and he said Nicole. Mr. Joseph if you were reading your reviews and you see this, Nicole has a negative and nasty attitude and is not given your business any value. I saw a couple of other negative reviews on here on customer service and it is sad that you are allowing Nicole to represent you and your business. We will not be returning unless there is a change in staff. I also agree with one of the other reviewers that if you were to separate the coffee bar from the cigar bar and just had two separate sitting areas with membership not being a requirement, you would generate greater sales. Nonetheless, I wish you all the best, but until you make changes in your staff meaning getting rid of Nicole your business will not prosper.

The service here is usually great. I don’t live on this side of town so only make it out during the Pecan Harvest Festival. The smoking lounge is for members but tthey usually allow me to smoke in there during this event. I spent over $100 this time amd was told I could not use the lounge very disappointing.
Evidently someone came up with the bright idea to put good coffee in the same room as a group of people smoking cigars heavily. The last time I stepped foot in here it was coffee and pastries with sandwiches which was a nice local shop. I knew they had cigar smoking in the back which it didn't bother me (very subtle cigar smell) but when I came in for coffee this morning they had a table of 6 guys smoking like trains in the same room as I was trying to enjoy my coffee. They have a nice room in the back where the smokers can stay and enjoy TV with cigars amongst other people smoking, however now they're up front with the regular coffee drinkers. Apparently the front area is for the poor cigar peasant smokers who don't have VIP membership access to the back room seating even through each person had like 7-8 cigars on the table. I went to the back to see what all the VIP hype was about and was greated by an angry wo-man who made myself and my friend feel beneath her. I walked into the cigar area where she followed me like I was going to steal something even though I made it clear that we were just killing time that morning. Keep in mind they have cameras everywhere obviously to prevent theft but she/he/they/them needed to follow us regardless. I can honestly in my observation and my opinion say that this place is now only for cigar smokers. Great place to enjoy a few good stogies but not for a family or reading a book coffee atmosphere anymore unless you can handle very heavy cigar smoke.
